By Daily Wire. San Francisco law enforcement officials released body camera footage Friday from the October attack on Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) husband, Paul Pelosi.

A San Francisco judge ordered that the footage be made public after a coalition of news outlets filed a motion to release the footage on January 11.

The footage shows police knocking on the door of the home before either Pelosi or DePape opened it.

“What’s going on man?” an officer asks.

“Everything is good,” DePape responds as he wrestled for control of a hammer with Pelosi.

The Police Bodycam Footage of the Pelosi Home Invasion Is Out. Here’s What It Shows.

By Townhall. Okay, hammer time is here, as authorities have released the body cam footage relating to the Paul Pelosi home invasion last October. The bizarre home invasion led to a slew of conspiracy theories, some of which were insanely entertaining, about this attack and Mr. Pelosi’s relationship with the intruder.

The footage shows Mr. Pelosi opening the door, where he and the intruder, David DePape, were fighting over control of a hammer. Pelosi was struck and required brain surgery during this incident. First reports said were no signs of forced entry, though security cam footage from the Peosi home shows DePape smashing a window to enter the home. After months of lingering in the dark, multiple news organizations filed a lawsuit, demanding that all video and audio evidence relating to this incident be released. . .

Initially, it was also reported that DePape entered the residence wearing nothing but underwear and armed with a hammer, which added more palace intrigue since who could miss someone like this strolling through the neighborhood? As the video shows, that wasn’t the case, though Mr. Pelosi is shown pantless before he takes a massive blow.

Mr. Pelosi was able to make an emergency call, which is odd given this home invasion-hostage situation. The audio of the call has Mr. Pelosi wondering where the Capitol Police were, adding that DePape had gained entry into his home. During the call, DePape identifies himself as a “friend,” which Pelosi denies. He’s later commanded to terminate the call with the police.

Senator Demands Answers From Pfizer Over Project Veritas Video

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) sent a letter to Pfizer this week demanding answers after an undercover sting video was published by Project Veritas this week that allegedly showed an official at the company claiming that it was involved in controversial research related to vaccines.

The 10-minute video, which has been viewed nearly 20 million times, shows a man identified as Jordon Trishton Walker, Pfizer’s director of research and development, strategic operations – mRNA scientific planner, claiming that the company is “exploring” ways to “mutate” coronaviruses so they can “create — preemptively develop new vaccines.”

“If we’re gonna do that though, there’s a risk of like, as you could imagine — no one wants to be having a pharma company mutating f***ing viruses,” he said. “Don’t tell anyone. Promise you won’t tell anyone. The way it [the experiment] would work is that we put the virus in monkeys, and we successively cause them to keep infecting each other, and we collect serial samples from them.”

“You have to be very controlled to make sure that this virus [COVID] that you mutate doesn’t create something that just goes everywhere,” he added. “Which, I suspect, is the way that the virus started in Wuhan, to be honest. It makes no sense that this virus popped out of nowhere. It’s bulls***.”

Accused Pedophile Pleaded Guilty to Grooming, Devised ‘Unbelievable’ Schemes to Meet Underaged Girls by Dressing as a Teen Girl, Using Fake Social Media Profiles, Enrolling in School

A British man devised elaborate and “unbelievable” schemes to meet underaged girls. The accused pedophile allegedly created multiple fake social media profiles, pretended to be a schoolgirl by dressing in uniform, and attempted to enroll in the minor’s school.

Anthony Lonsdale, 21, pleaded guilty to eight counts of grooming and possession of sexually explicit images of children this week in court. Lonsdale was sentenced to seven years in jail. Plus, a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and five-year restraining order were enacted to prevent the accused pedophile from contacting the alleged victims.

The accused pedophile who was arrested last March went to great lengths to meet underaged girls, according to court documents.

When Lonsdale was 20 years old, he reportedly created multiple social media profiles on platforms including Snapchat, Instagram, and WhatsApp. He allegedly set up fake accounts as a teenage girl named “Tia.” Lonsdale would allegedly befriend underaged girls as Tia, then suggest that they should date a 12-year-old boy named “Sam.” . . .

“The sex offender also visited the Mansfield area dressed as a teenage girl to meet a 14-year-old girl in a park. Idaho Victim’s Mother Feels ‘Betrayed’ by Attorney Representing Murder Suspect (VIDEO)

The mother of Xana Kernodle, one of the four victims in the University of Idaho killings, said that she feels “betrayed” by her former attorney who reportedly dropped her to represent Bryan Kohberger, the man suspected of murdering her daughter.

Court-appointed attorney Anne Taylor previously represented Kernodle’s mother, Cara Northington, in an “unrelated drug case” when she suddenly withdrew her services on Jan. 5, the New York Post reported. On that day, Kohberger appeared in court for the first time since his arrest with Taylor representing him.

In an interview this week with NewsNation, Northington said she felt “heartbroken” because she trusted Taylor.

“[Taylor] pretended that she was wanting to help me,” Nottingham said. “And to find out that she’s representing him, I can’t even convey how betrayed I feel.”

NewsNation noted that Taylor’s office represented Northington in four cases since 2017. In the most recent case, drug charges were reportedly filed against Northington on Nov. 19, days after her 20-year-old daughter, her boyfriend, and two of her college roommates were found dead inside of their off-campus home near the University of Idaho.

House Republicans Demand Answers From Biden Over Decision to Send U.S. Tanks to Ukraine

Texas Rep. Troy Nehls and a group of House Republicans sent a letter Friday to President Joe Biden and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin demanding answers over their decision to send 31 Abrams tanks to Ukraine.

The letter, first obtained by the Daily Caller, was signed by three other House Republicans — Reps. Paul Gosar and Eli Crane of Arizona and Lauren Boebert of Colorado. In it, the lawmakers express concerns about the recently announced deployment of 31 M1A2 Abrams tanks to Ukraine. The lawmakers say the decision creates several logistical challenges, specifically that it will take several months to train Ukrainian forces to operate the tanks and that it will take another take several months to get the tanks onto the battlefield.

The Republicans also mention comments from Austin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley, nothing that both “recommended against sending M1 tanks to Ukraine.”

They also cite Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Dr. Colin Kahl’s concerns about the policy. “The Abrams tank is a very complicated piece of equipment. It’s expensive. It’s hard to train on. It has a jet engine. I think it’s about three gallons to the mile of jet fuel. It is not the easiest system to maintain,” the letter quotes him as saying on Jan. 18.

“Each M1 Abrams tank costs approximately $9 million to build, and to date, Ukrainian aid and security packages have totaled over $97 billion,” the Republican lawmakers wrote in the letter. Ron DeSantis Proposes Raising Minimum Penalty for Child Rapists to Life in Prison with No Parole

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) is proposing raising the minimum penalty for particularly repugnant crimes, including child rape, as part of his greater pitch for “anti-crime” legislation, which his administration hopes to make a reality this legislative session.

DeSantis announced the proposal, which he believes will help build upon the Sunshine State’s low crime rate, on Thursday.

“Our crime rate is at a 50-year low. Overall crime [is] down nearly 10 percent year over year, murder down 14 percent, burglary down 15 percent, and robbery down 7 percent year over year,” DeSantis said during a press conference on the topic.

DeSantis noted that he was recently in Philadelphia, explaining that their murder rate is reaching “levels they haven’t seen in decades.”

“Retail theft, all kind of burglaries, all this stuff, and that’s a direct result of the policies that they have embraced to go very soft on crime and to give the criminals the upper hand,” he said, making it clear that Florida, under his leadership, will not make the same mistake. Treasury Withholds Biden Family Suspicious Bank Records, Comer Threatens Subpoena

The Treasury Department on Wednesday denied the House Oversight Committee’s request to disclose 150 suspicious reports flagged by U.S. banks concerning Biden family business transactions, causing the committee’s chairman to threaten a subpoena.

U.S. banks have flagged over 150 suspicious financial transactions from Hunter and James Biden, Rep. James Comer (R-KY), House Oversight Committee chair, told Breitbart News. The wire transfers included “large” amounts of money tripped for further review by American banks.

Wire transfers are widely used by money launderers. To mitigate the risks to the financial institutions, suspicious wire transfers over $10,000 are flagged for review. Wire transactions involving more than $10,000 are also to be reported to the Internal Revenue Service.

Comer demanded the Treasury on January 11 to turn over the suspicious bank records. WATCH: Video Game Manager Says Trans Activist Got Her Fired

A woman recently fired from a video game company said a transgender activist led the charge to make her lose her job because she followed conservative accounts on Twitter.

Kara Lynne lost her position at Limited Run Games on Jan. 6 after the activist labeled her “a transphobe who follows a veritable who’s who of right-wing transphobic creeps,” according to a report.

“The funny thing about it is … I follow accounts of every political affiliation,” Lynne told Fox News host Tucker Carlson Thursday. “I am the type of person who likes to see from every direction, so I follow a variety of accounts.”

Lynne had been with Limited Run Games since November 2020, but the company became worried about the negative backlash she was receiving, she said.

Police Chief: Video of Black Officers Beating Tyre Nichols as Bad as Rodney King Assault

Memphis Police Chief Cerelyn “CJ” Davis said the video of Memphis police officers beating Tyre Nichols earlier this month is perhaps worse than the infamous Rodney King footage. . .

King was beaten by a group of Los Angeles Police Department officers in 1991 in an attack that was captured on civilian video. The attack later spawned the 1992 Los Angeles riots, which resulted in dozens of deaths, after a jury acquitted or couldn’t reach a verdict for excessive force on the officers involved.

Memphis police say they pulled over Nichols on Jan. 7 around 8:30 p.m. for “reckless driving” near Raines Road and Ross Road in Memphis. A “confrontation occurred” during the stop, at which point Nichols ran away from police on foot. Officers pursued the 29-year-old and attempted to apprehend him, police said, and they said an ambulance was called when he complained of shortness of breath. He died at the hospital on Jan. 10.

Nichols family attorneys said Tuesday that following an independent autopsy on Nichols’ body carried out by a “highly regarded, nationally renowned forensic pathologist,” preliminary findings indicated that “Tyre suffered extensive bleeding caused by a severe beating.” They also said Nichols’ “observed injuries are consistent with what the family and attorneys witnessed on the video of his fatal encounter with police on Jan. 7, 2023.”

The five officers involved – Tadarrius Bean, Demetrius Haley, Emmitt Martin III, Desmond Mills, Jr. and Justin Smith – were fired after an internal review of their actions, and they now face second-degree murder charges, along with several other felonies.
