How the Biden Admin Enables Government Employees to Change Genders

The Biden administration has set out to encourage gender transition attempts among federal bureaucrats, establishing gender transition support plans, holding trainings pushing Left-wing gender ideology, and even telling federal employees that referring to someone by biologically accurate pronouns is discrimination.

In a document published by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), effectively the human resources department of the federal government, the Biden administration commanded federal agencies to embed “gender identity inclusion practices” throughout the bureaucracy.

Titled “Guidance Regarding Gender Identity and Inclusion in the Federal Workplace,” the document was published on “transgender day of visibility,” March 31, and it instructs agencies to “take actions to ensure that all Federal employees have their respective gender identities accurately reflected and identified in the workplace.” The document specifically tells the federal bureaucracy to ensure that name and pronoun changes are respected, warning that those who use “incorrect” terms might “contribute to an unlawful hostile work environment.”

It also directs agencies to host gender identity trainings, saying they should “take steps to implement or increase the availability of training programs on gender identity and inclusion in the Federal workplace for employees, managers, and leadership.”

While the OPM document further formalizes the Biden administration’s support of transgenderism, numerous federal agencies have already established policies to encourage transgenderism in the federal workforce. The Department of the Interior (DOI), for example, published a document called “Supporting Gender Transition in the Federal Workplace” that lays out how the federal agency will offer support to bureaucrats who are attempting to change their sex. Former Obama Administration Official Arrested on Child Sex Offenses Charges

A senior advisor in former President Barack Obama’s administration, Rahamim “Rami” Shy, has been arrested in the UK on charges related to child sex offenses. Shy, who worked closely with then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, faces accusations of arranging child sex offenses and possessing indecent images of children. The arrest comes as a shocking development for someone who previously coordinated the U.S. government’s strategy against terrorist groups like Al Qaeda and the Taliban.

Shy, 46, was arrested by Bedfordshire Police in late February and charged the following day with paying pedophiles to produce child pornography. Court documents reveal that he faces multiple charges, including possession of indecent images of children and possessing a prohibited image of a child. During a recent court appearance at Luton Crown Court, Shy was remanded in custody and is set to face further hearings in June.

Despite his past roles in government, including senior positions at the U.S. Treasury Department and advising on countering terrorist financing, Shy’s current employment was as an executive at Citi banking group.

As the case unfolds, authorities are examining Shy’s background and activities, including his work in advising officials on counter-terrorism measures and providing strategic policy analysis to defense chiefs.

Ron Paul: Final Nail in America’s Coffin?

When future historians go searching for the final nail in the US coffin, they may well settle on the date April 20, 2024.

On that day Congress passed legislation to fund two and a half wars, hand what’s left of our privacy over to the CIA and NSA, and give the US president the power to shut down whatever part of the Internet he disagrees with.

The nearly $100 billion grossly misnamed “National Security Supplemental” guarantees that Ukrainians will continue to die in that country’s unwinnable war with Russia, that Palestinian civilians will continue to be slaughtered in Gaza with US weapons, and that the neocons will continue to push us toward a war with China. It was a total victory for the war party. . .

Speaker Johnson could not have passed these monstrosities without the full support of House Democrats, as the majority of Republicans voted against more money for Ukraine. So in the worst example of “bipartisanship,” Johnson reached across the aisle, stiffed the Republican majority that elected him Speaker, and pushed through a massive gift to the warfare/(corporate) welfare state. . .

Along with sending $100 billion that we don’t have to fund more overseas war, Speaker Johnson threw in another version of the Tik Tok ban, which gives Joe Biden and future presidents the power to shut down websites at will by simply declaring them to be “foreign adversary controlled.

Not to be outdone, the US Senate on that same day passed the extension of Section 702 of the FISA Act, which not only allowed the government to continue spying on us without a warrant, but also contained new language massively expanding how they can spy on us. Poll: Just 20 Percent Of Voters Say United States Has Control Over Its Borders

Only 20 percent of eligible voters think that the United States has control of its own borders, a recent poll found, making it the latest survey find Biden underwater on the critical election-year issue.

The poll of 1,500 eligible voters, performed by Redfield and Wilton Strategies on behalf of Newsweek, found that just 20 percent of respondents said that the United States has control over its border, marking a significant decline over the past several months. The number has plummeted since August, when 34% of respondents said that the country had control over its own borders.

When asked “Do you believe the United States has control over its borders?” a full 63 percent said “no,” while another 13 percent said “don’t know.” A plurality of all age groups surveyed in the poll, which was performed on April 11th, agreed that the U.S. does not have control over its borders, including 47 percent of Generation Z, which was defined as those born between 1997 and 2002. A majority of those who voted for Joe Biden in 2020 (53 percent) also said that the U.S. does not have control over its borders.

The survey also asked voters their thoughts on the government’s current handling of illegal immigration, with 52 percent saying that they were either dissatisfied or very dissatisfied, while only 21 percent said that they were satisfied or very satisfied. Alec Baldwin was caught on camera smacking the phone of an anti-Israel agitator who repeatedly demanded he say “Free Palestine” inside a New York City coffee shop, according to footage posted online Monday night.

The rabble rouser approached the actor while he appeared to be on the phone and at the cash register inside the shop and began to relentlessly harass him, the video shows.

“Alec, can you please say ‘Free Palestine’ one time,” said the protester, who hosts an “anti-fascist” show called Crackhead Barney & Friends.

She continued to accost Baldwin, 66, before he went toward the door inside Maman on University Place and motioned for her to get out, the video shows.

“Free Palestine, Alec, just one time, and I’ll leave you alone,” she said. “I’ll leave you alone, I swear.” (Read more from “WATCH: Alec Baldwin Smacks Phone of Anti-Israel Agitator Who Demanded He Say ‘Free Palestine’ in Coffee Shop” HERE)

Seattle Children’s Hospital Leaves Texas After Investigation Over Gender Transition Medication for Minors: AG

Seattle Children’s Hospital has agreed to stop providing care in Texas after backlash for allegedly helping minors in the Lone Star state receive gender transition medication, The Post has exclusively learned.

The hospital is suspected of providing support for gender transitions to Texas-based patients from its Seattle facility, which writes prescriptions for sex change hormones to their pharmacies in the Lone Star state, according to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

Paxton says this would violate state law, which prohibits drug and surgical sex changes for kids. However, when his office made enquiries they were rebuffed.

“Seattle Children’s Hospital appeared to break Texas law and initially tried to evade accountability when investigated,” Paxton said in a statement shared with The Post. . .

Seattle Children’s subsequently sued Texas in December arguing the state’s request should either be invalidated or limited, claiming “the Demands represent an unconstitutional attempt to investigate potential interstate commerce and travel for Texas residents to another state.” (Read more from “Seattle Children’s Hospital Leaves Texas After Investigation Over Gender Transition Medication for Minors: AG” HERE)

Judge Declares Mistrial in Case of Arizona Rancher Charged With Murder of Mexican National on Border Property

A jury was unable to reach a verdict in the case of Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly, who was accused of second-degree murder in connection to the death of a Mexican national found fatally shot on his borderland ranch in January 2023.

The jury began deliberating April 18. After days of being unable to reach a verdict, the judge overseeing the trial declared a mistrial on Monday.

The case centered around the death of Mexican national Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea, who was found shot to death on Kelly’s 170-acre cattle ranch near Keno Springs outside Nogales, Arizona, on Jan. 30, 2023.

Kelly’s defense has countered the prosecution’s argument that Cuen-Buitimea was an unarmed migrant and has suggested cartel influence mired the death investigation.

“Long story short, this is simply not somebody who’s looking for the American dream. There’s no evidence that this person is here for those kinds of benign purposes,” Kelly’s defense attorney, Brenna Larkin, said during her closing argument on Thursday. “And we bring that up, not, you know, to be judgmental about Gabriel or to not have compassion for him. But when people are involved in a criminal lifestyle, it’s dangerous. It’s more inherently dangerous than simply being a migrant who’s coming here. So it’s relevant for that reason.” (Read more from “Judge Declares Mistrial in Case of Arizona Rancher Charged With Murder of Mexican National on Border Property” HERE)

An Overlooked Trump Cabinet Pick Could Upend the Left’s Grip on Power

President Joe Biden summed up his education vision last year with a few words.

“There is no such thing as someone else’s child. No such thing as someone else’s child. Our nation’s children are all our children,” Biden said while honoring the 2023 teacher of the year.

Biden’s remarks triggered a firestorm among Republicans, education activists and parents alike.

Now those Biden critics are strategizing for a potential second Trump administration. Priorities have been outlined, shortlists have been drawn. Some are preparing to join the administration.

But it’ll be up to Trump to make his pick for the unheralded but critical cabinet spot of education secretary. (Read more from “An Overlooked Trump Cabinet Pick Could Upend the Left’s Grip on Power” HERE)

U.S. Reportedly Prepping Massive Weapons Package to Fast-Track to Ukraine

The Pentagon is preparing a large aid package to quickly send to Ukraine as soon as President Joe Biden signs into law a long-awaited Ukraine aid bill passed over the weekend, Politico reported, citing two U.S. officials.

Department of Defense (DOD) planners have not finalized the contents of the package, but it would likely include armored Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, artillery and air defenses Ukraine needs badly, Politico reported, citing the two sources speaking on condition of anonymity ahead of the formal announcement. The upcoming tranche of aid will be significantly larger than the Pentagon’s usual $300 million package, one of the officials said, along with a third U.S. official with knowledge of the discussions.

The Pentagon intends to deliver a “big package to help meet Ukraine’s battlefield needs,” one of the officials told Politico.

U.S. officials believe Ukraine’s hope of a military victory against Russia is dwindling, and Kyiv could face defeat by the end of the year if its backers do not surge much-needed equipment, Politico reported.

Pentagon planners may include older Humvees and M113 armored personnel carriers in the package, according to Politico. (Read more from “U.S. Reportedly Prepping Massive Weapons Package to Fast-Track to Ukraine” HERE)
