Tucker Carlson: No Honest Person Could Believe the Trump Raid Was a Legitimate Act of Law Enforcement (VIDEO)

We’ve had a few days to reflect on it and have concluded that no honest person could believe that the raid on Donald Trump’s home last week was a legitimate act of law enforcement. It was not. Even the Biden administration didn’t really bother to pretend otherwise. The official explanations that we have heard for the raid make no sense at all. It doesn’t matter how forcefully they are repeated by the media, they’re nonsensical. In case you’ve forgotten what they are, here’s the very first explanation they gave us.

Poll: GOP Voters Rally to Trump, DeSantis Loses Support for 2024 After FBI Raid

Republican voters are rallying behind former President Donald Trump after the FBI raided his Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach, Florida, last week, according to a new poll that shows Trump gaining support in a hypothetical 2024 GOP primary to the detriment of his closest competitor, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R).

GOP officials blasted the Biden administration and the FBI after federal agents swarmed Trump’s Florida residence with a search warrant for classified materials the former chief executive is accused of taking with him from the White House.

Attorney General Merrick Garland said last week he personally approved the decision to raid Trump’s home, though he declined to offer further details. The raid was reportedly part of an investigation into whether Trump violated the Espionage Act.

The FBI seized 11 sets of documents that were marked as classified from Mar-a-Lago, the Wall Street Journal first reported. Four sets of documents taken from Trump’s home were said to be marked “top secret,” three sets were reportedly marked “secret,” and a handful of other materials were marked “confidential.” (Read more from “Poll: GOP Voters Rally to Trump, DeSantis Loses Support for 2024 After FBI Raid” HERE)

The 2024 Election Is Being Rigged Right Now in Plain Sight

The news cycle this week has been understandably dominated by the FBI’s raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida, where armed agents were supposedly looking for classified documents the FBI believes were improperly removed from the White House at the end of Trump’s term, in violation of federal law.

But the FBI raid is just a piece of a much larger story that’s playing out in slow motion and in plain sight: the rigging of the 2024 presidential election.

Much like the 2020 election, which wasn’t stolen so much as rigged months in advance to give Joe Biden an advantage that all but guaranteed his victory, the 2024 election is being rigged to ensure that Trump either cannot run or, if he does run, cannot win.

First, consider the FBI raid. No serious person believes that a documents dispute was the real purpose of the raid. The idea that the FBI would search the home of a former president and potential 2024 GOP candidate over an ongoing (and not uncommon) disagreement over presidential records with the National Archives is absurd on its face.

In his brief and self-congratulatory press conference Thursday, Attorney General Merrick Garland said he personally authorized the search on Trump’s home, that the Justice Department “does not take such a decision lightly,” and that it always seeks to use a “less intrusive means as an alternative to a search, and to narrowly scope any search that is undertaken.” (Read more from “The 2024 Election Is Being Rigged Right Now in Plain Sight” HERE)

Minneapolis Public Schools to Fire White Teachers First Thanks to Teachers Union

A contract between a Minneapolis public school district and teachers’ union calls for white teachers to be fired before minority teachers, according to the contract obtained by the Daily Caller.

On March 25, the Minneapolis Federation of Teachers and the Minneapolis Public Schools struck a deal to end a 14-day union strike. The deal included a bargaining agreement for various proposals, including one that fires educators based on their race, according to AlphaNews.

“Starting with the Spring 2023 Budget Tie-Out Cycle, if excessing a teacher who is a member of a population underrepresented among licensed teachers in the site, the District shall excess the next least senior teacher, who is not a member of an underrepresented population,” the contract reads.

Minority teachers may also be “exempted from district-wide layoff[s] outside seniority order” and given priority reinstatement, according to the contract.

The contract attempts to protect teachers at 15 “racially isolated schools” from layoffs. These schools house the “greatest concentration of poverty” within the district. (Read more from “Minneapolis Public Schools to Fire White Teachers First Thanks to Teachers Union” HERE)

Children’s Hospital Updates Standards After Offering Sex Change Surgeries to Kids (VIDEO)

A Boston-based hospital promoted a video series on YouTube of doctors describing reconstructive surgery that was once available to minors, according to since-deleted videos and web pages from the hospital.

Boston Children’s Hospital’s YouTube page includes a litany of videos that discuss reconstructive surgery, some of which were available to kids as young as 17. The videos discuss “top surgery” and “bottom surgery,” which are euphemisms for genital sex changes and double mastectomies. One video is titled, “What Does It Mean To Be Transgender?

In a since-deleted video, Dr. Frances Grimstad talked about how to obtain a “gender affirming hysterectomy.”

“[Vaginoplasty surgeries are] very similar to most hysterectomies that occur,” Grimstad said. “Hysterectomy itself is the removal of the uterus, cervix, which is the opening of the uterus and the fallopian tubes which are attached to the sides of the uterus.”

Online commentators believed the surgery to be available to minors as the surgeries take place at a children’s hospital.

United States Enters Housing Recession

Confidence among home builders fell for the eighth consecutive month, indicating that the United States has entered a housing recession, according to a Monday release from the National Association of Home Builders.

The group’s Housing Market Index fell by six points in August to 49, marking the first time since the spring of 2020 that the metric has fallen below the breakeven value of 50. The three components of the Housing Market Index — current sales conditions, sales expectations, and traffic of prospective buyers — all declined to their lowest levels in the past two years.

“Ongoing growth in construction costs and high mortgage rates continue to weaken market sentiment for single-family home builders,” NAHB Chairman Jerry Konter said in the release. Mortgage rates began climbing at the beginning of 2022, according to data from government-backed mortgage enterprise Freddie Mac, with 30-year fixed rates beginning at slightly over 3% in January and surging to over 5% as of Thursday.

Single-family homes have witnessed dramatic price increases since COVID and the lockdown-induced recession. In the first quarter of 2022, the median sale price of a home in the United States was $433,100, according to data from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, marking a 34% rise from $322,600 in the second quarter of 2020. Freddie Mac forecasted last month that home prices will grow at 4% in 2023 — a relative slowdown from 17.8% in 2021 and 12.8% in 2022. (Read more from “United States Enters Housing Recession” HERE)

Nationwide Sex Trafficking Operation Rescues 141 Adults and 121 Minors

FBI agents and local authorities rescued 141 adult victims of human trafficking, 84 minor victims of child sex trafficking and sexual exploitation, and have identified 37 actively missing children during a two-week nationwide operation in August dubbed “Operation Cross Country.”

The average age of victims in similar operations is approximately 15 years old, while authorities said the youngest victim discovered during this operation was 11 years old.

“Human trafficking is among the most heinous crimes the FBI encounters,” FBI Director Christopher Wray said in a statement. “Unfortunately, such crimes—against both adults and children—are far more common than most people realize.”

Federal officials arrested 85 suspects of child sexual exploitation and human trafficking offenses as part of Operation Cross Country, which conducted 391 operations over two weeks. Teams included in the operation consist of FBI special agents, intelligence analysts, victim specialists, and child adolescent forensic interviewers working with 200 local, state, and federal partners.

Victim specialists provide a bridge for survivors who have lost trust in the system by helping them establish a positive relationship with law enforcement. (Read more from “Nationwide Sex Trafficking Operation Rescues 141 Adults and 121 Minors” HERE)

Top Doctor Blasts CDC for Failing to Research Heart Injuries in Children

A new medical study out of Thailand is detailing alarming heart inflation cases among young boys after they were given the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine. Top doctors in the United States are taking notice.

“This study does matter; it is important. It is the first prospective study of biomarkers post vaccine. It came from Thailand. It is concerning. It captures so many failures with drug safety,” Dr. Vinay Prasad writes on his website. “The authors ran a bunch of tests on kids (202 boys, 99 girls) aged 13-18 who got the 2nd dose of Pfizer, after getting the first dose without adverse events. The EKG changes in the pre-print are not the story. The story are rates of cardiac biomarkers and how often they are elevated. 3 patients had chest pain and biomarker elevation; 4 patients had no chest pain but elevated cardiac biomarkers. These were all in boys. 7/202 boys had overt or subclinical myocarditis (3.5%) or roughly 2 orders of magnitude more common than prior reports from passive adverse event reporting of myocarditis.”

“The fact the US, CDC, NIAID, FDA, etc etc. have to rely on a Thailand preprint for the first prospective study of cardiac biomarkers is mind-boggling negligence. The US and this CDC have shown that either they are incompetent to take safety signals seriously, or indifferent to safety. They earn Grade F. This study should have been done in the USA, by Pfizer 1 month after EUA was granted. End of story,” he continued.

Feds Took Documents That Were Protected by Attorney-Client Privilege During Trump Raid; Trump Calls for Seized Documents to Be Returned

By Townhall. . .FBI didn’t leave empty-handed from Trump’s home, but some of the documents might have been declassified, and the attorney-client privilege protected some. At the same time, other records were reportedly covered by executive privilege (via Fox News):

The FBI seized boxes containing records covered by attorney-client privilege and potentially executive privilege during its raid of former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News, adding that the Justice Department opposed Trump lawyers’ request for the appointment of an independent, special master to review the records.

Sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News Saturday that the former president’s team was informed that boxes labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, A-33, and a set of documents—all seen on the final page of the FBI’s property receipt —contained information covered by attorney-client privilege.

The FBI seized classified records from Trump’s Palm Beach home during its unprecedented Monday morning raid, including some marked as top secret. But the former president is disputing the classification, saying the records have been declassified.

[…]

Sources told Fox News that some records could be covered by executive privilege, which gives the president of the United States and other officials within the executive branch the authority to withhold certain sensitive forms of advice and consultation between the president and senior advisors.

Trump Calls for Seized Documents to Be Returned to Mar-A-Lago

By New York Post. Former President Donald Trump on Sunday called for the Justice Department to return the reams of documents FBI agents seized at his Mar-a-Lago resort last week, pointing to a report that said the information was covered by attorney-client or executive privilege.

“Oh great! It has just been learned that the FBI, in its now famous raid of Mar-a-Lago, took boxes of privileged ‘attorney-client’ material, and also ‘executive’ privileged material, which they knowingly should not have taken,” Trump said on his Truth Social site.

“By copy of this TRUTH, I respectfully request that these documents be immediately returned to the location from which they were taken. Thank you!,” the former president said in the posting.

Fox News reported, citing sources close to the investigation, that team Trump was told that at least five boxes – labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, A-33, and a set of documents – taken under authority of the search warrant contained information covered by attorney-client or executive privilege.

The documents were among a cache of materials taken from Trump’s palatial Palm Beach home last Monday, including binders of photos, a handwritten note, a leatherbound box of documents, an “executive grant of clemency” for longtime aide Roger Stone, according to a property list of items released on Friday by the FBI.
