First Nationwide Poll Shows a New Democratic Front-Runner (VIDEO)

Support for Joe Biden has crumbled to the point that there may be a new frontrunner, according to a new Quinnipiac poll released on Wednesday.

The poll shows Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) eclipsing Biden with 27 percent support to only 25 percent for the former vice president.

Biden has dominated the competition for the Democratic primary thus far, but he has had to fend off questions about his age and numerous gaffes on the campaign trail. . .

Biden has also been heavily criticized by the more progressive wing of the Democratic party who say he is not sufficiently partisan enough to take down President Donald Trump in 2020.

Socialist candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) received 16 percent in the poll for third place, while South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg in fourth place with 7 percent, and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) with 3 percent.

California Police Officer Forced to Abandon Chase After Tesla Patrol Vehicle Runs Low on Battery (VIDEO)

A Tesla electric patrol car fizzled out on an officer in the middle of a police chase in Fremont, California, last week, when a low battery caused the officer to drop his pursuit. . .

“I am down to six miles of battery on the Tesla, so I may lose it here in a sec,” the officer can be heard telling dispatch, according to police radio transmissions obtained by KPIX-TV. “If someone else is able, can they maneuver into the number one spot?”

Other patrol officers were able to jump in and continue chase on the suspect, but ultimately abandoned their pursuit after the situation became dangerous when the suspect began driving erratically. CNN reported that the suspect’s car was later found abandoned in San Jose. . .

The Fremont Police Department is taking part in a six-month pilot program, testing out the using of 2014 Tesla model S 85 vehicles, according to Fox News, “as part of Fremont’s push to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 25 percent from its 2005 baseline by 2020.” (Read more from “California Police Officer Forced to Abandon Chase After Tesla Patrol Vehicle Runs Low on Battery” HERE)

Transgender Who Gave Birth Loses Legal Fight to Be Listed as ‘Father’ on Birth Certificate

A transgender [“man”] from the U.K. will not be permitted to list [herself] as “father” on [her] child’s birth certificate. . .

The U.K. High Court ruled on Wednesday that McConnell would not be registered as the child’s father, and would remain the child’s mother according to the official birth certificate.

McConnell, 32, sought to change the designation on the legal document after a registrar told him that current law “required people who give birth to be registered as mothers” on certificates, according to CNN. A lengthy battle ensued as a result of McConnell’s desire to change his designation from “mother” to father.”

Andrew McFarlane, who is president of the High Court’s family division, said that being a “mother” refers to the biologically carrying and delivery of a child.

“Being a ‘mother,’ whilst hitherto always associated with being female, is the status afforded to a person who undergoes the physical and biological process of carrying a pregnancy and giving birth,” McFarlane said, insisting that there is a “material difference between a person’s gender and their status as a parent.” (Read more from “Transgender Who Gave Birth Loses Legal Fight to Be Listed as ‘Father’ on Birth Certificate” HERE)

Report: New Documents Reveal Serious Problems for Biden in Ukraine Scandal (VIDEO)

Investigative reporter John Solomon said on Wednesday night that he has obtained over 450 pages of legal documents that could spell serious problems for Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden regarding the ongoing Ukraine scandal.

“Listen there were three attempts in 2016 by the Democratic Party, in the Democratic establishment, to get Ukraine involved in our elections so Democrats were for Ukraine interference in our election before they were against it, that is an irrefutable fact that documents and the statements on the record have been reported in my column,” Solomon began. “You can download the documents, don’t trust me, go read them yourselves.”

Solomon then transitioned into talking about the big development in the story: the hundreds of pages of legal documents that he obtained that he claims show that the story that Biden has told the American public is not true.

“Here’s the most important thing: Joe Biden has staked out a very specific story now and with impeachment proceedings, that story is fair game to investigate,” Solomon continued. “He says when he fired the Ukraine general prosecutor … he did so solely because he believed that prosecutor was corrupt and not because that prosecutor was investigating his son’s company and making plans to hunt interview Hunter Biden at the very moment he was fired. That’s his story, that has to hold up.”

“I can tell you tonight that I have obtained more than 450 pages of documents from inside Hunter Biden’s legal team, from inside the State Department, from inside the Ukrainian general prosecutor’s office, all on the record,” Solomon continued. “There are documents from Hunter Biden’s legal team, the legal team from America, trying to assist Burisma to get out of this investigation. They show unequivocally that legal team told the prosecutors as soon as [the prosecutor] was fired, in fact, the day that [the prosecutor] was fired, the Biden team was trying to reach the new prosecutor.”

WATCH: Pelosi’s Words About Impeachment in 1998 Come Back to Haunt Her

Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s words from 1998 about the impeachment of former President Bill Clinton are being used against her now as many critics are calling her a hypocrite in light of her decision this week to push for the impeachment of President Donald Trump.

“Today, the Republican majority is not judging the president with fairness, but impeaching him with a vengeance,” Pelsoi said on December 18, 1998. “In the investigation of the president, fundamental principles which Americans hold dear — privacy, fairness, checks and balances — have been seriously violated. And why Because we are here today because the Republicans in the House are paralyzed with hatred of President Clinton. And until the Republicans free themselves of this hatred, our country will suffer.”

Pelosi’s words stand out after it was announced this week that the Democrats are moving ahead with their plans to impeach Trump over a phone call that he had with Ukraine, which Pelosi condemned after admitting that she had not even read the transcript of the phone call.

Trump Campaign Celebrates Impeachment: Thank You Democrats, You Just Re-Elected POTUS With a Landslide

The Trump campaign is celebrating House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s announcement Tuesday evening to open an “impeachment inquiry” into President Trump.

“Democrats can’t beat President Trump on his policies or his stellar record of accomplishment, so they’re trying to turn a Joe Biden scandal into a Trump problem. The misguided Democrat impeachment strategy is meant to appease their rabid, extreme, leftist base, but will only serve to embolden and energize President Trump’s supporters and create a landslide victory for the President,” the Trump campaign released in a statement.

WATCH: Pelosi Formally Announces Trump Impeachment Inquiry

By Townhall. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is formally signing off on an impeachment inquiry into President Donald J. Trump after he spoke to the Ukrainians, reportedly trying to coerce the political leadership there to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden on corruption charges. This was dredged up after a whistleblower came forward to the intelligence community inspector general, though it’s based on anonymous second-hand sources. The whistleblower didn’t even listen in on the calls, and it’s not the intelligence community’s job to snitch on the president. The president can say whatever he wants to another foreign leader. Period. And now, before anyone has read the transcript of the call, the House Democrats are launching a full-blown impeachment push. It’s not shocking. This was going to happen eventually. They had to do this; this is why the Democrats retook the House in 2018. So, fix bayonets, everyone. This is going to get bloody[.]

Pelosi Launches Trump Impeachment Proceedings

By CBS News. Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced the House is launching a formal impeachment inquiry into President Trump, setting up a dramatic constitutional clash just over a year before the presidential election.

“Today I’m announcing the House of Representatives is moving forward with an official impeachment inquiry,” Pelosi said at the Capitol late Tuesday afternoon. The inquiry marks just the fourth time in American history a president has faced a viable threat of impeachment. . .

“This week, the president has admitted to asking the president of Ukraine to take actions which would benefit him politically,” Pelosi said. “The actions of the Trump presidency revealed dishonorable facts of the president’s betrayal of his oath of office, betrayal of national security and betrayal of the integrity of our elections.” (Read more from “Pelosi Launches Formal Trump Impeachment Inquiry” HERE)

Former Intel Officer Caught Boarding Plane to China With Secret Military Docs

A former Defense Intelligence Agency officer was sentenced to 10 years in prison after being caught boarding a plane to China while carrying secret national defense documents.

Ron Rockwell Hansen, 60, was convicted after pleading guilty to trying to communicate, deliver, or transmit U.S. secret government information to China, according to a Tuesday press release from the Justice Department.

Hansen, a retired Army Warrant Officer, was initially arrested June 2, 2018, as he was attempting to board a plane to China “while in possession of SECRET military information,” the press release stated.

“Ron Rockwell Hansen received hundreds of thousands of dollars for betraying his country and former colleagues,” John C. Demers, assistant attorney general of National Security, said in the release. “These cases show the breadth of the Chinese government’s espionage efforts and the threat they pose to our national security.”

Federal prosecutors said Hansen might have been trying to “disappear” when he was caught leaving for China, Utah-based newspaper the Standard-Examiner reported in 2018, citing court documents. (Read more from “Former Intel Officer Caught Boarding Plane to China With Secret Military Docs” HERE)

Ocasio-Cortez Flew Plane Across the Country to Rally for Climate Change

New York Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez flew more than 1,600 miles on an airplane to protest climate change and champion her environmental agenda.

Ocasio-Cortez traveled to Colorado on Sept. 21 to speak about climate change and the Green New Deal at a local high school. The freshman lawmaker headlined the Boulder County Democratic Party’s annual Truman Dinner later that day, where she again spoke about environmental issues and climate activism.

“Nothing to fear except inaction,” Ocasio-Cortez said during the dinner in front of a sold-out crowd, according to The Denver Post. “The only thing we should be scared of is our future if we do nothing. We have to be bold and audacious and ambitious as possible.”

However, her commute to Colorado was not the most environmentally friendly method. She traveled by aircraft, which is a significant source of carbon emissions around the world.

In response to a Twitter user who spotted her Saturday carrying an infant at Reagan National Airport in Virginia, Ocasio-Cortez revealed to her followers that the baby was her staffer’s 1-year-old. She posted a selfie picture inside the airplane in a subsequent tweet and wrote she was traveling to Colorado to “visit families impacted by fracking sites.” (Read more from “Ocasio-Cortez Flew Plane Across the Country to Rally for Climate Change” HERE)

Washington Post Tries to Smear Town as Racist, but Instead Reveals True Cost of Illegal Immigration

Social transformation without representation.

Imagine a lawless federal policy whereby illegal alien families can pay cartels to smuggle in their teen children or relatives who then come to this country and fuel a pipeline of MS-13 recruitment – and their reward for doing so is getting amnesty – all at taxpayer expense! Well, that is exactly what is happening in small towns like Worthington, Minnesota, where, against the will of local residents, illegal aliens are able to traffic in their own children, have them resettled at taxpayer expense, and then force residents to pay for the cost of education, social transformation, and crime.

In a random act of journalism, the Washington Post profiled a farmer in the small town of Worthington, Minnesota, who is trying to end the resettlement of Central American teens in his town. The article, to anyone living outside the elite bubble of the Acela corridor, reveals just how unfair of a burden illegal immigration and refugee resettlement are on small towns. Except, that wasn’t the intent of the elite writers and editors at the Post. They made the article all about race.

In a long report peppered with endless racial references to skin and hair color, the Post essentially accuses Don Brink, local farmer, school bus driver and Vietnam War veteran, of being triggered by “a stream of dark-haired children” in this once quiet southwest Minnesota town. But what most Americans will derive from this article is that a small town of 13,000 people now suffers from nearly the largest per capita resettlement of Central American teens (unaccompanied alien children, UACs) who are wrongly treated as refugees when they are trafficked here by their illegal alien relatives who themselves don’t belong there.

Far from being upset about legitimate and peaceful immigrants who properly apply to come to this country, the people are dealing with the cost, social problems, and crime of an illegal alien chain migration scheme transforming their community carte blanche over a short period of time without the input of local residents. In fact, according to the Post, when the question of expanding schools at a cost of $79 million was brought to a vote in Worthington, the people rejected it overwhelmingly on five occasions.

Who is paying for the resettlement of a record number of these self-trafficked Central Americans teens? Well, this article gives us some insight into where they are being placed and how it burdens local communities. While many of the UACs have been placed in large metropolitan areas on the east and west coasts, “thousands more, however, have ended up in small towns like Worthington, where their impact is dramatic.”

The post notes that over the past six years, Nobles County, Minnesota, has received more unaccompanied minors per capita than all but one county in the country. “Their arrival has helped swell Worthington’s student population by almost one-third, forcing administrators to convert storage space into classrooms and teachers to sprint between periods, book carts in tow.”

Why is nobody in Congress demanding an accounting for who is paying for this? The Post lists some other small communities being burdened by this, such as Manassas, Virginia; Scott County, Mississippi; and Texas County, Oklahoma. More UACs have been resettled this year than ever before, costing taxpayers billions of dollars.

It’s not like these people will be earning enough money to pay for their forced entry into these communities. As the Post notes, the number of non-English speaking children in Worthington has nearly doubled since 2013, to 35 percent of students, and “[I]n the high school, where most unaccompanied minors are placed, it has almost tripled.” The Post also reports on girls coming into the schools straight from the border while pregnant. There are so many social problems with mass numbers coming from indigenous areas of Central America. God bless those people and people from other troubled parts of the world, but it’s not the job of small-town American residents to shoulder the burden of those problems in mass numbers forced upon the community without any orderly process of admission and assimilation.

How come nobody in the state or federal delegation in Minnesota is even asking the question of why American children should have to deal with such a costly and disruptive transformation to accommodate people here illegally?

Social transformation without representation is a general problem with the refugee program. Minnesota has certainly had its share of problems with thousands of Somalis being resettled around Minneapolis in a short period of time without any input from local residents or study of the fiscal cost, crime, terror recruiting, and assimilation. The Trump administration is considering a proposal to allow local communities to reject it, an intuitive that cannot come quickly enough. But the so-called “unaccompanied alien children,” almost exclusively from Central America, will continue to be placed in these communities without any local input. However, as we’ve noted before, they are the least legitimate refugees because almost all of them are self-trafficked by illegal alien families here and are not truly unaccompanied. As bad as chain migration is through the legal visa system, this is a form of illegal alien chain migration that the American people never voted for and is against statute.

Then there are the criminal problems, the one issue conveniently omitted from the Post story. The single biggest driver of the resurgence of gangs, such as MS-13, is the influx of Central American teens erroneously resettled in this country through the UAC program. Up to 40 percent of MS-13 members arrested in recent stings were found to have been resettled in this manner. Also, where you have translational gangs, you have drug trafficking for the cartels. It’s no surprise why the Minneapolis Star Tribune wrote a story last year on how “Mexican drug cartels turned Minneapolis into a meth hub.” At this pace, how much longer will it be until those gangs reach small towns like Worthington?

To the Washington Post writers, the only reason someone would oppose forcible transformation of a small community with an influx of very troubled illegal aliens who are costly and bring in gangs is because of race. Sure, I guess the residents would crawl over glass to embrace the crime, gangs, foreign language programs, pregnant high school kids, and the cost of education and crowded schools if their skin color happened to be lighter.

Despite their barely disguised race-baiting, the Washington Post gives away the farm toward the middle of the article: “Even as Worthington has changed, however, its tax base still depends largely on white farmers like Brink, pitting the town’s future against its past.”

They sure could have done without the reference to “white” farmers, but any sane American reading this expose empathizes with the local residents. American taxpayers – whether black, white, yellow or orange – being forced against their will to subsidize illegal aliens, is the ultimate violation of the underpinnings of our government by the consent of the people.

Social transformation without representation has nothing to do with race and everything to do with making the American people pay for the rope to hang themselves against their will. The Washington Post might not have intended this, but they did a great service by exposing the truth of what is happening to so many towns across America thanks to the the refusal of our government to enforce immigration laws as originally drafted.
