Lawmakers ‘Held Hostage’ In Arizona Capitol; Women Call For Sex Strike Against Men

By Townhall. Arizona lawmakers were put in a hostage situation when pro-choice protesters outside the capital building, lasting from Friday night into Saturday morning.

Police enforcement was forced to use tear gas to disperse the angry crowd following the Supreme Court’s ruling to overturn Roe v. Wade.

“Protesters threatened to break the AZ Senate entryway glass,” State Senator Wendy Rogers (R-AZ) said in a tweet.

Lawmakers were instructed not to leave the building as the air circulation system in the building pulled the tear gas deployed on the demonstrators into the Senate chambers.

“Extremist demonstrators made their way to the entrance of the Senate building and began forcibly trying to make entry by breaking down windows and pushing down doors,” according to the Arizona State Senate press release.

Women Call For Sex Strike Against Men in Retaliation for the Overturning of Roe v. Wade

By Breitbart. Pro-abortion women are calling for a nationwide sex strike in retaliation against men for the overturning of Roe v. Wade following the Supreme Court’s landmark decision Friday.

Outraged women took to social media and the streets over the weekend to protest Friday’s Supreme Court decision. Some activists have declared women should begin practicing abstinence, including one Twitter user who seemingly believes that women should even withhold sex from their husbands.

A 24-year-old woman protesting in New York City on Saturday told the New York Post she would not have sex with men if they were not willing to get a vasectomy.

Why Democrats Oppose Emancipation for the Unborn

The end of Roe v. Wade is perhaps the greatest political and cultural event in a generation. It will change American politics forever, and — what’s more important — it will save the lives of countless unborn children. The Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs is a great victory for the U.S. Constitution, for the American people, and for justice and truth and the common good.

It is also a turning point. We should now expect Democrats and the left to call more explicitly for violence, initially against places like crisis pregnancy centers and Catholic churches, as we have already seen, and eventually against ordinary people who disagree with them. We should expect not just calls for physical attacks against the justices in the Dobbs majority, but, as we have also already seen, attempts to carry out such attacks.

This violence will likely be accompanied by rhetoric that more explicitly posits abortion not just as a positive good — “shout your abortion” — but a necessary one for women to enjoy their full rights as citizens under the Constitution. The argument, already gaining steam in public discourse, is that without a constitutional right to kill the unborn, women are relegated to a kind of second-class status, stripped of their full humanity. This rhetoric will be used in part as a justification for violence, but it also reflects the actual views of Democrats and the left on abortion.

Indeed, the very first paragraph of Justice Stephen Breyer’s dissent in Dobbs makes this claim: “Respecting a woman as an autonomous being, and granting her full equality, meant giving her substantial choice over this most personal and most consequential of all life decisions.” Note the phrase “full equality.” Without a right to abortion, women do not have full equality, goes the argument.

It is not the first time Democrats have asserted absolute constitutional rights that for their vindication require the total abnegation of rights or even personhood of entire classes of people. The modern Democratic Party’s stance on abortion rights is almost indistinguishable from its antebellum stance on the constitutionality of slaveowner rights. Former White House Staffer Confirms Jan. 6 Committee Lied About DOJ Attorney

Over the weekend, former Department of Justice lawyer Ken Klukowski called on the Jan. 6 Committee to release the full transcript of his deposition testimony to correct the lies they told about him to the American public. Now The Federalist has exclusively obtained a statement from a former White House staffer confirming Klukowski’s claims.

Last Thursday, the Jan. 6, 2021 show trial continued, with the Democrat-stacked committee presenting testimony concerning a draft letter Jeff Clark, a former assistant attorney general in the Department of Justice, proposed sending to the Georgia legislature.

That draft letter, dated December 28, 2020, stated the Department of Justice was investigating the 2020 election and recommended the Georgia legislature convene a special session to “evaluate the irregularities in the 2020 election including violations of Georgia election law,” and “determine whether those violations show which candidate for President won the most legal votes in the November 3 election.” The draft letter then suggested the General Assembly could appoint an alternative set of electors based on its findings.

The draft letter’s signature line included spaces for Clark, Acting Attorney General Jeffrey A. Rosen, and Acting Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue. But when Clark pitched the idea of sending the letter to Georgia officials, Rosen and Donoghue rejected the idea out of hand, because it was “not the department’s role to suggest or dictate to state legislatures how they should select their electors,” and “for the department to insert itself into the political process this way,” Donoghue told the committee, “may very well have spiraled us into a constitutional crisis.” (Read more from “Former White House Staffer Confirms Jan. 6 Committee Lied About DOJ Attorney” HERE)

“I am so proud of my strong, beautiful daughter for not allowing this to faze her. She continued to smile and pose for the picture like a Queen,” Flores tweeted.

“No child should be pushed to the side for a photo op. PERIOD!!”

Whoopi Goldberg, co-host of “The View,” reacted to the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade by issuing an overtly racist threat toward Justice Clarence Thomas, who is black, about his marriage to his wife Ginni, who is white.

“You better hope that they don’t come for you, Clarence, and say you should not be married to your wife, who happens to be white,” Goldberg yelled, suggesting that conservatives in America would seek to ban interracial marriage.

“They will move back, and you’d better hope that nobody says, you know, well, you’re not in the Constitution. You’re back to being a quarter of a person,” she added.

Woke Nurse Resigns After Tweeting About Not Wanting to Prescribe Meds to White Males

A nurse who tweeted about her desire to deny medications for conservative, white males in response to the overturning of Roe v. Wade has since resigned from her position following online criticisms.

“I prescribe meds.. I can also choose not to prescribe them. So… from now on.. if you are a white male who votes conservative, your penis needs to ask God for the power to rise. No more Viagra,” user @shawnalynn_75 tweeted on Friday.

The user, who has since deleted their account, worked at the Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, which is located in Coles County, Illinois. Following public outcry, the health center released a statement condemning the post and said they would look into the matter.

Judge Blocks State’s Abortion Ban From Going Into Effect

Orleans Parish Civil District Judge Robin Giarrusso granted a temporary restraining order Monday that blocks Louisiana’s abortion ban from going into effect after the U.S. Supreme Court’s Friday decision that sent abortion lawmaking back to state legislatures.

Hope Medical Group for Women, an abortion clinic in Shreveport, Louisiana, filed a petition after the SCOTUS decision activated the state’s “trigger law,” making abortion illegal in the state, reported KPLC.

The Center for Reproductive Rights (CRR) worked with Boies Schiller Flexner LLP and Ellie Schilling to represent the abortion clinic, according to the outlet.

Giarrusso granted a temporary restraining order of the enforcement of the abortion ban allowing Lousiana clinics to continue performing abortions without fear of violating the state law banning abortion, KPLC reported. Clarence Thomas Creates Shockwaves for Stating Next ‘Error’ That Supreme Court Should ‘Correct’

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas suggested in his concurring opinion with the Court’s ruling on Roe v. Wade on Friday that the judicial body should revisit several key rulings that are politically charged.

In his concurring opinion, Thomas wrote that “[i]n future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell.” . . .

Fox News reported:

Griswold v. Connecticut was a landmark 1965 case which ruled the use of contraception between two married individuals was a matter of privacy and constitutionally protected.

Lawrence v. Texas in 2003 dealt with homosexual sex between consenting parties, and Obergefell v. Hodges treaded the same territory in 2015 to rule gay marriage as a constitutionally protected right to privacy.

An Indonesian woman filed a lawsuit against her former husband of ten months after learning he is actually a woman—despite engaging in intimacy several times, according to local media reports.

NA, 22, first met her ex-husband — who used the name Ahnaf Arrafif on a dating app — in Jambi City, the capital and largest city in the Indonesian province of Jambi. However, local media reports Arrafif’s real name is Erayani.

Erayani and NA developed an online relationship before dating in person. . .

Tribun News reported, NA’s parents gave Erayani permission to marry their daughter after several weeks of dating. However four months after tying the knot, the family became suspicious of the NA’s “husband” questioning why they never met Erayani’s family or why “he” never removed clothing—even when bathing. . .

At some point during the short marriage, NA confronted her ex-partner’s lumps on Erayani’s chest, which “he” claimed was a hormonal problem. Woke ‘Lightyear’ Second-Weekend Box Office Record Pixar Low

Now that their woke animated feature Lightyear has taken a record dive at the box office, the child groomers at the Walt Disney Co. must be truly bummed. . .

Other than Onward (2020) — which doesn’t count because the coronavirus derailed its second weekend — LIghtyear currently holds the record for the worst second-weekend box office dive in Pixar’s 25-year history.

After opening to a disastrous $51 million, in its second weekend, Lightyear earned just $17.7 million, which is a crash of 65 percent.

This is a Toy Story movie. Lightyear is part of the most popular and iconic animated franchise in the universe, and after ten days and two weekends, it still sits at a pathetic $88.8 million domestic. Worldwide, it’s earned just $152 million.

The production alone cost $200 million. Add another $100 million for advertising. In order to break even, Disney needs to see a worldwide take of at least $550 to 650 million, which will not happen.
