Fox News Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano Accused of Sexually Abusing Man in 1980s Who Faced Arson Charge in His Court

By NY Daily News. Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano sexually abused a man accused of arson in his court in the 1980s, a shocking lawsuit charged Friday.

The federal lawsuit filed by South Carolina resident Charles Corbishley alleges that Napolitano attacked him at a Hackensack, N.J. home. . .

“You know, you could be going away for a long time,” Napolitano allegedly told Corbishely, who was 20 years old at the time, according to the lawsuit.

Napolitano, who was wearing a trench coat, then told Corbishley to “be a good boy” and forced him to “perform fellatio on the Honorable Andrew Napolitano, the presiding Justice on his criminal case,” the suit states.

“At this moment, Plaintiff was paralyzed with fear. He wanted desperately to stop Defendant Napolitano’s sexual assault, but he was terrified about what Judge Napolitano would do to him if he resisted or fought back,” the lawsuit continues. ‘Be a Good Boy’: Lawsuit Graphically Accuses Fox News Star Andrew Napolitano of Sexual Assault

By Law and Crime. . .According to the complaint obtained by Law&Crime, in 1988, Napolitano lured Charles Corbishley to his New Jersey home under false pretenses and forced him to perform oral sex.

At the time, Napolitano was the judge presiding over Corbishley’s case on charges of criminal arson. His lawyer, Robert Hollis, was allegedly a self-described “friend” of Napolitano’s and successfully moved to have the case brought under his purview. Hollis then purportedly arranged for Corbishley to do yard work at Napolitano’s Hackensack residence–presumably in exchange for judicial leniency. . .

The filing described the alleged attack in graphic detail [emphasis in original]:

Defendant NAPOLITANO then approached Plaintiff CHARLES CORBISHLEY, and stated “you know, you could be going away for a long time.” As Defendant was speaking to Plaintiff, he proceeded to place his hand on Plaintiff’s shoulder, and forced Plaintiff to his knees. As he pushed Plaintiff down toward the ground, Defendant told Plaintiff to “be a good boy.” At this point, Defendant NAPOLITANO appeared to be masturbating through his clothing, moving his hand back and forth over his penis. Thereafter, Defendant NAPOLITANO pulled his erect penis out. Plaintiff Charles Corbishley was then forced to perform fellatio on the Honorable Andrew Napolitano, the presiding Justice on his criminal case.

. . .“The complaint declares that Judge Napolitano recently attempted to stop Mr. Corbishley from filing this lawsuit by making up false criminal charges against him,” a press release from Corbishley’s legal team alleges. “Specifically, Napolitano recently contacted law enforcement officials in New Jersey and told them that Mr. Corbishley had made violent threats against him. Dr. Fauci Admits: A COVID Vaccine Won’t Change Restrictions; Trump Says Judge Striking Down State’s Pandemic Restrictions Is ‘Good News’

Dr. Anthony Fauci just spilled the beans: contrary to the implicit promise numerous politicians made that COVID-19 restrictions would only last “until there’s an effective vaccine,” Fauci says the arrival of a vaccine won’t mean life will return to normal, perhaps for more than a year.

“If you’re talking about getting back to a degree of normality which resembles where we were prior to COVID, it’s going to be well into 2021, maybe even towards the end of 2021,” said the director of National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases on Friday.

A safe and effective vaccine produced this quickly would be a stunning scientific accomplishment that could save thousands of lives. But Fauci warned that widespread distribution and getting “the majority, or more, of the population vaccinated and protected” won’t happen until perhaps the end 2021, and therefore means we cannot be free from oppressive lockdown measures until at least that point.

Aside from Fauci being a reliable harbinger for politicians moving the COVID-19 goal posts, we have three very good reasons to doubt the understanding promoted by politicians so far about returning to normal when a vaccine is deployed: 1) politicians already moved the goalposts far away from “flatten the curve” and “15 days to slow the spread” and thus can’t be trusted 2) they’ve ignored their promise of reopening if effective treatments were found, and 3) the newly discovered phenomenon of COVID-19 reinfection gives panic-pushers an excuse to keep lockdown measures until some new target of vaccine efficacy or compliance is met. Trump Says Judge Striking Down Pennsylvania’s Pandemic Restrictions Is ‘Good News’

By New York Post. President Trump on Monday celebrated a federal judgement striking down pandemic restrictions in the battleground state of Pennsylvania as an unconstitutional overreach — and said he wanted it to happen in more states.

Aboard Air Force One as he traveled from California to Arizona after being briefed on wildfire damage, the president shared dozens of tweets announcing a federal judge had sided against Gov. Tom Wolf’s sweeping restrictions.

“Congratulations Pennsylvania. Now we await the decision on the Rigged Ballot Scam, which is so bad for our Country!” Trump tweeted to his 85 million followers, referring to mail-in ballots which he has tried to discredit before the election.

Sharing another tweet from an Illinois woman who wrote, “It’s time, Illinois,” Trump responded: “And Michigan, and North Carolina. Next up, phony Ballot voting Hoax!”

US District Judge William Stickman IV on Monday sided with plaintiffs that included hair salons, drive-in movie theaters, a farmer’s market vendor, a horse trainer and several Republican officeholders who sued as individuals. Trump Jumps on Offer to Have Joe Rogan Moderate Debate With Joe Biden (VIDEO)

President Trump on Monday jumped on an offer from mixed martial arts commentator and Spotify podcast host Joe Rogan to moderate a four-hour debate with former Vice President Joe Biden.

“I do,” Trump responded on Twitter to a post from Tim Kennedy, a retired MMA fighter.

“On my podcast with @joerogan he offered to moderate a debate between @JoeBiden and @realDonaldTrump It would be four hours with no live audience. Just the two candidates, cameras, and their vision of how to move this country forward. Who wants this?” Kennedy said in his tweet. . .

Rogan said that to avoid the bias in the media, he’d be happy to moderate a debate between Biden and Trump.

Top-Level Citigroup, Credit Suisse Tech Specialist Behind QAnon Website

By Daily Dot. . .Qmap.pub, a site that reposts messages from Q that originally appeared on the imageboard 8kun, was visited millions of times each month by the conspiracy’s most ardent defenders. . .

The entity behind the website was previously known only as “QAppAnon,” but has since been identified as a man from New Jersey.

In a post Thursday from the fact-checking website Logically, a lengthy investigation that includes social media data and financial records appear to indicate that Qmap is run by a man named Jason Gelinas.

“The investigation ties QAnon properties to a company owned by Gelinas, an information technology specialist who has held prominent positions at both Credit Suisse and Citigroup,” Logically reports.

QAnon Website Shuts Down After N.J. Man Identified as Operator

By Bloomberg. A popular website for posts about the conspiracy group QAnon abruptly shut down after a fact-checking group identified the developer as a New Jersey man. . .

Reached outside his home, Gelinas declined to comment on the Logically report, saying only that someone had sent it to him on Twitter after it was published.

“I’m not going to comment on any of that,” Gelinas said when asked if he was behind the website Qmap. “I’m not going to get involved. I want to stay out of it.”

Wearing an American flag baseball cap, Gelinas said that QAnon is a “patriotic movement to save the country.” . . .

A Biden Talk Show Appearance Confirms That His Candidacy Is a Total Scam

For months now, people have been wondering whether all of Biden’s appearances, including the easy ones, are scripted. Now we know the truth.

For the Biden campaign, the Wuhan virus has been a benefit. It’s allowed Biden to conduct his interviews from the safety of his own home. Because there are no public appearances, his campaign can keep secret whether Biden relies on a teleprompter for even friendly, casual interviews. Videos of Biden’s slip-ups suggested that he was using a teleprompter, but the campaign wasn’t talking. Now, though, a sharp-eyed viewer looking at footage of Biden talking to James Corden believes he’s exposed Biden’s secret: Even for friendly, inconsequential interviews, Biden and his interlocutors have a script.

What’s new in the 2020 election, as opposed to 1988 or 2008, is Biden’s cognitive decline. Although his campaign and the mainstream media are denying it, it’s obvious to everyone. Trump Administration Bans Chinese Imports Made in ‘Concentration Camp’

The Trump administration moved to block substantially more imports from the Xinjiang region of China, where approximately 1 million Uighur Muslims are forced to manufacture goods in “concentration camps,” according to homeland security officials.

Ken Cuccinelli, who performs the duties of Department of Homeland Security deputy secretary, told reporters in a press call Monday afternoon that Customs and Border Protection officers who screen imports at ports of entry will block items made at any of five locations in China. The Chinese government claims the sites are vocational skills and training centers or workplace facilities.

“This is not a vocational center. It is a concentration camp — a place where religious and ethnic minorities are subject to abuse and forced to work in heinous conditions with no recourse and no freedom,” said Cuccinelli. “This is modern-day slavery. WATCH: Key Impeachment Witness Says He Is ‘Absolutely’ a ‘Never Trumper’

Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, a key witness in the Trump impeachment probe, said in an interview airing Monday that he is “absolutely” a so-called “Never Trumper.”

“I think as the president’s attacked and politicized me directly, in taking a very sober view of where this president is taking this country, the divisions, the catering to our adversaries, the undermining of national security interests, that I am absolutely a Never Trumper,” Vindman said in an interview with NBC News’ Lester Holt.

Vindman, who served as director of European affairs on the National Security Council, testified at the Trump impeachment hearings regarding Trump’s policies towards Ukraine. Vindman listened in on a phone call on July 25, 2019 that Trump had with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Vindman told Congress that he believed Trump abused his power in the phone call by pressuring Zelensky to investigate whether the Ukrainian government helped Democrats during the 2016 election. Trump also made reference in the phone call to an investigation into Joe Biden and his son, Hunter.

Trump has publicly criticized Vindman, who was fired from the National Security Council in February, after the Senate voted to acquit Trump following his impeachment trial.

GOP Senator Asks DOJ to Investigate Netflix Over Child Sexploitation Movie ‘Cuties’

Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) is making the pro-pedophile left crazy and all it took was asking the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate Netflix for violating U.S. child pornography laws. Today’s Democrats are so focused on attacking followers of QAnon that they are in the process of publicly defending child exploitation. Aaron Rupar, a journalist at Vox, tweeted out this interview with Ted Cruz asking the DOJ to investigate Netflix for distributing the film Cuties — a film that appears to violate U.S. law. Rupar declared this as evidence that he is “tossing some red meat to GOP’s QAnon base.” In reality, Senator Cruz is asking our law-enforcement agencies to do their jobs.

The fact that QAnon followers are concerned with child-trafficking and child exploitation should not make any rational person decide “I’m against stopping child-trafficking or exploitation now,” just because some people who have some weird theories are against it. This is just evidence that the opposition to Republicans is so unhinged that no matter what Donald Trump or Republicans do (including trying to rescue sex-trafficked kids), the other side will declare it double-plus ungood. Stopping the exploitation of children on Netflix is somehow evil because Republicans are doing it, or something. Here’s a blue-checked journalist saying he would let his daughter perform sexually for an audience.

But Cruz isn’t going to let that stop him. He sent a letter to the Department of Justice asking for an official investigation into Netflix and its movie Cuties that shows underaged little girls in sexual situations, performing for sexual titillation, with close-ups of their genitals while doing suggestive twerking dances, flashing their underwear, among other horrors. Cruz wrote:

The video streaming service and content-producer Netflix is currently hosting a film entitled “Cuties” that sexualizes young girls, including through dance scenes that simulate sexual activities and a scene exposing a minor’s bare breast. I urge the Department of Justice to investigate the production and distribution of this film to determine whether Netflix, its executives, or the individuals involved in the filming and production of “Cuties” violated any federal laws against the production and distribution of child pornography.

The Left Is Setting the Stage for a Coup If Trump Wins

It’s been hard to miss the steady drumbeat of articles and think-pieces over the past few months about Election Day war games and post-election planning underway on the left, rooted in obsessive fears that President Trump will refuse to accept an electoral loss, triggering a constitutional crisis and maybe even widespread civic unrest, all in a desperate attempt to cling to power. . .

Indeed, paranoia and an assumption that any action by the Trump administration to ensure the integrity of the election is tantamount to stealing it pervades our elite class. The Transition Integrity Project’s war games played out various scenarios, utterly divorced from reality, in which team Trump “succeeded in invoking the Insurrection Act and sending active-duty military troops into US cities to ‘restore order,’ ‘protect’ voting places, or confiscate ‘fraudulent’ ballots.” In another scenario, Attorney General Bill Barr ordered “the seizure of mail-in ballots to ensure that vote counting would stop.”

All this tells us much more about the mindset of the people running the simulations than it does about what Barr or Trump are likely to do in November. The left simply cannot imagine an election in which Trump doesn’t win by cheating, hence they’ve decided they will accept only one outcome. Rahna Epting, executive director of MoveOn and a participant in the Fight Back Table discussions, told The Daily Beast, “It is very obvious that Trump is laying the groundwork for claiming victory no matter what.”

This is doublespeak. What should be obvious by now is that a broad coalition of left-wing groups is laying the groundwork to reject the results of the November election if Trump wins and claim victory, no matter what. The same left-wing groups that have been fomenting riots and street violence for months will again mobilize, only this time they won’t be calling for the abolishment of the police but the effective abolishment of popular government—an end to our constitutional system, and with it, an end to the republic.
