Prince Andrew Moves To Toss Evidence Gathered In Epstein-Related Raids

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor launched legal action against Thames Valley Police, challenging the lawfulness of warrants used to search his homes in connection with an Epstein-related investigation.

The former prince lodged a judicial review over the legality of search warrants executed in February at his home on the Sandringham Estate and his former residence at Royal Lodge in Windsor, according to The Telegraph.

A high court judge granted the application. A private High Court hearing will be held Thursday to decide whether documents related to the review should be released.

As part of their investigation, detectives spent days at Mountbatten-Windsor’s properties, removing documents and other items.

His legal team is challenging the legality of the warrants used to search his properties. (Read more from “Prince Andrew Moves To Toss Evidence Gathered In Epstein-Related Raids” HERE)
