‘New Rule?’ Only Kids Wearing Masks at White House Photo Op, Biden Finds Little Girl to Breathe On (VIDEO)

As President Joe Biden signed a bill awarding congressional gold medals to police officers who responded to the January 6 Capitol riot, children were in attendance for a photo-op and they were strangely the only ones wearing masks outside.

The masks were not the only odd thing at the ceremony.

Biden singled out and called over a little girl while he was preparing to sign the bill, getting close and personal with the child as he did so. Many noted the child looked extremely uncomfortable, with social media comments reacting to the “creepy” and “uncomfortable” visual.

The whole scene was strange and disturbing. Evidently, the confusing mask mandates at the White House are still ever-changing. It appears the children were wearing masks because they are still too young to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and the adults did not wear masks because they have already been inoculated.

Report: Families Affected by 9/11 Ask Biden Not to Come to Memorial Events

A group of families of victims of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, along with survivors and first responders, will issue a statement Friday asking President Joe Biden not to attend memorial events unless he releases classified information, according to NBC News.

The group, numbering nearly 1,800, is requesting Biden skip events commemorating the 20th anniversary of the tragedy unless he declassify documents they believe demonstrate the involvement of Saudi officials in the attacks, NBC News reported. The Bush, Obama and Trump administrations each declined to declassify the information.

“Since the conclusion of the 9/11 Commission in 2004 much investigative evidence has been uncovered implicating Saudi government officials in supporting the attacks,” the group said in the statement, according to NBC.

“Through multiple administrations, the Department of Justice and the FBI have actively sought to keep this information secret and prevent the American people from learning the full truth about the 9/11 attacks,” the group said.

Facebook, Twitter Rarely Censor Anti-Semitic Posts

Facebook and Twitter only removed a small fraction of anti-Semitic posts users reported in 2021, highlighting the difficulties social media companies face when moderating hate speech.

A new report from the Center for Countering Digital Hate found that Twitter and Facebook took down fewer than one in nine reported examples of anti-Semitism over a six-week period in 2021. The center also reported hundreds of anti-Semitic posts on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. The posts include Holocaust denial, Nazi symbolism, and hashtags like #holohoax and #killthejews. The posts received 7.3 million views on the social media platforms.

The study reveals social media giants’ inconsistent approach to content moderation. Facebook and Twitter have suppressed scientific pieces suggesting COVID-19 could have escaped from a Chinese lab. But the platforms’ efforts to fight “misinformation” do not extend to anti-Semitic posts. The center emphasized that the true percentage of anti-Semitic posts taken down is likely far lower than its study reported. Taliban Ambushes and Kills Afghan Government Media Official

The Taliban ambushed and killed the director of Afghanistan’s government media center on Friday in the capital of Kabul, the latest killing of a government official just days after an assassination attempt on the country’s acting defense minister.

The slaying comes amid Taliban advances and battles for more territory as U.S. and NATO forces complete their final pullout from Afghanistan by the end of the month. The Taliban have been waging fierce battles for months across Afghanistan, laying siege to provincial capitals in the south and west of the country after capturing district after district and even seizing several key border crossings.

Also Friday, in southern Nimroz province, the capital of Zaranj appeared to be the first provincial capital to fall to the Taliban though the government claimed there was still fierce fighting around key infrastructure in the city. But the Taliban posted images on social media showing insurgents inside the local airport and posing for photographs at the entrance to the city.

Nimroz is sparsely populated in a region that’s mainly desert and Zaranj, the provincial capital, has about 50,000 residents. Its fall to the Taliban, if confirmed, was a mostly symbolic victory for the insurgents.

Meanwhile, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid told The Associated Press that the insurgents killed Dawa Khan Menapal, the chief of the Afghan government’s press operations for local and foreign media. Megan Rapinoe kicked up another round of controversy at the Tokyo Olympics — and now a group of Subway franchisees are pressuring the fast-food giant to give her the boot.

The 36-year-old, purple-haired soccer star — who kneeled during the National Anthem to kick off the Tokyo Olympics before leading the United States to a bronze medal this week — began a stint as a pitchwoman for the fast-food giant this spring.

In one spot, Rapinoe — who has been a vocal proponent of equal rights and equal pay for women — knocks a burrito out of a guy’s hands by kicking a soccer ball at him.

The response has been mixed, according to franchisees. Late last month on a discussion forum hosted by the North American Association of Subway Franchisees, a Wisconsin store operator posted a picture of a hand-scrawled note from an irate customer taped to the front door of his shop.

“Boycott Subway until Subway fires the anti-American … Megan Rapinoe, the creep who kneels for our beloved National Anthem!” the note read.

Poll: Majority Not Confident Government Reports Unbiased Information on Vaccine Effectiveness

By Breitbart. A majority of likely American voters are not confident the federal government is reporting unbiased information on the effectiveness of vaccines for the Chinese coronavirus, a Convention of States Action/Trafalgar Group survey released Thursday revealed.

The survey asked respondents, “How confident are you that the federal government is reporting unbiased information on the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines?”

Overall, a majority are not confident that the federal government is presenting unbiased information. Just over 50 percent, 50.8 percent, said they are either not very confident or not confident at all. Of those, 37.4 percent said they are not confident whatsoever.

Yelp Adds ‘Proof of Vaccination Required’ and ‘All Staff Fully Vaccinated’ Filters

By Breitbart. Yelp, a website that crowdsources reviews about businesses, created a new filter to widen the divide between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated.

“To help consumers understand how a business is currently operating as pandemic guidelines continue to evolve, today, Yelp is announcing two new, free attributes – “Proof of vaccination required” and “All staff fully vaccinated,” the company announced on Thursday.

The new filters will reportedly help users sort out jab-friendly establishments when searching for restaurants, nightlife, and the like. According to Yelp, businesses who pledge allegiance to the Chinese coronavirus vaccine will be clearly labeled for users to see. By WND. Man-in-the-street interview activist Mark Dice has released a video showing many, many Americans willingly signing a petition to have those who have not taken the experimental COVID vaccines arrested and jailed.

Several exclaimed “Yes” when Dice droned on about how “we don’t need those people walking among us,” and “we’ll have to decide for them what’s best.”

There were several who accused Dice of being a socialist for advocating such extreme government intervention in individual lives, and one astute passer-by took Dice out with “This is a joke.”

Landlord Out $24,000 in Rent Due to Moratorium, While Tenant’s Out Buying Boats

A North Carolina landlord says he is out $24,000 in unpaid rent from tenants, while one renter bought three boats over the course of the eviction moratorium just as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced a new ban that will last until Oct. 3.

Buddy Shoup, who owns 35 properties across the state, said that he has been forced to maintain the properties and hemorrhage costs while the federal government slowly dribbles out rental assistance, of which only 7% has been doled out to renters in need.

“[The money] was used, they went and bought brand new boats, but I mean, you know in a time of crisis like what we’ve been through, you’re evidently getting money from somewhere, but it’s not getting to me,” said Shoup.

Those very same tenants allegedly contacted Shoup when their air-conditioning failed in the middle of the summer.

Former House Speaker Concerned Over Fauci’s ‘Cognitive Impairment’

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich expressed concerns recently over longtime National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases head Dr. Anthony Fauci’s “cognitive impairment,” claiming that the once outstanding immunologist has been deteriorating as of late.

Appearing on Fox News Primetime on Wednesday, the segment began with Gingrich focusing on Fauci’s interview with McClatchy, in which the doctor warned about the delta variant and how the country’s COVID-19 infections could double within weeks to 200,000 cases a day.

In response, Gingrich explained why he believed Fauci should retire.

Referring to Fauci as having been “one of the most important scientists in the world,” the former Republican leader lamented “watching his decay” in recent times. . .

How Majority of Americans Really Feel About Vaccine Passports for Restaurants

A majority of Americans oppose requiring proof of vaccination to enable people to dine at restaurants.

Asked in what situations proof of vaccination should be required, 59% of those polled said that restaurants should not require proof of vaccinations status, compared to 37% who support the idea, according to the results of a Quinnipiac University poll released Thursday.

But Americans were more split on whether proof of vaccination should be required in other places. Asked if travelers should be required to show proof of vaccination on airlines, 52% supported that mandate compared to 45% who opposed it. More respondents also felt that attendees of large sporting or entertaining events should show proof of vaccination, with 49% supporting the idea compared to 47% who opposed it.

“There are varying opinions on who should be required to prove they have had the vaccine. Yes on proof of vaccination for those who fly, a toss-up for people attending large events, and a no for people going to restaurants,” Quinnipiac University Polling Analyst Tim Malloy said of the results. 3 CNN Employees Fired for Showing Up Unvaccinated

CNN fired three employees who came to the office unvaccinated, according to the network’s senior media reporter, Oliver Darcy.

CNN President Jeff Zucker sent a memo to office staff Thursday that said the network had discovered three employees who had been coming to the office unvaccinated, and terminated all three of them. The portion of the memo that was posted by Darcy did not disclose how staff discovered that the employees had not been vaccinated, but clarified that CNN has “a zero-tolerance policy on this.”
