Illegal Alien Accused of Raping ‘Mentally Incapacitated’ Teen: Report

A man who is in the United States illegally has been accused of raping an Alabama teen last month.

On February 20, Pablo Mendoza, 23, allegedly had sex with a 14-year-old girl in Enterprise, Alabama, a city of about 30,000 residents just north of the Florida panhandle. Not only is the alleged victim quite young, but officials claim that she could not consent because she was “physically helpless or mentally incapacitated.”

On Monday, Enterprise Police arrested Mendoza and charged him with first-degree rape, a felony that carries a sentence of up to life in prison. Mendoza has been booked into Coffee County Jail and held without bond. He has a pretrial detention hearing scheduled for next week.

Some reports list Mendoza as an Enterprise “resident,” but Coffee County Sheriff Scott Byrd has confirmed that Mendoza is in the country illegally, WDHN-TV reported. Byrd added that once the case has been fully adjudicated, Mendoza will be deported. Mendoza’s country of origin is unknown, and it is not clear when he entered the U.S.

U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) has laid at least some of the blame for the alleged rape at Biden’s feet. “@JoeBiden is aiding and abetting these monsters. #SayHerName,” Tuberville wrote in a tweet from his personal X account.

Influencer Who Advised Illegal Aliens to Steal Americans’ Homes Is on the Run From Immigration Authorities: Report

An influencer who took to TikTok to advise illegal migrants to steal Americans’ homes is reportedly on the run from immigration authorities.

Leonel Moreno, who went viral after telling illegal migrants to take average of squatters’ rights laws and “invade” empty properties in the U.S., illegally crossed the border in April 2022, according to the New York Post.

Moreno entered the country through Eagle Pass, Texas before being registered in the Alternatives for Detention program, the New York Post reported. Federal authorities reportedly track migrants using ankle monitors and additional methods during the program.

Moreno was categorized as an “absconder” after failing to abide by the program’s rules, internal documents from Immigrations Customs and Enforcement (ICE) obtained by the outlet revealed. The illegal migrant was originally released into the U.S. on parole as a result of overcrowded detention centers, the outlet reported.

“Subject has been on national news for being viral on TikTok encouraging illegal immigration,” ICE documents obtained by the outlet stated. (Read more from “Influencer Who Advised Illegal Aliens to Steal Americans’ Homes Is on the Run From Immigration Authorities: Report” HERE)

Joe Biden Funds Border Security in Foreign Countries as U.S.-Mexico Border Crossings Hit 7.4 Million

President Joe Biden, with the help of Congress, is spending hundreds of millions in American taxpayer dollars on border security initiatives in foreign countries. At the same time, border crossings at the United States-Mexico border have surpassed 7.4 million since Biden took office.

Slipped into a $1.2 trillion budget signed by Biden last weekend is about $380 million for “enhanced border security” projects in Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, and Tunisia — about $150 million of which must go to border security in Jordan.

Meanwhile, the budget puts strict limitations on the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) ability to construct physical barriers along the U.S.-Mexico border to deter illegal immigration.

“The Biden administration wants nothing more than the ability to ‘manage’ an invasion here at home, all while helping nations abroad build walls,” RJ Hauman with the National Immigration Center for Enforcement (NICE) told Breitbart News. “Make it make sense.”

Kansas Attorney General Will Sue Biden Administration Over Student Loans

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach will sue the Biden administration on Thursday over its plans to forgive and alter student loans, a spokeswoman for his office confirmed to the Washington Examiner.

Kobach announced in February that he planned to file suit but did not provide an exact time frame for when that would happen.

“Kansas will take the lead in suing the administration, and we intend to win again,” Kobach wrote in the Washington Free-Beacon on Feb. 28

It appears the lawsuit will materialize exactly one month later.

The announcement comes on the same day as the Biden administration’s “SAVE Day of Action,” designed to promote the Saving on a Valuable Education, or SAVE, Plan under which monthly student loan payments are as low as $0 for lower-income borrowers and loans can be written off completely after as little as 10 years. China Claims U.S. Executives Salute XI’s ‘Outstanding Leadership’ in Beijing

U.S. business executives met with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing on Wednesday. China‘s state media outlet Xinhua reported that they included, “[Evan] Greenberg, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations, [Stephen] Schwarzman, Chairman and CEO of Blackstone Group, [Cristiano] Amon, President and CEO of Qualcomm, [and Graham] Allison, Founding Dean of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.” U.S.-China Business Council chief Craig Allen and FedEx’s Raj Subramaniam also attended the meeting.

This meeting was designed to bolster China’s economic credibility and encourage foreign investors to believe that they’ll be treated fairly. These are no small concerns amid Xi’s increasingly aggressive effort to monitor and control foreign businesses. While China complains that Western criticism of these laws is unfair and even slanderous, escalating Chinese raids on foreign businesses speaks to the truth. Alongside their growing recognition of China’s structural economic challenges, Western businesses are reducing their investments. This is a big problem for Xi and his debt-riven economy.

Yet if one is to believe Chinese state media, U.S. executives have absolute confidence in Xi’s vision for the future.

According to Xinhua, after all, the U.S.-China Business Council’s “[Craig] Allen and other” members of the U.S. delegation observed that “China has achieved extraordinary economic growth and transformation, demonstrating strong resilience and vitality.” The Americans apparently added that “Under the outstanding leadership of President Xi Jinping, China is committed to developing new productive forces and achieving more sustainable and high-quality development. … The economic relations between the United States and China are closely interdependent. … They are optimistic about China’s economic development prospects and will unswervingly continue to work in China and develop a long-term and close cooperative relationship with China….” (Read more from “China Claims U.S. Executives Salute XI’s ‘Outstanding Leadership’ in Beijing” HERE)

Was It an “Accident?” Intel Sources Claim Baltimore Bridge Collapse Was “Absolutely Brilliant Strategic Attack”; FBI Says No Foul Play

By The Gateway Pundit. Early this morning, the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, MD, collapsed after a cargo ship collided with a support column, causing the bridge to collapse. The Francis Scott Key Bridge is a significant commuter route carrying the Baltimore Beltway I-695 over the Patapsco River at the southern end of the Baltimore Harbor.

There are no official reports on casualties yet; however, there are unconfirmed cars in the water and reports of several construction workers unaccounted for. As of just before 5 a.m. EDT, rescue crews have not pulled anyone out of the water. A road crew was fixing potholes on the bridge at the time. Two people were rescued from the water. One was not injured; the other was seriously hurt and was hospitalized. Search efforts are underway for six others who are missing.

In the video below, the ship’s lights can be seen going off and then on again as it appears to pass by the support column. Suddenly and inexplicably, the lights on the cargo ship are turned back on as the ship appears to turn toward the support column and hits it head-on.

The entire span of the bridge immediately collapses IN FRONT of the ship. There have been no reported injuries to any crew members on the cargo ship.

There are many questions surrounding the crash, especially regarding the alleged power outages the cargo ship was experiencing only moments before the crash. The mainstream media continues to report that the curious collision was “an accident.”

No Indication of Terrorism in Baltimore Bridge Collapse, Says FBI

By Breitbart. There is no “credible indication” of terrorism involved in the demise of the Francis Scott Key Bridge after it snapped at around 01:30 local time Tuesday following a container ship crashing into it.

The landmark structure in the U.S. city of Baltimore collapsed into the Patapsco River in the aftermath; however, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore has made clear that “the preliminary investigation points to an accident. We haven’t seen any credible evidence of a terrorist attack.”

Special agent Bill DelBagno of the FBI’s Baltimore field office agreed, saying, “The FBI on very first looking at and assessing this matter from an investigative standpoint, I want to be clear there is no specific or credible information to suggest there are ties to terrorism in this incident.” (Read more from “No Indication of Terrorism in Baltimore Bridge Collapse, Says FBI” HERE)

New York Judge Imposes Gag Order on Trump in Bragg Hush Money Case

New York Judge Juan Merchan has imposed a gag order on former President Trump in the hush-money payments case, granting Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s request.

Merchan issued the order against the 2024 GOP presumptive presidential nominee on Tuesday, pointing to his “prior extrajudicial statements,” saying they establish “a sufficient risk to the administration of justice.”

Merchan ordered that Trump cannot make or direct others to make public statements about witnesses concerning their potential participation, or about counsel in the case — other than Bragg — or about court staff, DA staff or family members of staff.

Merchan also ordered that Trump cannot make or direct others to make public statements about any prospective juror or chosen juror.

Merchan said in his decision that Trump has made statements in the past during other trials — likely referring to the months-long non-jury civil fraud trial stemming from New York Attorney General Letitia James’ case.
