Biden Admin Is Funding Drug Supply Vending Machines

The Biden administration is spending nearly $3.6 million to help fuel the drug epidemic with “harm reduction kiosks.”

According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) a $3 million grant was awarded to place drug kiosks filled with items and substances such as naloxone, syringes, fentanyl test strips and condoms in the rust belt of Kentucky.

Some machines may even supply smoke kits that include crack pipes.

The Biden administration claims the kiosks will reduce the stigma for drug users, aiming to make drug use safer rather than eliminate it.

Supreme Court Dobbs Leaker Could Soon Be Revealed

Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorusch said that the person who leaked the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization draft opinion could soon be revealed.

Speaking before a group of lawyers and judges, it was Gorusch’s first public comments since the draft was leaked in June, sparking nationwide outrage that Roe v. Wade would be overturned.

“The chief justice appointed an internal committee to oversee the investigation…that committee has been busy, and we’re looking forward to their report, I hope, soon,” Gorusch said at the 10th Circuit Judicial Conference in Colorado Springs.

Steve Bannon Tells Charlie Kirk 35 Trump Allies Got Raided Day of Indictment (VIDEO)

Steve Bannon, former adviser to ex-President Donald Trump, says the same day he was arraigned on criminal fraud charges, the FBI carried out raids on the homes of nearly three dozen allies of the former president.

Speaking to conservative talk show host Charlie Kirk Friday, Bannon made the explosive allegation, saying law enforcement is part of a broader conspiracy to hobble opponents of President Joe Biden. Bannon’s remarks come a day after he pleaded not guilty in a New York court to fraud charges and amid efforts by conservative figures to cast the FBI as being politically weaponized.

Bannon told Kirk that the FBI “rolled in on” 35 “senior members of MAGA, Republican supporters of Donald Trump.” Saying the alleged searches were unnecessary because their targets have lawyers, he called the FBI the “jackbooted Gestapo,” a reference to the secret police of Nazi Germany.

“This is this globalist apparatus,” Bannon said. “This is the American arm of that: the Biden regime.”

Clinton-Appointed Judge Dismisses Trump’s Suit Against Hillary, Allies Over Russia Collusion Claims

A federal judge dismissed former President Trump’s lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, her allies, Democratic lawyers and the left-leaning law firm of Perkins Coie on Thursday, saying Mr. Trump’s legal team did not adequately file the complaint or use current case law, which hadn’t been overruled.

Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks, a Clinton appointee, said Mr. Trump’s filing was too lengthy, detailing events that “are implausible because they lack any specific allegations which might provide factual support for the conclusions reached.”

Mr. Trump had sued the Democratic officials claiming they violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, as they allegedly worked together to create a false narrative that Mr. Trump colluded with a “hostile foreign sovereignty.”

The judge, though, didn’t buy into his legal arguments.

“What the Amended Complaint lacks in substance and legal support it seeks to substitute with length, hyperbole, and the settling of scores and grievances,” wrote Judge Middlebrooks in his 65-page order. ‘We Are Suffering’: Harris Unloads on ‘Activist’ Supreme Court — And Casts Doubt on Its ‘Integrity’

Vice President Kamala Harris said that the Supreme Court is an “activist” court after the reversal of Roe v. Wade.

Harris made the comments during an interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press.”

“I think this is an activist court,” Harris said. “We had an established right for almost half a century, which is the right of women to make decisions about their own body as an extension of what we have decided to be, the privacy rights to which all people are entitled.”

Harris went on to say that the Supreme Court “took away” the right for women to make decision about their body and added “we are suffering as a nation because of it.”

While previously being “inspired by people like Thurgood Marshall” and others on major Supreme Court cases such as Brown v. The Bottom Is About to Fall Out for Pfizer and Moderna

Pfizer and Moderna’s record-breaking pandemic profits are about to come to an end as the Biden administration no longer plans to purchase COVID-19 vaccines for public distribution.

Until now, the federal government has been responsible for purchasing COVID-19 vaccines and distributing them to Americans at no charge. However, the Biden administration has said that the upcoming batch of recently approved, Omicron-specific doses will be the last to be purchased on the government’s dime.

There is likely to still be some demand from the private sector for COVID-19 vaccines, but it won’t be nearly as high as it was when the government was buying. Vaccine uptake has been on a steady decline since April, and is currently at its lowest point of the pandemic, with more than 223 million Americans having already been fully vaccinated. Alaska’s Ranked-Choice Voting Scheme Was a Plot to Save Murkowski, but It Also Doomed Palin

Election officials called Alaska’s special election House race for Democrat Mary Peltola over 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin last week. Peltola’s victory, despite nearly 60 percent of votes cast for a Republican on all first-choice ballots, will mark the first time since 1973 that a Democrat will represent the state in the lower chamber.

Whether the August contest was Palin’s race or Republican Nick Begich’s race to lose is an open question. Whether the Republicans’ loss was a consequence of Alaska’s new ranked-choice voting system, however, is no doubt, and GOP Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski is the one to blame.

In 2010, Sen. Murkowski captured re-election through a triumphant write-in campaign after losing the Republican primary to a former federal magistrate who was backed by Palin. Murkowski comfortably won a third full term in 2016 but continued to antagonize the state’s Republican base with votes to oppose restrictions on abortion, preserve Obamacare, and convict President Donald Trump in his second impeachment. Murkowski also voted “present” in the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and she upset constituents when last year she served as the tie-breaker to move forward the nomination of Interior Secretary Deb Haaland, who has shut down state development projects.

In other words, Murkowski did not strive to win over Republicans in a state that went for Trump by 10 points in 2020. To save her seat, Murkowski operatives devised a plan to avoid a primary by radically transforming the state’s election system. The answer became ranked-choice voting, a ballot system to rig elections in favor of the incumbent.

Under the ranked-choice ballot system, the traditional partisan primary is replaced by an open-party contest where the top four candidates advance to the general election. Voters then “rank” their preferred candidates in the ensuing race. If none receives a majority, or more than 50 percent of the first-choice ballots cast, the votes are tabulated again and the lowest scoring candidate is eliminated. The losing candidate’s ballots then count toward their second-choice pick, and the process is repeated until a candidate reaches more than 50 percent of the vote. The American people got a terrifying glimpse into the tech-driven childless dystopia President Joe Biden and his liberal allies are striving to achieve after a urologist in Texas last week performed what is believed to be the world’s first vasectomy powered by an electric vehicle.

Dr. Christopher Yang congratulated himself on Twitter for using his $70,000 Rivian electric truck to power the castration-esque procedure after his clinic in Austin (where else?) suffered a power outage. “Power in clinic went out, patient didn’t want to reschedule cause he already had time off,” Yang wrote. “Procedure went great!”

State Lawmaker Advised Mormon Bishop Against Reporting Church Member Who Sexually Abused Daughters, Lawsuit Filings Say

A Utah state representative told a Mormon bishop not to report a church member’s sexual abuse, advice that led to seven years of rape and abuse committed by the church member against his own daughters, according to new lawsuit documents.

State Rep. Merrill Nelson (R-UT), a prominent lawyer for the Mormon church, allegedly answered the first call from a help line when Bishop John Herrod told him that Arizona church member Paul Adams had admitted to sexually abusing two of his daughters. For more than two years, Nelson communicated with Herrod and another bishop who knew about the abuse allegations, according to call records, the Associated Press reported.

Nelson told Herrod “that he could be sued if he reported, and the instruction by counsel not to report Paul [Adams] to the authorities was the law in Arizona and had nothing to do with Church doctrine,” according to the plaintiff’s filings. However, as the AP reported, Arizona law allows blanket immunity for those who report child sexual abuse or neglect.

The sex abuser’s two daughters and one of his sons are trying to gain access to records from the Mormon church, but the church has refused them based on confidentiality. After a county judge ruled in the victims’ favor to see the records, the Mormon church took the case to the Court of Appeals.

According to the new records, Nelson talked with Herrod and one other Mormon bishop from November 2011 to February 2014 after Adams had been excommunicated from the church. Roger Van Komen, manager of the church’s southeast region family services department, said in a deposition that the lawmaker discussed Adams’ abuse with Herrod in those communications. Majority of Americans Had to Cut Back on Summer Plans as Biden Spent Over 200 Days on Vacation

By Townhall. It’s hard to believe that after roughly 10 months, Americans are still having to fight inflation at the hands of the Biden administration.

According to a new poll by Gallup, 56 percent of Americans blame the high price increases for their lives essentially being worse.

That number is up from 49 percent in January and 45 percent in November.

Twelve percent of Americans describe their financial pain as “severe” and 44 percent say it is “moderate.”
