Court Denies Trump’s Special Master Sneak Peek Into Classified Docs

The Justice Department on Tuesday asked that the United States Supreme Court deny former President Donald Trump’s request to block the DOJ from continuing its review of classified documents seized during the FBI’s unprecedented raid of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.

Trump’s attorneys last week elevated the former president’s legal battle to the Supreme Court, requesting that Justice Clarence Thomas, who has jurisdiction over the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, vacate the stay by a lower court that allowed the DOJ to review classified records taken in August from Mar-a-Lago instead of court-appointed Special Master Raymond Dearie.

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon issued an injunction against the DOJ’s use of the 100 documents purportedly marked as classified to be used for investigative purposes.

The 11th Circuit overturned Cannon’s order and prevented Dearie from reviewing those materials. The panel had limited Dearie’s review to only the non-classified documents seized from Mar-a-Lago.

Trump’s legal team asked the Supreme Court to intervene, but the Justice Department in a filing on Tuesday argued that the court of appeals “correctly held that it had appellate jurisdiction to review and stay the portion of the September 5 order that requires the government to turn over the documents bearing classification markings for special-master review.” (Read more from “Court Denies Trump’s Special Master Sneak Peek Into Classified Docs” HERE)

YouTube Slaps Dehumanizing Pro-Abortion ‘Context’ Onto Pro-Life Videos

Google-owned YouTube has been flexing its censorship muscles against conservative voices for a while, but the Big Tech company’s tactics just got even worse: Now, tacked onto the posts of pro-lifers, YouTube is directing users to pro-abortion information.

This means that life-affirming videos — such as those that tell the truth about the grisly details of abortion, share deeply held Catholic beliefs on the sanctity of life, and discuss alternatives to abortion, such as the life-saving pregnancy centers Democrats have slandered — will now have links slapped onto their videos that direct viewers to the pro-abortion talking points they’re advocating against. YouTube is following its predictable partisan pattern, using the cover of “misinformation” and “context” to dehumanize unborn human lives.

YouTube’s purported “context” accompanying the videos reads “abortion health information,” with a definition from the National Library of Medicine (NLM): “An abortion is a procedure to end a pregnancy. It uses medicine or surgery to remove the embryo or fetus and placenta from the uterus. The procedure is done by a licensed healthcare professional.” And though YouTube hides behind the cover of medical “experts” at the NLM, like it did when it censored Covid-19 dissenters, it’s notable that NLM is just another hub of progressive federal government bureaucrats within the National Institutes of Health that plugs abortion and has reportedly published thousands of papers on “racism and medicine.”

YouTube’s “context” disclaimer also includes a link to the NLM’s abortion informational page, which suggests ways to abort a child: “medication abortion” or “procedural abortion.” The former is a chemically induced abortion in the first trimester, during which time babies’ limbs, skeletons, and major organs are fully developing, their hearts are beating strong, and they can taste and feel pain. In this type of abortion, the mother takes a pill that blocks nourishment and blood from the unborn baby, which kills it. The mother then takes a second pill to cause contractions and severe cramping and bleeding, leading to the delivery of her dead child. Breast Cancer Is a Serious Medical Condition, Not a Free Transgender Operation

For nearly four decades, the country has recognized October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Sadly, this year we must draw attention to how activists and even some medical professionals are exploiting the complex disease. Breast cancer treatment is the latest medical field to be “queered.”

It may sound astonishing, even unbelievable, but to certain more extreme transgender individuals out there, breast cancer represents not a tragedy, as for most women, but an outright opportunity to embrace personal change. Breast cancer becomes reconfigured as the body’s way of rejecting unwanted female breasts in the only way a repressive heteronormative medical hierarchy will allow.

One online chatroom featured testimony from a female transitioner who now purports to be a male named Mike, who praised the “silver lining” of cancer as facilitating not only the removal of her breasts but also, due to related medical reasons, necessitating a full hysterectomy. As such, “I’d say that someone with a great deal of power wants very much for me to be, or at least to look like, a man.” Cancer seems a very strange thing to be thanking God for.

For some so-called “Flat Activists,” “the male gaze shapes breast cancer care,” and reveals “the deep roots of misogyny” in the medical profession. As “the queer community” are more comfortable with magical thinking along the lines of men not necessarily needing penises or women needing vaginas, it naturally follows that breastless females are simply yet another positive manifestation of androgyny, even if said breasts have been surgically removed due to extreme illness. It appears that being transgender is an active advantage for the truly enlightened cancer patient, who will cope with her diagnosis far better than a straight woman ever could. Jury Rejects Death Penalty for Parkland School Shooter

A Florida jury rejected the death penalty Thursday for the Parkland school shooter who killed 17 people on Valentine’s Day 2018.

The shooter received life in prison without the possibility of parole for each of the murders, causing disappointment and frustration among family members of the victims attending the trial.

“What do we have the death penalty for,” said Dr. Ilan Alhadeff, who gave a moving victim impact statement in August on the murder of his daughter Alyssa, a 14-year-old varsity soccer player. “We are beyond disappointed with the outcome today,” his wife, Lori, said Thursday, reports The New York Times. “I just don’t understand this.”

“I don’t know how this jury came to the conclusions that they did today, but 17 families did not receive justice,” said Fred Guttenberg, who lost his 14-year-old daughter Jaime.

The shooter, who The Daily Wire will not name, was in the penalty phase of his trial, having pleaded guilty to seventeen counts of murder last year. Dems Want to Imprison DeSantis for 10 Years for ‘Threatening’ Fauci (VIDEO)

Democrats are demanding jail for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for his rhetorical suggestion that someone grab the “little elf,” Anthony Fauci, and chuck him “across the Potomac.” . . .

But he’s now in the news, at RightJournalism, for the “threat” that came from DeSantis. . .

That’s a threat, Democrats now allege, presumably because it is physically possible for someone to grab Fauci and throw him across the Potomac.

The report explained DeSantis made the comment at a Florida GOP event in Seminole County, and now Democrats are demanding prosecutors use it to jail the governor.

“According to Dash Dobrofsky, it is illegal to threaten a public official with violence. In fact, it is a federal crime that is punishable by up to 10 years in prison,” the report said.

Study Shows People Could Still Be Conscious After They Have Died

The revelations were made in a breakthrough paper, which was published in the medical journal Resuscitation and examined 2,060 cases of cardiac arrests.

One of the men interviewed by researchers accurately recalled how medics carried out his resuscitation.

The study said: “(The) man described the perception of observing events from the top corner of the room and continued to experience a sensation of looking down from above.

Exposed: Biden Pressured OPEC to Try and Save Democrats in the Midterms

The Saudi Arabian Embassy in Washington D.C. released a statement late Wednesday detailing how President Joe Biden attempted to pressure OPEC into increasing oil production in order to boost the political prospects for Democrats in upcoming midterm elections. Saudi officials also revealed Biden pressured OPEC to wait to announce the decision not to increase production until after November 8, 2022.

“The Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would also like to clarify that based on its belief in the importance of dialogue and exchange of views with its allies and partners outside the OPEC + group regarding the situation in the oil markets, the Government of the Kingdom clarified through its continuous consultation with the US Administration that all economic analyses indicate that postponing the OPEC+ decision for a month, according to what has been suggested, would have had negative economic consequences,” the Embassy release in a statement.

“Resolving economic challenges requires the establishment of a non-politicized constructive dialogue, and to wisely and rationally consider what serves the interests of all countries,” the statement continues, adding the U.S.-Saudi relationship is not about domestic political convenience or narratives. By Daily Caller. A Pfizer executive told the European Union parliament this week that the company’s COVID-19 vaccine was not tested for the purpose of stopping transmission of the virus before it hit the market.

Janine Small, Pfizer’s president of international developed markets, testified before the EU Parliament’s Special Committee on COVID-19 Pandemic about the company’s conduct during the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. During the hearing, Dutch MEP Robert Roos asked Small if COVID-19 vaccines had been tested for stopping transmission before they became available, Small answered “no.”

“Regarding the question around, did we know about stopping immunization before it entered the market, no,” Small said. “We had to really move at the speed of science to really understand what is taking place in the market.”

The admission was notable because the primary rationale behind many vaccine mandates and passport systems was that getting vaccinated could protect other people, not just an individual getting vaccinated. If the vaccine wasn’t known for sure to limit transmission at the time it became available, governments and private organizations were acting with incomplete information critical to their decision-making process. Lockdown Babies Less Capable of Speech, Other Forms of Communication Than Pre-COVID Children – Study

Research conducted by scientists at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland has found that newborn children born in the first few months of the COVID pandemic have seen their social development stunted, with lockdown being listed as a possible cause for the phenomenon.

Experts from across the world have now repeatedly sounded the alarm over the impact pandemic lockdowns have had on the development of children, with evidence pointing to young people in Germany, the United Kingdom and United States all being affected by their time in social isolation during the pandemic.

According to the new data published by Irish researchers on Wednesday, this trend appears to also extend to newborns living in the island nation, with a study of 350 babies in Ireland finding that they were less capable of early speech, pointing, and waving “bye-bye” than their pre-COVID predecessors. Biden Says Late Son Beau ‘Lost His Life in Iraq’ During Ceremony, Despite Him Passing Due to Brain Tumor

President Joe Biden invoked the memory of his late son Beau Biden Wednesday while declaring the Camp Hale Continental Divide a national monument but said the former Delaware attorney general and military reservist “lost his life in Iraq.”

Prior to his death, Biden’s eldest son served as a reservist in the Delaware Army National Guard and was awarded a Bronze Star for his service in Iraq. Beau died in 2015 following a battle with aggressive brain cancer believed to have been caused by exposure to toxic burn pits while serving overseas.

Biden, speaking in Colorado, highlighted the role that Camp Hale played in training the famed 10th Mountain Division ahead of World War II.

“American soldiers of the 10th Mountain Division scaled that 1800-foot cliff, at night, caught the Germans by surprise, captured key positions, and broke through the Germans’ defensive line at a pivotal point in the war,” the president stated before mentioning Beau. “Just imagine — I mean it sincerely — I say this as a father of a man who won the Bronze Star, the conspicuous service medal, and lost his life in Iraq. Mortgage Rates Hit 16 Year High

Prospective homebuyers face a new chill after the average interest rate on the most popular home loan rose to its highest level since 2006, data from the Mortgage Bankers Association showed on Wednesday.

The average contract rate on a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rose by 6 basis points to 6.81% for the week that ended Oct. 7, marking a 16-year high for the cost of a home loan.

The rise means that mortgage rates have now more than doubled since the beginning of the year, thanks to aggressive interest rate hikes from the Fed’s fight against inflation.

Those actions, designed to cool the economy sufficiently to curb price pressures, have weighed heavily on the interest-rate-sensitive housing sector as expectations for Fed tightening have led to a surge in Treasury yields.
