Colorado Mass Shooting Suspect Walked Free After Previous Alleged Bomb Threat. The DA Won’t Say Why

Colorado Springs District Attorney Michael Allen failed to pursue formal charges against a suspect in the Saturday mass shooting in Colorado Springs last year after the man allegedly threatened to bomb his mother, according to multiple reports. Allen’s office refused to answer why charges were not filed and claimed “a public criminal record does not exist” in a statement to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Anderson Lee Aldrich, 22, allegedly shot and killed five people and injured many others Saturday night at the Colorado Springs LGBTQ nightclub Club Q. His mother had called authorities on June 18, 2021, accusing her son of threatening to harm her with a homemade bomb multiple weapons and ammunition, according to an El Paso County Sheriff’s Office press release, but Allen did not pursue formal charges in that case, according to The Gazette.

After the DCNF inquired as to why Aldrich was not formally charged in the 2021 case, Deputy District Attorney Brent Nelson told the outlet that “a public criminal record does not exist.”

Colorado’s privacy laws prevent authorities from acknowledging the existence of a sealed record. ABC News and other outlets have requested that the court unseal the records regarding Aldrich’s 2021 arrest.

“Upon an inquiry into a sealed record, a criminal justice agency shall reply that a public criminal record does not exist with respect to the defendant who is the subject of the sealed record,” the law reads. U.N. Nuclear Watchdog Warns Iran Approaching Weapons Grade Uranium Enrichment Levels

The United Nation’s nuclear watchdog agency, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), announced Tuesday that Iran is currently enriching uranium up to “60 percent purity” at its underground Fordox nuclear facility.

Although a 90 percent enrichment level is needed to convert uranium into weapons-grade material, the move brings Iran well above the 3.67 percent benchmark outlined in the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

“We had said that Iran will seriously react to any resolution and political pressure…that is why Iran has started enriching uranium to 60% purity from Monday at the Fordow site,” Iran’s chief nuclear officer Mohammad Eslami said Tuesday, Reuters reports.

The move comes in response to the IAEA passing a resolution last Thursday insisting Iran cooperate with an ongoing investigation into traces of uranium across three undeclared sites in the country. Israeli Woman Allegedly Attacked by Biden’s Secret Service Agent Sues

A U.S. Secret Service agent who was part of President Joe Biden’s security detail while he was visiting Israel in July is being sued for brutally assaulting an Israeli woman outside a bar in Jerusalem.

The agent, who was off-duty at the time of the alleged assault and has not been named, was detained by Israeli police and sent back to the U.S.

He was in the Israeli capital ahead of Biden’s visit the following day.

According to the lawsuit, the assailant was intoxicated when he attacked Tamar Ben-Haim in an alleyway at 1a.m. before he was pulled away by a second agent. Fox News reported the men were members of the Secret Service’s Counter Assault Team.

He allegedly “held Tamar tightly, hit her on her chest, repeatedly, slapped her, causing her earring and earphone to fall to the ground,” the complaint said. (Read more from “Israeli Woman Allegedly Attacked by Biden’s Secret Service Agent Sues” HERE)

Democrats Score Advantage With Special Voting Rules in Georgia Senate Runoff

A ruling that will allow Democrat-heavy counties to begin early voting on Saturday in the Georgia Senate runoff is poised to deliver an advantage to incumbent Raphael Warnock and set another hurdle for Republican Herschel Walker, who must find a way to motivate tepid GOP voters to show up for him on Dec. 6.

While the race is considered a toss-up, Mr. Walker is seen as the underdog after not only failing to win more than 50% of the vote in the Nov. 8 general election but also underperforming Republican Gov. Brian Kemp, who won reelection outright by beating Democratic challenger Stacey Abrams by 7 points.

Neither Mr. Warnock nor Mr. Walker topped 50% in the midterm election, falling short of the support needed to avoid a runoff. Mr. Walker finished behind Mr. Warnock by about 35,000 votes out of more than 4 million votes cast.

Both parties are eager to claim the seat. While Democrats held on to the Senate majority in the midterm elections, the runoff gives the party a chance to increase their ranks to 51, although their power to get legislation to President Biden’s desk will be blunted by a new GOP majority in the House. Hunter Biden Laptop Repairman Details ‘Chilling’ Warning From FBI Agent

John Paul Mac Isaac is set to release his new book, “American Injustice,” in which he details what took place after he first discovered Hunter Biden’s laptop. The release comes just months before a new Republican House majority plans to begin investigations.

Mac Isaac explained on “America’s Newsroom” on Monday that he has been working closely with members of Congress as their planned investigation into Hunter Biden nears. He said he has provided clean copies of the laptop’s contents and reported every interaction he’s had with the FBI to Congress. . .

Mac Isaac had been swept up in the New York Post’s bombshell reporting in October 2020 that shed light on the shady business dealings overseas of the son of then-Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden as the Delaware laptop repair shop owner came forward with Hunter Biden’s laptop after being alarmed by its content in 2019. . .

Mac Isaac described one of his first interactions with an FBI agent as “chilling.” He said he was “overjoyed” when the agents handed him a subpoena, and he made a comment that he would change their names when he eventually wrote his book.

“That’s when Agent Mike turned around and told me that, in their experience, nothing ever happens to people that don’t talk about these things,” Mac Isaac said, noting that he did, in fact, change their names in the book. US ‘Tracking’ Clip May Show Ukrainians Executing Russian Troops

The United States is monitoring allegations that Ukrainian soldiers allegedly executed Russian troops in a video posted on social media that has both sides accusing the other of war crimes.

Four videos posted on social media last week appear to show the killing of 11 Russian soldiers as Ukrainian forces recaptured the village of Makiivka in the Luhansk region in mid-November, according to the New York Times. There are gaps missing in the videos, and it’s unclear why, though the New York Times used other videos to understand what occurred.

In one of the videos, a Ukrainian soldier is filming, and he quickly flashes the camera to himself and another soldier lying on his stomach pointing a rifle, while a third armed soldier can be seen walking backward with his rifle pointed at a destroyed outhouse where Russian soldiers appeared to be hiding. Gunfire can be heard, but it’s unclear who is firing at whom. The clip cuts, and in the same area where the soldier backtracked, six Russian soldiers are laying on their stomachs, while four more come out with their hands up. . .

An aerial video the New York Times viewed showed the aftermath of the surprise attack. The gunman appeared to be dead near the spot he opened fire, while the soldiers who had been laying on their stomachs also appeared to be dead, shot in the head. . .

“We are obviously tracking that quite closely. It’s really important to emphasize that the laws of war apply to all parties equally, both the aggressor state and the defender state, and this is in equal measure,” Beth Van Schaack, U.S. ambassador-at-large for global criminal justice, told reporters on Monday. “But when it comes to the war in Ukraine, that’s really where the equivalency ends. When we’re looking at the sheer scale of criminality exhibited by Russian forces, it’s enormous compared to the allegations that we have seen against Ukrainian forces.” (Read more from “US ‘Tracking’ Clip May Show Ukrainians Executing Russian Troops” HERE)

Supreme Court Clears Way for House Dems to Obtain Trump’s Taxes

The Supreme Court paved the way on Tuesday for House Democrats to obtain former President Donald Trump’s taxes, denying a request from Trump’s legal team that he be permitted to withhold them from a congressional committee.

The request was presented to Chief Justice John Roberts and did not contain any dissents. Roberts had earlier this month blocked the Ways and Means Committee from obtaining Trump’s taxes while the Supreme Court considered the request.

“The application for stay of the mandate presented to The Chief Justice and by him referred to the court is denied. The order heretofore entered by The Chief Justice is vacated,” the brief order reads. (Read more from “Supreme Court Clears Way for House Dems to Obtain Trump’s Taxes” HERE)

Tampax Boycott Trends After Disgusting Tweet From the Brand Goes Viral

The feminine product brand Tampax was trending on Twitter Tuesday as some followers demanded a boycott.

Tampax had already come under fire this year due to its leftist ideology and willingness to promote gender theory. This time, Tampax is taking heat for a strange and snarky tweet that some have interpreted as trolling men, though the intended audience is unclear.

Followers were outraged at this sentiment, which they claimed was “sexualizing” tampon usage.

“Peak patriarchy: a company making women’s products insults its entire customer base and thinks this is OK. You utter creeps,” one person shared.

“A women’s period products company is getting off on the idea of their products being inserted in girls and women – getting there first – while men are chatting them up hoping for sex. Overtones of rape, [pedophilia], misogyny – what a hat-trick,” another agreed. (Read more from “Tampax Boycott Trends After Disgusting Tweet From the Brand Goes Viral” HERE)

Identity of Several ‘John Does’ Affiliated With Jeffrey Epstein Revealed After Judge Orders Release of More Court Documents

The judge who oversaw the 2016 defamation case against Ghislaine Maxwell, the disgraced former associate of Jeffrey Epstein, filed by one of Epstein’s victims, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, has ordered the release of more court documents which will unveil the identity of several people who had heretofore attempted to keep their names a secret.

The case has already been settled, and many of the names have already come out through subsequent court proceedings or other means, the judge said. One of the “John Does” is Maxwell’s former personal assistant, who faces her own accusations as well, and at least one of them is a victim who has publicly discussed her experiences.

For these reasons, Judge Loretta Preska determined on Friday that public interest outweighed privacy concerns and that much of the “purportedly sensitive information” had already come to light during Maxwell’s 2021 trial. She therefore ordered the release of more documents. . .

One of the names revealed is that of Tom Pritzker, a billionaire and the executive chairman of Hyatt Hotels. He is also a cousin of the Democrat governor of Illinois, J. B. Pritzker. Tom Pritzker had fought to keep his name concealed, but Preska dismissed his reasoning. Though his name did come up in a deposition, Preska said, a witness in the deposition said he or she did not recognize Pritzker. . .

Preska has also ruled that documents unveiling the identity of Doe 183 be released, since he or she “has been a subject of intense media coverage” whose name “has appeared in numerous places in unsealed portions of Ms. Maxwell’s criminal trial transcript.” However, Preska has stayed her own ruling until November 28 so that Doe 183 has time to appeal her decision. Pennsylvania AG Announces Arrest in ‘Widespread’ Ballot Fraud Operation Days After Midterm Elections

Only days after a midterm election that dragged on for days beyond Election Day, Pennsylvania’s attorney announced the arrest of a Democratic consultant for orchestrating ‘widespread’ ballot fraud that included forging thousands of signatures.

Attorney General Josh Shapiro on Wednesday announced the arrest of Rasheen Crews, a Philadelphia-based Democratic consultant, for charges related to forging signatures on nomination petitions to get his clients on the ballot for the 2019 Democratic primary races in Philadelphia.

“In advance of the 2023 municipal elections, this arrest is an important reminder that interfering with the integrity of our elections is a serious crime,” said AG Shapiro. “By soliciting and organizing the wide scale forgery of signatures, the defendant undermined the democratic process and Philadelphians’ right to a free and fair election. My office is dedicated to upholding the integrity of the election process across the Commonwealth, to ensure everyone can participate in Pennsylvania’s future.”

It is telling that the Attorney General waited until after the 2023 midterm elections to announce the arrest for the 2019 crimes. If the announcement had come earlier, it would have drawn much more scrutiny to a Pennsylvania election process that was far from regular.
