Over Half of Millennials Have ‘Quarter-Life’ Crisis

Six in 10 millennials claim to be going through a “quarter-life” crisis, according to a new study.

Many of us are familiar with the trope of a mid-life crisis – a person in middle age who is feeling stuck in a rut, and who reacts by indulging in erratic behaviour like making spontaneous career decisions or buying a motorbike.

But now it seems more and more of us are evaluating our existence far earlier as a new study reveals more than half of millennials are experiencing a “quarter-life crisis”.

The study, carried out by First Direct bank and psychologist Dr Oliver Robinson, aimed to look at how people can use a crisis as a spark for change, but in the process discovered a huge number of 25 to 35-year-olds are struggling to cope amid financial, career and personal pressures.

Analysing 2,000 Brits, the study found that financial difficulties were the biggest single cause, with more than half (53 per cent) of people going through a quarter-life crisis admitting they spend more than they earn each month. Porn Stars Spill the Goods on Stormy Daniels Allegations

. . .I reached out to porn stars Jesse Jane and Courtney Cummz to get their take on the situation, and the way people are reacting to the most powerful man on the planet allegedly having sex with a porn star years ago. [Jesse Jane:]

Having an affair or relations with any woman is still just that, an affair. It shouldn’t make a difference if she’s in porn or not. People in the industry are people too, we are no different than any other person, we just have different jobs. What is funny is that we are the cleanest people you can sleep with and actually don’t sleep around like a lot of civilians do. I laugh at the people who judge us because they’re the ones getting drunk at bars having one night stands with strangers and catching STDs, not us. So with that said, he is wrong for having affair and that’s it. It being with a porn star shouldn’t matter! It only matters now because it adds more “scandal” because it’s the president.

Courtney Cummz, who does the Between the Cleats radio show, told me in a statement:

I think President Trump has excellent taste. His wife is beautiful and so is Stormy. If I recall, Bill Clinton is known for banging anything that moves. If Bill comes to your house, I bet the goldfish stop swimming. I guess it depends on what your definition of “is” is.

If everyone’s dirty little secrets came out, you would be surprised how many rich and powerful people have sexual relations with porn stars. Most are good girls and they do not spill the beans. I never kiss & tell! Most in the media and the news spinners have double standards. People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.

Masked Men Kidnap Pastor’s Wife Then Do the Unthinkable to Her and Her Husband

A small town in North Carolina is reeling after a horrific attack on a minister and his wife last week.

The minister at Sanford Memorial Baptist Church, John Alford, and his wife Nancy, 76, returned to their home in Littleton on Friday to find two burglars inside, WRAL reported.

One intruder kidnapped Nancy and forced her to withdraw $1,000 from an ATM. Alford was kept at the house by the second intruder and beaten.

After Nancy and the attacker returned, the two victims were tied up and the house was set on fire.

Despite being badly beaten, Alford managed to escape.

Tragically, he was unable to save his wife and she died in the flames.

On Sunday, the church where Alford has been a pastor for over a decade held a song and prayer service in his honor.

“We’re a small community, and for this to happen in this kind of town is unheard of,” business owner Pete Richardson said, according to WRAL.

“They were always willing to help somebody else out versus trying to take care of themselves. So, it’s a very, very deep loss for this community and somebody that we will so miss.”

On Saturday, the Concord Baptist Association released an update on Alford’s condition on Facebook.

According to authorities, the perpetrators also stole the couple’s car — a gray 2010 Mercedes-Benz. As of this writing, the suspects have not been found.

Local authorities along with the the State Bureau of Investigation and the State Highway Patrol are involved in the investigation. (For more from the author of “Masked Men Kidnap Pastor’s Wife Then Do the Unthinkable to Her and Her Husband” please click HERE)

Deep State Operative, Ex-DNI James Clapper, Leaked Classified Intel to CNN and Then Lied About It

Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper allegedly leaked information to CNN early last year regarding the classified briefings given to then President-Elect Donald Trump and President Barrack Obama on the salacious dossier claiming the Russians had compromising information on the president-elect, according to government sources, who noted the evidence of the leak was collected during the House Intelligence Committee’s Russia investigation.

Clapper, who was one of four senior Obama administration officials to attend the briefing with the presidents, also stated his “profound dismay at the leaks” in an official statement issued in January, 2017 and warned that the leaks were “extremely corrosive and damaging” to national security, according to his press release.

Texas Republican Mike Conaway, R-Texas, announced Monday in a press release, that the committee found no evidence of Russian collusion with the Trump campaign. The Republican members released only a portion of the committee’s findings in the late afternoon. The full report will undergo a review to ensure that it does not reveal or damage national security before its public release, congressional sources added. The committee interviewed its final witness former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski last week and had accessed all documents related to its probe, a congressional source told this reporter. Judges Are Destroying Our Republic

Each new day brings another court ruling more absurd and damaging to our republic than the previous one. And each new ruling is met with stunning silence from the other two branches of government. This time, courts are preparing a new constitutional right to access someone else’s Twitter account, even as they violate the inviolable provisions of the First Amendment – to abide by one’s conscience with one’s own private property.

When I saw the CNBC article on Thursday titled, “A federal judge is skeptical about whether Trump can block Twitter users,” I thought it was an early April Fools’ parody. But then I remembered that U.S. District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald had actually granted standing to a random plaintiff to sue Trump for blocking him on Twitter. Because we now live in a time when judges can place any political question – even a teenager catfight on social media – into court as a justiciable case, and the other branches of government will regard their judicial malpractice as “the law of the land.”

For years we had an epidemic of frivolous lawsuits between two parties under civil law. They were disruptive to our economy. But now we have frivolous constitutional lawsuits that are literally destroying our republic – erasing the most unambiguous rights of the Constitution while creating new imaginary rights that infringe upon the real rights, all the while elevating the role of the district judge to that of a king and even God.

On Thursday, during oral arguments in the Twitter catfight case, judicial goddess Buchwald reportedly told Trump’s lawyer, “Once it [Twitter] is a public forum, you can’t shut somebody up because you don’t like what they’re saying.”

By the way, Buchwald is the same person who accused Sarah Palin of using her son with Down syndrome, Trig, as a prop during the 2008 election. I guess she doesn’t want anyone blocking her insensitivity from their timelines on Twitter.

This is an exceedingly dangerous territory the judicial statists have just entered. They are now saying that merely blocking someone from following you on Twitter is tantamount to physically shutting them up from talking and is a violation of the First Amendment.

Think about this for a moment: The federal courts are almost unanimously saying that you must violate your conscience and serve gay weddings with your private property. You are not allowed to merely mind your own business; you will be forced to take action for someone else, according to the corrupt legal profession. And now these same people think that you have the right to someone else’s Twitter account.

Isn’t it also interesting that the Left has no problem with the Twitter corporation itself banning conservatives as “haters” (while they allow ISIS accounts), but private users cannot block other people from seeing their tweets?

Folks, this is really simple. Private property is private property. All of the following is true:

Twitter, as a private company, has the right to grant an account to anyone it chooses. I have a right to talk and write about anything I want without the government locking me up, but I don’t have a right to someone else’s forum. Yes, Twitter can ban me or anyone else.

Your private Twitter account granted to you by the organization is yours (until suspended), and nobody has a constitutional right to see your tweets.

I have the right to run my private business in accordance with my conscience, and you have no right to obtain employment or services from me.

In all of these cases, people are free to make political arguments against the policies and views of individuals and companies. We have the right to real free speech, using any platform we can find, to show Twitter’s hypocrisy as a matter of policy. Others have the right to make fun of Trump for blocking them. Still others have the right to weigh in on the prudence or “morality” of a private entity denying a service. But nobody has a constitutional right to be entitled, as a legal matter, to someone else’s property.

In the past, it took about 15-30 years for liberals to transform their political positions into legal imperatives. Now we have reached a crisis in the legal profession where essentially every Democrat political belief is now instantly enshrined as a constitutional right or mandate.

For example, last week, a unanimous ruling from the Sixth Circuit, which is not even the most liberal panel, wrote transgenderism into civil rights employment discrimination law. The Sixth joined the Seventh and Second Circuits in doing so. No matter how strongly liberals might desire this political outcome, there is no way one can posit that transgenderism is included in the 1964 law. You can’t rewrite the law from the bench. But every single Democrat appointee and even a few GOP judges have done so because they conflate their political desires with legal and constitutional mandates.

Not only are judges warping the Constitution in service of an ideology against the Constitution’s most sacred precepts, they are simultaneously elevating their power to do so.

Judicial review doesn’t mean that courts get to decide on the constitutionality of every law and political act, even when they are properly interpreting the Constitution. They can only grant relief to an individual plaintiff who has a meaningful and tangible injury from the said policy or from the act of another private citizen. Not being able to directly access someone’s Twitter account is not an injury our Founders had in mind when they vested the Supreme Court with the judicial power.

Inane rules of standing have now allowed any political movement to argue their policy preferences in court and have the judge rule on abstract policies while applying them nationwide. Just last week, Judge William Alsup, the same judge who said it’s illegal not to violate immigration law, gave standing to random kids to sue the government over global warming without an individualized, tangible, and proven grievance. What’s next? A debate about UFOs in district court?

So far, Congress obsequiously toes the line of every utterance from one of these rogue judges. To his credit, Attorney General Jeff Sessions is directly challenging the notion that a district judge has such power, but the administration is still refusing to take it to the next level.

What’s next?

It’s time for Trump to demand that Congress pass Rep. Dave Brat’s judicial reform bill, which explicitly denies lower courts the power to issue nationwide injunctions on political issues.

If not, we are about to be treated to the spectacle of the president of the United States as a lame duck who won’t even control his own Twitter account. (For more from the author of “Judges Are Destroying Our Republic” please click HERE)

Pardoned Sailor Shocks, Reveals Obama Admin. Destroyed His Life Over Hillary

After U.S. Navy sailor Kristian Saucier was pardoned by President Donald Trump on Friday, the serviceman had some choice words on the former administration and the individuals who ran it.

Speaking with Fox News’ Pete Hegseth on Saturday morning, Saucier opened up about what he believes was a type of bait-and-switch tactic to cover-up for Hillary Clinton’s alleged crimes.

In October of 2016, Saucier was charged and jailed for “taking photos onboard a nuclear submarine in 2009,” according to The Daily Caller.

The Navy sailor argued that his charge was an attempt by the former administration to “take the heat” off of the inquiry of Clinton’s use of a private email server to handle sensitive information while working for the State Department.

“It’s unfortunate that one prosecutor and a couple of FBI agents really just destroyed my life for no reason,” Saucier said.

“This case could have been handled at a much lower level within the military as it should have been because I was active duty at the time,” he added. “And I would have taken my punishment the same way like a man.”

Saucier chalked up the “mistake” to being young and naive, as he claimed it was merely a “misguided attempt” to obtain a few mementos, however, he suggested that the coverage of his case should never have reached the level of media that it did.

“It was a clear attempt by the Department of Justice under President Obama to use me as a scapegoat to take the heat off of Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified information,” he said.

While many agreed with Trump’s pardon — and Saucier’s take on the Obama administration — it was not applauded by all.

No matter the stance on those that voiced their opinion on Trump’s pardon, Saucier ended his interview expressing thanks for the decision and what he claimed was the president’s “bravery.”

“Thank you, sir for your bravery and for standing up in the face of so many people who said you would never do the right thing,” Saucier said.

“You proved them wrong time and time again,” he added. “And thank you for having the moral fortitude to follow through on your promises.” (For more from the author of “Pardoned Sailor Shocks, Reveals Obama Admin. Destroyed His Life Over Hillary” please click HERE)

House Intel Committee Finds Putin Did NOT Try to Get Trump Elected

The House Intelligence Committee has found no evidence of the Trump campaign colluding with Russia.

“We have found no evidence of collusion, coordination, or conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russians,” reads an overview of a committee report, which was released Monday.

CNN reported that the Intelligence Committee’s investigation has lasted for over a year and included 73 witnesses and the review of approximately 300,000 pages of documents.

Among those who appeared before the panel were Donald Trump Jr., Jared Kushner, Hope Hicks, Steve Bannon, and most recently, former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski.

The Republican majority has already completed a draft of the committee’s findings, which will be submitted to Democrats on Tuesday for comment.

The committee determined the main purpose of Russia’s attempt to influence the election was to sow discord.

GOP lawmakers did not reach the same conclusion as the Obama administration intelligence community’s January 2017 assessment that President Vladimir Putin had a “clear preference” for Trump over Hillary Clinton, though it did agree with most of the other findings of the assessment.

According to NBC News, the committee’s report found that to the extent Russians acted on behalf of either candidate, it was for Clinton, citing the Trump-Russia dossier.

“Clearly the dossier would have hurt him and helped her,” said GOP Rep Mike Conaway, who was leading the Intelligence Committee’s Russia investigation. “We don’t have any evidence that the Clinton campaign itself or the DNC knew what was going on. There (were) some cutouts, so to speak.”

Intelligence Committee ranking member Rep. Adam Schiff objected to the committee concluding its inquiry.

In a statement, Schiff described the probe concluding as “another tragic milestone for this Congress, and represents yet another capitulation to the executive branch.”

The California Democrat predicted new information will continue to come out through the media and other investigative bodies, and “Republicans will be held accountable for abandoning a critical investigation of such vital national importance.”

While the House Intelligence Committee’s investigation is wrapping up, the Senate Intelligence Committee probe will continue.

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia inquiry continues, as well, though no evidence of collusion has been made public to date.

Conaway does not believe Mueller investigation’s conclusions will be different than the committee’s regarding the matter.

“We didn’t find any evidence of collusion and I don’t think (Mueller) will either,” Conaway said on Fox News‘ “Special Report” on Monday. (For more from the author of “House Intel Committee Finds Putin Did NOT Try to Get Trump Elected” please click HERE)

Preacher’s Unexpected Response to Overwhelmed Mom Is Something Every American Needs to Hear

How is God at work in our most unproductive days, when it feels as though we’ve accomplished nothing and fallen far short of our own plans and expectations? Those days are frustrating to us, but they are not outside of God’s sovereign power.

It leads to today’s question on what efficiency looks like in the first place, a very good question from a woman named Melinda.

“When you talked about caring for those with dementia, you closed your remarks with this phrase: ‘God’s priorities for efficiency in this life are not ours.’ Can you please elaborate on this? I struggle mightily with time management skills. I’m a homeschooling mom trying to balance kids’ needs and activities, ministry, household duties … and sleep. I feel overwhelmed with the need to be efficient every minute even though this does not come naturally to me. What should efficiency look like in the busy Christian life?”

I will explain what I mean by “God’s priorities for efficiency in this life are not ours.” But let me say first, right off the bat, that the reason I want anybody to know that is not so that they can get more done, but so that they do what they do in the right spirit. That’s preface over everything I have to say.

Your Priorities

Now what do I mean by saying, “God’s priorities for efficiency in this life are not ours”? I mean that our priority may be that between 10 and 11 this morning I planned to run to the bank and get some cash so that I can be back in time to pay the teenager who is cutting my grass while a neighbor watches my 2-year-old and 4-year-old for me. That’s the plan.

You feel good — I’m making this up — that you very efficiently worked. You feel good that you worked it out. You worked it out so that the neighbor was available, the teenager could come, and you could get to the bank and get back before both of them had other engagements.

Those are your priorities, and you have an efficient plan: cut grass, kids watched, bank trip made, boy paid, everyone off to their next engagement. Victory. Efficiency. That’s what I mean by “our efficiency.”

God’s Priorities

However, God in this case has a totally different set of priorities.

Your neighbor was scheduled to be at a real estate office at 11:30 a.m. so she could join her husband to close on a new house — a house which, unbeknownst to them, has a flawed foundation. The teenager was planning to take his money from cutting the grass and pool it with some of the guys and buy some drugs that they shouldn’t be using. You hit a traffic jam caused by a rollover of a semi (which has another story behind it). You’re locked up on the freeway for an hour. You never even get to the bank.

You rush home as fast as you can, but you get there an hour late. You have no money to pay the boy, and your neighbor has missed her appointment. You are frustrated almost to tears.

Your efficiency proved utterly useless to accomplish your priorities. You failed, but God’s priorities totally succeeded. He wanted to hinder that boy from buying drugs, he wanted to spare the neighbor from purchasing a house that’s a lemon, and he wanted to grow your faith in his sovereign wisdom and sovereignty.

Now, that’s what I mean by “God’s priorities for efficiency in this life are not ours.”

Joseph’s Slow Journey

In my view, this isn’t happening just now and then; it’s happening all the time. When you read the Bible, you see in virtually every book the story of God doing things that are not the way humans would do them or want them done. God almost never takes the shortest route between point A and point B.

The reason is that such efficiency — the efficiency of speed and directness — is not what he’s about. His purpose is to sanctify the traveler, not speed him between A and B. Frustrating human efficiency is one of God’s primary — I say primary, not secondary — means of sanctifying grace.

The story of Joseph in Genesis 37-50 is one of the clearest examples, right? Joseph is hated by his brothers, thrown in a pit, sold into slavery, sold to Potiphar, accused of sexual harassment, thrown into prison, forgotten by Pharaoh’s butler, then finally — 17 years in? — made vice president of Egypt so that he could save his family from starvation.

The moral of the story comes in Genesis 50:20. Joseph says to his brothers, “You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good.” God had an agenda. God had a plan. God meant it for good.

It’s as if he said, “You guys, you rascals, were the ‘traffic jam’ that kept me from getting to the bank for 17 years. But God was positioning me to be the savior of my people, and he was in no hurry. I was being tested at every single point. Would I trust him with his seemingly meaningless inefficiency? It wasn’t meaningless.”

Paul’s Change of Plans

When Paul was trying to get to Spain, he did so with a good plan. He had a plan — he had a really good plan. He basically said, “I’m going to go to Jerusalem and deliver the money. Then I’m going to get on a boat, go to Rome, gather some support, and end my life in Spain.” What a great plan. But then he found himself in prison in Rome. What did he say?

He says it in Philippians 1:12-13: “I want you to know, brothers, that what has happened to me has really served to advance the Gospel, so that it has become known throughout the whole imperial guard and to all the rest that my imprisonment is for Christ.”

His priorities for efficiently getting to Spain were shattered, but God’s purposes to evangelize the imperial guard in Rome stayed right on track.

A Daily Plan

Here’s the implication for Melinda.

By all means, make your list of to-dos for the day. By all means, get as good at that as you can get. Prioritize the list. Get first things first. Make your plan. Do the very best you can. Go ahead and read a book about it.

Then walk in the peace and freedom that, when it shatters on the rocks of reality, which it will most days, remember, you’re not being measured by God by how much you get done. You’re being measured by whether you trust the goodness and the wisdom and the sovereignty of God to work this new mess of inefficiency for his glory and the good of everyone involved, even when you can’t see how. ‘For the Children’: MS-13, DACA Amnesty, and School Safety

“MS-13 is ‘taking over the school,’ one teen warned before she was killed.”

That is the title of a Washington Post story from the weekend.

Obama’s illegal DACA amnesty has turned out to be a nightmare for American schools. At a time when we are encountering ubiquitous threats to school safety from our own troubled youth, even the Washington Post has now realized that DACA and the promise of “amnesty for children” have brought in some of the most violent “kids” from Latin America. Is it too much to ask that Republicans actually “do something” about the gratuitously imported danger of the Central American invasion, MS-13, rather than uphold sanctuary cities? Rather than grant even more amnesty? Is it too much to ask that they finally block the lower courts from unilaterally continuing a policy that has turned beautiful suburbs into MS-13 war zones?

Suffolk County, New York, was once a beautiful suburban and rural respite for New Yorkers looking to escape the tumultuous city that never sleeps. It is home to the famous Hamptons where many New York elites vacation. Yet thanks to Obama’s DACA and the subsequent surge of Central American youth across the border, Suffolk County is the new capital of MS-13 in America.

The Washington Post reports that with 27 MS-13-related murders in Suffolk County alone since the surge of unaccompanied “minors” following the promise of DACA amnesty, “Schools in areas racked by MS-13 violence are now struggling with a sobering question. What to do when the gang isn’t just in your community, but in your classrooms?” Nearly 5,000 of these UACs have been illegally settled in Suffolk County, and what was once a quiet and peaceful jurisdiction is now an MS-13 haven. Recently, the violence has spread into wealthy Nassau County to the west as well. A law that was designed to protect victims of child trafficking and treat them like refugees has now been used to inundate our schools with violent gang members who self-trafficked themselves over the border. They are not the victims; American schoolchildren and taxpayers are the victims.

The Post article chronicles the escalation of violence in one school that led to the death of two students Trump spoke of in his State of the Union address. But the author also reveals a broader cultural problem foisted upon this community by the surge in illegal immigration:

Schools are required by law to enroll and educate these students. At Brentwood High, the student population soared to 4,500, making it one of the largest high schools in the state.

“We had to open many more classes and hire more teachers,” recalled Wanda Ortiz-Rivera, the school district’s head of bilingual education.

But the challenge went beyond language. Many of the new students were years behind in their education. Some had never gone to school and couldn’t read or write in any language.

From the time DACA was announced in 2012 through 2014, the number of unaccompanied minors apprehended increased 490 percent, 444 percent, and 610 percent for El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras, respectively. The El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC) drafted a memo in 2014 asserting that 95 percent of the border-crossers interviewed cited the promise of amnesty as the primary factor behind their migration, not violence back home.

The Miami Herald reported at the height of the surge that “children are also being sent by families who believe they could qualify for immigration reform—if Congress ever acts on it—or for President Barack Obama’s 2012 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program known as DACA.”

On June 13, 2014, the Washington Post, which now recognizes the problems with UACs but still obsessively supports DACA, admitted that the surge of tens of thousands of Central Americans was “driven in large part by the perception they will be allowed to stay under Obama administration’s immigration policies.”

Only four percent of all UACs have been deported, and the rest remain in our communities and schools, with the taxpayer shouldering the fiscal, cultural, and security burden.

Yet almost every Republican is silent about this issue and continues to promote DACA as a pristine solution rather than the cause of the crises in gang violence and school violence, as well as the worst drug crisis in American history.

The immoral burden and public safety threat our elective and illegal policies on sovereignty and immigration have placed on schools is best exemplified by the story of Abigail Hernandez in Rochester, NY. She is a 21-year-old DACA recipient who threatened to shoot up the high school she squatted at just two days after the Parkland shooting. Police found a shotgun at her home. Oh, and by the way, immigrants, much less illegal immigrants, have no Second Amendment rights. The fact that we have 21-year-old disturbed illegal aliens who were granted amnesty by Obama sitting in our schools and threatening to shoot them up should serve as a wake-up call to the broader violent threat from these policies.

Just last week, another illegal alien, 19-year-old Kevin Vasquez Funes, was arrested by ICE for threatening to shoot up East Boston High School. Funez was one of those “children” who came over the border in 2015 from El Salvador.

We are only now witnessing the systemic effects of DACA amnesty on the very issue of school safety that has embroiled the entire country in a political debate.

Remember, immigration is an elective policy. We have to deal with the problematic individuals we already have in this country and cannot deport. Violent immigrants, on the other hand, especially those who came here illegally, can and must be removed immediately. For people clamoring to “do something” about school violence, this is a no-brainer. Why should foreign gangs and drug smugglers even be a political issue? Yet liberal states and the legal profession are trying to protect them.

New York State sent out guidance telling the schools to “not ask questions” about immigration status and serve as “safe havens,” as my friend Shannon Joy pointed out on twitter:

President Trump rightfully called on Congress to defund sanctuary cities in his campaign rally for PA-18 congressional candidate Rick Saccone. However, that cry rings hollow if he continues to sign liberal budget bills that fund them, among other Democrat priorities. He must issue a statement of administration policy (SAP) threatening to veto any omnibus bill advanced this week that does not defund sanctuary cities and call for the expedited deportation of UACs.

Furthermore, the time has come to free up the states from the massive unfunded liability of educating illegal aliens, a legacy of the grotesque Plyler v. Doe decision from William Brennan in 1982. It’s bad enough that we have our own deranged youth terrorizing schools. Do we really need to import some of the most violent gang members from the rest of the world to kill our students, lower our academic standards, and crush us with the cost of overcrowding, discipline, and bilingual education? At the very least, states should be required to expel from schools illegal aliens who are gang members.

Sadly, a single district judge has been given the power to flood our schools with drugs and MS-13 due to a policy that shreds immigration law. When will Congress act on the courts?

Indeed, it’s time to #DoSomething for our children. (For more from the author of “‘For the Children’: MS-13, DACA Amnesty, and School Safety” please click HERE)

U.S. ‘Ally’ Qatar Appears to Be Dangling Information About Trump Associates

After being accused of hacking Republican officials connected to President Trump, it now appears that the rogue state of Qatar has taken to blackmailing top associates of the commander-in-chief through the media.

On Monday, NBC News reported that the regime that rules Qatar claims to have damaging information about associates of President Trump and their connections Doha’s rival state, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The report adds that the Qataris have long contemplated delivering dirt on Trump associates — such as Jared Kushner — to special counsel Robert Mueller. NBC’s sources, unspecified Qatari associates, told NBC that they have not sent the information to the Mueller team. However, the story raised the possibility that Qatar is instead seeking to chip away at the president’s legitimacy through the media. The report claims it’s “unknown” whether Qatar is the source of media leaks to the New York Times and CNN — which appear calculated to damage the president and empower the Mueller team.

The NBC report claims that Qatar has information that President Trump’s position on Qatar was influenced by Kushner’s previous business dealings with its rivals. The piece overlooks the fact that conservatives have united behind the president’s requests of Qatar. As many of its Gulf neighbors are taking an active role in countering jihadist terrorism, while continuing efforts to reform and modernize, Qatar remains intent upon allying with state sponsors of terror and terrorist groups.

Qatar has decided against cooperating with Mueller “for now,” the report adds, which makes it seem like Doha is hanging the information over Trump officials’ heads as a means of potential future blackmail.

Shadowy operatives seemingly connected to Qatar continue to put forward allegations in media reports that implicate Trump associates on a variety of unproven charges.

Last week, the New York Times revealed that special counsel Mueller was investigating a controversial lobbyist for the UAE, along with his ties to the Trump administration. At the same time, the paper admitted that it got its research from “someone critical of the Emirati (UAE) influence in Washington.” There is a high likelihood that the “critical” person may be a lobbyist for the regime in Qatar, given the fact that Qatar is the UAE’s chief rival in the Gulf.

We also learned earlier this month that Elliot Brody, a top Trump fundraiser who is also the national deputy finance chairman for the Republican National Committee, believes his emails were hacked by Qatar. Brody’s allegedly stolen emails were dispersed to reporters in multiple news organizations, which leveraged the emails to highlight his ties to the UAE. He wrote a public letter about the fiasco, claiming that the Qataris are carrying out “hostile intelligence operations against United States citizens.”

Qatar claims to be a stalwart U.S. ally, but it is often aligned with Islamic supremacist states groups and individuals who seek to target the United States. Qatar continues to provide safe haven for the spiritual leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, who has called for suicide bombings against American soldiers. The rogue nation also provides political offices in Doha for terrorist groups such as Hamas and the Taliban. Qatar’s leaders continue to work with the terrorist regime in Iran while supporting Al Qaeda-linked groups in Syria.

The oil-rich nation spends over $20 million per year to lobby for its foreign policy priorities. Qatar pays off policymakers, think tanks, academics, and members of the media on a regular basis. Between 2011 and 2014, Qatar pledged $21.6 million to the Brookings Institution, a prominent liberal think tank. In 2014, Qatar agreed to deliver another $14.8 million over four years to Brookings. Brookings employees cannot take “positions critical of the Qatari government in papers,” a whistleblower told The New York Times. Often shameless in its pursuits, Qatar is currently paying lobbyists to stop a bill in Congress that would shut down terrorist financing networks connected to the country.
