President Trump Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize Again

On Monday President Donald Trump was nominated for the third time this year for a 2021 Noble Peace Prize. The nomination came courtesy of Australian law professors praising the “Trump Doctrine” against endless wars.

While speaking with Sky News in Australia, law professor David Flint explained why he decided to nominate Trump.

“The Trump Doctrine is something extraordinary, as so many things that Donald Trump does. He is guided by two things, which seem to be absent from so many politicians. He has firstly common sense and he is only guided by a national interest, and therefore, in our circumstances, an interest in the Western alliance,” Flint said. “What he has done with the Trump Doctrine is that he has decided that he would no longer have America involved in endless wars, wars which achieve nothing, but the killing of thousands of young Americans and enormous debts imposed on America.”

During his interview with Sky News, Flint also spoke about the recent peace deal announced by Trump between Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), making the latter the third Arab country to make peace with the Jewish nation. Air Force Moves to Cancel Contracts for Training on ‘White Privilege’

The Air Force is taking the first steps toward canceling any contracts for diversity and unconscious bias training that include segments on white privilege and other controversial subjects, as called for by the White House.

The Air Force’s move follows a Sept. 4 memo from Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought, which alleged executive branch agencies have spent millions of taxpayer dollars “’training’ government workers to believe divisive, anti-American propaganda.”

Vought ordered agencies to identify, and then look for ways to cancel or defund, contracts or agency spending for training on critical race theory, white privilege, “or any other training or propaganda effort that teaches or suggests either … that the United States is an inherently racist or evil country or … that any race or ethnicity is inherently racist or evil.” Vought also called such courses “un-American propaganda training sessions.” . . .

In a Tuesday email, Air Force spokeswoman Ann Stefanek said the Air Force is complying with the guidance laid out in the OMB memo, and is looking to identify and cancel contracts that run afoul of the memo’s guidance. Stefanek also confirmed the JA issued guidance to other judge advocates throughout the Department of the Air Force, which includes the Space Force, about the OMB memo. WATCH: Has Biden Lost His Mind? He Just Compared Trump to Nazi Propagandist

Democratic nominee Joe Biden said he is running for president in order to “restore the soul of America,” but he’s just another lying, slimy politician intent on demonizing his opponent, President Donald Trump. While Nazi comparisons are tragically common in politics, most presidential candidates have avoided comparing their opponents to Adolf Hitler or Nazi propagandist Paul Joseph Goebbels.

“He’s sort of like Goebbels, you say the lie long enough, keep repeating it, repeating it, repeating it, it becomes common knowledge,” Biden said in an interview on MSNBC.

The Democrat — who has teamed up with outright socialists Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) — tried to smear Trump for calling him out on his increasing support for big government policies in the direction of socialism. While Trump does engage in hyperbole, this is hardly comparable to the Nazi propaganda of Goebbels.

It is astounding that Biden thinks he can run a campaign on “restoring the soul of America” while comparing his opponent to the Nazis. (Read more from “WATCH: Has Biden Lost His Mind? He Just Compared Trump to Nazi Propagandist” HERE)

WATCH: Lindsey Graham Announces Dates and Timeline for SCOTUS Confirmation

Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham appears on Sunday Morning Futures to discuss the latest DC events surrounding senate investigations and the confirmation process for Supreme Court nominee Judge Amy Coney Barrett. Senate Judiciary hearings begin October 12th, committee nomination likely October 22nd to Mitch McConnell.

As an outcome of his own can-kicking and ‘over-promise/under-deliver’ disappointments Senator Graham has diminished support from the republican base in South Carolina. As a direct result, Graham uses this appearance to request money for his own reelection effort.

China’s Sadistic ‘One-Child Policy’ Inflicted Billions With Unspeakable Suffering

From the start, especially in rural China, the policy was deeply unpopular. As traditional Chinese culture regards more children as indications of further blessings from heaven, even an authoritarian regime had to bow to pressure from time to time. The CCP made several exceptions over the years. For example, if one of the parents belonged to an ethnic minority, the couple could have two children; if the couple’s first child had disabilities, the couple could have another child.

To implement the one-child policy, Deng established a new bureaucracy called the National Population and Family Planning Commission. Unsurprisingly, in the ensuing years, the NPFPC grew into a giant bureaucracy with half a million full-time employees and 85 million part-time employees.

The NPFPC enforced the one-child policy through several means, including “birth permits” requiring married couples to apply for authorization before they could have a child. Children born without a birth permit couldn’t enter the household registration system, meaning they wouldn’t receive food rations and would face challenges enrolling in schools and finding regular employment later in life. . .

Couples violating the “one-child” policy were punished in numerous ways. The most “humane” punishment was a heavy fine that ranged between two to ten times the couple’s annual income. The wide range of fines reflected the fact that local NPFPCs had a great deal of latitude to decide the severity of punishment based on local culture, economic conditions, and most importantly, the zeal for the policy held by a given NPFPC enforcer. When dealing with poorer couples who couldn’t afford the fine, NPFPC enforcers would barge into homes, search for the couple’s most valuable possessions, and haul them away.

The cruelest punishment, however, was forced abortion. The last time I visited China, a friend told me that her neighbor was eight-months pregnant with her second child when the local NPFPC enforcers came to her house, dragged her into a car, and drove her to a local hospital to have an abortion. The nurses had to sedate the mother to perform the procedure. When the poor mother woke up and learned her baby had been murdered, she suffered a mental breakdown. She never recovered. Trump’s New SCOTUS Pick Just Received an Unlikely Endorsement

. . .[T]he LA Times even had an editorial saying that ACB is qualified but shouldn’t be confirmed. We’re going to enter some silliness here, but ACB got an endorsement from an unlikely source: Noah Feldman. Mr. Feldman is a Harvard Law professor who backed the impeachment of Donald Trump. Feldman spoke highly of Barrett, noting her brilliance as a legal scholar, even though he disagrees with her on almost everything. Even still, she deserves to be on the Court (via Bloomberg):

…here I want to be extremely clear. Regardless of what you or I may think of the circumstances of this nomination, Barrett is highly qualified to serve on the Supreme Court.

I disagree with much of her judicial philosophy and expect to disagree with many, maybe even most of her future votes and opinions. Yet despite this disagreement, I know her to be a brilliant and conscientious lawyer who will analyze and decide cases in good faith, applying the jurisprudential principles to which she is committed. Those are the basic criteria for being a good justice. Barrett meets and exceeds them.

I got to know Barrett more than 20 years ago when we clerked at the Supreme Court during the 1998-99 term. Of the thirty-some clerks that year, all of whom had graduated at the top of their law school classes and done prestigious appellate clerkships before coming to work at the court, Barrett stood out. Measured subjectively and unscientifically by pure legal acumen, she was one of the two strongest lawyers. The other was Jenny Martinez, now dean of the Stanford Law School.

[…]

Barrett, a textualist who was working for a textualist, Justice Antonin Scalia, had the ability to bring logic and order to disorder and complexity. You can’t be a good textualist without that, since textualism insists that the law can be understood without reference to legislative history or the aims and context of the statute.

Whoops: Once Again, Joe Biden Says Anything That Appears on the Teleprompter (VIDEO)

Like Anchorman’s Ron Burgundy, Joe Biden will apparently read anything that’s on the teleprompter, which doesn’t bode well for the 77-year-old feeble candidate who relies on teleprompters for just about everything these days. On Saturday, during another scripted appearance, the career politician claimed he served in the U.S. Senate for 180 years. But it’s a good thing Biden wasn’t in the Senate that long because he’d probably have some pro-slavery votes to explain away, what with being a Democrat and all. . .

This must be why Kamala Harris refers to a potential Joe Biden presidency as the “Harris administration together with Joe Biden as president of the United States.” (Read more from “Whoops: Once Again, Joe Biden Says Anything That Appears on the Teleprompter (VIDEO)” HERE)

Chinese State Media: World Rejects ‘American Values’ Like Freedom and Democracy

China’s state-run Global Times cited a few polls and Western op-ed pieces on Sunday to argue the world has rejected “American values” like freedom and democracy.

In the Chinese Communist paper’s view, the U.S. response to China’s coronavirus pandemic, unrest in the streets, and “division and confrontation between political parties” prove the U.S. system does not work and America’s “global leadership is declining.” . . .

The Global Times blamed much of America’s supposed decline on President Donald Trump but then argued that if he had not been elected in 2016, “another similar politician would assume high office sooner or later” because America’s selfish, chaotic, stubbornly individualistic society simply cannot handle the challenges of globalization.

“With globalization worsening various woes in American society, the U.S. will eventually take off its hypocritical moral mask and reveal its true nature. The U.S. does not want to spend a relatively long time to adapt to globalization. It hopes to adopt direct and rampant measures to prevent other countries from making progress and taking the lead,” the Global Times concluded, seemingly predicting the United States will abandon its “hypocritical” concerns about human rights and become more like China. Cindy McCain Added to Biden Advisory Board

Cindy McCain is joining Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden’s (D) advisory board, the former vice president’s transition team announced this week.

“Cindy McCain is joining our already strong advisory board of diverse experts who are committed to ensuring a Biden-Harris administration is ready to meet our country’s most urgent challenges on Day One,” Ted Kaufman, co-chair of Biden Transition, said.

“This transition is like no other, preparing amid the backdrop of a global health crisis and struggling economy which makes Mrs. McCain’s experience as a business woman, philanthropist, and longtime advocate for issues impacting women and children all the more valuable,” Kaufman added:

Pelosi Urges Colleagues to Prepare for 2020 Presidential Election Reaching Congress

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., urged her congressional colleagues to bolster their support for Democratic candidates in an attempt to shore up the type of majority the party would need if the 2020 presidential election reached her chamber.

According to the 12th Amendment, congressional delegations decide the next president in the unlikely event that neither candidate wins a majority (270) in the Electoral College. Going into the election, Trump has the upper hand as his party controls more state delegations (26 vs. Democrats’ 22), even though Democrats outnumber Republicans in total representatives.

But because Congress doesn’t declare election results until after new members are sworn in, November’s results could theoretically allow Democrats to win enough state delegations prior to Congress certifiying the election results on Jan. 6.

“We must achieve that majority of delegations or keep the Republicans from doing so,” Pelosi said in a letter to colleagues Sunday. “Because we cannot leave anything to chance, House Majority PAC is doing everything it can to win more delegations for Democrats. It’s sad we have to have to plan this way, but it’s what we must do to ensure the election is not stolen.” (Read more from “Pelosi Urges Colleagues to Prepare for 2020 Presidential Election Reaching Congress” HERE)
