OnlyFans owner Leonid Radvinsky died at age 43 after a secret health struggle.

A spokesperson for the adult content streaming platform issued a statement to the Daily Caller addressing his passing.

“We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer,” the spokesperson said. . .

Despite his billionaire status, Radvinsky kept much of his personal life — including his medical battle — out of the spotlight. . .

He bought Fenix International Limited, the firm that owns and manages OnlyFans, in 2018, and held the position of director and majority shareholder, the New York Post reported.
