‘Massive’ Win: PA Supreme Court Rules Undated Mail Ballots Can’t Be Counted

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday sided with an argument made by Republicans in their lawsuit seeking to prevent the counting of improperly completed ballots in next week’s general election, throwing out a lower court’s ruling that would have allowed PA election officials to count absentee and mail-in ballots that were not correctly dated and signed.

PA’s Supreme Court justices vacated the 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision that would have allowed the counting of ballots that were not completed as the Keystone State election laws require, and ruled that the “Pennsylvania county boards of elections are hereby ordered to refrain from counting any absentee and mail-in ballots received for the November 8, 2022 general election that are contained in undated or incorrectly dated outer envelopes.”

The PA Supreme Court also in its ruling directed “the Pennsylvania county boards of elections segregate and preserve any ballots contained in undated or incorrectly dated outer envelopes” and noted that the “Court is evenly divided on the issue of whether failing to count such ballots violates 52 U.S.C. §10101(a)(2)(B).”

RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel celebrated the win in Pennsylvania as “massive” for “election integrity.”

Netanyahu Poised for Comeback in Israel Election, Exit Polls Show

Former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appeared well placed to return to power after exit polls following Tuesday’s election showed his right-wing bloc heading for a narrow majority lifted by a strong showing from his far-right allies.

Israel’s longest-serving premier, on trial over corruption charges which he denies, was poised to take 61-62 seats in the 120-seat Knesset, according to Israeli television exit polls.

The early exit polls may differ from the final result of the election, which is not expected until later in the week but the results pointed to a stronger-than-expected showing by the right.

‘Eat My [Bleep]’: Watch as Graphic Joe Biden Protest Causes Scene for D.C. Commuters

Critics of President Joe Biden staged a protest Tuesday above a major road to Washington, D.C. during morning rush hour which included a large animated penis and signs urging Democrats to “suck my d***.”

Shaun Porter, a YouTube performer, placed several signs on a bridge over the 270 spur in Maryland that read “F*** BIDEN,” “EAT MY A**” and “DEMOCRATS CAN SUCK MY D*** 2022!!!” according to several photos and videos shared online. Men in costumes including a cowboy hat and a Care Bear costume waved signs from a truck on the bridge, and at least one woman drove up to the bridge to express her anger over the signs.

“We’re just unhappy with the direction of the country and we’re having a redress of grievances as protected under the First Amendment and within the laws of the state of Maryland,” Porter told the DCNF. “We’re ordinary people expressing our concerns with the direction of the country hoping to influence our fellow citizens in the upcoming November elections.”

‘These Guys Are Extremely Extreme’: Biden Attacks Republicans Over Response to Paul Pelosi Attack

President Biden on Tuesday blasted the Republican responses to last week’s attack on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, calling the crime a reminder that “democracy is on the ballot” next week.

In his remarks during a fundraiser for Florida Democratic gubernatorial hopeful Charlie Crist in Florida, Mr. Biden slammed Republicans who he said joked about the attack.

“Look at the response of Republicans, making jokes about it,” Mr. Biden said. “These guys are extremely extreme.”

He also chastised Republicans, who he said had not condemned the assault, despite widespread denunciation of violence from GOP leadership following the assault.

School Removes Student’s American Flag Despite Pride Flag Displays Across Campus (VIDEO)

School officials at Trinity College in Connecticut removed two patriotic flags hanging from a student’s dorm room while seemingly allowing other students to hang Pride flags, according to viral video footage posted to TikTok.

Two students hung a “Don’t Tread On Me” flag and an American flag with a blue, red, and green line representing law enforcement, firefighters, and federal agents. Under the supervision of the self-described Director of Housing Operations, an alleged school administrator removed the flags from the dorm. Students protested the removal of the flags, according to a video of the interaction.

“Who are you touching our flags? You have no right to do this,” said one student who claimed ownership of the flags.

New Poll Predicts Disaster for Democrats a Week Before Midterms

A recent poll found that over 80% of American voters believe that Republicans will win control of one or both of the Chambers of Congress after the midterm elections.

According to the poll, 66% of voters do not believe that President Biden and Democrat leaders have earned voters’ support in the upcoming November 2022 election.

“The American people are wise, pragmatic, and understand what needs to be done to get the nation back on track, despite the fact that so many elected officials in Washington, DC do not,” said Mark Meckler, President of the Convention of States. “In the final estimation, voters–even Democratic voters–have determined that the current leadership is not getting it done, and believe Republicans will sweep big on election day.” . . .

Supreme Court Blocks Congress From Getting Trump’s Tax Returns

The U.S. Supreme Court on Nov. 1 blocked Congress from obtaining former President Donald Trump’s tax returns.

Chief Justice John Roberts, a George W. Bush appointee, stayed an appeals court order that had ruled a congressional panel could gain access to the documents.

Trump filed an emergency application on Monday to the Supreme Court, asking it to halt the order.

Roberts’ stay is temporary, pending further developments in the case.

Rep. Richard Neal (D-Mass.), chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Means, has for years been trying to obtain Trump’s returns, asserting that they are necessary as the panel considers possibly updating how audits of presidents are done. Man Accused of Attacking Paul Pelosi on a ‘Suicide Mission’

The man accused of breaking into House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s home, beating her husband and seeking to kidnap her told police he was on a “suicide mission” and had plans to target other California and federal politicians, according to a Tuesday court filing.

David DePape was ordered held without bail during his arraignment Tuesday in San Francisco Superior Court. His public defender entered a not-guilty plea on his behalf. It was the first public appearance since the early Friday attack for DePape, a fringe activist drawn to conspiracy theories. . .

The attorney of a major California city says her office will no longer be using Twitter because of the “troubling direction” the social media platform is moving.

San Diego City Attorney Mara W. Elliott shared her concerns Tuesday morning, writing that “Twitter is moving in a troubling direction – one that promotes hatred, violence, bullying, and false information.”

Barack Obama did the same, using a rally in Michigan for failed Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to rail against “politicians who work to stir up division to try to make us angry and afraid of one another for their own advantage.” . . .

So did every other Democrat surrogate, like Hollywood director Rob Reiner who tweeted: “Donald Trump is 100% responsible for this and Jan.6.”

So did all the Democrat-aligned media who delivered the same talking points in unison, along with dubiously sourced facts and a false depiction of the alleged attacker as a MAGA Republican in defiance of his drug-addicted hippy lifestyle, Green Party membership and the BLM and LGBT signs festooned across his sometime residence, a nudist commune in San Francisco’s gay Castro district.
