Undercover Video: U.S. Election Worker Openly Gives Ballot to Foreigner

Vote-counting antics that skirt – or break – the law appear to have picked up in this year’s voting where they left off in the still-being-reviewed 2020 presidential race.

It is Project Veritas, James O’Keefe’s organization specializing in undercover investigations, that has released a video showing clerks in a polling location in left-leaning Essex County, New Jersey, allowing a foreigner to fill out a ballot there.

The video shows a conversation between two election workers, where one affirmed to the other that there was no true voter verification at that location during last year’s presidential election.

The suggestion was that a Veritas journalist posing as a non-registered non-citizen be given a ballot.

Troops Who Refuse COVID Vaccines Won’t Be Guaranteed Veterans Benefits

Troops who refuse the coronavirus vaccine won’t see any extra protections or leniency in how their dismissals are handled, Defense and Veterans Affairs officials confirmed Wednesday.

Instead, decisions on whether to give those individuals other-than-honorable discharges — potentially blocking them from a host of veterans benefits — will be left to local commanders, and their cases won’t receive any preferential evaluations for veterans’ benefits eligibility, despite recent lobbying from Republicans lawmakers for a less punishing approach.

“We see the vaccine as a readiness issue,” said Gil Cisneros, Defense Department undersecretary for personnel, during testimony before the Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee. “Any discharge decision is up to the individual service as to how they proceed with that.”

Earlier on Wednesday, Air Force and Space Force officials announced that about 8,500 airmen missed the Nov. 2 deadline to get the coronavirus vaccine. Rand Paul Calls on Fauci to Resign Over Gain-Of-Function Research

Sen. Rand Paul blasted Dr. Anthony Fauci at a Senate hearing Thursday over gain-of-function research in Wuhan, China — calling for his resignation and alleging he’s “learned nothing from this pandemic.”

Paul (R-Ky.) grilled the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, part of the National Institutes of Health, on why he repeatedly denied that the virus research was funded by the NIH prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Gain-of-function could cause a pandemic even worse next time,” Paul said. “[It] could endanger civilization as we know it.”

The firebrand conservative claimed NIH-funded scientists “created viruses not found in nature” and that Fauci “misled” the American public by refusing to admit it.

Man Charged With Opening Fire on Trick-Or-Treaters, Killing Young Teen

A cold-hearted Indiana man opened fire on a group of trick-or-treaters on Halloween, killing one and wounding another, police said.

Desmond Crews, 23, of Gary, was charged Wednesday with murder and attempted murder in Sunday’s shooting that killed 13-year-old Thomas DeLaCruz Jr., and wounded another 13-year-old boy in Hammond, the Times of Northwest Indiana reported.

Crews — who was arrested after a father of one of the trick-or-treaters chased him — told cops he was handed a gun and felt compelled to shoot as his companions opened fire, court documents show.

Police said an investigation into other possible suspects was ongoing.

Thomas’ mother, Jasmine Anderson, said her son from East Chicago, Indiana, was celebrating Halloween in his grandmother’s neighborhood with an aunt and friends when he was shot. Police said the gunfire erupted roughly 30 minutes after the city’s trick-or-treating had officially ended. DOJ Sues Texas Over Election Integrity Law

On Thursday the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced it is suing the state of Texas and Texas Secretary of State John B. Scott over an election integrity law that Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) signed in September, as Joseph Choi reported for The Hill. Democratic members of the state legislature fled the state for Washington, D.C. in protest of the legislation, in violation of state law, though it ultimately was still signed by Abbott.

Choi highlighted how part of the law “prohibits election officials from sending unsolicited applications for a mail-in ballots on the risk of imprisonment and rolls back voter accommodations that were put into place due to the pandemic.”

As Reagan wrote at the time of the bill being signed into law, it “ramps up voter identification requirements for in-person and mail-in voting, bans unsolicited mail-in ballots from being sent out, implements more voter roll oversight, and empowers poll watchers, among other provisions.”

She also included a tweet from the governor who likewise underscored provisions of the legislation.

Key Witness in Rittenhouse Trial: Defendant Was Being Chased by Rosenbaum and Tried to Grab the Rifle

Richie McGinniss, the chief video editor for the Daily Caller, testified on the third day of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial about what he saw on the night of August 25. McGinniss was the man behind Joesph Rosenbaum when Rittenhouse shot Rosenbaum four times. McGinniss took off his shirt to try to stop the bleeding and carried Rosenbaum to a vehicle so Rosenbaum could be transported to the hospital across the street.

Due to McGinniss’ heavy presence in the first half of the shootings, he is a key witness in the trial.

Being questioned by Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger, McGinniss said Rosenbaum was chasing Rittenhouse, further undercutting Binger’s opening argument, and Rosenbaum was in fact lunging for Rittenhouse’s AR-15 when Rittenhouse’s avenues of escape were cut off in the car lot and a handgun was fired.

Binger tried to nail down McGinniss by pointing out he had said during an interview with Fox News host Tucker Carlson Rosenbaum was falling down before Rittenhouse shot him with his rifle. McGinniss said lunging was a more applicable term and saying falling down was not a contradiction.

“Because [Rosenbaum] lunged and then the shot was fired as he was lunging. It was like, I guess, perhaps it was the shots that caused him to then, rather than stopping himself, just fall flat,” McGinniss said.

Newly Elected New York Mayor Says He Will Receive First Three Paychecks in Bitcoin

The newly elected mayor of New York City said he will receive his first three paychecks as mayor in the cryptocurrency Bitcoin.

Eric Adams tweeted in response to Miami Mayor Francis Suarez telling investor and entrepreneur Anthony Pompliano that he would take his next paycheck in Bitcoin. Adams, a Democrat, went a step further by announcing he would do the same but for his first three pay periods. . .

Children Accidentally Given Adult COVID-19 Vaccines at Halloween Event; Researchers Call For Halt on Vaccines for Pregnant Women

By Townhall. Two children, ages 6 and 7, were reportedly given adult doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech on accident during a clinic hosted by a local health department at a Halloween event, Texas-based outlet NBCDFW reported Monday.

The two children were given the shots by mistake as their adult family members were given booster shots.

“I’m very angry, I’ll be honest,” said Julian Gonzalez, the father of the 6-year-old boy, to NBCDFW. “All I can do is for the moment be level-headed and hope he’s OK.”

Gonzalez said that one of the employees working the clinic said that they had vaccines available for children and asked if he wanted to get his son vaccinated. After filling out the paperwork, Gonzalez’s son received what they thought was a children’s dose of the vaccine. Their 7-year-old neighbor also got vaccinated.

Then, on Monday, Gonzalez’ wife received a call from a city official saying that the vaccines for the children were a mistake. The dosage their son received was three times stronger than what COVID-19 experts are considering for children. Researchers Call For Halt on COVID-19 Vaccines for Pregnant Women After Re-Analysis of CDC Study

By The Epoch Times. Two researchers say countries should halt the administration of COVID-19 vaccines to pregnant and breastfeeding women after re-analyzing a study performed by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) researchers.

The study in question, published in the New England Journal of Medicine in April, has been used by the CDC and health agencies in other countries to justify vaccination recommendations to pregnant women and new mothers.

“A U.S. study of over 35,000 women who were pregnant and had an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine showed that the side effects following vaccination were very similar in those who were pregnant when compared to those who were not,” the Australian government says in a guide (pdf) to COVID-9 vaccination for women.

The study, though, was corrected last month after concerns were raised by a researcher in Belgium. The CDC scientists acknowledged they should have made clear that they could not accurately calculate a risk estimate for miscarriages because follow-up data was not yet available for most of the women.

The correction resolved some of the issues, but there are still more, according to Dr. Simon Thornley, a senior lecturer in the University of Auckland’s Section of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, and Dr. Aleisha Brock, another researcher in New Zealand. World War II Vet Disgustingly Dissected Without Permission Before $500-Per-Head “Occultic” Freak Show

The body of a 98-year-old man who died of COVID-19 was dissected in front of a paying audience in Oregon — without his family’s knowledge, according to a local report.

David Saunders’ family, including his widow, only learned of the Oct. 17 autopsy demonstration at a Marriott ballroom in Portland when it was reported by KING 5 News, the station said.

Audience members paid $500 a ticket to attend the morbid presentation. The event was part of the traveling “Oddities and Curiosities Expo,” which features occult art and sideshow performances, and promotes itself as the nation’s foremost community of “all things weird.”

“It makes me really feel saddened that this gentleman was not given the dignity and the respect that he deserved and what he thought and his family thought that would be happening to his body,” Mike Clark, a funeral director in Louisiana, told the Seattle outlet.

Clark reportedly prepared Saunders’ body before it was given to Med Ed Labs, a Las Vegas company. His family members were under the impression his corpse would be used for private medical research, not as a centerpiece of the traveling freak show, the report said. Breakthrough Blood Test May Detect 50 Types of Cancers

The Mayo Clinic is developing a breakthrough blood test that can detect more than 50 different types of cancer across all stages.

The test, known as Galleri, was created in partnership with Menlo Park, California-based biotechnology and pharmaceutical company Grail.

Galleri looks for signals present in the blood stream that may be associated with cancer at the time of a blood draw.

The test uses next-generation sequencing and machine-learning algorithms to analyze methylation patterns of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) in the bloodstream, which can carry cancer-specific information. DNA methylation is a process used by cells to regulate gene expression. If a cancer signal is detected, Galleri will pinpoint where in the body the cancer is coming from to help health care providers determine the appropriate next steps for patient treatment.
