No Mercy: Donald Trump Jr. Is Just Torching Michael Avenatti Over His Extortion Charge

Remember Michael Avenatti? Well, he’s the lawyer who represented former adult film actress Stormy Daniels, who allegedly had an affair with President Donald Trump. Daniels sued Trump for defamation. She lost and was ordered to pay the president’s $290k legal tab. Avenatti also was told by a judge to pay his neglected child support payments. He was also evicted from his law offices for not paying rent for months and slapped with a multi-million dollar judgment from one of his colleagues at his firm. Then, he was slapped with domestic abuse allegations. Prosecutors decided not to press charges. Avenatti also decided to represent Julie Swetnick, one of the women who accused Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of being part of a gang rape ring in high school. The story was trash, uncorroborated, and seen as a gross overreach, one that possibly played a part in Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) voting for Kavanaugh’s confirmation. She was on the fence throughout the vetting process.

Avenatti was once a top figure in the anti-Trump crusade, even being someone who could possibly run for president. Well, being late on child support, accused of domestic violence, and not paying your office rent doesn’t provide the best foundation for a national run. “Basta!” was his war cry against the Trump White House. And now, we have new charges: he’s been accused of trying to extort $15-25 million from Nike. To make this even sweeter (and awkward) he tweeted this about an hour prior to his extortion charge:

Oh, and he was one of the folks who thought Donald Trump Jr. would be indicted. Yes, Trump Jr. is enjoying himself over this development, torching Avenatti with no mercy.

It’s Not Enough She’s Marvel’s First Leading Female Superhero, Now SJWs Want Captain Marvel to Be Gay

Captain Marvel may be the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s biggest female star, but simply commanding her own movie and having no faults or weaknesses to speak of isn’t enough for the social justice warriors; Captain Marvel must also openly embrace the LGBT lifestyle.

Comic book and nerd culture site, CBR.com, has published an extensive dive into the subject on its website, suggesting that “revealing Captain Marvel as gay would be a winning move for Disney, and an important step forward for the MCU.”

The piece argues that the MCU should embrace “progressive storytelling” more fully after “Avengers: Endgame,” the conclusion to the “Infinity War” saga, and the end of the first generation of Marvel superhero films — and by “progressive storytelling,” it’s apparent they mean targeting specific quotas rather than genuine inclusiveness. Since Marvel already has successful minority superhero franchises (“Black Panther”) and a moderately successful female-led franchise (“Captain Marvel”), it’s simply time to check the next box.

“The Brie Larson-helmed film has opened the door for the studio to make an even bigger statement by presenting the new face of the MCU as a straight-up LGBT character,” CBR opines. “Why can’t the strongest Avenger out there, the one who’s leading the new era of Marvel movies, be gay?”

“The general audience has embraced the hero’s progressive style and what she stands for, inspiring girls and women globally,” they continue. “By making her queer, the studio would jump to the forefront of gay rights everywhere. The mainstream media earned the biggest black eye of all following the Robert Mueller report which showed that the 2016 Trump campaign did not collude with Russia to steal the election from Hillary Clinton.

As the video shows, the media not only ran with the idea that President Trump colluded with the Kremlin, they were nearly unanimous in their style of reporting, often leading with phrases like “the beginning of the end,” “bombshell,” “turning point,” and most laughably, “impeachment.”

Furthermore, not only did members of mainstream media suggest that Trump colluded with Russia more than once, they were cocksure he would not serve out his first term as president and would leave either by way of resignation or impeachment.

Knowing fully well their bias has once again been laid bare, the media is now scrambling to justify their collusion drumbeat by suggesting that President Trump’s erratic behavior gave them no choice. . .

“Mueller’s assignment was to get to the truth about Russian interference,” Stelter said. “Now, did many commentators and Democratic politicians allege collusion? Yes. Did many journalists ask about it? Yes. But there is a giant difference between asking and telling. VIRAL VIDEO: Texas Officer Pulls Over Stolen Truck Hour North of Border, Then Things Get Wild

A dashcam video posted by a Texas sheriff’s office on Friday showing what at first looks like a routine traffic stop has already racked up over 7 million views — and it’s not hard to figure out why.

The viral video starts with a white king cab Ford 250 pulled over on the side of Highway 281 outside Encino, Texas, with its hazards flashing. The rear passenger-side door opens up and a man with a hat peers out, looking back at the sheriff’s cruiser. But before the man is even securely back in the vehicle, the truck races away, the cruiser pursuing.

The truck turns left on the median turn lanes, then drives across both of the other two lanes onto the side of the road. The short-lived high-speed chase ends abruptly, with the truck stopping on the side of the road near a fence.

That’s when the run-of-the-mill looking truck — which the sheriff’s office says turned out to be stolen — suddenly begins looking more like a circus car. In a flash, a stunning number of people, who many online assume to be illegal immigrants, jump out from all four doors and the back bed and to try to make a run for it.

Over 20 people — almost entirely young men — flee the single vehicle. Most of them exit from the cab, but at least nine had been apparently lying flat in the bed of the truck with a piece of cardboard over them to hide them from view.

Omar Encourages Muslims to ‘Raise Hell, Make People Uncomfortable’ — Then She Targets Trump

Controversial freshman Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) encouraged some 400 Los Angeles-area Muslims Saturday to “raise hell” and stand defiant in the face of what she characterized as rampant discrimination against the Muslim community. . .

“I say raise hell, make people uncomfortable,” Omar said. “Because here’s the truth. For far too long, we have lived with the discomfort of living as second class citizens, and frankly I’m tired of it and every single Muslim in this country should be tired of it.” . . .

“We finally have a leader, a world leader, in the White House who publicly says ‘Islam hates us,’ who fuels hate against Muslims, who think it is OK to speak about a faith and a whole community in a way that is dehumanizing, vilifying, and doesn’t understand — or at least makes us think he doesn’t understand — the consequences his words might have,” Omar said.

“Some people, like me, know that [Trump] understands the consequences,” she claimed. “He know that there are people that he can influence to threaten our lives, to diminish our presence.”

The Sick Dehumanization of Trump Supporters

If you want firsthand experience of what it’s like to be discriminated against, all you have to do is put on a MAGA hat and walk down the street.

At best, you’ll get some dirty glares. You might be denied service, à la 1960s lunch counters. You might get your hat knocked off. At worst, you’ll get blamed for your own son’s death. That is what happened to BlazeTV host Eric Bolling while he was minding his own business recently at the Trump Hotel in Washington, D.C.

This pathetic excuse of a human being came up to Bolling and said, “Eric Bolling’s son killed himself because he was embarrassed by his dad,” according to the host. Eric’s son, Eric Chase Bolling, died in 2017 from an accidental drug overdose.

Video captured a man who appeared gleeful, even proud of what had just occurred. That is because Trump supporters are viewed by leftists as subhuman beings whose very existence makes them justifiable targets for physical or verbal assault.

At the time, Eric was hanging out with Hayden Williams, another Trump supporter who was recently punched in the face by an unhinged leftist at UC Berkeley due to his support for the president.

See the pattern? What’s worse is that these leftists pretend to be civil rights warriors while subjecting people to the same kind of disgusting, discriminatory behavior Republicans fought to end in the 1960s.

It used to be that discrimination was fast becoming a thing of the past. It would only pop up when shameless race-hustlers tried to make excuses for belligerent criminals like OJ while knowing full well race had nothing to do with it. When liberals tried to paint attacks on Obama’s Marxism as racist, I used to remind them, “I’m a black guy who grew up in the ’90s and I have never been discriminated against a day in my life. It’s not about Obama’s skin color. It’s about his crappy ideas!” But I can no longer say I’ve never been discriminated against, not because of my skin color but because of my political views. Then, of course, leftists try to turn it into a race issue by calling me racist names like “house n*gger” and “Uncle Tom” for having the wrong political views.

Nevertheless, because of these views, I can now say I know what it feels like to be persecuted. Recently, I went to order from a food truck with my friend Joel Patrick. Joel is a black Trump supporter who wears his support for the president not just on his sleeve, but on his head and his chest too, and we were essentially denied service. We waited for roughly 20 minutes while being completely ignored by everyone working there. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by assuming they were just busy, but the minute we walked away because they took an eternity to even acknowledge our existence, they gladly greeted the next customer who wasn’t in MAGA gear with prompt and friendly service.

If my grandmother were still alive, we would have been able to bond over how it feels to be denied service by Democrats.

I am fortunate that being denied service is the worst that’s happened to me, because, as Eric Bolling can attest, it could be a lot worse. Every week, it seems, there’s a new video of someone being harassed or assaulted because they dared to wear a MAGA hat out of the house.

Most notably, the Covington Catholic High School students were not just harassed, they were smeared by the national press. They were slandered by the media. They were sent death threats. People said they would bomb their school. All because they expressed support of the president.

Maddie Mueller (no relation to the man who sadly couldn’t deliver this weekend) is fighting her school because the administration actually tried to ban her from wearing a MAGA hat on campus. Gunnar Johansson’s family is trying to get to the bottom of what happened when his MAGA hat was yanked off of his head by a school bus aide. Logan Jones was suspended for wearing a MAGA sweatshirt and holding a Trump flag. A woman in Massachusetts was arrested for allegedly assaulting Bryton Turner, a man who dared to wear a MAGA hat to a Mexican restaurant. Even our elders aren’t spared. Just last month, an 81-year-old man was attacked for wearing his MAGA hat, and a 19-year-old was arrested for the assault.

What is happening here? It’s an epidemic. You cannot walk out of your house and be safe if you support the president. These leftists justify their actions by saying those who wear a MAGA hat may as well be members of the KKK. But it is actually those assaulting people in the streets and verbally tormenting them who more closely resemble the Klan.

History will not be kind to those who tried to take America several decades back into the past. And it will treat them particularly harshly because of the shockingly divisive hatred the Left is using to do it, all while shamelessly claiming the mantle of tolerance. Over 50,000 Illegal Aliens From Terror-Prone Countries Remain Despite Final Deportation Orders

It’s peculiar enough that in the years following 9/11, we’ve brought in a record number of legal immigrants from countries with a strong presence of terrorist organizations. It’s downright puzzling that there are 51,000 illegal aliens from countries flagged as terror hot spots who still remain in our country, even after receiving final deportation orders.

Last week, I reported that there are over one million illegal aliens who remain in this country despite having received final deportation orders after endless extra-constitutional “due process.” Another 1.5 million have pending final deportation orders and are on their final appeals. The lion’s share of them are from Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. Clearly, ICE lacks the resources, or in some cases the broader department lacks the political will, to deport these people. For example, evidently, if an illegal alien becomes a flight attendant, she then has a “political” right to evade our sovereignty laws.

Be it as it may, the first concern of our immigration agents should be those illegal aliens who remain in the country who hail from global terror hot spots. According to the official DHS definition, Special Interest Aliens (SIAs) are individuals from 35 countries that “have shown a tendency to promote, produce, or protect terrorist organizations,” aka countries from the Middle East or those in Africa and Asia with a presence of terrorist networks. While the list of countries has evolved over time and continues to vary from agency to agency, according to a 2011 DHS inspector general’s report, ICE lists the following countries as Specially Designated Countries (SDCs) that are said to “promote, produce, or protect terrorist organizations or their members”:

Pairing those countries against the data I’ve obtained from the Immigration Reform Law Institute for my column last week concerning aliens with final and “pending final” deportation orders, here is the tally of “SIAs” who remain in the country even at this stage.

Notes: I added South Sudan, which is now considered a separate country. I also added Sri Lanka because Border Patrol has listed this country as SIA-designated in the past, and we’ve had a significant number of Sri Lankans come to our border in recent years.

It is mind-boggling to think that 51,000 illegal aliens from these countries could still remain here despite final deportation orders. Another 60,000 are still working their final appeal. Remember, we have had enough security issues with some legal immigrants from these countries who are better vetted. Can you imagine how little we know about these illegal aliens who remain in our country?

I asked ICE if there is a policy in place to “prioritize the deportation of those, say from Somalia and Iran, more than from countries without a presence of terrorist organizations.” Brendan Raedy, a spokesman for ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Office, replied, “I wouldn’t say any particular country or set of countries is prioritized for removals, but rather that ICE prioritizes its enforcement resources on individuals who pose a threat to national security, public safety and border security.”

Clearly, Border Patrol has a special modus operandi for dealing with those from these countries who are apprehended at the border. This might help us gather such intel for a threat assessment on the front end, but many illegal aliens from these countries also overstay their visas, which means that ICE, through deportation proceedings, will be the first agency to deal with them as illegal immigrants. It’s perplexing that there is no procedure in place to focus specifically on those from specially designated countries.

Jessica Vaughan, who has tracked interior enforcement issues for the Center for Immigration Studies for decades, expressed frustration about these numbers in light of how hard it is to even land a final deportation order these days. “The constant onslaught against immigration enforcement that is occurring in the courts, in sanctuary city council chambers, in state legislatures, and even in Congress is having an effect on ICE’s ability to do its job,” said Vaughan. “The dysfunctional state of our immigration courts makes matters worse. Even criminal aliens can milk our due process to stave off deportation for many years, through endless appeals, asylum applications, skipping out on proceedings, pop-up marriages, grievances against immigration officers, and more, and this can become a public safety threat. Equally concerning is the number of non-departed aliens from countries associated with terrorism. There is no way that ICE or other counterterrorism law enforcement agencies can stay on top of potential threats that might be lurking in this huge haystack of 50,000 cases.”

Astoundingly, all of these 2.5 million illegals with final or pending final deportation orders are still counted in the Census and distort our representation!

Vaughan believes the administration can do more to clear the backlog in the system. “The Trump administration needs to take steps to streamline the deportation process and not allow all these cases to languish. They have made great progress on getting uncooperative countries to take back their citizens, but there is more that can be done. Additional resources should be dedicated to working the docket of people who have absconded, especially the 300,000 criminals who are among the non-deported. In addition, ICE needs to try to keep more deportation cases out of court by using expedited removal and other accelerated forms of due process.”

Unfortunately, now some of the original progress in deportations is faltering because ICE resources are being drained to deal with the new gushing flow at the border on a daily basis. Interior arrests by ICE dropped 12 percent for the first three months of this fiscal year compared to the same time period in FY 2018. This is yet another reason why stopping this flow must be the number-one job of the Trump administration and the Republican-controlled Senate.

It’s truly amazing to watch how we refuse to expend our resources to maintain basic sovereignty over our territory and protect ourselves from security concerns of foreign nationals, including those from terror-prone countries. In the context of the news of the day, when we now know that the Mueller investigation drained off 40 FBI agents, issued over 2,800 subpoenas and roughly 500 search warrants, and interviewed about 500 witnesses just for a political investigation, one is left with the disquieting thought that the political leadership in the federal law enforcement agencies are not exactly prioritizing the biggest safety concerns to America when parceling out their resources. Activist Reveals the Terrifying Number of Christians Murdered by Islamists in the Past 20 Years

Jeff King, president of International Christian Concern, told Breitbart News that Islamists murdered 70,000 Christians in Nigeria over the last 20 years. He joined Thursday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight with host Rebecca Mansour and special guest host Dylan Gwinn.

“We don’t always get the press,” said King of many news media outlets’ disinterest in persecution of Christians. “It is absolutely the case [that Christians are the most persecuted faith].” . . .

King added, “A lot of people don’t know that … in Nigeria, probably 70,000 Christians have been murdered in the last 20 years by Islamists, and that’s just scratching the surface. It’s going on all over. There’s a spectrum to the oppression.” . . .

Last Monday, Dede Laugesen, director of Save the Persecuted Christians, told Breitbart News that “anti-Christian bias” across America’s “mainstream media” drives news organizations to downplay the mass murder of Christians by Islamic terrorist groups. . .

People don’t believe that Christians can be persecuted, that they could be slaughtered. Here in the United States, we just have a different sense of who Christians are, but out in the greater world, Christians are viewed as a threat to control and power. What you have operating in Nigeria, which is Africa’s most populous country — 200 million people living there with 50 percent Christians, 50 percent Muslims — you have two of the world’s most dangerous terrorist groups operating — Fulani militants and Boko Haram, now affiliated with ISIS Islamic State in West Africa — and they are driven by radical sharia supremacist ideology, seeking to spread shariah across the entire country of Nigeria.

Hotel Fires Employees Who Posted Sign Refusing Military Members

A DoubleTree hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado, fired multiple employees and issued an apology after the hotel displayed a sign refusing service to members of the military and their guests who had been attending a post-deployment celebration held at the hotel.

“Two Supervisor-level employees, who have since been terminated, made poor decisions including displaying a sign that they created, which we find very offensive,” Daniel Kammerer, the hotel branch’s general manager, said in a statement posted to the hotel’s Facebook page. “Their actions were in no way associated with the values of the hotel management.”

“We deeply regret any offense to the service members and their guests, and have implemented a retraining of our employees to ensure this does not happen again,” he added. . .

One Facebook user, Justin Vames, said in his post that 600 people attended the post-deployment ceremony at the Colorado hotel, adding that hotel employees would not leave food out for guests and treated them “like crap.”

Bernie Hit With Huge FEC Complaint

A complaint filed against Bernie Sanders’ 2020 campaign for president maintains that Sanders broke federal election laws by hiring illegal aliens for his campaign staff.

The complaint filed with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) by the Coolidge Reagan Foundation cites the Sanders campaign for hiring three illegal aliens to fill advisory positions in the campaign. The complaint claims this is a violation of laws that mean to prevent foreign influence in our elections, Fox News reported.

The Sanders campaign recently announced it had taken on Maria Belén Sisa as its deputy national press secretary. Sisa previously served on Sanders’ Latino outreach team for his 2016 campaign. . .

“Senator Sanders and Bernie 2020 is permitting a foreign national, Ms. Sisa, to serve in an advisory position which allows her to directly or indirectly participate in the decision-making process of persons with regard to election-related activities in violation of FEC regulations,” the filing says. . .

“Due to the high profile of Cesar Vargas, Erika Andiola, and Maria Belén Sisa as leading activists in the undocumented community, there is reason to believe that respondents are ‘foreign nationals’ within the meaning of 52 U.S.C. § 301219b)(2), and in violation of 11 C.F.R. § 110.20 (i) and A.O. 2004-26, directly or indirectly participated in the decision-making process of persons with regard to the election-related activities of Bernie 2016,” the complaint adds.
