Colorado Democrats Push Trans Bill That Was Too Radical For California

Colorado’s “Kelly Loving Act” (HB 1312) is truly one of the most radical, extreme, and anti-family bills ever proposed in our nation’s 249-year history. And that might be an understatement.

HB 1312 purports to provide “legal protections for transgender individuals.” In reality, it facilitates the state ripping children away from their parents if they refuse to go along with their child’s desire to “socially” or “medically transition.”

Indeed, HB 1312’s Section 2 prohibits parents from “misgendering” or “deadnaming” their child from the moment they choose to adopt a new identity. The bill likens such horrible practices — such as parents calling their child by the name they lovingly chose for them — to “abuse” equivalent to “threatening, humiliating, or [other] intimidating actions, including assaults or other abuse.”

If parents refuse, Colorado’s courts could step in and remove the child from their parent’s custody.

The legislation’s Sections 8 and 9 also adds “deadnaming” and “misgendering” to the state’s Anti-Discrimination Act, the same law that was used by the radical Colorado Civil Rights Commission to go after Christian cake artist Jack Phillips. Such a provision would censor the speech of businesses and employees across the state, forcing them to utter falsehoods they know to be untrue — or else. Critics: Deep State UFO Darling Luis Elizondo Revealed as the Fraud He Is

In a small Capitol Hill briefing room, amid talk of extraterrestrials and national security, a former intelligence officer held up a photograph he deemed worthy of the utmost consideration.

“This was taken by a civilian pilot,” said Luis “Lue” Elizondo, a former U.S. Army counterintelligence officer turned UFO disclosure advocate. He squinted at the printout in his hands. “You’d think this information would be important for somebody to look at.

”The grainy image appeared to show a disc-shaped, silvery object floating high above the arid expanse of the American Southwest. Elizondo told attendees it could be anywhere from 600 to 1,000 feet wide. The sighting of the huge object, he said, had occurred at an altitude of 21,000 feet near the Four Corners region where Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico meet. . .

Elizondo’s presentation was meant to reinforce the idea that aliens are among us. Instead, it unraveled within hours.

The photograph quickly made its way to Reddit, where users in the UFO-friendly and aptly named r/UFOs forum took a closer look. One member, mattperkins86, compared it to satellite imagery and pinpointed the spot near Colorado Springs. The supposed “UFO,” it turned out, matched the shape and arrangement of two adjacent, perfectly circular crop fields.

Notably, the darker of the two fields appeared as a shadow under the brighter one — an optical illusion caused by their arrangement and lighting. “Not even a crop circle,” one user scoffed. “Just regular crops in a circle.” (Read more from “Critics: Deep State UFO Darling Luis Elizondo Revealed as the Fraud He Is” HERE)

Fed Whistleblower: They Gave Us Coloring Books, ‘I Realized, Holy S**t, Everybody’s Gay’

Are you old enough to remember when our government operated like a serious institution? Say what you want about our sketchy past, but at the very least, the USA government once projected strength, confidence, and some semblance of order. But fast-forward to today, and now we’ve got grown federal agents participating in something called a “color wall,” literally coloring to cope with the pressures of their job. Sadly, we’re not joking. This was the state of law enforcement and government under the Biden regime: safe spaces, therapy-speak, and grown men coloring like it’s art class at recess. Oh, and everybody is also gay.

A recent hidden-camera interview with a current DHS employee just blew the lid off something many of us already suspected: the US government has been infiltrated by a radical, emotionally chaotic homosexual culture. According to this makeshift whistleblower, the entire system is infested by agents in toxic relationships, drama, weak-minded men, and an overwhelming lesbian/gay presence that isn’t just tolerated; it’s pretty much the entire operating system at this point. The way it sounds, the agent badge should probably come with a juice box and a pronoun.

But honestly, this isn’t just about DHS. It’s about a much bigger mentality that’s infected everything. The Left has mainstreamed this childish, emotionally dependent worldview. It’s a movement that treats normal everyday discomfort as trauma, disagreements as violence, and therapy as a lifestyle. This is a culture that worships safety at the expense of strength and independence. It’s a twisted lifestyle built around group therapy instead of grit, toughing it out, and independence. It’s more about group coddling than individualism. . .

And just wait till you hear what else this whistleblower had to say:

That clip was hard to watch and even harder to process. But every American needs to know what’s going on behind the curtain, no matter how pathetic, unstable, or creepy it looks. This is the current state of our so-called intelligence agencies. And while it might seem like a bad SNL skit, the consequences are deadly serious. Trump Will Start Nominating Federal Judges ‘Rapidly,’ He Says

President Donald Trump will nominate federal judges “rapidly,” he told The Daily Signal on Sunday night.

“We’re putting them in rapidly and trying to get very good ones, but we need judges that are not going to be demanding trials for every single illegal immigrant,” Trump said on Air Force One. “We have millions of people that have come here illegally, and we can’t have a trial for every single person, that would be millions of trials.”

Trump is off to a slower start in nominating judges than his first term, having only nominated one federal judge, Whitney Hermandorfer, who will serve on the 6th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio.

About 100 days into Trump’s first term, the Senate had already confirmed a new Supreme Court justice, Trump had nominated an appeals court judge, and several other prominent judicial nominees were in the queue to be announced within days.

But according to the president, his slow start to judicial nominations is about to morph into a sprint. . .

“The people elected me in a landslide… We won every swing state… by big numbers… not only swing state, but the popular vote by millions of votes… they elected me, this was the number one issue,” Trump said, “and now we have judges that are radicalized, and they’re crazy because … if you believe this, they want us to have a trial for every person that came illegally into our country.” (Read more from “Trump Will Start Nominating Federal Judges ‘Rapidly,’ He Says” HERE)

ICE Nabs Rapists, Child Predators, Gang Members In Deportation Blitz

During the week marking President Donald Trump’s first 100 days in office, ICE agents carried out a series of high-profile arrests of migrants with criminal records, according to a document first shared with the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Starting the week of his 100-day mark, booking photos of illegal migrants with convictions or pending charges were displayed along the White House north lawn’s perimeter. Throughout the week, ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) made major arrests across the country, with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) releasing details and photos of five of their most significant cases.

“Every single day I receive a report on my desk of the murderers, rapists, child abusers, and other sickos that our ICE enforcement agents are arresting around the country,” DHS Secretary Kristi Noem wrote on a social media post while showing additional arrests. “Under President Trump, we have arrested over 150,000 aliens—including more than 600 members of the vicious Tren de Aragua gang. If you are here illegally and break the law, we will hunt you down, arrest you and lock you up.”

ERO Detroit arrested Ludwig Ivan Castaneda-Gonzalez, a 33-year-old Mexican national, this week in Holland, Michigan. According to DHS, Castaneda-Gonzalez’s criminal history includes a conviction for criminal sexual conduct involving a person aged 13 to 15, which encompasses all sex offenses under Michigan law. Trump Names Possible Successors And Gives Answer On Third Term

President Donald Trump hinted at who might carry the torch after his administration, offering praise for Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio — while saying he’s not eyeing a third term.

In a May 4 interview on NBC’s Meet the Press, Trump was asked about his political future and the next generation of Republican leadership.

“It’s far too early to say that. But, you know, I do have a vice president … and JD’s doing a fantastic job,” Trump said. “I don’t want to get involved in that. I think he’s a fantastic, brilliant guy. Marco is great. There’s a lot of them that are great. We have a lot of good people in this party.”

While some corners of the conservative movement have pushed for Trump to explore a third term — despite the clear constraints of the 22nd Amendment — the president appeared to downplay the possibility. (Read more from “Trump Names Possible Successors And Gives Answer On Third Term” HERE)

Trump Admin Ends All Beagle Experimentation at NIH

Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, President Donald Trump’s director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), announced the closure of the agency’s last remaining beagle experiment lab over the weekend after former NIH physician Dr. Anthony Fauci’s horrific beagle-testing scandal was exposed.

“It’s very easy, for instance, to cure Alzheimer’s in mice. But those things don’t translate to humans,” Bhattacharya told Fox News host Rachel Campos-Duffy on Sunday:

“So we put forward a policy to replace animals in research with technological advances, AI and other tools, that actually translate better to human health.”

When he made the announcement that “We got rid of all of the beagle experiments on NIH campus,” Campus-Duffy said, “Amen.”

NIH confirmed the move on social media, saying it has enacted an “initiative to expand innovative, human-based science while reducing animal use in research, including getting rid of all the beagle experiments on the NIH campus.” (Read more from “Trump Admin Ends All Beagle Experimentation at NIH” HERE)

Newly Released Emails Show Politicized FBI Targeting Trump Officials For Obeying The Law

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, has released a series of emails from 2022 showing the FBI attempted to crush a member of the first Trump administration for refusing to bow to the Jan. 6 Committee’s unlawful demands.

Grassley explains the emails in an April 29 letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel.

“My office has obtained Biden administration emails regarding the investigation and later prosecution of Peter Navarro,” Grassley wrote. “These communications provide a behind-the-scenes snapshot of some of the actions taken by the FBI’s Washington Field Office (WFO) to investigate Navarro for contempt of Congress and obstruction.”

Navarro was an adviser to President Donald Trump in his first term. Because of his close access to Trump, the highly partisan “House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol” gave Navarro a subpoena to appear in front of them to present testimony and documents about what happened that day.

He did not appear. Neither did White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications Dan Scavino, former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, or former Trump adviser Steve Bannon. They refused to do so because the Jan. 6 Committee was illegally established and lacked the legal authority to issue subpoenas. White House Budget Features ‘Historic’ Increases In Defense Spending, Slashes Woke Funding

The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) released President Donald Trump’s discretionary budget request for the fiscal year 2026 on Friday, showing big increases in border and defense spending as well as massive cuts to woke funding priorities instituted by President Joe Biden’s administration.

The new budget reduces non-defense discretionary spending by $163 billion, or 23%, from the 2025 enacted level. That is the lowest non-defense spending level since 2017, according to OMB.

At the same time, defense spending will be increased by 13% under the proposed budget, and appropriations for the Department of Homeland Security will be increased by almost 65%, OMB said. In a release, OMB said that the increases in funding are “to ensure that our military and other agencies repelling the invasion of our border have the resources they need to complete the mission.”

The funding increases will be achieved if the “One Big Beautiful Bill” passes. OMB said in a release that it will be enacted “with a simple majority in the Congress,” and warns against Democrats holding it hostage “for wasteful spending increases that have been the status quo in Washington.”

“For decades, the biggest complaint about the Federal Budget was wasteful spending and bloated bureaucracy,” Russ Vought, director of the Office of Management and Budget, said in a statement on Friday morning. “But over the last four years, Government spending aggressively turned against the American people and trillions of our dollars were used to fund cultural Marxism, radical Green New Scams, and even our own invasion.” (Read more from “White House Budget Features ‘Historic’ Increases In Defense Spending, Slashes Woke Funding” HERE)

Chinese Slavery-Linked Temu Halts Shipments From China to U.S.

Chinese discount shopping website Temu has halted shipments of goods from China to the United States, as President Donald Trump ended a loophole last month that had allowed duties, or tariffs, to be lifted on small shipments.

The Wall Street Journal reported that a Temu spokesperson confirmed that the company would not be shipping goods from China to U.S., and explained that the “shift is part of Temu’s ongoing adjustments to improve service levels.”

Per the outlet, in “recent days,” Temu has been “shifted to labeling everything as ‘local,’ meaning items that had already been imported to the U.S. in bulk and are sitting in U.S. warehouses:

In recent days, its website shifted to labeling everything as “local,” meaning items that had already been imported to the U.S. in bulk and are sitting in U.S. warehouses. Those items are typically more expensive than products that came under the de minimis provision and were shipped directly to consumers.

In a White House fact sheet from April 2, it was revealed that Trump had signed an executive order “eliminating duty-free de minimis treatment to low-value imports from China.”
