Federal Judge Blocks Trump From Sending Troops to Portland

A federal judge has permanently blocked President Donald Trump from deploying the National Guard to Portland.

U.S. District Judge Karin Immergut issued the 106-page ruling on Friday for the lawsuit filed after Trump sent troops to secure U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities.

The state of Oregon, the city of Portland, and the state of California sued Trump, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, and Defense Secretary Kristi Noem.

The ruling said that there wasn’t enough violence at the protests to require the National Guard, and local police broke up the fights.

“While violent protests did occur in June, they quickly abated due to the efforts of civil law enforcement officers,” the ruling said. “And since that brief span of a few days in June, the protests outside the Portland ICE facility have been predominately peaceful, with only isolated and sporadic instances of relatively low-level violence, largely between protesters and counter-protesters.”

Gay Furry Socialist Who Loves 9/11 Might Be The Most Batsh*t Democratic Candidate Yet

A candidate for the Democratic nomination in a competitive congressional district celebrated the assassination of Charlie Kirk and said the United States deserved the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attack.

Samuel Smeltzer, an IT specialist who identifies as a honey badger and goes by the name “Elyon Badger,” has a history of violent posts on BlueSky, a left-leaning competitor to X, formerly known as Twitter, the Washington Free Beacon reported. He is running for the House of Representatives in Michigan’s Seventh Congressional District, currently represented by Republican Rep. Tom Barrett, according to the outlet.

Smeltzer, who has also praised the assassinations of Turning Point USA (TPUSA) founder Charlie Kirk and United HealthCare CEO Brian Thompson, once posted to BlueSky about being banned from X for saying the U.S. deserved the 9/11 attacks carried out by the radical Islamic terrorist group al-Qaeda.

How can we defeat evil, if evil is mourned when it’s defeated?

“Well that’s gone for good I think,” Smeltzer posted on BlueSky on Oct. 25, 2024, showing a screenshot of the notice he had been banned from X for saying “America deserved 9/11 I agree.”

On the day Kirk was assassinated, Smeltzer posted an image of a skeleton wearing a Nazi hat.“I for one, celebrate the death of every Nazi,” he said.

Ex-CIA Director Brennan, Former FBI Officials Subpoenaed as Part of Russiagate Probe: Sources

Former CIA Director John Brennan, ex-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page were among more than two dozen people subpoenaed Friday as part of a Justice Department investigation into the 2016 Trump-Russia collusion probe.

A total of 30 federal grand jury subpoenas were issued related to the investigation into the Obama-era “Russigate” probe, a source told The Post.

The people targeted are seen as “part of the conspiracy” that peddled claims President Trump’s campaign colluded with the Russian government ahead of the 2016 election, the source said.

US Attorney Jason Reding Quiñones is supervising the probe out of the Southern District of Florida, where the grand jury is, according to Fox News, which first reported on the subpoenas.

The FBI launched a criminal investigation into Brennan in July, after CIA Director John Ratcliffe released a “lessons-learned review” of the Obama administration’s spy agencies’ assessment that Russia meddled in the 2016 presidential election to help Trump. Supreme Court Blocks Court Order Requiring Trump Admin Pay Full Snap Benefits

The Supreme Court issued a ruling blocking an order from a federal judge that required the Trump administration to pay full Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits for November.

The decision from the Supreme Court came after the Trump administration requested that U.S. District Judge John McConnell’s order that the administration dish out full SNAP benefits by Friday be blocked, according to the Associated Press.

Per the outlet:

A judge had given the Republican administration until Friday to make the payments through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. But the administration asked the appeals court to suspend any court orders requiring it to spend more money than is available in a contingency fund, and instead allow it to continue with planned partial SNAP payments for the month.

While Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson issued a temporary pause of McConnell’s order in order “to give an appeals court more time to weigh the legal arguments raised by the government,” she did not issue a ruling “on the legality” of the Trump administration’s actions, according to the New York Times. If Arctic Frost Perpetrators Don’t Go To Jail, Conservatives Will

Arctic Frost was never the inquiry into Donald Trump and Jan. 6 that Attorney General Merrick Garland and Special Counsel Jack Smith said it was. Rather, it was an unprecedented, illegal conspiracy of partisan prosecutors and FBI agents to surveil, harass, and prosecute “the entire Republican political apparatus” for the crime of being conservative.

There has never been anything like it in American history — a sweeping, open-ended, fishing expedition conducted by the regime against the opposition party. Arctic Frost weaponized the federal criminal justice system not just to defeat Trump in the 2024 presidential election, but to permanently rig the U.S. political system against the GOP.

The details are mind-boggling. Smith secretly surveilled the telephones of at least eight Republican senators without any reason to believe any of them committed a crime. He issued 197 subpoenas to 430 individuals and organizations, none of whom had anything to do with the J6 trespassers. Indeed, some of targeted groups didn’t even exist, or hadn’t even started operations, on Jan. 6, 2021!

The abuses compound from there. Smith got a left-wing federal judge to gag phone companies from telling senators about the subpoenas — possibly a federal crime in its own right. Nor were Smith’s subpoenas restricted to information relevant to J6. On the contrary, Smith demanded wholesale access to private donor information, banking records, and even contacts with the media. Subpoenaed groups and individuals spent millions of dollars in legal fees just trying to comply.

Never mind that this two-year rectal exam of the conservative movement yielded zero evidence of wrongdoing. The investigation — the harassment, the spying, the legal fees, the intimidation — was the punishment. (Read more from “If Arctic Frost Perpetrators Don’t Go To Jail, Conservatives Will” HERE)

Danish Commercial Warns White Citizens About Breeding With Other Whites

Like it or not, advertising is culture. Marketing is an expression of a society’s norms, values and demographics. It is meant to serve the free market by appealing to either a target demographic or the most common demographic as a way to sell products and services. That said, advertising can also be used as propaganda, designed to sell ideologies rather than soda, cars and insurance.

This has been the primary setting of marketing in the west for at least the past ten years – The vast majority of commercials have political messaging embedded within them. Though it might not be obvious for the unaware, once you notice the patterns it’s impossible to avoid them.

A new propaganda advertisement paid for by Denmark’s state television and posing as a promotion for a science show called “Evolution.”

The commercial features an “expert” interrupting a white Danish couple as they flirt with each other. He explains to them that the history of war in Denmark introduced foreign DNA into their gene pool which “protected them from disease”. He then compares their relationship to inbreeding and suggests they find new partners with more “exotic” genetics. . .

The series was originally created in 2020, but is now being re-aired with “inbreeding” ads this year. Perhaps Danish TV is unaware of the rapid political shift away from woke propaganda from 2020 to 2025? This messaging is a stark contrast from Denmark’s “Do It For Denmark” ad campaign in 2014, which encouraged Danish couples to get busy and combat the nation’s population decline by making more babies.

Flights Canceled, Wait Times Hit ‘Over Two Hours’ at Some Airports as Shutdown Continues

As the U.S. government shutdown persists, airlines are continuing to warn customers of potential schedule changes.

As of Thursday at 3:30 p.m. ET, 4,146 flights within, into or out of the U.S. had been delayed, while 420 had been canceled, according to FlightAware.com.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) implemented a flight reduction plan limiting air travel capacity at 40 airports.

Acting Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Administrator Adam Stahl told Fox News Digital Thursday that as the shutdown persists, there will continue to be a significant impact on wait times amid officer callouts.

“While [officers are] incredibly dedicated to the mission, security and the American public at large, we are seeing significant impacts of wait times — and that’s expected to increase,” said Stahl.

Recent wait times at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas, for example, have been more than two hours, he said. “That’s going to be consistent across the board if this shutdown continues.” (Read more from “Flights Canceled, Wait Times Hit ‘Over Two Hours’ at Some Airports as Shutdown Continues” HERE)

The FBI San Diego Elder Justice Task Force, along with over 100 law enforcement personnel, executed multiple federal and state arrest and search warrants on Nov. 5, targeting an international elder scam network.

A federal indictment unsealed on Nov. 5 by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California charged 22 individuals in the Southern California region for their alleged roles in a conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and/or conspiracy to commit money laundering as part of an international elder fraud tech support and refund scam targeting American seniors.

SCOTUS Overrules Judge Who Blocked State Dept. From Putting Natural Sex On Passports

The U.S. Supreme Court momentarily paused a lower court injunction on Thursday that sought to force the Trump administration to deny biological reality when issuing passports to trans-identifying individuals.

In its order in Trump v. Orr, the high court granted the federal government’s request to temporarily stay a sweeping preliminary injunction issued by Biden-appointed District Judge Julia Kobick in mid-June. That order attempted to block enforcement of part of a January executive order by Trump that directed the secretaries of State and Department of Homeland Security and director of the Office of Personnel Management to “implement changes to require that government-issued identification documents, including passports, visas, and Global Entry cards, accurately reflect the holder’s sex.”

Associate Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson would have denied the administration’s request for relief.

According to CBS News, Kobick ruled that “any individual who needs to renew their passport because it expires within one year, apply for a new passport, or change their name or sex designation” may select the sex they “identify” as. This June ruling “expanded an earlier decision in April that only applied to six of the original plaintiffs.” A three-judge panel for the First Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the Trump administration’s request to stay Kobick’s injunction in early September.

In its temporary ruling, the Supreme Court noted that “[d]isplaying passport holders’ sex at birth no more offends equal protection principles than displaying their country of birth—in both cases, the Government is merely attesting to a historical fact without subjecting anyone to differential treatment.” (Read more from “SCOTUS Overrules Judge Who Blocked State Dept. Pharma Exec Passes Out, Collapses To His Knees In Oval Office As Dr. Oz Rushes To His Aid

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz rushed to the aid of Novo Nordisk executive Gordon Findlay as he passed out inside the Oval Office on Thursday.

President Donald Trump, Oz, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr and other administration officials announced a plan to lower the costs of obesity drugs during the event. Oz and two other individuals rushed to Findlay’s aid as he collapsed to his knees.

“During the Most Favored Nations Oval Office Announcement, a representative with one of the companies fainted. The White House Medical Unit quickly jumped into action, and the gentleman is okay. The Press Conference will resume shortly,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement.

Trump announced his agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers Eli Lilly and Company and Novo Nordisk to dramatically reduce the costs of Ozempic and Wegovy to help Americans struggling with diabetes, obesity and other conditions. If approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the prices of Ozempic and Wegovy will fall from $1,000 and $1,350 per month to $350 when purchased through TrumpRx, according to a White House fact sheet.

If approved, the prices of Zepbound and Orforglipron will drop from $1,086 per month to an average of $346 on average, according to the fact sheet. The move will also enable Medicare and Medicaid to cover obesity drugs, causing the drugs to cost $245. Medicare beneficiaries will pay a co-pay of $50 per month.
