Trump’s FCC Chairman Hammers Twitter, Facebook for Censorship, Viewpoint Discrimination Against Conservatives

The head of the Federal Communications Commission is going on the offensive against tech companies in an effort to make his case for repealing net neutrality rules.

FCC chairman Ajit Pai on Tuesday accused Twitter (TWTR, Tech30) and other tech companies of being disingenuous by arguing for a free and open internet while they “routinely block or discriminate against content they don’t like.”

The remarks came as part of a speech on his recently revealed plan to unravel Obama-era net neutrality protections at a telecom policy event in Washington DC. The 2015 rules were intended to keep the internet open and fair by preventing broadband providers from playing favorites with online content . . .

Pai, a Republican commissioner appointed to head the agency by President Trump, specifically called out Twitter for appearing to have a “double standard when it comes to suspending or de-verifying conservative users’ accounts as opposed to those of liberal users. Elizabeth Warren Uses Trump ‘Racial Slur’ to Solicit Cash

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., is featuring President Trump’s “Pocahontas” dig in a new fundraising email to supporters.

The senator has accused Trump of attacking her with a “racist slur” during a ceremony Monday at the White House honoring World War II Navajo code talkers.

“Trump stood right next to those Native American war heroes and came after me with another racist slur,” she states in the email dispatch.

During the ceremony, Trump told the code talkers, now in their 90s: “You’re very, very special people. You were here long before any of us were here. Although we have a representative in Congress who they say was here a long time ago. They call her Pocahontas. But you know what? I like you. Because you are special.”

Trump frequently referred to Warren during the 2016 presidential campaign as “Fauxcahontas,” playing on the senator’s unsubstantiated claim that she might be 1/32 Cherokee. (Read more from “Elizabeth Warren Uses Trump ‘Racial Slur’ to Solicit Cash” HERE)

Conflicting Accounts on How Border Agent Died

. . .More than a week after border patrol agent Rogelio Martinez was mortally wounded — and days after his burial — Martinez’s family still has no idea how he died.

Several officials have called the west Texas incident an “attack” or “ambush.” President Donald Trump cited it as a reason to build his border wall.

Culberson County Sheriff Oscar Carrillo told CNN he arrived at the scene and helped attend to Martinez, who was alive at that point and in the culvert. He said the scene didn’t look like one of an attack or ambush, and to suggest so, as some people have, is “very premature.”

Carrillo had earlier told The Dallas Morning News the injuries may be consistent with a fall into the culvert where Martinez and his partner were found. (Read more from “Conflicting Accounts on How Border Agent Died” HERE)

Somali Refugee Who Raped 2 U.S. Women at Knifepoint Walks Free

It’s been six years since Somali refugee Mohammed Ali Mohammed, then age 14, sexually assaulted two women at knifepoint on consecutive nights in Salt Lake City.

Mohammed, now just one month from his 21st birthday, attacked one woman who was standing outside of her home on Aug. 14, 2011 . . .

On the following night, the teenager from Somalia broke into another woman’s home and beat her before demanding she go to an ATM and withdraw $400 for him.

Fast-forward to Monday, Nov. 27, 2017. After serving six years in juvenile detention center, Mohammed sat in court and admitted to doing “very, very horrible things” as a teenager . . .

Because he is about to age out of the juvenile system, Judge Vernice Trease had the option of sentencing Mohammed to a term in the Utah State Prison or let him walk free on probation. She chose the latter. (Read more from “Somali Refugee Who Raped 2 U.S. Women at Knifepoint Walks Free” HERE)

Tax Vote Down to McCain

. . .After sinking his party’s hopes of repealing the Affordable Care Act this year with a dramatic thumbs-down, the fate of a tax overhaul may now sit in the hands of the Republican from Arizona. In recent days, Mr. McCain has been fairly tight-lipped about his views on the tax proposal speeding through the Senate, saying he sees some problems with the existing bill but is waiting for a final plan before making a decision.

Asked about what concerned him about the Senate tax bill this week, Mr. McCain replied tersely: “A lot of things.”

Even those who know Mr. McCain best are unsure how he will vote, but if history is any guide, Republicans have reason to worry.

Mr. McCain has voted against big tax cuts before, including two that passed under another Republican president: George W. Bush. In that case, he bucked the majority of his party on the grounds that the 2001 and 2003 cuts overwhelmingly benefited the rich — a widespread criticism of the current Senate legislation and the bill that has already passed the House. Mr. McCain is also a deficit hawk and could find it hard to swallow a tax cut that will add around $1.5 trillion to the federal debt over 10 years. (Read more from “Tax Vote Down to McCain” HERE)

Limbaugh Reveals Democratic Front-Runner for 2020

Talk-radio superstar Rush Limbaugh says the front-runner for the 2020 Democratic Party nomination for president “as we sit here today” is Bernie Sanders.

And his opponent for that nomination will be Michelle Obama.

“You disagree with me or you don’t believe it? Well, believe it, because the Democrat Party is no more the Democrat Party. The Democrat Party is the party of American communism,” he said on his radio program Monday.

“And if you look at what Bernie Sanders stands for, where did Bernie Sanders honeymoon? Moscow. Bernie Sanders sidles up to the traditional enemies of this country. And Bernie Sanders is the most popular right now Democratic presidential candidate in the Democrat Party. It isn’t Joe Bite Me, and it isn’t Al Franken. And it isn’t Elizabeth Fauxcahontas Warren, and it’s not Kamala Harris. It is Bernie Sanders. And it’s not even close. Bernie Sanders, hands down.”

Sanders lost to Hillary Clinton for the Democratic Party nomination in 2016 in a race in which Democratic officials admitted they were working on behalf of Clinton during the primary. (Read more from “Limbaugh Reveals Democratic Front-Runner for 2020” HERE)

White House Official Leaks Bombshell Statement on Roy Moore

President Donald Trump will not campaign for Alabama Republican senatorial candidate Roy Moore prior to the Dec. 12 special election, a White House official said on Monday.

The official, who was not authorized to reveal Trump’s plans publicly, spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity.

Trump will not campaign on Moore’s behalf, despite his recent public statements regarding the allegations that Moore romantically pursued multiple teenage girls when he was in his 30s and an assistant district attorney in Alabama.

Prior to his departure from the White House on Tuesday to spend Thanksgiving at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, Trump said that Moore “totally denies” the accusations, which stemmed from events that purportedly occurred 40 years ago, NPR reported.

Trump also remarked on Moore’s opponent, former U.S. Attorney Doug Jones, saying that “we don’t need a liberal person” in the Senate.

“I can tell you one thing for sure,” Trump said, “we don’t need a liberal person in there, a Democrat.”

Trump added that he has looked at Jones’ record and contended that, “It’s terrible on crime. It’s terrible on the border. It’s terrible on the military.”

The president insisted that “we do not need somebody that’s bad on crime, bad on borders, bad on the military, bad on the Second Amendment.”

In a Sunday tweet, Trump continued to make his case against Jones, claiming that he would be a “Schumer/Pelosi” puppet should he be elected to the U.S. Senate.

Trump’s tweets and remarks have led to speculation that he might campaign on behalf of Moore.

Moore has been accused by two women of making unwanted advancements on them decades ago, when he was in his 30s and they were teenagers.

Multiple other women have come forward claiming that Moore pursued romantic relationships with them while they were in their teens.

Moore has denied all of the allegations and said he is the victim of a “witch hunt,” according to The Washington Post.

Even prior to the allegations against Moore, Jones’ campaign claimed that Moore was “unfit” for office. (For more from the author of “White House Official Leaks Bombshell Statement on Roy Moore” please click HERE)

Russian Jet Buzzes US Navy Spy Plane Over Black Sea

A Russian Su-30 fighter jet buzzed a Navy reconnaissance plane flying in the Black Sea while conducting a routine patrol in international airspace Saturday, an official told Fox News.

The Russian jet crossed 50 feet in front of the Navy P-8 in full afterburner causing “violent turbulence,” the official said. The provocation lasted 24 minutes.

It appears to be first known incident of this type since June, when an armed Russian fighter jet buzzed a U.S. Air Force reconnaissance aircraft over the Baltic Sea. The Russian Su-27 jet had air-to-air missiles under its wings and approached the U.S. Air Force RC-135 recon jet “rapidly,” coming within 5 feet of the American aircraft, officials said.

Once alongside, the Russian jet was “provocative” in its flight maneuvers and flying “erratically,” according to another official. . .

Multiple U.S Navy F/A-18 jets were dispatched to escort two Russian TU-95 bombers away from the ship currently stationed near North Korea and operating in the Sea of Japan, according to Navy officials. (Read more from “Russian Jet Buzzes US Navy Spy Plane Over Black Sea” HERE)

Terry Crews Says Agent Who Groped Him Is Getting ‘a Pass’ After Returning to Work

Terry Crews is not happy about what’s become of his sexual assault allegations.

After reports surfaced that the man he named as his assailant in a 2016 incident has been allowed to return to work, the “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” star isn’t pulling any punches in saying he believes he got a pass.

The Hollywood Reporter first confirmed the news that Adam Venit had returned to WME after serving a one-month unpaid suspension for his alleged actions against Crews.

“SOMEONE GOT A PASS,” Crews tweeted along with the outlet’s reporting of the news.

It’s worth mentioning that Venit is not returning to his usual position at the company. In addition to his suspension, he’s been demoted from his position as the head of the motion picture department. Upon his return, he reportedly gave a tearful apology to staff at his first morning meeting back. Venit reps several high-profile clients in showbusiness including Steve Martin, Adam Sandler, Shawn Levy, Sylvester Stallone, Diane Keaton, Eddie Murphy and Vince Vaughn. Charles Manson’s Will Unearthed

A handwritten will drafted by the late Charles Manson has been unearthed, revealing a multitude of interesting requests from the notorious killer.

TMZ reported that a 2002 will written by Manson requested all of his belongings be given to a pen pal.

The pen pal, whose identity remained anonymous, reportedly began writing and calling Manson during the 1990s. The two kept in touch for roughly 20 years, with the pen pal claiming to have visited Manson while the convicted murderer was in prison.

The first meeting between the two reportedly occurred in 2002, the year the will was written.

The will, dated Feb. 14 of that year, also showed that Manson disinherited his ex-wives, in-laws, children and the State of California.

Also on Manson’s disinheritance list were friends, inmates, guards, lawyers, cops and prisoners.

Manson also requested his body be given to his pen pal upon his death. According to TMZ, Manson’s pen pal has 10 days to claim the body or the prison will cremate it.

TMZ also reported that the witness signature on the will was provided by an inmate.

The pen pal will also receive Manson’s “exclusive catalog” of music, which reportedly features over 100 songs, as reported by the U.K. Daily Mail.

It wasn’t specified whether the Beach Boys song, “Never Learn Not to Love,” for which Manson was an uncredited songwriter, is in the music catalog.

Manson’s will also included a note that said he was “not in the best spot to rest in peace,” and that his requests had already been told to the pen pal.

Manson died on Nov. 19 at the age of 83 in a Kern County, California, hospital.

His health had reportedly been failing in the past few months. He was rushed to the hospital for a sigmoid lesion and intestinal bleeding back in January.

The infamous cult leader spent over 40 years behind bars after multiple murders committed by his followers in 1969.

A day after Manson’s death, the Association of Deputy District Attorneys of California recalled a quote originally stated by Vincent Bugliosi, the man who prosecuted Manson.

“Manson was an evil, sophisticated con man with twisted and warped moral values,” the statement read. “Manson’s victims are the ones who should be remembered and mourned on the occasion of his death.” (For more from the author of “Charles Manson’s Will Unearthed” please click HERE)
