Hegseth Tears up Red Tape, Orders Pentagon to Begin Drone Surge at Trump’s Command

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has issued sweeping new orders to fast-track drone production and deployment, allowing commanders to procure and test them independently and requiring drone combat simulations across every branch of the military.

As part of an aggressive push to outpace Russia and China in unmanned warfare, “the Department’s bureaucratic gloves are coming off,” Hegseth wrote. “Lethality will not be hindered by self-imposed restrictions… Our major risk is risk-avoidance.”

In a pair of memos first obtained by Fox News Digital, Hegseth rescinded legacy policies that he believes restricted innovation. For the first time, commanders with the rank of colonel or captain can independently procure and test drones, including 3D-printed prototypes and commercial-off-the-shelf systems, as long as they meet national security criteria.

They can also operate and train with drones immediately, bypassing traditional approval bottlenecks, and are even authorized to test non-lethal autonomous UAS in controlled environments.

“Small UAS resemble munitions more than high-end airplanes,” one instruction stated. “They should be cheap, rapidly replaceable, and categorized as consumable.” (Read more from “Hegseth Tears up Red Tape, Orders Pentagon to Begin Drone Surge at Trump’s Command” HERE)

Judge Issues Key Ruling Against Gun Maker Sig Sauer in Widow’s Lawsuit

A lawsuit filed by a widow against weapons manufacturer Sig Sauer accusing it of being responsible for the death of her husband will continue in state court, a federal judge ruled this week.

On Monday, Judge Anita Brody of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania sent the matter back to where it started, the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia County. Brody rejected Sig Sauer’s argument that the case should have been heard in federal court due to widow Mariya Gomelskaya being from Pennsylvania. The company is based in New Hampshire and incorporated in Delaware.

Gomelskaya had pushed to send the case back to state court due to the co-defendant, federally licensed firearm dealer Spot4Guns, being based in Pennsylvania. Sig Sauer argued that Spot4Guns only acted as a middle man between Gomelskaya’s husband, Roman Neshin, and a Texas-based online seller, and should not have been sued in the first place. Sig Sauer claimed the widow only included Spot4Guns as a defendant to keep the case out of federal court.

“Parsing Sig Sauer’s arguments would require the Court to cross into forbidden territory: ‘an improper decision on the merits’ of Gomelskaya’s strict liability claim against Spot4Guns,” Brody wrote, granting the widow’s request to send the case back to state court.

Gomelskaya filed the case after her husband, 41-year-old Roman Neshin, was “found dead ‘with a single gunshot wound to (the) right groin’ and ‘plastic shrapnel from the holster … inside his pants’” Oct. 1, 2024, court documents said. She claims the gun fired unintentionally as a result of “defective components and/or the lack of necessary safety features. Trump Admin Ends Taxpayer Subsidies For Illegal Aliens

The departments of Health and Human Services (HHS), Education, Agriculture, Labor, and Justice are ending illegal aliens’ abilities to leech off the American taxpayer by taking advantage of federal programs.

The departments announced on Thursday that illegals will no longer be able to access the government programs, as they have been able to do since the Clinton administration. The Trump administration made the move to “ensure that taxpayer-funded program benefits intended for the American people are not diverted to subsidize illegal aliens,” HHS said in its announcement.

In doing so, the federal government rescinded a 1997 Dear Colleague letter that exempted such programs from being subject to the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act (PRWORA), which limits “federal public benefits” to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and some “qualified aliens.”

The Education Department said that the Clinton-era letter “mischaracterized the law by creating artificial distinctions between federal benefit programs based upon the method of assistance.”

The move brings various programs in line with an executive order signed by President Donald Trump called “Ending Taxpayer Subsidization of Open Borders.” (Read more from “Trump Admin Ends Taxpayer Subsidies For Illegal Aliens” HERE)

CIA Review Reveals Obama Pushed Intel Community To Launch Trump-Russia Witch Hunt

President Barack Obama. Not CIA Director John Brennan. Not Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. And not FBI Director James Comey. But President Barack Obama. The 44th president of the United States directed the intelligence community to interfere in the peaceful transition of power to his successor — Donald Trump. And for that Obama should forevermore be considered a pariah in presidential history.

Last week, CIA Director John Ratcliffe released the agency’s review of the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) on “Russia’s Influence Campaign Targeting the 2016 US Presidential Election.” The CIA’s review exposed extensive problems with “the procedures and analytic tradecraft employed” by the intelligence community in crafting the ICA, revealing at the same time the role Brennan, Clapper, and Comey played in the corrupt process.

However, the CIA’s review of the ICA on Russia’s targeting of the 2016 election exposed something much more scandalous: President Obama was behind the entire plot to portray Putin as seeking to help Trump win the 2016 general election.

Yes, the CIA report showed, in the words of CIA Director Ratcliffe, “how Brennan and Clapper and Comey manipulated [and] silenced all the career professionals and railroaded the process.” But they were merely doing the dirty work for Obama, which is why CIA Director Ratcliffe stressed: “This was Obama, Comey, Clapper and Brennan deciding ‘We’re going to screw Trump.’”

While last week’s CIA report did not finger President Obama with the same neon-light arrow deployed by Director Ratcliffe, the details included confirm that yes, “[t]his was Obama;” and not merely that Obama knew or condoned the politicalization of the intelligence community, but that the former president directed the politicalization. Fox News Regular Suggests Trump Is Protecting People Named in the Epstein List: ‘Something Has Changed’

Fox News regular guest Victor Davis Hanson suggested on Wednesday that President Donald Trump was protecting people named in the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s list after being pressured not to release the Epstein files.

During an interview with Hanson on Wednesday, The Blaze founder Glenn Beck criticized the Trump administration’s handling of the Epstein files.

“This was just handled so poorly,” said Beck. “And the president doesn’t seem to understand that there are a lot of people who really support him that are like, ‘Wait, I’m with you, I just want to know for sure that we are actually doing everything that we can to root out the deep state and that people, they do go to jail if they did wrong.’”

After Beck asked Hanson why Epstein’s alleged elite blackmail operation wasn’t “being exposed,” Hanson replied:

I think there are people in the establishment– I don’t know if they partook in his sick things he was doing, but they fear– they have some association with him and they gave him money to invest when there was no reason to hire someone like that. There were much better financial gurus but he got half a billion dollars somehow from people who were mainstream establishmentarians on the basis that he was going to blackmail them.

I think that’s how he made his money, and I think those names are numerous, and I think the Trump administration thought, “Well, we’re gonna release this and there’s some crazy people that we don’t care about are gonna be embarrassed.” Then all of a sudden, they got a lot of calls and said, “Why are you doing this? I didn’t do this. I went down the island once, I was on a plane, I didn’t touch anybody, and now you’re gonna release my name.”

John Brennan, James Comey Perjured Themselves, New CIA Memo Appears To Show

Former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director John Brennan and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director James Comey may have perjured themselves while insisting under oath that the discredited Steele Dossier was not the basis for their 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA), a new CIA memo revealed.

Brennan and Comey repeatedly insisted the 2017 ICA, which concluded that Russian President Vladimir Putin interfered with the 2016 election with “a clear preference” for President Donald Trump, was not based on assertions from the infamous Steele Dossier.

This claim appears to be directly refuted by new evidence revealed in the CIA’s June review of the ICA.

The review, commissioned by CIA Director John Ratcliffe, concluded that Brennan pushed to include the Steele Dossier in the ICA.

The dossier was compiled by former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele on behalf of Fusion GPS — a research firm indirectly hired by Hilary Clinton’s campaign through the law firm Perkins Coie, the Associated Press reported. Bush-Appointed Judge Blocks Trump From Ending Birthright Citizenship for Children of Illegal Aliens

A federal judge, appointed by former President George W. Bush, has blocked President Donald Trump’s executive order ending birthright American citizenship for the United States-born children of illegal aliens.

On Thursday, Judge Joseph LaPlante of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire granted a classwide preliminary injunction to illegal aliens who have sued the Trump administration over the order.

The lawsuit is linked to George and Alex Soros’s Open Society Foundations, Breitbart News revealed in April. . .

Last month, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) ruled that lower district courts cannot simply issue nationwide injunctions and can only apply their judgments beyond the areas of their jurisdiction if the plaintiffs can file their complaints in the form of a class action, demonstrating common injuries.

As a result, plaintiffs in the birthright citizenship case sought class certification from the court so that they could fight to have the order halted. (Read more from “Bush-Appointed Judge Blocks Trump From Ending Birthright Citizenship for Children of Illegal Aliens” HERE)

Trump Declares U.S. Is Officially ‘Back’

President Donald Trump declared Thursday that the United States is officially “back” and called on the Federal Reserve to lower interest rates.

Trump took to Truth Social to tout record highs in the stock market and in the crypto universe, where Bitcoin reached an all-time high this week, as well as a lack of inflation.

“Tech Stocks, Industrial Stocks, & NASDAQ, HIT ALL-TIME, RECORD HIGHS! CRYPTO, ‘Through the Roof.’ NVIDIA IS UP 47% SINCE TRUMP TARIFFS. USA is taking in Hundreds of Billions of Dollars in Tariffs. COUNTRY IS NOW ‘BACK.’ A GREAT CREDIT! ” Trump wrote in part, before calling for lower rates.

“FED SHOULD RAPIDLY LOWER RATE TO REFLECT THIS STRENGTH. USA SHOULD BE AT THE ‘TOP OF THE LIST.’ NO INFLATION!!!” he added.

Trump has repeatedly called out Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell, accusing him of keeping interest rates high, but the Fed has declined to lower them to this point despite persistent pressure from the president.

Women Who Claimed Brigitte Macron Was a Man Are Cleared of Defamation

Two women who made false claims that Brigitte Macron was born a man were cleared of defamation charges on Thursday.

The theory peddled by Natacha Rey, a self-described journalist, and Amandine Roy, a clairvoyant, has become fodder for American conspiracy theorists.

The French first lady and her brother, Jean-Michel Trogneux, brought charges against the women last year.

Ms Rey and Ms Roy were found guilty of defamation in September and ordered to pay 8,000 euros (£6,900) in damages to Mrs Macron and 5,000 euros (£4,300) to her brother.

However, on Thursday the Paris court of appeal overturned the conviction as they said the 18 pieces of video called into question by Mrs Macron’s lawyers did not constitute defamation but fell in line with good faith and free speech. Top Dems Suddenly Demand Epstein Files, Allege Cover-up of Trump Involvement

In what some might call a Johnny-come-lately move, congressional Democrats are calling on U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi to release the Jeffrey Epstein files – because they supposedly mention President Trump.

The demand letter arrived Tuesday, the same day Trump upbraided a reporter asking about the Epstein files during a Cabinet meeting before allowing Bondi to respond. For days now, Trump supporters have condemned the attorney general for releasing a two-page memo Sunday claiming there is no Epstein “client list” and that there is no question he commit suicide in jail.

As reported by the Daily Caller, Democratic Maryland Rep. Jamie Raskin, ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, and Democratic New York Rep. Dan Goldman led Committee Democrats in a letter demanding that Bondi release any Epstein-related evidence allegedly referencing Trump that the Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI have withheld.

The letter charged that Bondi’s conduct was “worrisome” and that the DOJ was potentially being employed to cover up wrongdoing by the president, “including information allegedly contained in the Epstein files.”

“In February 2025, you came under intense public criticism after releasing the ‘first phase’ of roughly 200 pages of the Epstein files that consisted largely of information that was already public,” the lawmakers wrote, adding that Bondi reportedly redirected hundreds of FBI agents to review the files.
