California Shooting Leaves Four Dead, Including a Child

A child was killed along with three others in a Wednesday shooting at an office building in Southern California, leaving a fifth victim and the gunman critically wounded, according to police.

Authorities in the city of Orange, just southeast of Los Angeles, arrived at a two-story office building at around 5:30 p.m. to shots being fired, Orange Police Department Lt. Jennifer Amat told KTLA-TV.

Amat said at least one officer opened fire on the gunman, though police are still working to determine whether his wound was self-inflicted.

Inside the office building are multiple tenant businesses, including a mental health counseling services office, a State Farm insurance office, a financial consulting firm, a legal services firm, and a phone repair store. Shootings occurred on both floors of the building, Amat said.

The police department had no information on any alleged motive for the attack. Multiple victims were located at the scene, including a child fatally shot. U.S. Supreme Court Makes Astonishing Hillary Clinton Decision

The Supreme Court rejected a case Monday seeking to have Hillary Clinton testify about her use of a private email for official business as secretary of state in the Obama administration.

Without comment, the justices declined to hear the challenge by the conservative activist group Judicial Watch.

It would have taken four justices to vote to grant review on the matter.

“Hillary Clinton ignored the law but received special protection from both the courts and law enforcement. For countless Americans, this double standard of justice has destroyed confidence in the fair administration of justice,” said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch. Hilarious Video: Jill Biden Tries to Speak Spanish

First Lady Jill Biden tried to speak Spanish on Wednesday at an event honoring César Chávez but seemed to have trouble with pronunciation.

Biden tried to pronounce “Sí Se Puede!” which means “Yes we can!” in Spanish — tried, and didn’t quite succeed.

Biden’s pronunciation was quickly mocked on Twitter, with some trying to phonetically spell out her pronunciation of “puede.”
