Lawsuit Filed From Family Alleges Sexual Assault Against Daughter By Transgender Athlete In Girls’ Wrestling Match

A lawsuit has been filed by a Washington state family against numerous parties within the government, claiming that their daughter was a victim of sexual assault by a transgender athlete in a girls’ wrestling match.

Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, Puyallup School District, Washington Interscholastic Activities Association, Washington Superintendent of Public Instruction Chris Reykda and several school staffers were named as defendants. The biological male athlete, nor his family, are defendants in the lawsuit

It’s believed that the lawsuit’s plaintiff, who is only named as K.M.K. and has the representation of Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), is Washington state high school student Kallie Keeler. Speaking in Feb. 2026 on “The Brandi Kruse Show,” Keeler talked about the situation where the trans athlete allegedly sexually assaulted her in a wrestling match.

“A 15-year-old girl was sexually assaulted because of political cowardice. Washington state officials insist on pushing gender ideology at all costs — even at the expense of girls’ safety and privacy,” said ADF Senior Counsel Kate Anderson in an official statement sent to Fox News Digital.

“Our client’s story is proof of the grave harms caused by lying about biology, and this must end — otherwise, girls will continue getting hurt and violated. We are urging the court to require state officials to change their policy to ensure that girls’ privacy and safety are protected when they compete in the sports they love. No girl should have to unknowingly wrestle a boy. And at a minimum, parents must be notified before their daughters are matched against male opponents. Race Hustlers are Trying to Make Karmelo Anthony a Victim, Rather than the Murderer He Is

By New York Post. A beautiful young life was snuffed out in the most senseless way possible — knifed in the heart in what should have been a completely safe place: a high school track meet.

And a seemingly once promising young man is going to prison for 35 years for fatally stabbing him.

It truly cannot get more depressing than the case of Austin Metcalf, killed by Karmelo Anthony in 2025.

But because Metcalf was white, and Anthony is black, this has been turned into a toxic stew of racial grievances, exacerbating an already heartbreaking story.

Throughout the trial, protesters have demonstrated outside the Collin County courthouse, ranting that a guilty verdict would be racism. On social media, some have ghoulishly celebrated Metcalf’s death, while race hustlers like Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett are trying to turn this avoidable tragedy into a racial reckoning for a broken nation. . .

What we really need is a conversation about education. Some of these fools outside the courthouse and on social media could benefit from opening a book or reading an article about this specific trial. Crockett, however, is an attorney, and being willfully ignorant. (Read more from “Race Hustlers are Trying to Make Karmelo Anthony a Victim, Rather than the Murderer He Is” HERE)

Austin Metcalf’s twin brother delivers stinging 6-word rebuke to Karmelo Anthony

By New York Post. Austin Metcalf’s twin brother ripped convicted killer Karmelo Anthony in a blistering victim impact statement, telling him that while his slain sibling’s memory will live on, “eventually your name will be forgotten.”

Hunter Metcalf, who was born two minutes after Austin, unleashed the stinging rebuke after Anthony, 19, was slapped with a 35-year sentence Tuesday in the fatal stabbing of his 17-year-old brother.

“You took a son, a brother, a friend, and my best friend, from this world. You took someone from me who was supposed to be an uncle, godfather to my kids. Now I want everything taken from you,” Hunter choked through tears in a Texas courtroom, CBS Texas reported.

“Eventually your name will be forgotten,” he added. “But my brother’s memory will live on.”

The baby-faced teen killer was found guilty of first-degree murder for the death of Metcalf, a high school athlete he knifed during a dispute at a track and field meet in Frisco on April 2, 2025. Dozens of Whistleblowers Sounded the Alarm on Minnesota Fraud — and Tim Walz’s Team Silenced Them

In the end, the most appalling thing about the ballooning US social-services fraud scandals is the eager collusion of state officials in robbing the public by the billions — with Minnesota the early prime example.

Vice President JD Vance on Tuesday asked the Justice Department to investigate and perhaps prosecute Gov. Tim Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison and other high officials over the evidence laid out in a devastating House Oversight Committee report on benefit fraud in Minnesota.

The committee documented how more than 30 whistleblowers tried to sound the alarm on fraud, only to be silenced by the Democrats running the state — e.g., with explicit orders to “stop looking into” obvious fraud because the folks in charge feared being labeled “racist or Islamophobic.”

Worse, the state Department of Human Services actually investigated state workers who called out the fraud — tracking their phones, photographed their cars and even collected personal info such as their children’s schools.

A worker who emailed that she knew of noncompliant contracts approved by management that put “DHS funds at risk” found herself labeled “disruptive” and put on investigative leave. SF’s Woke Schools Boss Cannot Answer ‘White’ Parents Question from Black Congressman

San Francisco’s public schools chief repeatedly refused to condemn an alleged ethnic studies comparison Wednesday when pressed by Republican lawmakers during a tense congressional hearing.

Superintendent Maria Su was asked whether she agreed with curriculum that allegedly compared parents who opposed COVID-19 school policies to white families in the 1960s who avoided desegregation by moving their children into private schools.

Rep. Burgess Owens (R-Utah), who is black, asked Su whether she believed opposition to public schools was “a problem only with white parents.”

Rather than answer, Su repeatedly said she would need to review the material first.

“I would need to see the document,” Su said. “I would need to understand the context.” (Read more from “SF’s Woke Schools Boss Cannot Answer ‘White’ Parents Question from Black Congressman” HERE)

Marjorie Taylor Greene: President Donald Trump Is a ‘Traitor’

Wednesday, on CNN’s “The Source,” former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) called President Donald Trump a “traitor.”

Greene said, “I’ll also never forget the text message he sent me when I told him that my son’s life was being threatened because he was calling me a traitor because I fought to release the Epstein files where he told me that I deserved it. And so this doesn’t shock me that his team was paralyzed.”

She added, “These people are absolutely absurd. They don’t deserve the American people’s trust. As a matter of fact, we should consider them as, they should be considered traitors. They’re traitors. The ones that refuse to release Epstein files want to cover up for pedophiles and rapists and all sorts of disgusting things in these files. Those are the traitors to the American people. And they should be ashamed of themselves.”

Host Kaitlan Collins said, “Are you saying that that applies to the president himself?”

Greene said, “I’m saying exactly that. He told me on the phone that his friends would get hurt, and that’s why he’s against releasing the Epstein files.” (Read more from “Marjorie Taylor Greene: President Donald Trump Is a ‘Traitor’” HERE)

U.S. Hits Iran Again After Trump Said Tehran Has Been ‘Tapping Us Along’ in Talks

The U.S. military launched a fresh wave of strikes against multiple targets in Iran on Wednesday evening after President Donald Trump warned Tehran would “pay the price” for dragging out negotiations aimed at ending the conflict.

“U.S. Central Command forces began launching additional self-defense strikes today at 5:15 p.m. ET against multiple targets in Iran at the Commander in Chief’s direction,” CENTCOM announced in a statement. “The strikes are in response to Iran’s unwarranted and continued aggression.”

The operation followed a day of increasingly sharp warnings from Trump, who accused Tehran of stalling negotiations and warned the regime would face consequences for delaying a response to Washington’s latest proposal.

In a Truth Social post on Wednesday, Trump declared that Iran had been “completely defeated,” describing the regime as “all talk and no action.”

“The Bully of the Middle East is DEAD!!!” Trump wrote. “They’ve taken too long to negotiate a deal that would have been great for them. Now they will have to pay the price!”

Jury Finds Karmelo Anthony Guilty in the Murder of Austin Metcalf; Protesters Attempt To Incite Race Riot Over Verdict

By Breitbart. A jury in Collin County, Texas, has found 19-year-old Karmelo Anthony guilty of murder in the 2025 stabbing death of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf.

Anthony stabbed Metcalf in the Frisco Memorial tent at a regional track meet in Frisco, Texas. Anthony, a former student at Frisco Centennial, took shelter in the tent during a rainy portion of the day. Frisco Memorial athletes, including Metcalf, told him to leave the tent “roughly 15 times,” according to witnesses.

One 17-year-old student-athlete who went to Frisco Memorial with Metcalf told the court that Anthony, 19, did not act in self-defense. He kept his hands in his backpack until Metcalf shoved him, and then he responded by stabbing the teen in the chest.

“That’s lethal force against non-lethal,” the witness explained.

One of the key parts of Anthony’s defense is the claim that Austin and his brother Hunter ganged up on Anthony, forcing him to take the knife out of his bag to defend himself.

Protesters Attempt To Incite Race Riot Over Karmelo Anthony Verdict

By Daily Caller. Protesters awaiting the verdict in the Karmelo Anthony trial were furious to learn the 19-year-old had been found guilty of murdering 17-year-old Austin Metcalf during a Texas track meet in April 2025.

“We gotta tell our kids the truth, that this is a racist-ass country,” yelled a woman dressed in what appeared to be a Black Panther uniform. Two men dressed in similar uniforms stood stoically to her sides.

She further directed an individual (or the nation, perhaps) to “stop that coon-ass shit.”

“Don’t nobody want to hear about what we do to each other. We talking about what they doing to us,” she continued. “White folks kill white folks. Mexicans kill Mexicans. We ain’t trying to hear no coon shit today. Go over there to them white folks with that. This is a racist-ass country!”

The pantheress claimed Texas is a “racist-ass state” and that the trial was taking place in a “racist-ass court,” as she continued her tirade against white people. (Read more from “Protesters Attempt To Incite Race Riot Over Karmelo Anthony Verdict” HERE)

Alaska Officials Investigating ‘Decoy’ Senate Candidate Over Alleged Voter Confusion Scheme

Alaska Lieutenant Gov. Nancy Dahlstrom has launched an investigation into Daniel James Sullivan Jr., an Alaska resident who is running against Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan, over concerns that his candidacy would confuse voters and undermine the election.

Dahlstrom penned a letter to Sullivan on Monday saying the Division of Elections will determine whether or not his campaign was launched in “good faith” or if he is just trying to sow confusion ahead of the August primary. Sullivan, who earned the nickname “Decoy Dan,” notably changed his party affiliation to Republican right before running for office, raising suspicions about his motivations.

“The Division of Elections has a fundamental obligation to protect the integrity of Alaska’s elections and ensure voters are not deceived about the identity of the candidates on their ballot,” Dahlstrom said in a statement Monday.

“Serious allegations have been raised concerning this filing in the race for U.S. Senate, and the people of Alaska deserve a thorough and transparent investigation to ensure that the election is carried out properly and without deception,” Dahlstrom continued.

Dahlstrom said there are “credible allegations” that Sullivan had deliberately entered the race to muddy the waters. (Read more from “Alaska Officials Investigating ‘Decoy’ Senate Candidate Over Alleged Voter Confusion Scheme” HERE)

Under-the-Radar Supreme Court Case Could End California’s Delayed Election Counts for Good

A pending case at the US Supreme Court could put an end to delayed ballot counts — like in the recent Los Angeles mayor’s race in California — that have caused voters to lose confidence in elections, according to Republicans.

The high court in March heard oral arguments in Watson v. Republican National Committee, a Mississippi case that may result in a ruling stopping the practice of counting mail-in ballots that arrive up to five days after an election date.

It’s one of at least 14 states, along with California, New York and Texas, as well as the District of Columbia, with laws that allow for late ballots so long as envelopes are postmarked by Election Day. Around 30 states have some sort of grace period for absentee ballots as well, letting military or US citizens abroad cast their votes.

That grace period for mail ballots, which the RNC has argued is unconstitutional, is one of the reasons that Los Angeles residents still don’t know, nearly a week after, whether candidates Spencer Pratt or Nithya Raman will advance to a runoff contest in November against incumbent Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass.

“What’s happening in California is a Democrat failure on full display,” RNC Chairman Joe Gruters told The Post. “Nearly a week after the primary, it is completely unacceptable ballots are still being counted. That’s why the RNC is aggressively fighting in the Supreme Court to stop ballots received after Election Day from being counted. Americans deserve timely election results they can trust.” (Read more from “Under-the-Radar Supreme Court Case Could End California’s Delayed Election Counts for Good” HERE)

Skeletal Remains of Los Alamos ‘Missing Scientist’ Melissa Casias Could Indicate Suicide — or Murder: Sources

The skeletal remains of a missing Los Alamos lab worker, recently discovered in New Mexico, have only deepened the mystery surrounding her disappearance.

Melissa Casias, 53, walked out of her home near Taos on June 26, 2025, and remained missing until the grim discovery of her body by a hiker on May 28. Her case has been associated with the curious spate of 11 missing scientists across the US.

Casias’ body was discovered skeletonized, with her sunbaked remains propped against a tree alongside a handgun in Kit Carson National Forest.

New Mexico State Police told The Post her skull had been fractured, but a CT scan did not reveal any projectiles in the skull.

Investigators are awaiting further autopsy results to determine the manner of death, according to spokesperson Sgt. Ricardo Breceda.

The two most likely options are now suicide or murder. (Read more from “Skeletal Remains of Los Alamos ‘Missing Scientist’ Melissa Casias Could Indicate Suicide — or Murder: Sources” HERE)
