Uvalde Shooter Entered Thru Unlocked Door; Mom Handcuffed for Urging Cops to Enter School; No Armed School Officer Despite Dem Claims

By Breitbart. The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) revealed Thursday that the gunman who murdered 19 children and two teachers in Uvalde on Tuesday walked into the school through an unlocked door, and did not encounter any school police.

Previously, the media had been informed that the 18-year-old who carried out a mass shooting at the Robb Elementary School had been confronted by an armed school resource officer outside school, and had exchanged gunfire with him.

On Thursday, DPS Regional Director Victor Escalon told reporters that at 11:28 a.m. on Tuesday, after the gunman crashed a pickup truck near the school, he began his attack. The gunman climbed a four-foot-high chain link fence around the school, and fired at the school as he approached. He also fired at two eyewitnesses at a funeral home nearby. By 11:40 a.m., he had approached the west side of the school. He “was not confronted by anybody” outside the school, armed or otherwise.

Escalon added that there was no school resource officer on campus, and that the first report came to police at 11:30 a.m.

Though said it was still uncertain, it appeared that the shooter had entered the building through an unlocked door. He said that further investigation could reveal that the door was unlocked, but that at the moment it appeared to have been unlocked. Mom Briefly Handcuffed for Urging Cops to Enter School, Then Rushed in to Save Her Kids: Report

A mother of two students at Robb Elementary School, in Uvalde, Texas, alleged being briefly cuffed by U.S. Marshals on Tuesday after she urged officers to enter the school while an active shooter was still inside. After persuading her release, the mother said she hopped a fence and rushed into the school, sprinting back out after she grabbed her children.

An 18-year-old male, who will not be named per Daily Wire policy, killed at least 19 children and two adults at the elementary school on Tuesday.

“The police were doing nothing,” mother Angeli Rose Gomez accused, according to The Wall Street Journal. “They were just standing outside the fence. They weren’t going in there or running anywhere.”

Gomez, a farm supervisor, reportedly drove some 40 miles to the school after she learned her second- and third-grade children were at risk.

Libs of TikTok Suspended From Instagram

Libs of TikTok — an account known for reposting videos of radical leftist activists on social media — was suspended from Instagram on Thursday.

Because the account or “activity on it” did not follow Instagram’s community guidelines, Libs of TikTok was suspended from Instagram, according to a screenshot of the suspension notice. Libs of TikTok has 30 days to “disagree with the decision” — or else the account “will be permanently disabled.”

Trump 2024 Is Almost Certainly Happening, His Associates Say, And The 2020 Election Will Be Front And Center

With former President Donald Trump publicly flirting with a 2024 presidential run, those close to him believe he’ll end up taking the plunge – and the 2020 election will almost certainly be thrust back into the spotlight.

Trump has been laying the groundwork for a 2024 campaign, hosting rallies across the country reminiscent of his 2016 campaign and announcing a slew of endorsements heading into the midterms. Still, in true Trump style, he’s yet to give a definitive answer on whether he’ll actually run.

For people close to the former president or familiar with his team’s thinking, it seems obvious: Trump is heavily leaning towards running again. The following report is based on interviews with a half-dozen Trump associates – two former Trump administration officials, three people familiar with the president’s thinking and one person familiar with the Trump team’s thinking – speaking on condition of anonymity in order to discuss privileged conversations.

Trump’s health and how the midterms elections play out are two key factors in a possible 2024 run. Trump’s already given a public nod to the health aspect, telling The Washington Post in April that “you always have to talk about health.”

As for the midterms, Trumpworld believes the overall results – and not necessarily how individual Trump-backed candidates do in the primaries – will play a massive role in whether he’ll run again. The grief-stricken husband of a fourth-grade teacher killed in the Uvalde, Texas, school massacre died of a heart attack just two days after the mass shooting, family said on Thursday.

Joe Garcia died in the aftermath of the Robb Elementary School shooting that killed 19 children and two teachers — including his wife of 24 years, Irma Garcia, her nephew said on Twitter.

“EXTREMELY heartbreaking and come with deep sorrow to say that my Tia Irma’s husband Joe Garcia has passed away due to grief,” the nephew said.

“i truly am at a loss for words for how we are all feeling, PLEASE PRAY FOR OUR FAMILY, God have mercy on us, this isn’t easy.”

Radical Journalist: ‘What if You Could Perform an Abortion With an AR-15?’

Julia Ioffe, founding partner and Washington correspondent for Puck News, found herself in hot water on Wednesday night when she tweeted that 2nd Amendment advocates would suddenly be for banning AR-15 rifles if they were tools used in abortions.

“What if you could perform an abortion with an AR-15? What if the 19 kids killed [in] Uvalde weren’t children, but fetuses?” Ioffe said in her now-deleted tweet.

Twitter users immediately pounced on Ioffe for not only using the horrible tragedy in Texas as a vehicle to plug abortion but also for suggesting that 19 children would suddenly have no inherent value to her if they were killed in the womb – a mad dash of irony that seemed to escape her.

“You’d defend it?” responded National Journalism Center program director Becket Adams. “What even is the purpose of tweets like hers? What good does it serve? OUTRAGE: Parents Handcuffed, Tased, Pepper-Sprayed While Feds, Cops Did Nothing

A mom of two students at Robb Elementary School says she was handcuffed by [a U.S. Marshal] as the shooter was still inside before she jumped a fence and ran into the school to safely retrieve her children on Tuesday. . .

Gomez told the Journal she decided to charge the school herself as officers waited outside the building “doing nothing.” “They were just standing outside the fence,” she said. “They weren’t going in there or running anywhere.”

The mom said she wasn’t the only parent targeted by officers on the scene, which she described as chaos.

She said she saw police tackle a father to the ground and pepper-spray another. Officers tasered a third dad, she said, when he approached a school bus with students on it to collect his child.

Swiss Billionaire Behind Dem ‘Dark Money’ Donations Despite Not Being US Citizen

A Swiss octogenarian billionaire has donated tens of millions of dollars to Democratic politicians and progressive causes in “dark money” contributions — and Hansjörg Wyss is likely funneling millions more to influence midterm elections in November, sources say.

One Virginia-based think tank estimates that, since 2016, nonprofits linked to Wyss have funneled more than $253 million to Democratic candidates and related causes, such as voter registration initiatives that benefit the party and efforts to impeach former President Donald Trump, through a dizzying array of related nonprofits.

“The foreign dark money revolving door is at it again, this time with their eyes set on the midterms,” said Caitlin Sutherland, executive director of the conservative Americans for Public Trust. “Wyss has already funneled hundreds of millions through his nonprofits to liberal groups that influence our elections, and now those very same groups are poised to engage in every policy and political fight all the way until November.”

Sutherland said the total amount allegedly funneled by Wyss’ nonprofits to Democratic advocacy groups is likely “much, much higher,” but estimates are difficult to track as cash is often transferred through nonprofits that have more than a year’s lag time to publicly report their donations to the IRS. Business Associate of Dead Clinton Advisor Claims Foul Play

An independent outside agency should investigate the bizarre suicide of Bill Clinton’s former presidential advisor linked to billionaire perv Jeffrey Epstein, the dead man’s former business associate exclusively tells Radar.

Mark Middleton, 59, was suspiciously found May 7th dangling from a tree with a shotgun blast hole through his chest and a cheap Dollar Store-type extension cord around his neck. The hell-bent businessman created his own makeshift gallows by trespassing onto a farm with a table.

The terrified business associate, who asked to remain anonymous for fear of dying, tells RadarOnline.com the Little Rock father of two was close to the former Commander-in-Cheat – having an integral role in founding the Clinton Presidential Library and the Clinton Birthplace Foundation.

“Everyone that I know here, that has worked with Mark, knows it is physically impossible for Mark to have killed himself,” the source tells RadarOnline.com.

“He could not physically hold a shotgun and done that to himself,” the source added. “He knows nothing about guns! He hated guns; he couldn’t have tied a noose to save his life! The man couldn’t change a light bulb by himself. He was the least physically skilled person I have ever met in my life. Parents Begged Police for Upward of 40 Minutes to Stop Texas School Shooter: Report (VIDEO)

Police stood by for upward of 40 minutes after a gunman stormed into an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday and killed 19 children and two teachers in a classroom, according to a new report.

Investigators are piecing together what happened over the course of the massacre, which ended with a Border Patrol team rushing in and killing the 18-year-old shooter. Witnesses cited by the Associated Press recalled shouting at police to enter the building to save the people inside. One even proposed having bystanders do the job that officers apparently refused to do as they stood outside.

“Let’s just rush in because the cops aren’t doing anything like they are supposed to,” said Javier Cazares, who lost his fourth grade daughter, Jacklyn, in the attack. “More could have been done. They were unprepared.”

The first report of an armed man approaching Robb Elementary School came around 11:30 a.m., and the gunman was killed roughly 90 minutes later, just after 1 p.m., state officials said, according to the New York Times.

Kevin Spacey Charged With Four Counts of Sexual Assault in UK

Kevin Spacey’s house of cards continues to fall apart.

The actor, 62, is being charged with four counts of sexual assault against three men after a review of evidence by the United Kingdom’s Metropolitan Police. In addition to the four counts, over actions that allegedly took place from 2005 to 2013, Spacey has also been charged with causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent, the Crown Prosecution Service announced Thursday.

“The Crown Prosecution Service reminds all concerned that criminal proceedings against Mr Spacey are active and that he has the right to a fair trial,” said Rosemary Ainslie, head of the CPS Special Crime Division.

The first man, who is now in his 40s, claimed to have been assaulted by Spacey twice in March 2005, and incidents with the second and third men, both now in their 30s, allegedly occurred in August 2008 and April 2013. All four of the alleged incidents occurred while Spacey was serving as artistic director of the Old Vic Theatre, one of London’s most historic theaters, a position he held from 2004 to 2015, according to the Daily Mail.
