Why Mike Pence and Jeff Sessions Should Resign

We must all be Michael Morell now.

We must resign.

Morell resigned from his post as non-resident senior fellow of Harvard’s Kennedy School after the gender-bending traitor formerly known as Bradley Manning was invited also to be a visiting fellow this year.

In doing so, Morell still managed to grovel at the feet of the Rainbow Jihad, stating his support for Manning’s bra- and makeup-wearing fetish. But apparently he was not willing to become a total shill for the destruction of his country. The overall thrust of his argument was that we are running out of grownups in a world that must do better at sorting the good from the terribly bad.

Morell explained in his resignation letter that the Kennedy School’s invitation to Manning will “assist Ms. Manning [sic] in her [sic] long-standing effort to legitimize the criminal path that she [sic] took to prominence” and “may encourage others to leak classified information as well.”

You bet your cuck it does. Which begs this follow-up question: Who else in the current American political landscape has legitimized a path to fame and influence that has encouraged others to behave according to all their worst impulses and intuitions?

I’ll give you a hint: He’s spent almost a year now MAGA-ing his way to improving the standing of Obamacare and cozying up to amnesty — otherwise arguably known as the greatest political betrayal of an election platform in the history of American politics.

That’s right! Mistuh Twump is your guy.

That’s why the time to hope for the best with him, as I publicly did immediately following his election after months of #NeverTrump activism, is dead and gone. It is now abundantly clear for all to see that Trump has perpetuated a fraud and must actively be opposed. For no one is more fervently #NeverTrump than Trump himself.

We must resign from the notion that he is “better than Hillary.” Spending the month of September trading bedroom eyes with Democratic leadership isn’t a gambit of four-dimensional chess. Oh, no. Because Hillary was right about this: It does indeed take a village, and Trump has chosen his.

He’s a New York progressive. Always was. Which means he lies. A lot.

He’s a progressive who wore various masks, going back to 2011, when he became a Republican and began his long con. But now he’s like Will Ferrell’s character in the movie “Old School” — just publicly admitting that the man he really wants to be is the one who drunkenly strips buck-naked and runs through the streets because that’s his narcissistic version of “Chariots of Fire.”

We must resign from emoting, psychologizing, or parsing both our logic and our hopes as if such a tawdry scam can be remade to our liking or its damage can be minimized because of the magic R. Trump counts on that. He counted on that all the way to the White House.

Enough already.

G.K. Chesterton wisely said that “evil always take advantage of ambiguity.” Preach? In fact, preach it high and preach it low.

So we must resign from refusing to make the main thing the main thing. Either we are a nation built on the laws of nature and nature’s God, or we are not. And if we are, men like Vice President Mike Pence and Attorney General Jeff Sessions should resign from their cherished seats at the table in protest.

Because those seats at the table were never any better than playing Russian roulette. But now the deal has been altered further, and winning simply isn’t an option unless you refuse to play the game. Because even if you manage to avoid that first bullet in the chamber, Trump has made it clear the game is rigged against everyone. There’s a hand grenade with the pin pulled under every seat.

So resign. Write a big, fat John Hancock that says “no more,” and do everything you can to alter our wretched course. Because staying on board while Trump hands the reins to his new BFFs “Chuck and Nancy” makes you an accomplice to the scam. Democrat Releases WORST Campaign Ad You Will EVER See

This is … this is just … there’s nothing I can write that will prepare you for what will undoubtedly be the worst campaign advertisement you’ve ever seen.

Meet Dan Helmer. He’s a Democrat running for Congress in Virginia’s 10th district against Republican Rep. Barbara Comstock. He just released this new campaign ad, and I made it 14 seconds before I had to turn it off.

Can you do better?

My editor said I had to watch the whole thing if I wanted to write about it, so, let’s discuss.

Everything is wrong with this vid. The cheesy “Top Gun” rip-off in the beginning. The “Veteran” t-shirt that lets you know, “Hey, this guy is a veteran!” Because, apparently, there was no subtler way to tell people that.

And then there’s the atmosphere. This guy pulls up on a motorcycle to a driving, crunchy guitar riff and walks into a bar. What a badass.

Then Mr. Badass Democrat breaks into off-key sing-song. “Cringe-worthy” is an understatement.

Everything you need to know about this ad can be summed up by the first YouTube comment from Ipayne5001: “Yo bro there’s still time to remove this before anyone sees it.”

It’s too late, Ipayne5001. We’ve seen it, and we can’t go back. (For more from the author of “Democrat Releases WORST Campaign Ad You Will EVER See” please click HERE)

‘Angel Mom’ Blasts CA Sanctuary State ‘Insanity’

Lawmakers in California on Saturday passed “sanctuary state” legislation to limit police cooperation with federal immigration authorities and give illegal immigrations additional protections from federal law enforcement.

Sabine Durden, a legal immigrant and “Angel Mom,” blasted the approved bill on Fox & Friends Monday morning.

“It’s an insult. It’s insanity on steroids to claim that this is protecting the immigrant community,” Durden said.

“They don’t protect anybody but their votes and their cheap labor, and they’re placing every American and every legal immigrant like me in danger because everybody’s gonna flood to California like they flooded to other sanctuary cities.”

“At what point will politicians, and mayors, and governors finally stand up for those who belong here, and take care of us?”

Durden is not an activist by choice. Durden’s son, Dominic, was killed five years ago in a fatal motorcycle crash involving an illegal immigrant. On July 12, 2012, Dominic, 30, was traveling to work when Juan Zacarias Lopez Tzun took a wrong turn driving an unlicensed pickup truck. Dominic was killed instantly in the crash. Tzun was an illegal immigrant from Guatemala with a record of drunk driving convictions.

Durden told the hosts of Fox & Friends that she wouldn’t be talking to them right now if the United States had enforced its immigration laws.

“My son would still be alive, so many others would still be alive if our politicians and elected officials would finally stand up for us,” an emotional Durden said. “I don’t understand it, I still don’t get it, why they fight so hard for illegals who don’t have a right to be here.”

Asked to comment on President Trump’s handling of the illegal immigration issue, Durden said, “I will stand with my president,” but “there are things I wish we would be further on.”

“I would love to extend an invitation to my president to meet with me, meet me for ten minutes, and let me refresh what we talked about on July 10, 2015, and help him understand how important it is to not allow amnesty for anybody here,” Durden said.

“We have Americans in need. We have people that need our government. I’m at loss how slow things are moving, how slow Congress and [the] Senate are moving.” (For more from the author of “‘Angel Mom’ Blasts CA Sanctuary State ‘Insanity'” please click HERE)

Trump Suggests He Could Pull Out of Iran Deal

President Donald Trump said Monday at the U.N. that he will be making a decision regarding whether to scrap the Iran nuclear deal “very soon.”

Trump’s comments to reporters came as he sat down for a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who strongly opposes the Obama administration-championed international agreement.

According to the terms of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, the United States must certify in October whether Iran is in compliance with the deal.

Asked by a reporter whether he plans to keep the U.S. in the agreement, Trump responded, “You’ll see very soon.”

In an address before a joint session of Congress in 2015, Netanyahu contended that the deal “doesn’t block Iran’s path to the bomb, it paves Iran’s path to the bomb.”

While aboard Air Force One on Thursday, Trump restated his disapproval of the agreement’s terms, a view he expressed multiple times as a presidential candidate.

“But I will say this, the Iran deal is one of the worst deals I’ve ever seen, certainly at a minimum the spirit of the deal is just atrociously kept. But the Iran deal is not a fair deal to this country. It’s a deal that should have never ever been made. And you’ll see what we’re doing in a couple of weeks,” he said of his decision regarding American participation in the agreement.

Trump added that Iran has “violated so many different elements” of the deal and the United States is “not going to stand for what they (Iran) are doing.”

“Every 90 days, the U.S. President must certify to Congress that Iran is keeping up its end of the deal,” CNN reported. “If Iran doesn’t comply, US, European Union, and UN nuclear-related sanctions on the Iranian economy would be reinstated.”

Last fall, the United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency found that the Islamic Republic produced too much heavy water, a material which is used to cool reactors that produce plutonium.

In February, Iran conducted ballistic missiles tests, which, while they were not in violation of the nuclear deal, did violate a U.N. resolution passed just days after the agreement was signed.

Iran is “called upon not to undertake any activity related to ballistic missiles designed to be capable of delivering nuclear weapons, including launches using such ballistic missile technology,” according to the text of the resolution.

Iran argued that the missiles could not carry nuclear weapons.

After Trump’s Monday comments at the U.N., Iranian President Hassan Rouhani told CNN the U.S. would pay a price if it pulls out of the agreement.

“Exiting such an agreement would carry a high cost for the United States of America, and I do not believe Americans would be willing to pay such a high cost for something that will be useless for them,” he said.

“Given that Mr. Trump’s actions and reactions and policies are somewhat unpredictable, we have thought long and hard about our reactions,” Rouhani added.

He said any response from Iran would come “quite swiftly” and “probably within a week,” adding that “if the US wants to increase the tensions it will see the reaction from Iran.” (For more from the author of “Trump Suggests He Could Pull Out of Iran Deal” please click HERE)

Hillary Had No Idea Why People Chanted ‘Lock Her Up’ During The Election

In a new interview, Hillary Clinton revealed that she had no idea why people chanted “lock her up” during the 2016 election.

Clinton told NPR that “the first time [I was] actually aware of hearing [Lock Her Up] was at the Republican convention. I think it went on before that. I didn’t pay a lot of attention to it. I thought, ‘OK, fine. He is whipping up his crowds. He is throwing them red meat, and I’m Exhibit A of that.’”

“But when they brought it inside to their convention, so that it became, in effect, part of the historic record of the general election, I was stunned,” She continued. “I thought, What are they talking about and why are they saying this?”

Clinton also added that it was “not only wrong — because obviously there was no basis for it — but it was politics at a very high level being affected by the most dangerous partisan hyperbole.” (Read more from “Hillary Had No Idea Why People Chanted ‘Lock Her Up’ During The Election” HERE)

Pro-Trump TV Pundit Alleges Rape in New Filing Against Fox News

Scottie Nell Hughes, a pro-Trump TV pundit, has filed a jaw dropping lawsuit against Fox News.

The lawsuit pointedly names 21st Century Fox, Fox News, Executive VP Diane Brandi, Spokeswoman Irena Briganti, and Fox Business anchor Charles Payne. The suit was filed on Monday and includes a variety of allegations that range from rape and sexual harassment to “retaliation inflicted by Fox News executives in order to protect male, on-air talent.”

Hughes’s Manhattan-based attorney, Douglas Wigdor, claims that after she “confidentially” told Fox News about the sexual harassment and rape, network execs “ruthlessly” leaked her name to the National Enquirer along with a “self-serving statement” by Payne apologizing for having an “affair” that transpired between 2013 and 2015.

Hughes’s lawsuit states that Payne raped her. (Read more from “Pro-Trump TV Pundit Alleges Rape in New Filing Against Fox News” HERE)

Ex-Secret Service Warns: Trump ‘in Genuine Danger’

Dan Bongino is best known to American conservatives today as a former congressional candidate, talk-show host and fiery commentator.

But the position he says he will always be proudest of is that of “Special Agent, United States Secret Service.”

And the man who once guarded the commander in chief has a terrifying warning in his new book “Protecting The President” – Donald Trump is in jeopardy unless there is reform.

“The president of the United States is in genuine danger if the Secret Service doesn’t change course soon and evolve with the rapidly changing threat environment,” Bongino writes. “The threats to the White House and the president are swiftly evolving in this new era of weaponized drones, micro-sized video surveillance technology, vehicle attacks on civilians, small arms tactical assaults, and technologically advanced and difficult-to-detect explosives. And if the decision makers in the Secret Introduction Service refuse to evolve with this series of threats, then, tragically, we may suffer the first loss of a president since John F. Kennedy.”

Bongino describes the agency as suffering an “existential” crisis and reeling from recent scandals. And the former agent has provided a sober, detailed look at how one of America’s elite law enforcement agencies has sabotaged itself. Hillary Considers Challenging Legitimacy of Trump Win

Hillary Clinton on Monday would not rule out the possibility of challenging the results of the 2016 presidential election, saying it’s clear the Russians influenced the outcome and that the legitimacy of President Trump’s victory could be called into question as congressional and independent probes into Russian involvement move forward.

In an interview with NPR, the former secretary of state — who will speak in Washington on Monday evening as part of her nationwide book tour — would not rule out formally contesting the results of the election.

“I wouldn’t rule it out,” she said, though she quickly admitted there’s virtually no legal path forward, and that challenging election results at this point would be unprecedented.

“There are scholars, academics, who have arguments that it would be [possible], but I don’t think they’re on strong ground. But people are making those arguments. I just don’t think we have a mechanism,” Mrs. Clinton said. (Read more from “Hillary Considers Challenging Legitimacy of Trump Win” HERE)

New York Times Report: Hillary Expected Media’s Help

New York Times reporter Amy Chozick said Sunday that Hillary Clinton is blaming the news media for her loss in 2016 as if it was reporters’ responsibility to get her elected.

In an interview Sunday on CNN, Chozick said Clinton’s comments about the media’s role in the election in her new book What Happened suggest that its coverage played a factor in President Trump’s win.

“The way she presents it in the book is a little bit like it was our job to get Hillary Clinton elected,” she said. “Now, our job was to inform voters about their choices and how those choices would impact their lives, whether it was about Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump or any other candidate.”

Clinton and her supporters, and even some commentators in the press, have said the media failed to thoroughly scrutinize Trump while paying too much attention to Clinton’s email controversy. (Read more from “New York Times Report: Hillary Expected Media’s Help” HERE)

Could NASA Really Defuse a Supervolcano? Plan Sparks Doomsday Fears

By WND. Amid a summertime swarm of hundreds of earthquakes underneath Yellowstone National Park, NASA is developing a plan to tame a “supervolcano” that some experts believe is well overdue for a catastrophic eruption.

The scientists’ plan: cool down the volcano . . .

Brian Wilcox of NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory at the California Institute of Technology told the BBC an attempt to drill from the top of the magma chamber could accidentally cause the very thing the drilling was designed to prevent. To avoid that risk, he suggested drilling from outside the borders of Yellowstone and coming into the supervolcano from the lower side.

But some suggest such schemes are doomed regardless of how they are executed. Jerusalem Rabbi Rami Levy said science has limits and told Breaking Israel News natural disasters and earthquakes will be an inevitable feature of the end times.

Joel Richardson, New York Times best-selling author of “The Islamic Antichrist” and the new book “Mystery Babylon,” urged caution, insisting such disasters are not necessarily a sign the end is nigh. But he said they could have supernatural significance. (Read more from “NASA Plan to Stop Supervolcano Sparks Doomsday Fears” HERE)

How NASA Plans to Prevent a Supervolcanic Eruption in Yellowstone National Park

By Phillip Perry. What’s more, monitors are set up all over the area to pick up any volcanic activity. So what is a supervolcano and is there any way to stop it? It all starts with the VEI. The Volcanic Explosivity Index (VEI) is a scale used to measure how explosive a volcanic eruption is. It was devised in 1982 by Chris Newhall at the US Geological Survey (USGS) and Stephen Self at the University of Hawaii. With it, scientists classify current and historic eruptions . . .

The BBC recently reported a special NASA plan to counteract a supervolcano. In truth, there’s really nothing anyone can do to stop an eruption. Yet Brian Wilcox of NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) is developing countermeasures. NASA’s plan is to drill into the supervolcano and fill it with cold water to cool it down, much like how a radiator in a car works. The constant flow of steam would then provide a source of renewable energy with no carbon footprint.

The trouble is, cooling the lava upfront does nothing for the magma behind it. There are thousands of cubic kilometers of it to cool. Such efforts therefore would probably not be enough. Perhaps such a plan could quell the supervolcano for a short time but not forever. A devastating eruption would eventually occur.

Not to worry though. The scientists who monitor Yellowstone say it shouldn’t blow anytime in the next few thousand years. According to USGS, the odds that it’ll erupt in any given year is one in 730,000 or 0.00014%. It’s about the same risk as a large asteroid slamming into the Earth.
