Docs: Biden FBI Subpoenaed Records Of Major Conservatives, GOP Groups As Part Of Get-Trump Probe

The Biden FBI filed subpoenas seeking the bank records and communications of numerous conservatives and Republican-affiliated organizations as part of its lawfare against Donald Trump, new records show.

Released Wednesday by Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, the documents demonstrate the expansive efforts the agency undertook to target any individual and group associated with the former president throughout its “Arctic Frost” probe. As The Federalist previously reported, that inquiry “ultimately became Jack Smith’s elector case against Trump.”

According to newly disclosed files, the Biden FBI filed a subpoena on Sept. 19, 2022, with Chain Bridge Bank, seeking any requested “testimony, documents, and/or communications” from several Trump-affiliated political groups. This named list included the “Save America PAC, Save America Leadership PAC, and/or Save America JFC,” and the “Trump Make America Great Again JFC.”

The subpoena was one of many the Biden FBI would file in the coming months as part of its quest to target any individual and group associated with the eventual 2024 Republican presidential nominee.

A month later, on Oct. 11, 2022, the agency filed a subpoena with National Capital Bank to obtain “testimony, documents, and/or communications” from the Conservative Partnership Institute. The request specifically named Mark Meadows and Cleta Mitchell. While Meadows served as Trump’s White House chief of staff during his first term, Mitchell serves as chair of the Election Integrity Network and advised Trump on his post-2020 election litigation in Georgia.

JD Vance Attacks Thomas Massie—But It’s Massie Who Truly Represents ‘America First’

Vice President JD Vance took aim at Kentucky Congressman Thomas Massie this week, accusing him of being “unwilling to provide” key votes for the Republican Party and claiming that his independent streak has alienated party leadership. But the truth is, Massie’s record shows he’s one of the few remaining members of Congress who actually embodies the America First values many politicians merely campaign on.

Speaking at a Turning Point USA event at the University of Mississippi, Vance told the crowd that “every time Republicans have needed Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) for a vote, he has been completely unwilling to provide it.” He added that Massie “always votes against the party,” suggesting that this is why President Trump has backed a primary challenger against him.

“It’s because we can never count on him for some of the most difficult votes,” Vance said. “I wish that that weren’t the case. I say that as somebody who’s known Thomas well before I got into politics, but politics is politics.”

But that criticism misunderstands what America First was supposed to mean. The slogan wasn’t about blind loyalty to party leadership or corporate donors—it was about defending American sovereignty, fighting corruption, rejecting endless wars, and protecting the rights and livelihoods of ordinary citizens. And on those fronts, Massie has delivered time and again.

In response to Vance’s remarks, Massie fired back with his willingness to stand alone when principles are at stake:

“When leaders of my own party protect sex traffickers, spend our grandkids into oblivion, fund endless wars, lockdown our citizens, bailout corporations, bow to other countries, and hurt small farmers… it’s true that I won’t be their yes man.”

That post, shared on X, was a direct shot at the political establishment—including within his own party—that has too often prioritized power and profit over the people they serve.

Massie has long been one of the few voices in Congress willing to challenge bipartisan corruption and globalist influence. He voted against massive omnibus spending bills that plunged the country deeper into debt, opposed military interventions that had no clear benefit to America, and called for the full release of the Jeffrey Epstein files—a move that few in either party have supported.

In another recent X post, Massie pointed out that Congress has been actively avoiding accountability on the Epstein issue:

“This is a victory for victims. However, it appears that rich and powerful men in the United States have immunities and privileges exceeding those of Royalty in Britain. @SpeakerJohnson is avoiding a vote on releasing Epstein files by keeping the House in recess. It’s not a hoax.”

JD Vance’s criticism of Massie reveals a troubling shift in what the so-called America First movement has come to represent. Once rooted in anti-establishment populism, it now risks devolving into the very kind of political machine it was meant to oppose—demanding conformity instead of courage.

Massie, by contrast, has consistently fought to keep government accountable and restrained. He has resisted trillion-dollar spending packages, opposed corporate bailouts, and fought against unconstitutional lockdowns—all while refusing to sell out his convictions for political favor.

His independence isn’t betrayal—it’s integrity. It’s exactly what millions of voters wanted when they rejected the swamp in 2016.

Thomas Massie may not be the GOP’s “yes man.” But that’s precisely why so many Americans trust him more than the ones who are.

Trump Admin Slashes Refugee Cap, Prioritizes Afrikaners As ‘Victims Of Unjust Discrimination’

The Trump administration on Thursday announced a sharp reduction in the number of refugees it will admit into the country next year.

The refugee cap for fiscal year 2026 will be set at 7,500 with priority given to Afrikaners — a predominantly white minority group in South Africa — and “other victims of illegal or unjust discrimination in their respective homelands,” according to a notice published in the Federal Register. By comparison, the U.S. admitted more than 100,000 refugees under former President Joe Biden in fiscal year 2024 — the highest figure since 1994 — according to the Migration Policy Institute. . .

A senior Trump official told the Daily Caller News Foundation that the administration “has long expressed its intention to end Biden’s abuse of the refugee program,” and noted that the ongoing government shutdown will affect refugee admissions.

“No refugees will be admitted in FY26 until the appropriate consultations with Congress are held, which are being delayed because certain members of Congress insisted on shutting down the government,” the official said.

The move reflects President Donald Trump’s broader effort to tighten asylum standards and “realign” U.S. policy, and for the first time focusing on a predominantly white minority facing persecution abroad. Hurricane Melissa Leaves Trail of Death, Destruction Across Cuba, Haiti and Jamaica

Hurricane Melissa left at least dozens dead and caused widespread destruction across Cuba, Haiti, and Jamaica, where roofless homes, toppled utility poles, and water-logged furniture dominated the landscape Wednesday.

A landslide blocked the main roads of Santa Cruz in Jamaica’s St. Elizabeth parish, where the streets were reduced to mud pits. Residents swept water from homes as they tried to salvage belongings. Wind ripped off part of the roof at a high school that serves as a public shelter.

“I never see anything like this before in all my years living here,” resident Jennifer Small said.

The extent of the damage from the deadly hurricane was unclear Wednesday as widespread power outages and dangerous conditions persisted in the region.

Disgraced Prince Andrew to Be Stripped of ‘Prince’ Title — and Forced to Leave Royal Lodge After Jeffrey Epstein Scandal

Disgraced royal and Jeffrey Epstein pal Prince Andrew will no longer be a prince and will have to move out of his Royal Lodge home, Buckingham Palace announced Thursday.

The late Queen’s son will have his title stripped and now be known as “Andrew Mountbatten Windsor,” the Palace said in a statement provided to BBC News.

Andrew will also be forced to vacate his taxpayer-subsidized royal home of more than 20 years.

The decision was made by King Charles and was supported by heir Prince William, the Prince of Wales, according to sources.

It comes amid renewed pressure on the royals in recent months, following fresh allegations that Andrew maintained ties with convicted pedophile Epstein years after he claimed to have severed communication. FBI Director Kash Patel crushed efforts by Tulsi Gabbard’s closest advisor to see if a foreign power was involved in Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

The head of the National Counterterrorism Center, Joe Kent, analyzed FBI files to determine whether Kirk’s alleged killer received assistance from a foreign power.

Kent’s investigation alarmed Patel, who believed the counterterror chief was overstepping by interfering with an ongoing FBI investigation, according to the [Deep State-connected] New York Times. . .

After Patel discovered Kent had gone through FBI case material related to the Kirk killing, a tense . . . round table meeting between Patel, Kent, Gabbard, Vice President JD Vance, White House chief of staff Susie Wilies, and senior DOJ officials was held at the White House. . .

Former Intel CEO Launches App to ‘Hasten the Coming of Christ’s Return’

The former CEO of Intel is now rolling out an artificial intelligence-powered app aimed at churches and faith communities — and is being particularly open about what’s motivating him.

The Guardian reported Tuesday that Pat Gelsinger — who led Intel between 2021 and 2024 before he was forced out after being sued by shareholders — is heavily promoting his evangelical philosophy as the head of tech company Gloo. In March of this year, Gelsinger took the helm of Gloo, which is a combination AI chatbot and workspace platform for churches. Gloo boasts that it serves more than 140,000 “faith, ministry and nonprofit leaders.”

Gelsinger, who is a born-again Christian, said he was passionate about combining AI with his Christian values, and said Gloo was his opportunity to develop a large language model (LLM) infused with fundamentalist Christian theology.

“My life mission has been [to] work on a piece of technology that would improve the quality of life of every human on the planet and hasten the coming of Christ’s return,” Gelsinger said.

Gizmodo’s A.J. Analysis: FBI’s Jan. 6 Pipe Bomb Update Omits Key Evidence, Withholds Video

An 8 ½-minute FBI video on the Jan. 6 pipe bombs, released last week, omits key new evidence, relies on likely manipulated, low-quality footage, and excludes crucial hours of security video that could clarify the most persistent questions that surround the languishing investigation.

The bureau released the video to revive public interest in a case that has gone unsolved for nearly five years. Its timing comes just two weeks after a video sleuth briefed congressional investigators, alleging serious flaws in the FBI’s account of the pipe bombs. Despite those claims — including apparent video manipulation and ignored public tips — the bureau has stuck to its original story.

The new footage also offers no hint that the FBI considered publicly acknowledging another theory: that the pipe bombs were part of a poorly timed training exercise. FBI sources told Blaze News weeks ago about rumors the bureau had been preparing to report that several federal agencies took part in a training exercise that diverted police resources from the Capitol as thousands of protesters breached its barricades at 12:53 p.m.

Those same sources said that once word of this alleged new theory leaked, the FBI abandoned it. The latest video reflects that retreat, repeating the same facts and framing first presented in 2021.

‘Billy Graham of Asia’ Stephen Tong Rebukes Hypocritical Pastors Indulging in Sin, Refusing to Leave the Pulpit

Pastor Stephen Tong preached a fiery sermon at the World Evangelical Alliance’s General Assembly, rebuking hypocritical pastors who indulge in sin yet step up to the pulpit on Sundays to preach God’s holy word.

Tong, the founder and senior pastor of the Reformed Evangelical Church of Indonesia, known as the “Billy Graham of Asia” for his global evangelistic work, preaching to more than 37 million people over more than 66 years of ministry, admonished “hypocritical” pastors leading double lives.

“Shame on this kind of servant of God,” he said.

In his sermon titled “to be a holy servant,” Tong focused on the holiness of the Gospel message.

“If you want to be a servant of God, you promise to God to lead a holy life,” the 85-year-old declared, detailing the purity of mind, speech and actions required of pastors to lead exemplary lives above reproach. DOJ Announces New Batch Of Arrests In Crackdown On Left-Wing Terror

The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced the arrest Wednesday of 10 defendants accused of committing violence against law enforcement and property during anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) demonstrations in Southern California earlier this year.

The incidents are being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), according to a DOJ statement.

“There is zero tolerance for violence against law enforcement officers,” Acting U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli said in the release. “During the summer we warned the public that anyone who engages in any violence will eventually be brought to justice. Today we are delivering on that promise and will continue to hold those who violated the law accountable.”

Prosecutors charged Oxnard residents Virginia Reyes, 32, and Isai Carrillo, 31, with conspiracy to impede or injure a federal officer. They face as much as five years behind bars if convicted. Authorities apprehended Carrillo today while Reyes was alleged to be a fugitive from the law.

In July, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agents preparing to execute several search warrants discovered the operation had been compromised by social media posts, according to an affidavit. Protesters — alerted through networks monitoring DHS offices — gathered near the site, where they constructed a roadblock with farm equipment, authorities alleged.
