Bernie Surrogate: Statues of Jesus Christ Are ‘Form of White Supremacy,’ Should Be Torn Down

Far-left activist Shaun King on Monday said all images depicting Jesus as a “white European” should be torn down because they are a form of “white supremacy.”

King made his remarks over a series of Twitter posts as historic monuments and statues have become the targets of anger and vandalism during Black Lives Matter protests in the wake of George Floyd’s death while in police custody late last month.

“Yes I think the statues of the white European they claim is Jesus should also come down. They are a form of white supremacy. Always have been,” King tweeted. “In the Bible, when the family of Jesus wanted to hide, and blend in, guess where they went? EGYPT! Not Demark. Tear them down.”

King followed the post up with another, saying that “white Jesus is a lie” and a “tool of white supremacy” created to help white people use Christianity as a “tool of oppression. He added that white people would never have accepted a religion “from a Brown man.”

King then tweeted support from taking down all imagery, including “murals and stained glass windows of white Jesus, and his European mother, and their white friends.”

Time’s Up: Trump Doesn’t Need Permission of Cities Participating in Insurrection to Send in Military (VIDEO)

How is it that we are two weeks into an armed insurrection in Seattle, where local politicians let terrorists take over a police precinct and several city blocks and prevent all city services from entering? How is it that Americans continue to get beaten out of their cars by lynch mobs, and it appears there are no police in sight? Every Republican tells us that re-election of Trump is the most important outcome we can strive for, but he is president right now. He holds the power of the federal government. Are we really at the mercy of local governments ignoring or downright participating in the insurrection?

This question was settled long ago. State governments never had the power to violate life, liberty, or property, pursuant to Art. IV, §2, cl. 1 of the Constitution, which prohibited states from violating core natural rights from the very first day of the republic. In 1867, however, the 14th Amendment’s Privileges and Immunities Clause gave the federal government enforcement power over states that violate those natural rights, which were specified at the federal level in the Bill of Rights after states had already adopted the original Constitution.

In response to the Civil War, Congress passed a law in 1871 to authorize the president to put down any insurrection. It was the original enforcement legislation designed to put teeth into the 14th Amendment, as envisioned under Sec. 5 of that amendment, which authorizes Congress to enforce violations by states. It’s law to this day under 10 U.S. Code §253 and was amended in 2008 to apply to natural disasters and terrorism.

The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it—

(1) so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or

(2) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.

There are no limitations on the time, methods, or place in which the president can deploy the military to put down insurrection and domestic violence. With the anarchists desiring to relive the Civil War, it’s time to use a Civil War-era law to put down this rebellion, as the law was designed to do.

What we are facing today in many cities is the worst unlawful combination of insurrection and violence that is hindering numerous state and federal laws, blocking highways and threatening motorists, and destroying businesses and property. Everyone seems to think that the president needs the permission of the state to deal with this, but the law was clearly designed for when “authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection.”

The language of “privileges and immunities” was taken from the then-recently passed 14th Amendment to ensure that states couldn’t get away with ignoring people’s inalienable rights. Trump and Senate Republicans need to up the ante and threaten to invoke this statute if states and cities continue to allow “autonomous zones” and rioters to maim, loot, burn, steal, and obstruct traffic.

Obviously, we were all reluctant to immediately deploy the military and were hoping that local police would finally come to their senses, as they always have in the past after a few days of rioting. However, three weeks into this insurrection, many of these city governments have downright joined in the insurrection, which has led to direct threats to the lives and property of all Americans indefinitely. Truckers now have to rethink where they deliver goods, as if this were Afghanistan, where you need a map to see where the government has full or partial control over the territory.

Here is the latest motorist lynching in Santa Monica, California, captured in a video posted by my BlazeTV colleague, Elijah Schaffer:

With California officials downright encouraging this behavior and preventing the police from stopping it, the president is obligated to step in. The philosophy behind the 14th Amendment and the 1871 law to implement it is that the federal government was created for situations where states are either inherently incapable of defending liberty (a foreign invasion) or when they refuse to protect liberty and downright promulgate tyrannical edicts against life and property. Slavery and Jim Crow had to be swatted down by the federal government. Now these riots and beatings need the same response.

The police have been made to be criminals while the criminals are being exalted as civil rights leaders. This cannot go on longer. We cannot wait until November. Trump is already president and already has all the authority he needs. It’s time to use it. Theodore Roosevelt Statue to Be Removed by De Blasio

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio says he supports the calls by the American Museum of Natural History to remove a “problematic statue” of Theodore Roosevelt that many say is a symbol of oppression and racial discrimination.

The statue, officially named Equestrian Statue of Theodore Roosevelt, was unveiled 80 years ago, and sits at the entrance of the museum. . .

It depicts the former New York governor and the 26th U.S. president on horseback with an unnamed Native American and a man of African descent on foot on either side of the horse.

“The American Museum of Natural History has asked to remove the Theodore Roosevelt statue because it explicitly depicts Black and Indigenous people as subjugated and racially inferior,” de Blasio said in a written statement obtained by NPR. Amazon Censors ‘Killing Free Speech’ Documentary About Censorship

Amazon has removed the first part of Killing Free Speech, a documentary about the threats to freedom of expression posed by Antifa and its allies in the media and Democrat parties. A second part of the documentary, focused on the power of Big Tech, will shortly be released.

This is the second time that the documentary’s creator, independent Danish-American conservative filmmaker Michael Hansen, has been censored by Amazon. As Breitbart News reported last year, Hansen’s previous documentary, about mass migration and Islam in Europe, was also censored by the Big Tech platform. . .

Killing Free Speech Part 1 shows an official from Council on American-Islamic Relactions (CAIR) caught on camera admitting that women don’t have equal rights under Sharia law. The documentary also charts the rise of Antifa in the United States, highlighting how the American movement has been influenced by violent militants in Europe.

Part two, which features an interview with this reporter about tech censorship, has received praised from Border Patrol agents. (Read more from “Amazon Censors ‘Killing Free Speech’ Documentary About Censorship” HERE)

Trump Manager: Campaign Was Not Duped, Media Scared Supporters From Tulsa Rally; Did ‘Dirty Tricks’ Sabotage Trump Tulsa Rally?; Trump Rally Backlash: No Different Than Protests ‘From a Purely Public Health Point of View’

By Breitbart. Trump 2020 Campaign Manager Brad Parscale on Sunday berated the media for savaging the campaign’s small crowd size in Tulsa on Saturday, despite boasting a million campaign ticket requests beforehand.

“For the media to now celebrate the fear that they helped create is disgusting but typical,” Parscale wrote in a lengthy statement to reporters. “And it makes us wonder why we bother credentialing media for events when they don’t do their full jobs as professionals.”

Corporate media organizations had a field day after only about 6,000 supporters attended President Trump’s rally, failing to fill the BOK Center stadium and left the planned overflow areas empty.

Parscale blamed the media’s negative reporting before the rally for the small crowds, criticizing them for stoking coronavirus fears and reports of possible protests and riots.

“The fact is that a week’s worth of the fake news media warning people away from the rally because of COVID and protestors, coupled with recent images of American cities on fire, had a real impact on people bringing their families and children to the rally,” he wrote. Did ‘Dirty Tricks’ Sabotage Trump Tulsa Rally?

By PJ Media. Tik-Tok and K-Pop users are claiming they reserved hundreds of tickets for Donald Trump’s Tulsa rally, never having any intention of showing up. The result was a half-empty arena in Tulsa for the president’s post-coronavirus restart of his campaign.

In fact, Twitter is alight this morning with reports that dozens of teens reserved thousands of rally tickets to sabotage the optics of Trump’s speech. . .

The gloating is absolutely nauseating. The Trump rally was sabotaged by political “dirty trick” worthy of the Nixon campaign and Democrats are celebrating?

. . .The Trump team claims there was other sabotage, including the blocking of access to metal detectors to enter the arena and threatening by anti-Trump radicals. They ended up canceling the outdoor address by the president altogether.

Was this an organized effort to shut down Trump and sabotage the rally? There is no evidence that is the case. We’ve seen social media spark revolutions in other countries with little or no formal organization online so it’s possible that a meme spread on Twitter could have developed into several thousand independent efforts to make phony requests for tickets. Dr. Siegel on Trump Rally Backlash: No Different Than Protests ‘From a Purely Public Health Point of View’

By Fox News. Fox News medical contributor Dr. Marc Siegel called out a double standard from some of President Trump’s critics who cited coronavirus concerns surrounding his campaign rally in Oklahoma on Saturday, while seemingly giving a pass to the thousands of protesters who have taken to the streets in recent weeks.

“It is very disappointing… all of this backbite going on about a virus we’re still learning about which is very humbling,” Siegel told “Fox & Friends Weekend” host Jedediah Bila.

“Of course you saw the protests going on around the country in major cities. That, of course, took risks and there wasn’t a lot of mask-wearing there. So far, we haven’t seen a spike of cases in those areas as a result,” he explained. . .

Siegel acknowledged that “people, both at protests and at rallies, get excited, and when they’re excited, they take fewer precautions.”

At the same time, Siegel said he didn’t “see any difference between having a rally and having protests from a purely public health point of view,” adding that it was “very disappointing [to see] all the politicizing going on.” (Read more from “Dr. Siegel on Trump Rally Backlash: No Different Than Protests ‘From a Purely Public Health Point of View'” HERE)

Supreme Court Rules Women Are No Longer Real but Just Fantasies

This past Monday, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled by a vote of 6-3 that a woman is not real.

Writing for the majority, Justice Neil Gorsuch announced, “The six of us on the Court who are clearly smarter than the dissenting three, and, likewise, much brighter and wiser than the hundreds of millions of you deplorable rubes across the land who still believe in biology and genetics, have decided, by god-like fiat, that as of June 15, 2020, a female is no longer a fact, but a fantasy.” . . .

“Therefore, on this grand day of enlightenment, we proclaim that throughout the land, all subjects of the United States of America must now bow in submission to the Rainbow altar and its golden calf. You must pay homage to our Cult of Feelings. You must deny reality and cast all reason aside.

“How foolish of you think that there is a God and that He created man as a binary male and female. How naive of you to think a female is a fact. She is not!

“In our day of gnosis, we know that nothing can be known and, therefore, we know that a woman is little more than a fantasy and a fabrication. We are sure that nothing is sure, but of this one thing we are sure … Being a woman is a social construct and not an objective reality. Justice Department Rejects SCOTUS Transgender Rule

President Donald Trump’s justice department is defending women’s sports from an Idaho lawsuit by transgender activists — and from the Supreme Court’s new pro-transgender rule.

“Allowing biological males to compete in all-female sports is fundamentally unfair to female athletes,” said a statement from Attorney General William P. Barr.

The Idaho lawsuit was filed by transgender activists and progressive groups after the Idaho legislature passed a law barring biological males from female sports, titled the Fairness in Women’s Sports Act.

That June 19 announcement comes four days after the five judges on the Supreme Court — including GOP nominee Neil Gorsuch — suddenly added the transgender claim to the 1964 law barring discrimination against women or men. The court insisted that a person’s rights are violated whenever they would be welcomed “but for” their sex, and is allowing lower courts to apply that open-ended rule in many areas of culture, such as schools, changing rooms, and sports. . .

The transgender fight is one part of the campaign by progressives to rewrite American culture. (Read more from “Justice Department Rejects SCOTUS Transgender Rule” HERE)

Democrats Whisper, ‘Biden Landslide’

Democrats, including Joe Biden, are trying not to jinx themselves as the political tide seems to turn against President Trump.

“Ignore the polls. We can’t take anything for granted this November — the stakes are simply too high,” Biden tweeted last week.

Biden’s plea was prompted by surveys reporting he’s got a double-digit berth nationally on Trump four or so months out from the general election. Public opinion averages across the country and in critical swing states suggest it’s a tighter race. But the presumptive 2020 Democratic presidential nominee’s still charging ahead in battlegrounds such as Arizona, Michigan, and Wisconsin. And FiveThirtyEight data this week has Biden winning in states worth 368 electoral votes, compared to Trump’s 170.

Trump’s ebbing political fortunes come as both candidates relaunch their bids following the COVID-19 lockdowns. The White House incumbent, who hosted a massive rally Saturday, returns more battered than his opponent, who’s been holding smaller-scale events. Critics have pummeled Trump for his coronavirus response and its effect on the economy since the start of the year. The president’s also been hit for his reaction to the civil unrest triggered after George Floyd, a black man, died last month as a white police officer knelt on his neck. The Last (And Final) Frontier: Why the Space Force Belongs in Alaska

As the sixth and newest branch of our nation’s military sets out to master the final frontier, it is my belief that Alaska, the Last Frontier, is the clear choice to base this historic mission. Alongside Anchorage Mayor Ethan Berkowitz, I have submitted a joint request to station U.S. Space Command here in our nation’s 49th state.

In 1935, Gen. Billy Mitchell, father of the U.S. Air Force, called Alaska the “most important strategic place in the world.” From World War II, in which Alaska was the only place in North America to be invaded, to the depths of the Cold War, where Arctic radar outposts protected against Soviet missile launches, the truth of Mitchell’s claim has been well established.

Anchorage, home to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, is perfectly positioned to carry on this legacy. In addition, our state-of-the-art Pacific Spaceport Complex provides military launch capabilities just a short distance from Anchorage. The facility, run by the publicly owned Alaska Aerospace Corporation, has conducted successful space launches since 1998 and is quickly expanding to accommodate the current commercial space boom.

But Mitchell’s assertion extended beyond the realm of national security. Today, Anchorage serves as North America’s gateway to Asia-Pacific trade. Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, which briefly held the title of “world’s busiest” airport earlier this year, lies within nine hours of 90% of the industrialized world. With a deep-water port that continues to grow in significance as Bering Sea ice recedes, the commercial importance of Anchorage will only increase in the years ahead. WATCH: Twitter, Facebook Yank Trump’s Silly Baby Meme Video Mocking CNN

Twitter and Facebook took down President Donald Trump’s silly meme video Friday that featured two babies running on the sidewalk while a fake CNN chyron parodied cable news coverage. “Terrified Todler Runs From Racist Baby,” the fictitious chyron read, before changing to “Racist Baby Probably A Trump Voter.”

Even though “Todler” was misspelled in a cartoon graphic reminiscent of CNN’s television display, journalists “fact-checked” the clip to invalidate its authenticity, assurring the public that Trump’s video was indeed fake. Twitter initially tagged the post with the “manipulated content” label before enhancing its censorship nearly 24 hours later to remove the video after a complaint from the parent of one of the children depicted.

“This video has been removed in response to a report from the copyright holder,” the text now reads in the video’s place. Facebook also removed the video.

CNN’s Chief White House agitator Jim Acosta charged in Friday’s White House press briefing that Trump was exploiting the children to make fun of the network.

“Why is the president sharing fake videos on Twitter about two toddlers who are obviously showing a lot of love for one another?” Acosta asked. “It seems as though he’s exploiting children to make some sort of crass political point.”
