WATCH: Arkansas Man Plants Mysterious Seeds From China

An Arkansas man who says he received a packet of unknown seeds from China has planted them — and KSFM-TV calls the burgeoning plant “wild.” . . .

Booneville, Arkansas, resident Doyle Crenshaw said he planted a nondescript — and unsolicited — package of seeds from China.

“We … planted the seeds just to see what would happen,” he told the station, revealing that the large plant — which initially grew from orange-colored flowers — is producing large, white fruits.

“Every two weeks I’d come by and put Miracle-Gro on it, and they just started growing like crazy,” he admitted.

Twitter Censors Joe Rogan Podcast With Gender Expert (VIDEO)

Twitter appears to have censored a newly released episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast after Rogan interviewed Dr. Debra Soh, a scientist and writer famous for opposing childhood transgenderism.

Soh first brought the censorship issue to attention Wednesday night, when she posted images on Twitter showing the interview had been blocked from immediate access and was labeled as containing “including potentially sensitive content.”

As of press time, the block appears to have been lifted, with no statement yet from Twitter.

According to Twitter company policies, to be censored in this fashion a Tweet must have been reported, reviewed by the company, and then censored if it is deemed “violent, hateful, or adult content.”

Like most JRE interviews, the conversation crossed a range of topics within Soh’s field of study. Included were research debunking claims of a “gender spectrum,” the effect transgender drugs have on children, and the question of transgender athletes in sports.

Trump Signs Executive Order Banning TikTok in 45 Days

President Trump issued an executive order Thursday night that would see the social media platform TikTok banned within 45 days.

TikTok is a video sharing mobile application, owned by ByteDance Ltd., that the Trump administration has deemed a national security threat on the basis that the app has been gathering data that could potentially be shared with the government of China.

“TikTok automatically gathers vast swaths of information from its users, including internet and other network activity information such as location data and browsing and search history,” the executive order said.

“This data threatens to allow the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) access to Americans’ personal and propietrary information – potentially allowing China to track the locations of Federal employees and contractors, build dossiers of personal information and blackmail, and conduct corporate espionage.”

The U.S. ban puts pressure on the China-based company to sell the app’s U.S. platform – Microsoft is reportedly a leading contender, but the deal will be closely monitored by the Trump administration. (Read more from “Trump Signs Executive Order Banning TikTok in 45 Days” HERE)

In a clip released on Wednesday, however, Biden faced a rare, unfiltered question while participating in a virtual interview with members of the National Association of Black Journalists. When asked to clarify his remarks from last month about being constantly tested for cognitive ability, Biden, visibly annoyed, clapped back at CBS correspondent Errol Barnett.

“No, I haven’t taken a test. Why the hell would I take a test? C’mon man,” Biden said, agitated.

It didn’t improve from there. Biden pivoted to mocking President Trump, accusing the president of not being able to tell the difference between an elephant and a lion, an incident which has never occurred. . .

In a clip that lasted just over 60 seconds, Biden admitted that he blatantly lied about taking cognitive tests, suggested a Black journalist might be on cocaine for asking that question, falsely accused the president of being unable to decipher various mammals, and became barely intelligible while challenging the country to determine his mental fitness. Biden Confidants Reportedly See VP List Narrowed Down to 2

As presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden spends this week at his home in Delaware, holding one-on-one meetings with roughly half-dozen contenders who have made his shortlist for running mate, a new report speculates that the former vice president has narrowed his choices to two candidates.

Those two, according to Biden confidants who spoke with Axios, are Sen. Kamala Harris of California and Susan Rice, who served as national security adviser and ambassador to the United Nations under President Obama’s administration.

Last week, Biden told reporters that he would choose his party’s vice presidential nominee by “the first week in August.” But a source familiar with the process told Fox News on Monday that “an announcement isn’t likely this week.”

With the Aug. 17 start of the Democratic National Convention nearing, a leading Biden adviser said the former vice president would use the next week or so to “spend some time” with the contenders on the shortlist.

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, a co-chair of Biden’s running mate selection committee, said Tuesday in an interview with MSNBC that they have “amazing women that have been a part of this process. Poll: Black Americans Favor Higher Police Presence

A Gallup poll released on Wednesday shows that 81 percent of black Americans want the police presence to remain the same or increase in their neighborhood or area. According to the poll, “67 percent of all U.S. adults” also prefer the “status quo” when it comes to local police presence.

“Most Black Americans want the police to spend at least as much time in their area as they currently do, indicating that they value the need for the service that police provide,” the poll concludes.

Eighty-three percent of Hispanic Americans and 88 percent of white Americans share similar attitudes. In contrast, only 72 percent of Asian Americans say they would prefer increased or the same amount of police presence in their neighborhoods.

After an examination of factors such as volume and frequency of police interactions, however, researchers determined that neither were the most significant factor in dictating black Americans’ attitudes towards police presence in their area.

While “exposure comes with more trepidation for Black than White or Hispanic Americans about what they might experience in a police encounter,” poll analysis suggests that “simply having an interaction with the police in the past year has no bearing on black Americans’ preference for local police presence in their area.” (Read more from “Poll: Black Americans Favor Higher Police Presence” HERE)

Trump Finalizes Rule Defining Gender as a Person’s Biological Sex

The Trump administration on Friday finalized a regulation that defines gender as a person’s biological sex, reversing an Obama-era rule aimed at protecting transgender people against sex discrimination in health care.

The Health and Human Services Department regulation says essentially that “gender identity” is not protected under federal law prohibiting sex discrimination in health care.

The policy shift was long sought by religious and social conservatives. The Obama administration’s regulation defined gender as a person’s internal sense of being male, female, neither or a combination.

Dr. Grazie Pozo Christie, policy adviser for The Catholic Association, praised the move. She said preventing “discrimination on the basis of sex” was intended “to ensure that women are treated on a par with men.”

“Changing the definition of sex to mean ‘gender identity’ and to include unfettered access to abortion would not have protected the vulnerable,” she said. “Instead, it would have made it impossible for doctors to decline to perform ethically problematic procedures (like late-term abortion) and experimental and dangerous ones (like the removal of healthy organs from young patients with gender dysphoria.) Billionaire Oprah Winfrey Bizarrely Tells White People to Admit Racism

Black critics and lawmakers alike castigated Oprah Winfrey for a video that went viral Tuesday.

The video, part of Winfrey’s series “The Oprah Conversation,” featured the namesake host encouraging white guests to admit to their racism and insisting that all white people have a “leg up” because of their skin color.

The latest episode of the AppleTV+ series, which featured activist and former NFL player Emmanuel Acho, spoke with white guests about topics such as whiteness, white privilege, and racism. . .

“There are white people who are not as powerful as the system of white people — the caste system that’s been put in place — but they still, no matter where they are on the rung, or the ladder of success, they still have their whiteness,” Winfrey said in the viral video.

“[Whites have a] leg up,” she insisted. “You still have your whiteness. That’s what the term ‘white privilege’ is. It means that whiteness still gives you an advantage, no matter. It is the fundamental issue.”

Democratic Donor Ed Buck Facing New Charges for Prostitution, Fatal Drug Overdose

Disgraced Democratic donor Ed Buck has been charged with four more felonies, including enticing victims to travel interstate for prostitution.

The Justice Department announced Tuesday that a Los Angeles federal grand jury returned an updated indictment with the additional felony charges, bringing a total of nine counts against Buck, 65, before he is scheduled to head to trial in January.

Prosecutors have alleged Buck operated a drug den in his West Hollywood home, where he administered methamphetamine to men against their will during sexual encounters.

Among the new charges, prosecutors claim Buck knowingly lured one of his victims, Gemmel Moore, 26, to travel to Los Angeles, where Buck provided methamphetamine to Moore who then fatally overdosed on July 27, 2017. Twitter Places Ban on Trump Campaign Account

Twitter temporarily banned the Trump 2020 campaign from tweeting on their social media platform until they deleted a video about the coronavirus on Wednesday.

Liz Kelley, a spokesperson for Twitter, told the Washington Post that the video was “is in violation of the Twitter Rules on COVID-19 misinformation.” . . .

The Trump Team tweet contained a video of President Donald Trump from an interview with Fox News where he said that children were “almost immune” from the coronavirus.

Facebook also took down a post from the president about children contracting coronavirus on Wednesday.

Amazon Censors Pro-Life Documentary

Marcus Pittman was excited about his new documentary, “Babies Are Still Murdered Here,” which was released in October 2019. As director and producer, he put in a lot of work to ensure the film’s message, aesthetics, audio, and more were just right. Pittman was even more thrilled when it was added to Amazon’s Prime Video in December 2019, making it easier for people to watch.

According to Pittman, the sequel to “Babies are Murdered Here” addresses the gap between pro-life intervention and activism on the local level. The film’s description says the documentary investigated “deep underpinnings of major national lobbyist groups to find out why after 46 years Babies Are Still Murdered Here.” The film aims “to open eyes and hearts to the truth.” . . .

A live showing on Facebook reached a quarter of a million views in the first week, but Pittman and his team soon hit a bump in the road. In July 2020, Pittman began receiving messages from fans of the documentary who had tried to share it with new pro-life advocate Kanye West. They said it was no longer available on Amazon Prime. . .

The message claims the film was removed because “this title does not meet our customer content quality expectations” and because they received “customer feedback.” Pittman, however, said he never signed a content agreement with Amazon. . .

He also said that, despite Amazon’s claims of negative customer feedback, the film has received an overwhelming number of good reviews on Amazon and other platforms. As of August, 89 percent of the film’s 344 customer reviews — far more ratings than most of Amazon’s featured documentaries received — were five stars.
