Poll: Joe Biden’s Approval Rating Sinks to Historic Low

President Joe Biden’s approval rating dropped into the 20s for the first time in his presidency, a Saturday Civiqs poll revealed.

Just 29 percent of voters approve of Biden, while 58 percent disapprove. Only 19 percent of independents approve of Biden. Sixty-seven percent disapprove. Among Hispanics, just 36 percent approve. Forty-eight percent disapprove.

Only 63 percent of Democrats approve of Biden, down from 88 percent since last July. Biden’s approval has dropped five points since June 20. Just 36 percent of Democrats want Biden on the 2024 ticket.

Biden’s approval rating is historically low. According to Gallup, five presidents have sunk into the 20s. Those presidents include Harry Truman (22 percent), Richard Nixon (24 percent), Jimmy Carter (28 percent), George H.W. Bush (29 percent), George W. Bush (25 percent).

Studies Show Americans Were in Even Worse Health Than We Thought Going Into COVID

America wasn’t ready for a pandemic when the first confirmed case of the novel coronavirus landed on U.S. shores in January 2020, especially in terms of overall health.

The national stockpile of medical supplies was full of outdated and expired equipment. Early testing was a fiasco, and medical supply chains remained dependent on foreign sources all while lawmakers on Capitol Hill were preoccupied with their impeachment of President Donald Trump over a made-up scandal. Worst of all, however, was the state of the nation’s physical health to combat an inflammatory virus that would wipe out more than 1 million residents over the next two years.

A pair of studies published in recent weeks revealed just how vulnerable Americans were to a new disease that infected more than a third of a population, which already had such a low level of baseline health.

In late June, researchers at the American Heart Association found that just 1 in 5 U.S. residents has “optimal heart health” based on the association’s standards, which are mapped out by its “Life’s Essential 8” cardiovascular scoring.

The essential eight components of cardiovascular health as defined by the American Heart Association include “healthy diet, participation in physical activity, avoidance of nicotine, healthy sleep, healthy weight, and healthy levels of blood lipids, blood glucose, and blood pressure.” (Read more from “Studies Show Americans Were in Even Worse Health Than We Thought Going Into COVID” HERE)

Pro-Biden Netflix Star Sent to Prison for Child Sex Crimes

Jerry Harris, former Biden campaign surrogate and star of the Netflix documentary Cheer, was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for sex crimes involving minors. The disgraced cheerleader pleaded guilty in February to sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy in a bathroom at a cheer competition and paying another underaged child to send him sexually explicit photos and videos on Snapchat.

Prior to his arrest in September 2020, Harris was one of several celebrity influencers the Biden campaign embraced in an effort to “win back the internet.” In June 2020, Biden appeared with Harris on Instagram Live to discuss “some really important issues facing our country right now, in particular young adults and the black community.” The video, which received more than 300,000 views on the social media platform, was deleted shortly after federal agents raided the influencer’s Illinois home in September. Harris was arrested days later.

The sentence is a blow to the Democratic Party, which has a long history of associating with sexual deviants. Last month, for example, Democratic donor Ghislaine Maxwell received a 20-year sentence for abusing and trafficking underage girls at the behest of Jeffrey Epstein, the scofflaw pedophile who “committed suicide” in 2019. Maxwell was a longtime friend of former president Bill Clinton, who gifted her a signed copy of his post-White House memoir and made numerous trips aboard Epstein’s private jet, nicknamed the “Lolita Express.” In 2010, Maxwell attended Chelsea Clinton’s wedding to failed hedge-fund manager Marc Mezvinsky. America Imploding: Video of School Kids Surrounded by Filth, Druggies, and the Homeless

Children in San Francisco who were being escorted off a school bus can be seen having to negotiate their way through a crowd of homeless people living in squalor on a nearby sidewalk, a video posted to Twitter shows.

“Bye kids, go get home safe, OK?” says a man wearing a camouflage-colored jersey as he appears to usher them off the bus before panning the camera to show a sidewalk filled with many people who appear to be drug addicts nodding off amid filth.

“These little kids gotta walk through this s**t,” the man says at the end of the video. “It’s crazy.”

Last week, San Francisco implemented a six-month, $3 million program that will see community workers rather than police respond to low-level emergency calls about the homeless.

But many on Twitter, where the video has been viewed at least 40,000 times, don’t hold out much hope that the city will improve anytime soon.

Elon Musk Terminates $44 Billion Deal to Buy Twitter; Twitter Chairman Responds

By Axios. Elon Musk is bailing on his $44 billion agreement to buy Twitter, claiming that the social media company hasn’t met its contractual obligations, according to a statement filed with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.

This could set up a massive legal fight between Musk and Twitter, with a Delaware court as the deal’s ultimate arbiter. . .

Since signing the deal, however, he’s argued that Twitter is likely undercounting the number of “bot” accounts on its platform, and demanded access to related data. . .

Elon Musk Backs Out of Twitter Deal

By New York Post. Tesla Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk said on Friday he was terminating his $44 billion deal for Twitter, saying that the social media company had failed to provide information about fake accounts on the platform. . .

“For nearly two months, Mr. Musk has sought the data and information necessary to “make an independent assessment of the prevalence of fake or spam accounts on Twitter’s platform,” Musk’s law firm Skadden Arps said in a letter to Twitter.

“Twitter has failed or refused to provide this information. Sometimes Twitter has ignored Mr. Musk’s requests, sometimes it has rejected them for reasons that appear to be unjustified, and sometimes it has claimed to comply while giving Mr. Musk incomplete or unusable information.”

In response, Twitter’s chairman Bret Taylor said the social-media giant is prepared to take Musk to court.

“The Twitter Board is committed to closing the transaction on the price and terms agreed upon with Mr. Musk and plans to pursue legal action to enforce the merger agreement,” Taylor tweeted Friday afternoon. “We are confident we will prevail in the Delaware Court of Chancery.” (Read more from “Elon Musk Backs Out of Twitter Deal” HERE)

Teenagers Use Traffic Cone to Beat Elderly Man to Death (VIDEO)

The Philadelphia Police Department released footage Friday that showed a large group of teenagers using a traffic cone to beat a 72-year-old man to death.

James Lambert died after he was ambushed and savagely beaten with a traffic cone at about 2:38 a.m. June 24, police said.

Biden Administration Commits Another $400M to Ukraine

The Biden administration has announced another $400 million in military aid to Ukraine, a senior defense official told reporters on Friday.

This aid, which is the 15th presidential drawdown since Russia invaded Ukraine in late February, includes four more Lockheed Martin-created High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems, known as HIMARS, ammunition for them, three tactical vehicles, a thousand rounds of 155 mm artillery ammunition, demolition munitions, a counter-battery system, and spare parts.

Prior to the latest announcement, the United States had provided Ukraine with eight HIMARS, all of which are currently there and still operational despite claims from the Russian military that it had hit such targets. Pro-Lifers Should Never Have Tolerated Unconstitutional Roe, and Must Never Do So Again

The Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe v. Wade in its Dobbs v. Jackson decision is a historic turning point in the battle for equal protection of preborn lives. But in the celebration over consigning blatantly unconstitutional pieces of judicial legislation to “the dustbin of history,” pro-lifers might be learning the wrong lessons. A non-leftist court is not guaranteed forever, and we must consider the hazards of holding the Supreme Court as the final arbiters of constitutionality, particularly when matters of life, death, and bodily autonomy are at stake.

While America submitted for nearly half a century to Roe‘s legal fiction, approximately 63 million preborn lives were snuffed out. Yes, pro-lifers have mourned all these lives lost. But the genocide would not have been of this magnitude if, for nearly five decades, the pro-life movement had focused on upholding the Constitution’s guarantees of the inalienable rights to life and equal protection instead of wrongly submitting to the obviously unconstitutional Roe opinion. . .

In 2019, Texas Alliance for Life’s Joe Pojman told the Austin Chronicle that a Texas abolition bill couldn’t receive their support because “We could no sooner ignore SCOTUS than the force of gravity.” Other pro-life leaders have made similar statements wrongly affirming Roe as the law of the land–a murderous regime, to be sure, but worthy of deference nonetheless.

Now, instead of admitting that states should never have tolerated Roe, pro-lifers are hailing Dobbs as an example of how trusting in “the system” pays off. Forty-nine years of legally enshrined child sacrifice is not success. Forty-nine years of Roe and its progeny governing before the court finally righted its grave errors is not evidence of “the success of the conservative legal movement,” but rather a lasting stain on the character of this nation.

A virtuous nation loyal to the Constitution would never have tolerated Roe a single day, just as Dred Scott v. Sandford wasn’t tolerated. That odious ruling that attempted to ensure owning slaves was legal in every part of America was defied by state supreme courts, legislatures, and even President Abraham Lincoln. Likewise, success in the abortion battle would have been holding ground in defense of the preborn and expanding existing prohibitions on abortion. It would have been state officials nullifying or interposing unconstitutional laws, not deferring to judicial rulings that sought to distort the Constitution’s meaning. President Biden Repeatedly Struggles While Delivering Remarks, Elon Musk Responds With a Hilarious Meme (VIDEO)

Democrat President Joe Biden repeatedly struggled while delivering remarks on Friday after he signed an executive order attempting to protect access to abortion after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.

Biden repeatedly demonized the nation’s highest court during his remarks, calling the ruling “terrible” and “extreme,” and claiming without evidence that the ruling was “not a decision driven by the Constitution.”

During his remarks, Biden repeatedly stammered, struggled to pronounce words, and appeared to read a little too much off the teleprompter, which earned him widespread mockery, including from Elon Musk.

“It is noteworthy that the percentage of women who register to vote and cast a ballot is consistently higher than the percentage of the men who do so — end of quote. Repeat the line,” Biden said. “Women are not without electoral and, or political — let me be precise — not and, or — or political power.”

Musk responded with a meme from the movie “Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy” starring Will Ferrell.

Biden Admin Debunks Infamous Border Patrol ‘Whipping’ Incident Once and for All

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) found that Border Patrol agents who many mistook to be “whipping” Haitian migrants at the border never whipped anyone, according to CBP Commissioner Chris Magnus.

The September 2021 “whipping” incident took place in Del Rio, Texas, when Border Patrol agents on horseback attempted to push back dozens of Haitian migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border. Several agents were seen using their horses’ reins to maneuver around the migrants and push them back.

Many commentators, including prominent Democrats and activists, mistook the reins for whips and alleged the agents were whipping the Haitian migrants.

“Whips are not part of Border Patrol training or equipment,” Magnus said, adding that CBP found no evidence Border Patrol agents struck any migrants, either intentionally or on accident, with their reins.
