More than 260,000 Troops Not Fully Vaccinated, Many Face Discharge Under Biden Administration Mandate

At least 260,000 American troops — or about 13 percent of the 2.1 million total force — are not fully vaccinated despite a Biden administration vaccine mandate for the military, and many of them could face discharge.

According to the Department of Defense website, at least 268,858 service members as of July 13 are still not in compliance with Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s August 2021 mandate for every member of the military to be fully vaccinated with two doses of a vaccine. That figure does not count the thousands who have not taken any doses.

Only about 20,000 of the more than 260,000 have received a temporary or permanent exemption, according to the latest statistics provided by the services. That means the rest face discharge from the military at a time the services are struggling to find new recruits.

So far, there have been 95 military deaths from coronavirus, with 412,766 who have had it and recovered, according to DOD statistics.

Mike Berry, a Marine reservist and general counsel for First Liberty, who is representing service members seeking religious exemptions, said in a statement to Breitbart News:

Losing nearly 270,000 troops would devastate our military. That’s more than twice as many U.S. troops than died during World War I from all causes, and almost as many as died in combat during World War II. Our adversaries are probably delighted to see the Pentagon eliminate more troops than they ever could.

Donald Trump Is Definitely Running in 2024

Former President Donald Trump’s third bid for the White House appears to be a matter of when, not if, according to multiple recent reports.

Politico recently reported that Trump has been discussing the timing of his announcement with “some of his wealthiest and highest-profile supporters” at recent dinners. The Washington Post recently reported that some of Trump’s closest advisers have been pushing him to abide by historic norms of announcing a presidential bid after the midterm election cycle to avoid blame if Republicans underperform, while others have been pushing for an earlier bid to scare off rivals amid signs of weakening support among Republican voters.

Trump is reportedly pushing for an earlier reveal, making him a bigger factor in the midterm elections.

He recently told New York magazine, “Well, in my own mind, I’ve already made that decision, so nothing factors in anymore. In my own mind, I’ve already made that decision.” (Read more from “Donald Trump Is Definitely Running in 2024” HERE)

Doctor Who Spread Story About 10-Year-Old’s Abortion Disciplined for HIPAA Violation: Report

The doctor who spread a story about a 10-year-old girl who allegedly travelled from Ohio to Indiana for an abortion is being disciplined for a HIPAA violation for taking the story to the press, Fox News reported.

The story originated from Dr. Caitlin Bernard, an Indianapolis obstetrician-gynecologist who claimed the girl couldn’t legally obtain an abortion in her home state of Ohio. The story came under scrutiny given its single-source nature and Bernard’s history of pro-abortion activism, but an unnamed source has purportedly corroborated the story and revealed new details about the repercussions the doctor is now facing, according to Fox.

A 10-year-old Ohio girl did travel to Indiana for an abortion, a source familiar with the situation told Fox, but it remains unclear whether she was actually forced to cross state lines or was simply referred to the Indianapolis clinic after Republican Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost said she would have been allowed to have an abortion in the state. Bernard’s employer is disciplining her for violating HIPAA, the federal law protecting patients’ sensitive medical information, for sharing the child’s story publicly. Biden Begs the Middle East Nation He Called a ‘Pariah’ to Give Us Oil After He Throttled U.S. Energy

President Joe Biden landed in the Middle East on Wednesday with high hopes for his first visit to the region as commander-in-chief. The agenda included revitalizing a nuclear deal with Iran, pursuing peace in Yemen, and desperately pleading to the Saudis for increased oil production.

While the Biden administration has sought to throw cold water on claims that his first trip to the Arabian Peninsula is an effort to produce more oil, the president himself nearly said as much in The Washington Post. In justifying his upcoming visit with the Saudi crown prince — the same prince the U.S. government says is responsible for the execution of Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi — Biden explained that the nation’s “energy resources are vital for mitigating the impact on global supplies of Russia’s war in Ukraine.”

“This trip comes at a vital time for the region, and it will advance important American interests,” Biden wrote. Presidential pleas to ramp up oil output are an open secret, after repeated calls for increased production were rebuffed by the Arab nation.

The trip also represents an about-face from the president who campaigned in 2019 on making the Saudi state out to be “the pariah that they are” over Khashoggi’s killing the year before. Now Biden writes in the same publication for which Khashoggi worked, “From the start, my aim was to reorient — but not rupture — relations with a country that’s been a strategic partner for 80 years.”

The reality is that Biden is desperate to find global oil reserves ready for market consumption after 18 months spent shutting down American production. From his first day in office, Biden has followed through on his signature campaign pledge to “end fossil fuels.” (Read more from “Biden Begs the Middle East Nation He Called a ‘Pariah’ to Give Us Oil After He Throttled U.S. Energy” HERE)

Most Top Biden Officials Have 0 Years of Business Experience

The Biden administration is led by lawyers, academics, and community organizers — but few business leaders, a report from the Committee to Unleash Prosperity recently revealed.

According to the conservative think tank, the top 68 individuals in the administration have spent an average of 2.4 years in the business world, with only one in eight boasting “extensive business experience.” The median length of business experience for Biden officials is zero years.

“Surely we want our political class to have a diversity of backgrounds. We want lawyers, grassroots activists, those with political and policy experience, scientists, health experts, and academics with required specialties,” the report argued. “But we also want people who have experience running large operations with hundreds and thousands of employees and who understand logistics.”

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris each have zero years of business experience. Likewise, top Cabinet officials — such as Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh, and U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai — do not have any experience in the business world. However, a handful of top officials — such as Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo and White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain, both of whom worked in venture capital — have more than a decade of business experience. Eco-Activists Are Terrorizing US Cities by Going Around and Deflating SUV Tires

A group of British eco-activists are deflating SUV vehicle tires in major American cities and are actively looking to expand their activities.

The climate activist group “Tyre Extinguishers” are now targeting SUV vehicle tires in major American cities in an effort to fight climate change. In the previous month, they deflated 40 tires in New York City’s Upper East Side, 20 in Philadelphia, 20 in Chicago and 12 in San Francisco as they step up operations in America, according to their website.

The Tyre Extinguishers asserted late Wednesday that they had “more planned” after they bragged about disabling more than 5,000 SUVs in at least eight countries, including the U.S., the United Kingdom and Germany. The activists state that their objective is to halt climate change by making it impossible for individuals to drive large, polluting SUV vehicles that belong to the privileged in urban areas.

On Twitter, the group expressed its desire to disable and vandalize SUV vehicles in Los Angeles.

Texas Sues Biden Administration Over Emergency Abortion Guidance

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration on Thursday after the Department of Health and Human Services reiterated guidance this week that says doctors are required to perform an abortion if a pregnant woman’s life is in danger.

“President Biden is flagrantly disregarding the legislative and democratic process—and flouting the Supreme Court’s ruling before the ink is dry—by having his appointed bureaucrats mandate that hospitals and emergency medicine physicians must perform abortions,” the lawsuit, which names Health Secretary Xavier Becerra and other officials as defendants, says.

Becerra issued the guidance to health care providers on Monday, writing in a letter that under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, physicians “must” provide an abortion if it is the “stabilizing treatment necessary to resolve” an emergency medical condition.

“When a state law prohibits abortion and does not include an exception for the life and health of the pregnant person — or draws the exception more narrowly than EMTALA’s emergency medical condition definition — that state law is preempted,” Becerra wrote in the letter.

Paxton said in a statement on Thursday afternoon that the administration’s interpretation is too wide and mandates “abortions under a whole new range of circumstances.” (Read more from “Texas Sues Biden Administration Over Emergency Abortion Guidance” HERE)

World Health Organization: Gender ‘Beyond Non-Binary’

The World Health Organization has insisted that mankind was not created by God as male and female but instead displays many genders on a spectrum.

However, that’s apparently no longer good enough for the United Nations organization, which now says in its “gender mainstreaming manual” that gender goes “beyond non-binary,” reports Fox News.

The WHO websites states the updated guidance will focus on “highlighting and expanding on the concept of intersectionality, which looks at how gender power dynamics interact with other hierarchies of privilege or disadvantage, resulting in inequality and differential health outcomes for different people.”

It will emphasize “going beyond non-binary approaches to gender and health to recognize gender and sexual diversity, or the concepts that gender identity exists on a continuum and that sex is not limited to male or female.”

After the WHO was accused of helping China cover up its role in the COVID-19 pandemic, the U.S. under Donald Trump withdrew its membership from the organization. President Joe Biden has rejoined the WHO. But Republicans in Congress are trying to curb its authority. (Read more from “World Health Organization: Gender ‘Beyond Non-Binary'” HERE)

A Servicewoman Questions How She Can ‘Defend Constitution’ With Roe Overturned

A servicewoman took to TikTok after Roe v. Wade was overturned to vent her anger over the decision.

“How am I supposed to swear to support and defend the Constitution and a country that treats its women like second-class citizens?” @rahasenfratz said in a 3-minute video.

The TikTok user, identified by the New York Post as an Army medic, went on to say that the Supreme Court’s decision to overrule Roe in the case known as Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization will “ruin” the careers of some female service members.

Michael Knowles, political commentator for The Daily Wire, shared the video on Twitter and asked: “Has the girl who publicly questioned her loyalty to America after Dobbs been fired from the military yet?”
