A WIN FOR LIFE: Supreme Court Justices Rip CA Law Forcing Pregnancy Centers to Advertise Abortion

On Tuesday, the justices of the Supreme Court sounded as if they are ready to shred the California law that requires pregnancy centers to notify women that the state offers subsidies for abortion.

That law was adopted in California in 2015, and forced the pregnancy centers to post a prominent notice if they had “no licensed medical provider” available. If the centers were licensed, they were forced to notify clients that the state offers “free or low-cost” contraception, prenatal care and abortion. . .

Justice Anthony M. Kennedy saw the law as violating the laws of free speech, calling the required notice “mandating speech” that “alters the content of the message.” Justice Neil M. Gorsuch said that California has “other means to provide messages. … It’s pretty unusual to force a private speaker to do that for you under the 1st Amendment.”

After Michael P. Farris, a lawyer for the centers, said advertisements, including billboards, would have to offer the information in large print and in 13 languages, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg turned to the lawyer for California and stated, “If you have to say that, those two sentences in 13 different languages, it can be very burdensome,” she said . . .

As Politico reported, “California Deputy Solicitor General Joshua Klein acknowledged that the law might be unconstitutional in some applications, but he encouraged the justices to return the issue to the lower courts to address specific concerns involving certain plaintiffs. That did not sit well with Kennedy. “You want me to have a remand to have them tell the court what a billboard is?” Kennedy scoffed. Hillary’s Insulting Middle America Comments Already Turned Into Brutal Political Ad

Well, that was quick. Hillary Clinton’s instantly infamous follow-up to the likewise infamous “basket of deplorables” comment has already been turned into a ready-made political ad against one of her fellow Democrats, who’s recently been trying to distance herself from the increasingly toxic twice-failed presidential candidate.

A new ad run by the likely opponent of Democratic Senator Claire McCaskell, Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley, uses Clinton’s comments about “all that red in the middle where Trump won” she made at a conference in India last week to portray McCaskill as a Middle America-resenting elitist, like the woman she worked so hard to get elected president.

The ad opens with a teaser of Clinton’s remarks in front of audience in Mumbai, India on March 10: “If you look at the map of the United States, there’s all that red in the middle where Trump won,” says Clinton. . .

Clinton’s disparaging comments about Middle America aren’t the only ones she made during her trip to India that have spurred widespread condemnation. The would-be “First Woman President” also insulted women who voted for Trump, and women in general.

Toys R Us Deserves This Humiliating End – Here’s Why

By The Daily Wire. Many fine men and women worked for Toys R Us and it is truly unfortunate that they will have to lose their jobs as a result of the famed toy chain closing up shop . . .

That being said, Toys R Us deserves this humiliating end, which began when they filed for bankruptcy last fall just so they could borrow money to buy toys to sell for Christmas. I shed not one tear for them, and neither should you: For the past decade, the organization has joined the ranks alongside Target, Starbucks, and every megastore chain in the conquest of progressive social engineering.

You may recall that as the “gender fluidity” debate entered the national conversation back in 2015, Toys R Us announced that it would no longer be categorizing their U.K. online stores according to “boys” and “girls” toys. They also began implementing the same policies in several U.K. retail stores as well as one of their superstores in Stockholm, Sweden. Though the chain did not implement the policy nationwide in the U.S., pressure from groups like “Let Toys Be Toys” coupled with the ongoing trend of degendering everything would have surely overtaken the store in less than a decade.

But that’s not the worst of the toy chain’s hypocrisy. In fact, Toys R Us has contributed to its own demise by funding the very organization designed to eliminate their future customers: abortion conglomerate Planned Parenthood. Did Toys R Us Hasten Its Own Demise by Donating to Planned Parenthood?

The decline of birth rates in the United States and around the world has been cited as one of the factors behind the collapse of retail giant Toys R Us, but the company’s own contribution to that decline, particularly by donating money to Planned Parenthood, has gone largely overlooked.

For years, many have expressed concerns over the cultural and economic implications of women in western countries either putting off parenthood or rejecting it entirely. In 2016, the American fertility rate dropped to a record low of 62 births per 1,000 women aged 15 to 44, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Toys R Us announced last week that it will close its 735 American stores, following its filing for bankruptcy last fall. Business Insider notes that in its annual 2017 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the company cited declining birth rates as one of the reasons it failed to remain sufficiently profitable . . .

However, Toys R Us was also one of many American companies that donated to Planned Parenthood, America’s most prolific committer of abortions.

In August 2010, Life Decisions International (LDI) identified Toys R Us as a boycott target for its contributions to the abortion giant. In December of that year, LDI removed Toys R Us and several other companies from the list, a development it credited to pro-life activists who pressured the companies to reverse course. Priest Publicly Wishes for Pope’s Quick Death

A Catholic priest from Poland is facing rebuke after calling Pope Francis a “foreign body” in the church and implying the Pope should pass away soon if his views on refugees and non-Christian beliefs don’t change.

“I pray for wisdom for the pope, for his heart to open up to the Holy Spirit. And if he does not do that, I pray for his quick departure to the House of the Father,” Father Edward Staniek said during a homily in Krakow last month, according to an English transcription of his words.

“I can always ask God for a happy death for him, because a happy death is a great grace,” he said . . .

“In the name of mercy, [Pope Francis] calls parishes and dioceses to open the door for the followers of Islam,” he said during his homily. “As a religion, they are hostile to the Gospel and the Church. They murdered millions in religious wars…We can show mercy to those Muslim believers who are dying of hunger or thirst. University Police Use the ‘Library of Harm’ to Flag Students’ Words

It seems like not a day goes by, where law enforcement isn’t inventing new ways to spy on Americans.

According to a recent article in the Daily Progress, the University of Virginia Police Department is using a company called Social Sentinel (SS) to spy on college students and faculty Tweets, etc.

Legal experts say they’re concerned about privacy and creating a surveillance state, but police say the program is just one more tool in the race to stay on top of online threats and messages.

To mask the real purpose behind spying on students and faculty, university police are calling their new spying officer the “community service and crime prevention coordinator”.

Perhaps they should call what it really is, the social media spying coordinator.

How do police know which social media words to look for?

The answer is very disturbing.

“Library of Harm” flags keywords

SS uses a secret algorithm allegedly designed by their own experts that looks for keywords. According to SS, their secret algorithm called the “library of harm” will flag words like “shoot”, “kill” and “die.”

Police spying on everyone’s social media messages “looking for indicators of harm” – what could possibly go wrong?

Imagine a college student at a sporting event Tweeting something like this:

This game is the bomb, I could kill for a beer right now but Smith Jones couldn’t shoot a three pointer to save his life. If he hits a three point shot tonight, I think everyone here will die screaming.

Can you guess what happens to the student when the “community service and crime prevention coordinator” reads that?

A private corporation using “secret words” to flag people, SCREAMS police state.

No warrant needed to spy on students and faculty

What happens when a cop uses SS to spy on activists or uses it to spy on an attractive student?

Police don’t need a warrant to spy on innocent people’s social media accounts.

University police working with private corporations to spy on people’s social media without a warrant is a huge red flag.

This is yet another example of law enforcement using a private corporation to circumvent our Bill of Rights.

Who is the SS?

If you’re thinking that was a pun, you would be correct.

Founder and CEO Dr. Gary Margolis is a former cop, deputy sheriff and university police chief who works closely with DHS. He is also an invited guest of the Israeli government and collaborates with the Israel National Police and Israel Defense Forces.

What could possibly be wrong with a company with ties to DHS and Israel, secretly forwarding keywords to law enforcement?

Don’t forget students from K-12 and into college are also being given secret risk assessments.

Benghazi Hero Unloads on McCabe, Comey for What They ‘Tried to Pin on Him’ and His Team

No matter who you are, you don’t want to get caught in the crosshairs of Benghazi hero Kris Paronto, an Army Ranger.

Paronto unleashed a fiery Twitter takedown of Obama-appointed Deep State agents Andrew McCabe, James Comey, and John Brennan. And they’re going to need some aloe to nurse those sick burns.

Paronto started off by blasting McCabe, who whined to the media that his firing was an attempt by the Trump White House to “slander” him and the entire FBI.

For the record, President Trump has repeatedly praised the rank-and-file members of the FBI as hard-working patriots. Trump’s issue is with top-level political appointees, most of whom are Obama holdovers that have been working nonstop to undermine his presidency.

Paronto tweeted: “Slander the @FBI and Law Enforcement?! You’ve got to be sh*tting me, Andy. You , James [Comey] and your @BarackObama appointed syndicate brought nothing but lies, politics, corruption & disgrace to a once great FBI.”

Lobbyist Claims He Was Nearly Killed by Man He Hired to Investigate Seth Rich Death

By The Daily Caller. A former Marine, who claims to have worked as a special agent with the Department of Energy, has been charged with shooting and running over Republican lobbyist Jack Burkman, who conducted a controversial investigation of former DNC staffer Seth Rich’s murder.

Kevin Doherty, 46, was charged Monday with Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony and two counts of Malicious Wounding, according to a press release from the Arlington, Va, Co. police department.

The Washington Post provided more details about the attack, which was the second to befall Burkman over the past several months. An unidentified assailant attacked Burkman with pepper spray at his home in January.

Burkman was shot and run over March 13 at a Rosslyn Marriott hotel’s parking garage. Burkman was there to retrieve what he thought were documents from an FBI whistleblower.

Doherty worked for Burkman on the Rich investigation until July 2017. Rich, a data analyst at the DNC, was murdered in Washington, D.C., on July 10, 2016, under mysterious circumstances. Doherty was an investigator on Burkman’s Profiling Project, the group he formed to solve the Rich case. Lobbyist Says He Was Nearly Killed by Man He Hired to Investigate Seth Rich’s Death

By The Washington Post. As conspiracy theories swirled around the murder of Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich, lobbyist Jack Burkman took the unusual step of launching his own private investigation. A man with military and security experience stepped up to help.

Now Burkman alleges that man, Kevin Doherty, nearly killed him.

Burkman, a conservative lobbyist who has also raised money for Rick Gates, a former Trump campaign official who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI, and protested gay athletes in the NFL, is used to controversy. But Doherty’s arrest Saturday by Arlington County police on charges of malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony caps a saga stranger than Burkman’s own conspiracy theories . . .

Doherty briefly worked for Burkman’s Profiling Project, which was formed to build a psychological portrait of Rich’s likely killer. While police have concluded Rich was likely shot during a random robbery, many conservatives have claimed he was killed as part of a political conspiracy. Some experts believed that sitting in a window seat would keep a passenger away from infectious people who may be on the aisle or moving around. Actress Running for Governor Slammed as ‘Unqualified Lesbian’

By NY Post. Former City Council Speaker Christine Quinn, an openly gay supporter of Gov. Andrew Cuomo, called Cynthia Nixon an “unqualified lesbian” a day after the actress announced she’s going to challenge the governor in a primary.

In an interview with The Post, Quinn also denounced Nixon for endorsing Bill de Blasio over her in the 2013 Democratic primary for mayor.

“I’m surprised by this race. It’s a flight of fancy on her part,” Quinn said of Nixon’s announcement Monday that she would take on Cuomo in September’s Democratic primary.

“Cynthia Nixon was opposed to having a qualified lesbian become mayor of New York City. Now she wants an unqualified lesbian to be the governor of New York. ‘Sex and the City’ Star Cynthia Nixon Could Be New York’s Next Governor

By Fox News. Cynthia Nixon, known as Miranda Hobbes by fans of HBO’s “Sex and the City” series, officially declared her candidacy for governor of New York on March 19 – challenging incumbent Democrat Andrew Cuomo.

“New York is my home. I’ve never lived anywhere else,” Nixon said in a campaign video. “New York is where I was raised and where I’m raising my kids. I’m a proud public school graduate and a prouder public school parent.”

“I love New York. I’ve never wanted to live anywhere else, but something has to change,” Nixon said, adding that the government should fix the state’s problems with healthcare, mass incarceration and the subway system.

Nixon, 51, is no stranger to politics. She’s often butted heads with Cuomo over issues pertaining to public education. She’s advocated for an increase in funding for public schools, breast cancer awareness and gay rights, among other things. She’s protested President Trump and campaigned for former President Barack Obama. . .

ID Concealed of Doctor Who ‘Bungled’ Late-Term Abortion

A lawsuit against Planned Parenthood alleges the abortion industry giant, which takes hundreds of millions of dollars a year from taxpayers, concealed the identity of an abortionist accused, along with a nurse, of bungling a late-term abortion.

OR Senior Vice President Cheryl Sullenger pointed out that while the lawsuit names Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts Inc. and the nurse practitioner, Rebecca Kreiger, there is no mention of the abortionist.

That’s because Planned Parenthood redacted the abortionist’s name from the medical records of the pregnant woman, Celina Casas.

The complaint states: “On or about March 12, 2015, a doctor, whose name is redacted from the medical records and whose identity is unknown, performed the first step in a two-step abortion at the Planned Parenthood clinic in Worcester by softening the cervix.”
