College Students Lash Out at Draconian COVID-19 Measures: Schools Enforce ‘Bio Buttons,’ GPS Tracking, Restrict Off-Campus Travel and Threaten to Arrest Kids Over Vaccine Status

By WND. . .[T]he most aggressive actions against the “unvaxxed” are being taken by colleges and universities, including the threat from Colorado State University officials that students could be arrested for trespassing, a move that sounds suspiciously like a “Big Brother” government that in novels instills fear in everyone. . .

The school recently sent hundreds of letters to students who apparently had not yet given school officials their latest and more accurate COVID-19 details.

The school threat started out: “I am writing to you on behalf of Student Conduct Services at the Student Resolution Center because information provided to our office by the Pandemic Preparedness Team indicates you have not submitted your proof of vaccination or requested an exemption. Since your non-compliance with this requirement poses a threat to the safety and well-being of the university community, the following interim measure applies to you.”

It then states a “trespass order.”

“Effective immediately, you are trespassed from all university property until May 16, 2022. This means you are not permitted to be on any university property or in any university buildings, this includes but is not limited to, residence halls, university apartments, dining halls, in-person classes, the Morgan Library, the Rec Center, and the Lory Student Center. Please note that faculty are not required to make alternative arrangements for the students to complete their course work away from campus while you are trespassed from campus. If you are found on university property or in any university building you may be cited or arrested for trespassing and face further disciplinary action.” (Read more from “College Threatening to Arrest Students Who Fail To Disclose Vaccine Status” HERE)

College Students Lash Out at Draconian COVID-19 Measures: Schools Enforce ‘Bio Buttons,’ GPS Tracking, Restrict Off-campus Travel and Threaten to Arrest Kids Who Don’t Declare Their Vaccine Status

By Daily Mail. College students at schools across America are lashing out against ongoing COVID-19 rules that include tracking them with apps, restricting their travel, threatening them with arrest unless they disclose their vaccination status, and making them leave the classroom if they want to take a sip of water. . .

The University of Southern California, where fees are $60,446 a year, will not allow students to even take sips of water in class because it means they would have to slip their masks down to their chins. They must leave the room if they want to have a drink. . .

Many students say the rules are an ‘overreach’ by college staff and a violation of their privacy.

They have organized Change.org petitions to reverse rules like a mandatory ‘bio button’ at Oakland University in Michigan that would give schools student health data but also track their movements. . .

Angry students who opposed it said it was too much of an invasion. (Read more from “College Students Lash Out at Draconian COVID-19 Measures: Schools Enforce ‘Bio Buttons,’ GPS Tracking, Restrict Off-campus Travel and Threaten to Arrest Kids Who Don’t Declare Their Vaccine Status” HERE)

Assistant Health Secretary Is First Transgender Four-Star Officer

Assistant Health Secretary Rachel Levine made history Tuesday by becoming the first openly transgender four-star officer in America’s eight uniformed services.

Levine, 63, was ceremonially sworn in as an admiral in the US Public Health Service Commissioned Corps by Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced. . .

President Biden nominated Levine as assistant secretary for health in February of this year and [he] was narrowly confirmed by the Senate the following month. [He] is the first transgender person to hold an office that requires Senate confirmation.

Levine had previously spent three-and-a-half years as Pennsylvania’s health secretary, where [he] oversaw the Keystone State’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. During [his] confirmation process, Levine was criticized by some Republicans for being in charge when her department ordered COVID-19 patients to be readmitted to nursing homes — similar to the scandal that enveloped the administration of former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo. (Read more from “Assistant Health Secretary Is First Transgender Four-Star Officer” HERE)

Records Suggest Loudoun Sent Team of Police To Deal With ‘Upset Parent,’ Not Alleged Rape of Female Student

Dispatch records from the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office suggest that a school administrator and school resource officer (SRO) did not act urgently to involve police specialists in a reported rape on May 28 at Stone Bridge High School.

At 1:33 pm, the SRO — who works full-time at the school handling routine matters but officially works for the sheriff’s office — radioed that he “was briefed by assistant principal of a student that has made allegations of being possibly raped or touched unwanted by another student a couple of hours ago. Investigating at this time and parents are and have been notified at this time by admin.”

It is unclear whether the assistant principal learned of the rape “a couple of hours ago,” or whether the alleged rape occurred then and the administrator did not learn of it until some later time period.

The SRO then “investigated” for nearly an hour without calling for outside police officers.

At 2:21, 2:28, and 2:30, three calls for police are finally placed — one requesting a supervisor, one requesting “another unit,” and one noted as “upset parent.” Given that these calls came in a nine-minute window well after officials first learned of the rape, it seems likely that the impetus for all three was the “upset parent.” (Read more from “Records Suggest Loudoun Sent Team of Police To Deal With ‘Upset Parent,’ Not Alleged Rape of Female Student” HERE)

Exposed! Clinton Lawyers Tied to Disinformation About Trump

The indictment of Hillary Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann for allegedly lying to the FBI sheds new light on the pivotal role of Democratic operatives in the Russiagate affair. The emerging picture shows Sussmann and his Perkins Coie colleague Marc Elias, the chief counsel for Clinton’s 2016 campaign, proceeding on parallel, coordinated tracks to solicit and spread disinformation tying Donald Trump to the Kremlin.

In a detailed charging document last month, Special Counsel John Durham accused Sussmann of concealing his work for the Clinton campaign while trying to sell the FBI on the false claim of a secret Trump backchannel to Russia’s Alfa Bank. But Sussmann’s alleged false statement to the FBI in September 2016 wasn’t all. Just months before, he helped generate an even more consequential Russia allegation that he also brought to the FBI. In April of that year, Sussmann hired CrowdStrike, the cybersecurity firm that publicly triggered the Russiagate saga by lodging the still unproven claim that Russia was behind the hack of Democratic National Committee emails released by WikiLeaks.

At the time, CrowdStrike was not the only Clinton campaign contractor focusing on Russia. Just days before Sussmann hired CrowdStrike in April, his partner Elias retained the opposition research firm Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on Trump and the Kremlin.

These two Clinton campaign contractors, working directly for two Clinton campaign attorneys, would go on to play highly consequential roles in the ensuing multi-year Russia investigation.

Working secretly for the Clinton campaign, Fusion GPS planted Trump-Russia conspiracy theories in the FBI and US media via its subcontractor, former British spy Christopher Steele. The FBI used the Fusion GPS’s now debunked “Steele dossier” for investigative leads and multiple surveillance applications putatively targeting Trump campaign volunteer Carter Page. Jab or Job: Supreme Court Refuses to Block Vaccine Mandate for Health Workers

The U.S. Supreme Court declined to block a vaccine mandate for health workers in the state of Maine on Tuesday, sending a potential green light to state mandates across the country.

Justice Stephen Breyer, who handles emergency requests from Maine for the court, was responsible for the denial, which he said came “without prejudice.” The challenge came from a group of Maine health workers who argued Democratic Maine Gov. Janet Mills’ vaccine mandate was illegal. With the SCOTUS denial, the mandate for employees at hospitals and nursing homes will take effect next week, according to The Hill.

Many states have become battlegrounds over enforcement of vaccine mandates in recent months, with courts in Florida, New York and elsewhere blocking various efforts to impose mandates.

During a Tuesday episode of NPR’s “All Things Considered”, Patty Wight, a reporter with Maine Public Radio, said ambulance crews across the state face staffing crises, as some paramedics and EMTs are quitting over the mandate. Former CDC Director Gives Alarming Statistic on Fully Vaccinated COVID Deaths (VIDEO)

Speaking during an interview with Fox News Monday afternoon, former Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Robert Redfield said that more than 40 percent of people who have recently died from Wuhan coronavirus in Maryland were fully vaccinated.

“A lot of times people may feel it’s a rare event that fully vaccinated people die. I happen to be the senior advisor to Governor Hogan in the state of Maryland. In the last 6-8 weeks, more than 40 percent of people who died in Maryland were fully vaccinated,” Redfield said, responding to the death of former Secretary of State Colin Powell.

At the time of his death from virus complications, Powell was also fighting a blood cancer that lowers the ability to stave off infection. According to the Maryland Department of Health, 65.7 percent of adults in the state are fully vaccinated.

Psaki’s Fresh Lie About Biden Throws President’s Media Aversion Into the Spotlight (VIDEO)

White House press secretary Jen Psaki claimed Monday that President Joe Biden’s administration always worked to get the press “more access,” but their actions have told a different story.

Psaki, addressing a question about press access when President Biden meets with Pope Francis at the Vatican, claimed that Biden’s ability to take questions on foreign trips often depended on the rules set forth by the host country.

“Often, it is the conditions or the – of what that country or what that entity proposes, and we always work for more access, we always fight for more access as we travel around the world,” Psaki said.

But in practice, the Biden administration — and the president himself — appears to avoid the press at every turn.

And the trend has been going on for months. When Biden has given public statements, he has often walked away without taking any questions.

North Korea Says It Launched Ballistic Missile From Submarine, U.N. Security Council To Hold Emergency Meeting (VIDEO)

The U.N. Security Council has reportedly called for an emergency meeting to take place after North Korea says that it successfully launched a ballistic missile from a submarine.

“North Korea test-fired a new, smaller ballistic missile from a submarine, state media confirmed on Wednesday, a move that analysts said could be aimed at more quickly fielding an operational missile submarine,” Reuters reported. “The statement from state media came a day after South Korea’s military reported that it believed North Korea had fired a submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) off its east coast, the latest in a string of North Korean missile tests.”

CBS Evening News host Norah O’Donnell reported that the U.N. Security Council had called for an emergency meeting over the incident.

“The U.N. Security Council has just announced that it will hold an emergency meeting after North Korea launched a new ballistic missile,” O’Donnell said. “These are the first pictures of what the North Koreans say is a missile being launched from a submarine, which would be a major advance for the country’s military.”

US Marshals To Investigate Alleged Mistreatment of Jan. 6 Protesters

. . .A week ago, a federal judge raised questions about the treatment of those Jan. 6 inmates at the jail after revelations one of the defendants had a broken hand that was allegedly improperly cared for.

The judge also formally found the jail warden and the director of the D.C. Department of Corrections in contempt of court for not responding to court questions about the medical care of Jan. 6 inmates.

The judge says he’s referring the matter to the U.S. attorney general for a possible civil rights violation investigation. . .

D.C. Deputy Mayor for Public Safety Chris Geldart confirmed Monday the inspectors are speaking with Jan. 6 defendants and said all court orders are being followed.

“We have been working with the marshals office,” he said. “As a matter of fact, they’re in there today doing an inspection of the jail and talking with many of the Jan. 6 folks that are there to make sure that we are continuing to do that.” (Read more from “US Marshals To Investigate Alleged Mistreatment of Jan. 6 Protesters” HERE)

President Biden’s Approval Rating Plummets Even Further

President Joe Biden’s approval rating continues to fall, with 37 percent of Americans approving the job he is doing, according to a Quinnipiac poll released on Tuesday.

While only 37 percent of Americans approve of Biden’s job performance, 52 percent disapprove. The numbers are similar when asked about their opinion of the presi

Only 38 percent of Americans report a favorable opinion of Biden, whereas 50 percent have an unfavorable opinion.

Biden’s approval numbers have drastically declined since his botched Afghanistan pullout at the end of August. The last time Biden’s approval rating was positive was in the days leading up to the August 31 Afghanistan withdrawal. Federal vaccine mandates and a looming supply chain crisis have likely contributed to Biden’s declining numbers.
