Special Master Deals Major Blow to Trump in Raid Case

Former President Donald Trump has been dealt a major blow by the special master in the Mar-a-Lago raid case.

Judge Raymond Dearie, who was picked by Judge Aileen Cannon to be the special master last week, told the former president he must provide evidence of declassification or else he will have to assume the records seized by the FBI are indeed classified.

Trump’s lawyers told the special master they are hesitant to make public the specifics on what Trump may have declassified because that topic might end up being one of their legal defense strategies against a possible future indictment brought by the Justice Department.

“How am I going to verify the classification? … What business is it of the court?” Dearie asked during the Tuesday hearing. The Eastern District of New York judge suggested that the DOJ had given “prima facie evidence” that the records were classified and said that “as far as I’m concerned, that’s the end of it.” He went on to press Trump’s lawyers on why that shouldn’t be the end of it. Avoiding Malpractice Lawsuits: Transgender Health Group Admits Reason for Removing Age Minimums for Genital Mutilation, Chemical Castration

Doctors avoiding malpractice lawsuits is the reason behind the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) releasing new medical guidelines removing age minimums for children identifying as transgender going through genital mutilation procedures.

As Breitbart News reported, WPATH released its new guidance in early September with lowered age minimums, only to remove “suggested minimal ages for gender-affirming medical and surgical treatment for adolescents” entirely in a correction one week later.

Such “gender-affirming” procedures — a phrase used to camouflage the grotesque nature of many of the procedures — include double mastectomies, female and male genital mutilation and removal, facial feminization and masculinization, hormone treatments and puberty blockers that cause chemical sterilization, and social transitioning (e.g. using “preferred” pronouns and names).

The correction was made with little to no explanation from WPATH, but a Sunday live-streamed annual conference showed the intent was to give doctors the slack needed to avoid malpractice lawsuits.

“We were thinking, and it was scary for me, about the potential uses of the chapter for legal and insurance contexts,” Amy Tishelman, lead author of the new guidance’s chapter on children, said. “What we didn’t want to do was create a chapter that would make it more likely that practitioners would be sued because they weren’t following exactly what we said.” (Read more from “Avoiding Malpractice Lawsuits: Transgender Health Group Admits Reason for Removing Age Minimums for Genital Mutilation, Chemical Castration” HERE)

Mike Lindell Teams up With Famed Legal Expert to Sue Feds (VIDEO)

My Pillow guy Mike Lindell says he’s hiring famed legal expert Alan Dershowitz, and others, to help bring a lawsuit against the U.S. government, including the FBI.

A report at Citizen Free Press explained Lindell said, “We are suing the United States government and the FBI. This isn’t just to get the phone back, this is my First, Fourth, and Fifth Amendment rights were broken… We aren’t going to put up with this, we aren’t going to be the Gestapo like in Nazi Germany. We’re being proactive.”

The comments came on a podcast with Steve Bannon.

Chinese Biotech Firm With Deep Links to China’s Military and Its COVID-19 Program Just Bought Land in Florida for a Massive Research Complex

In July 2022, a Chinese biological research company, JOINN Laboratories, bought 1,400 acres of rural farmland in Morriston, Florida, primarily for a non-human primate (monkey) breeding and quarantine facility.

Current law prohibits the construction of such a facility on that property, but JOINN Laboratories is filing a re-zoning request with the State of Florida.

What is not widely known is JOINN Laboratories’ close connections to China’s People’s Liberation Army and what is arguably its biowarfare program.

The Founder of JOINN and Chair of the Board of Directors is Yuxia Feng, a military physician and graduate of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences in Beijing.

The Co-Founder of JOINN and the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, Conglin Zuo, appears to have also worked at the Academy of Military Medical Sciences in its Institute of Biotechnology.

JOINN’s Chief of Pathology and Toxicology, Hemei Wang, came from the Institute Of Pharmacology And Toxicology, Academy Of Military Medical Sciences.

The most significant of JOINN’s connections to the People’s Liberation Army is Shusheng Geng, Chief Executive Officer of JOINN’s Biologics Company, who was also employed at the Institute of Pharmacology And Toxicology, Academy Of Military Medical Sciences.

Shusheng Geng has been a research collaborator with high-level People’s Liberation Army scientists, who are considered key contributors to China’s biowarfare program, Cheng-Feng Qin, Yusen Zhou and Shibo Jiang.

A recent article noted that buyers from the People’s Republic of China purchased $6.1 billion of U.S. real estate last year.

China has been steadily acquiring strategic real estate in the United States, such as 300 acres in Grand Forks, North Dakota, 16 miles from the U.S. Air Force’s Air Combat Command base, and a 130,000-acre ranch near Laughlin Air Force Base, purchased by a former member of China’s People’s Liberation Army.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis told Fox News in June that it was a “huge problem” that Chinese companies were stepping in to purchase farmland in his state.

He said, “I think the problem is these companies have ties to the CCP [Chinese Communist Party], and it’s not always apparent on the face of whatever a company is doing.”

Well, it is not just the Chinese Communist Party that is connected to these land purchases, but China’s People’s Liberation Army.

And whatever those Chinese companies are doing with that land, you can be sure that it is not good for America.

Former Typhoon Merbok Blasts Alaska With Historic Storm Surge

A historic storm blasted western Alaska Friday and Saturday with hurricane-force winds, over 50-foot seas and coastal flooding not seen in decades, leaving homes flooded, roads washed away and power out to a wide area.

What used to be Typhoon Merbok morphed into a powerful northern Pacific storm as it raced nearly due north and pushed through the Aleutian Islands Friday and into the Bering Sea Saturday, bringing a dangerous storm surge inundating coastal villages and towns under several feet of water for hours.

Alaska Gov. Mike Dunleavy declared a state disaster area Saturday morning and was set to ask the U.S. government for a federal disaster declaration on Monday. But Dunleavy says despite the record-breaking impacts, the emergency operation center had not received any reports of injuries.

As the storm weakened and passed into the Arctic, towns and villages along the Bering Sea began cleaning up debris that had washed ashore. Dozens of homes and buildings flooded as the Bering Sea pushed inland, and several roads left damaged.

State Legalizes Human Composting

California has legalized the use of human remains for composting.

On Sunday, Democratic Governor of California Gavin Newsom signed AB-351, which will permit residents to select to have their remains composted after they die, beginning in 2027.

Assemblymember Cristina Garcia, one of the bill’s architects and its author, implied she might go for the method herself.

“Trees are important carbon breaks for the environment,” Garcia said. “They are the best filters for air quality and if more people participate in organic reduction and tree-planting, we can help with California’s carbon footprint. I look forward to continuing my legacy to fight for clean air by using my reduced remains to plant a tree.”

China Now Owns Large Section of Land Near Pearl Harbor – Another Effort to Disrupt U.S. Response to China Offensive?

Is China Conducting Intelligence Operations As A Prelude For An Attack On Pearl Harbor?

Starting in 2015, a Chinese real estate development company called China Oceanwide Holdings began buying land on Oahu in the Hawaii Islands just ten miles west of the U.S. Naval Base at Pearl Harbor.

The stated intent of the land purchases was to build a luxury hotel and homes, but nothing was ever built, even though China Oceanwide had accumulated land worth over 500 million dollars in the vicinity of Pearl Harbor.

A July, 2022 article in The Federalist noted that buyers from the People’s Republic of China purchased $6.1 billion in real estate last year, many of those purchases have been of farmland or ranchland near U.S. military bases.

Telecommunications equipment from China’s Huawei positioned near U.S. military installations could disrupt vital military communication systems.

China has been steadily acquiring strategic real estate in the United States, such as 300 acres in Grand Forks, North Dakota, 16 miles from the U.S. Air Force’s Air Combat Command base, and a 130,000-acre ranch near Laughlin Air Force Base, purchased by a former member of China’s People’s Liberation Army.

If the above information about the Chinese intelligence agent in Hawaii proves accurate, U.S. intelligence agencies are either unaware of it or deliberately ignoring the information, perhaps because of the Biden family’s close connections with China’s state security apparatus.

In either case, U.S. national security is being undermined.

Biden Sits 14 Rows Back at Queen Elizabeth’s Funeral

President Biden may be the world’s most powerful man, but it didn’t ensure him a front-row seat at Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in London on Monday.

The president and first lady Jill Biden were seated 14 rows back during the service at Westminster Abbey that drew 2,000 guests — including some 500 of the world’s presidents, kings, princes and prime ministers.

Perhaps taken into consideration was that the couple was among the few dignitaries who were granted permission to travel in their own presidential limousine, nicknamed “The Beast,” for security reasons.

Most other leaders, including Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, were escorted to the funeral on shuttle buses due to tight security and road restrictions in place across London.

Liz Cheney’s Swan Song: Defeated Congresswoman Offers up Electoral Count Act Rewrite

Rep. Liz Cheney teamed up with a Democratic colleague on the House Jan. 6 committee to push a rewrite of the Electoral Count Act that they say will ensure “future efforts to attack the integrity of presidential elections can’t succeed.”

Ms. Cheney, Wyoming Republican, and Rep. Zoe Lofgren, California Democrat, plan to introduce legislation to make the fix. They said it is critical because former President Donald Trump continued claims that the 2020 election threatens to spur others to change the outcome of future elections.

“This raises the prospect of another effort to steal a presidential election, perhaps with another attempt to corrupt Congress’s proceeding to tally electoral votes,” the lawmakers wrote in an op-ed previewing the legislation in The Wall Street Journal.

The bill could get a vote in House as soon as this week. It could be the last bill authored by Ms. Cheney, who lost in the Republican primary last month because of intense blowback from GOP voters over her anti-Trump stance.

This City Is Now America’s Murder Capital

New Orleans is now the murder capital of America – surpassing St. Louis.

As of Sept. 11, New Orleans has had 205 murders thus far in 2022, according to the Metropolitan Crime Commission. With 52 homicides per 100,000 residents, New Orleans is the top U.S. city for murders, ahead of St. Louis with 45 homicides per 100,000 residents. The third worst city for murders is Baltimore with 40 homicides per 100,000, followed by Chicago with 17 homicides per 100,000 residents, according to Fox News.

New Orleans has experienced a 141% increase in homicides this year compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019. There has been a 100% increase in shootings in Louisiana’s Big Easy party city compared to 2019.

“Carjackings are up 7% and armed robberies are up 42%,” Rafael Goyeneche of the Metropolitan Crime Commission told WVUE-DT. “It’s finally reached a tipping point, and the public demanded that something be done.”

New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell recently hired a new crime prevention consultant – Fausto Pichardo, the former head of the New York City Police Department’s patrol division. (Read more from “This City Is Now America’s Murder Capital” HERE)
