Minnesota Rioters Show Up to Ex-Cop’s Home After Address Leaked Online (VIDEO)

At least 60 protesters were arrested in Minnesota during a third night of violent demonstrations Tuesday — as the ex-cop who shot and killed Daunte Wright reportedly fled her heavily guarded home after her address was leaked online.

State Patrol Chief Matt Langer said early Wednesday that “upward” of 60 people were arrested for rioting and other crimes during the latest night of destruction in Brooklyn Center. More than 50 were collared Monday.

Brooklyn Center Mayor Mike Elliott blamed “outside elements” for planning to “show up to infiltrate peaceful protesters and cause mayhem,” saying, “Daunte Wright’s death will not be exploited.”

Some protesters also gathered outside the home of Kimberly Potter, the 26-year police veteran who resigned Tuesday for shooting Wright after apparently mistaking her gun for her Taser, the Daily Mail reported.

No Charges For Capitol Police Officer Who Shot Jan. 6 Protester

The Justice Department has determined it won’t file charges against the U.S. Capitol Police officer who fatally shot 35-year-old Ashli Babbitt during the storming of the Capitol on January 6th.

In a press release announcing the decision, the Justice Department said the investigation did not find evidence that the officer had violated any federal laws, and there was nothing to contradict that he believed it was necessary to shoot at Babbitt “in self-defense or in defense of the Members of Congress and others evacuating the House Chamber.”

“Officials examined video footage posted on social media, statements from the officer involved and other officers and witnesses to the events, physical evidence from the scene of the shooting, and the results of an autopsy” and “based on that investigation, officials determined that there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution,” the release said.

The probe found “Babbitt was among a mob of people that entered the Capitol building and gained access to a hallway outside ‘Speaker’s Lobby,’ which leads to the Chamber of the U.S. House of Representatives. At the time, the USCP was evacuating Members from the Chamber, which the mob was trying to enter from multiple doorways.” (Read more from “No Charges For Capitol Police Officer Who Shot Jan. 6 Protester” HERE)

To Protest Georgia’s New Voting Law, Hollywood Film Shifts Production To A State With Stricter Laws

. . .Apple is reportedly pulling up stakes and moving its production of a motion picture starring Will Smith out of the state, taking revenue and jobs with it. The impetus, of course, is the voting law that Democrats and activists have mischaracterized and distorted beyond recognition. The horse is out of Stacey Abrams’ barn, and she can’t cajole it back inside. The Left built this:

Will Smith and director Antoine Fuqua will no longer shoot the movie “Emancipation” in Georgia, citing a controversial new voting law. The Apple Inc. production, in which Smith stars as a real-life fugitive from slavery who became famous for a photograph of his whip-scarred back, was set to start filming in Georgia on June 21, according to a joint statement Monday. The director and actor called the voting law “regressive” and said it’s “designed to restrict voter access.” “Emancipation” is the first major project to publicly break from the state, a popular filming destination because of its tax incentives and studio space. The move may inspire others to take a similar course of action…“The new Georgia voting laws are reminiscent of voting impediments that were passed at the end of Reconstruction to prevent many Americans from voting,” Fuqua’s Fuqua Films and Smith’s Westbrook Inc. said in the statement. “Regrettably, we feel compelled to move our film production work from Georgia to another state.” Georgia’s new voting law requires voters to provide a state-issued identification card when requesting an absentee ballot and limits drop boxes, among other restrictions.

According to the Washington Post, the film will now shoot on location in Louisiana, where voting laws are stricter than in Georgia, in multiple ways. Louisiana also requires photo identification to cast ballots (again, a very popular proposition), permits slightly less than half the number of early voting days as Georgia now does (though still more than the zero days allowed in Joe Biden’s deep blue Delaware), and does not allow no-excuse absentee voting (just like Chuck Schumer’s deep blue New York). Take a bow, Apple, Will Smith, and Georgia Democrats. You’ve struck quite a blow for justice, or whatever. Biden Admin: ‘We’re Engaged With Nascar And Country Music TV’ To Reach Unvaccinated White People

White House press secretary Jen Psaki said the Biden administration is currently “engaged with NASCAR and Country Music TV,” among multiple other venues, in an effort to reach White conservatives who may be hesitant to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

During a press briefing Monday, Ms. Psaki was asked to address a New York Times report that said rural states such as Mississippi, Ohio and Oklahoma are seeing a lackluster demand for the vaccine.

Ms. Psaki said the White House was addressing the problem primarily at the local level but that other measures had been taken to “get directly connected to White conservative communities” and meet them “where they are.”

“An example is Dr. [Francis] Collins participated in ‘The 700 Club,’” she said. “Dr. [Marcella] Nunez-Smith hosted a faith leaders roundtable. We’ve run PSAs on ‘The Deadliest Catch.’ We’re engaged with NASCAR and Country Music TV.” . . .

“We’re also investing $3 billion to states and community-based organizations to strengthen vaccine confidence in the highest-risk and hardest-hit communities,” she said. “And often, people think of that as just Black and brown communities, and that is not. As you’ve noted, that is also conservative communities, White evangelicals. It’s a range of communities around the country. Hilarious: Republicans Report Harris ‘Missing At The Border,’ Put Face On Milk Carton

House Republicans slammed Vice President Kamala Harris’ failure to visit the southern border since being tapped to play a key role in the migrant crisis, putting her face on a milk carton to demonstrate that she has been missing.

House Minority Whip Rep. Steve Scalise, R-La., stressed the need for Harris to go to the border to observe for herself the consequences of the Biden administration’s policies, such as the overcrowding of unaccompanied migrant children in federal facilities.

“If she’s the vice president of the United States and the president put her in charge of this, Vice President Harris needs to go down to the border and see this for herself,” Scalise said during a Wednesday news conference. “Because maybe she would then encourage President Biden to reverse his policies that have failed.” (Read more from “Hilarious: Republicans Report Harris ‘Missing At The Border,’ Put Face On Milk Carton” HERE)

Teacher Blasts ‘Indoctrination’ Of Students Through ‘Antiracism’ Training At His Own School

A math teacher at an expensive private school in Manhattan slammed the “indoctrination” of “antiracism” training occurring within its classrooms.

“As a teacher, my first obligation is to my students. But right now, my school is asking me to embrace ‘antiracism’ training and pedagogy that I believe is deeply harmful to them and to any person who seeks to nurture the virtues of curiosity, empathy and understanding,” Paul Rossi of the Grace Church School wrote in an essay, title, “I Refuse to Stand By While My Students Are Indoctrinated.”

“I know that by attaching my name to this I’m risking not only my current job but my career as an educator, since most schools, both public and private, are now captive to this backward ideology,” Rossi wrote. “But witnessing the harmful impact it has on children, I can’t stay silent.” . . .

Rossi said his school, “like so many others, induces students via shame and sophistry to identify primarily with their race before their individual identities are fully formed.

“Students are pressured to conform their opinions to those broadly associated with their race and gender and to minimize or dismiss individual experiences that don’t match those assumptions,” he wrote. Pelosi Book: Speaker Would Not Have Been Elected To Congress Without Tricking Republicans Into Voting For Her

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi would not have been elected to Congress in the first place were it not for Republicans in San Francisco she tricked into backing her over another Democrat, who was openly gay.

Pelosi, according to a book excerpt, literally sent out mailers in her 1987 special election primary to registered Republicans in her district with elephant logos on them, pushing Republicans to vote for her. The mailers also criticized efforts to raise taxes, and argued Pelosi would oppose income tax hikes if elected to Congress.

The push worked, and delivered her thousands of GOP votes. Had she not gotten those Republican votes these mailers helped deliver for her, given the close margin of her first victory that then sent her as the only Democrat into the runoff that sealed her election to Congress in the 1987 special election in San Francisco, she might not have ever won in the first place—and might not be Speaker of the House today, her second stint in the job.

This revelation, one of many about the first female Speaker of the House of Representatives in a forthcoming book from USA Today’s Susan Page, is in an excerpt obtained by Breitbart News exclusively from Madam Speaker: Nancy Pelosi and the Lessons of Power. The book comes out on April 20.

It is a particularly relevant story, too, for a number of reasons these days. First and foremost, Pelosi is now one of the biggest champions of raising taxes on higher earners—a complete shift away from the message those original mailers she used to get elected sent to Republicans in San Francisco showed. Biden Spending $352 A Night In Hotels For 80,000 Illegal Aliens

The White House is spending close to $352 a night to provide beds to the estimated 80,000 migrant families expected to flood the border from now until September, according to a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement document obtained by the Washington Examiner.

The contract rents out hotels in Texas and Arizona for six and a half months — 199 days. In these hotels, 1,239 beds will be occupied by those participating in the border surge, which the government dubs “emergency family reception sites.” After three days of sleeping in the hotel, migrant families who entered the country illegally will then be freed into the United States with a court date to be determined.

The initiative is part of an approximately $87 million contract ICE awarded to Family Endeavors, a San Antonio, Texas non-profit that has a former senior official on the Biden transition team, Andrew Lorenzen-Strait. No bids were solicited for the contract.

“In terms of solving the problem, it’s like roasting marshmallows at the scene of the fire,” James Carafano, a national security scholar at The Heritage Foundation told The Federalist. “All that money will do nothing to bring the border under control. You’re burning through an enormous amount of cash, which facilitates more illegal immigration …The potential risk of COVID adds to costs. The cartels are profiting off this to buy fentanyl.”

Black City Manager Fired For Saying Officer Who Shot Duante Wright Deserves ‘Due Process’

Former City Manager Curt Boganey of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, which borders Minneapolis, was let go on Monday after he publicly stated that the police officer who fatally shot Duante Wright should receive “due process” and a full investigation instead of being fired immediately.

“Effective immediately our city manager has been relieved of his duties, and the deputy city manager will be assuming his duties moving forward. I will continue to work my hardest to ensure good leadership at all levels of our city government,” Brooklyn Center Mayor Mike Elliott wrote on Twitter after all but one of the City Council members voted to oust Boganey. One councilwoman, Kris Lawrence-Anderson, said she “didn’t want repercussions at a personal level” if she voted to keep Boganey.

Elliott announced Boganey’s dismissal after the city manager refused to comply with the mayor’s public plea for police officer Kim Potter to be fired after she reportedly fired her gun instead of using her taser on Wright during a traffic stop.

Here’s How Many Voters Still Think Cheating Affected 2020 Election; Students Support Voting Bill, Then Blow a Gasket When They Learn It’s Actually Georgia’s Law (VIDEO)

By WND. Dozens of legal cases challenged the results of the 2020 presidential election in the U.S., and some are unresolved.

A new poll indicates a majority of likely voters still believe cheating “likely” affected the outcome.

Rasmussen Reports said Tuesday 51% of voters believe it is like that cheating affected the outcome, including 35% who say it’s very likely.

“Seventy-four percent (74%) of Republicans believe it is likely last year’s presidential election was affected by cheating, a view shared by 30% of Democrats and 51% of voters not affiliated with either major party,” the report said.

Further, most voters “say it’s more important to prevent cheating in elections than to make it easier to vote and, by more than a two-to-one margin, they reject claims that voter ID laws are discriminatory.” (Read more from “Majority Of Voters Still Think Cheating Affected 2020 Election” HERE)

Watch: Students Support Voting Bill, Then Blow a Gasket When They Learn It’s Actually Georgia’s Law

By Western Journal. With this video we can confidently say what we already knew: Our young people are being indoctrinated by the left.

Amidst widespread misinformation regarding the new Georgia voting law, Campus Reform ran an experiment — describe parts of the bill to students around Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and get their reactions.

The results made it clear how little those who oppose the Georgia law actually know what it contains.
