Mayor Accused of Covering up Plot to Resist Trump’s Mass Deportation Plans

Government watchdog Judicial Watch is suing Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson for records related to his reported plans to resist the Trump administration’s mass deportation efforts. Johnson’s office is now facing an open records lawsuit after denying that such documents exist.

In the aftermath of President Donald Trump’s election win, on November 12, the Democrat mayor held a press conference where he pledged that Chicago would remain a so-called “sanctuary city,” i.e. a liberal jurisdiction that refuses to cooperate with federal immigration authorities. In accordance, city officials will continue to shield all illegal aliens in Chicago from federal deportation officers, Johnson promised.

Trump’s border czar Tom Homan, who’s tasked with leading the “largest domestic deportation operation in American history,” said he’d cut off federal funds from cities, such as Chicago, that do not assist U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. Chicago is on the list of the first “sanctuary cities” to be cleaned up under Trump. Homan warned that Johnson better not “impede” the Trump administration’s work or else face prosecution. “If he knowingly harbors or conceals an illegal alien—I will prosecute him,” Homan said of Johnson.

Johnson, speaking for the first time on the outcome of the presidential race, called Trump “a tyrant” and those threats “dangerous.” (Read more from “Mayor Accused of Covering up Plot to Resist Trump’s Mass Deportation Plans” HERE)

Zelensky Calls For U.S. Troops in Ukraine

Intensifying talk in European capitals about sending peacekeepers to Ukraine’s front lines is welcome but it won’t work without American boots on the ground, President Volodymyr Zelensky says at the Davos World Economic Forum meeting.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky has been at Davos this week drumming up support, but also attempting to ingratiate himself with President Donald Trump by acting as a conduit for America First messaging to European leaders. Nevertheless, Bloomberg reports the Ukrainian “bristled” at the suggestion the United States wouldn’t put boots on the ground in Ukraine to deter further Russian aggression.

The conversation follows months of talk in Europe, particularly in capitals like Paris, Warsaw, and London, about what happens when the now apparently inevitable ceasefire comes. Preventing Russia from simply using a pause as a chance to catch its breath, re-arm, and then attack anew after a short break is the main concern and European leaders have told President Zelensky they would want to consider deploying their own armies to Ukraine to prevent Russia from renewing hostilities.

But forward-deploying NATO like this and de facto welcoming Ukraine into its protective embrace wouldn’t work, President Zelensky reportedly told Bloomberg on the side-lines of Davos, without American manpower. He is reported to have said: “It can’t be without the United States… Even if some European friends think it can be, no it can’t be. Nobody will risk without the United States.”

As well as the United States, Zelensky also expressed optimism that China might be persuaded to force Russia to peace, because so much of Russia’s economy and military supply relies on Beijing. While “President Trump is the strongest”, Xi Jinping “can push Putin for peace, I’m sure”. (Read more from “Zelensky Calls For U.S. Troops in Ukraine” HERE)

Pete Hegseth Clears Major Procedural Hurdle — One Step Closer to Confirmation

Defense Secretary Nominee Pete Hegseth got one step closer to confirmation after his nomination passed a major procedural hurdle on Thursday afternoon.

The full Senate voted 51-49 to consider Hegseth’s nomination, which will likely take place Friday evening.

Hegseth’s nomination advanced despite a last-ditch effort by Senate Democrats to derail it.

On Tuesday, NBC News reported that Hegseth’s estranged ex-sister-in-law claimed he was abusive towards his ex-wife Samantha Deering — despite Deering telling NBC News that there was no abuse in their marriage and what they were planning to report was “inaccurate.”

Furthermore, both the ex-sister-in-law, Danielle Dietrich — who was married to and divorced from Hegseth’s brother, and Deering were interviewed by the FBI for Hegseth’s background investigation, and the investigation results came back as “unremarkable.” (Read more from “Pete Hegseth Clears Major Procedural Hurdle — One Step Closer to Confirmation” HERE)

J6 Investigation To Move To Judiciary Committee To Help Republicans Uncover FBI Abuses

By Townhall. Liz Cheney was pardoned by former President Joe Biden for her crimes against America, but congressional investigators will continue to uncover the truth of what really happened at the 2020 election protest at the United States Capitol — including the presence of FBI informants in the crowd, the placement and discovery of pipe bombs at party offices, and various other FBI abuses.

A new select subcommittee led by Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., will be established under the Judiciary Committee to continue the work of the previous Congress, according to multiple sources familiar with the plan. Loudermilk led the previous effort as chair of the House Administration Oversight Subcommittee. That subcommittee released and published 40,000 hours of security footage from Jan. 6, uncovered interviews suppressed by Cheney’s committee that disputed her made-for-TV allegations, and referred Cheney for prosecution over her tampering with star witness Cassidy Hutchinson. Hutchinson, a low-level Trump aide, began dramatically changing her story after clandestine correspondence with the former Republican representative. Cheney, who was hand-selected by former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi to run the committee and its televised show trial, accepted a pardon for her alleged witness tampering and other crimes she may have committed.

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson announced the work would continue and be fully funded in a Jan. 2 social media post after President Biden awarded Liz Cheney the Presidential Citizens Medal for leading a controversial committee that shaped the left’s understanding of the Jan. 6 protest.

“The Jan 6 Select Committee manipulated AND destroyed evidence — created a fake, phony narrative all to try and hurt Trump. They even hired a TV producer from the legacy media in a desperate attempt to legitimize what Americans knew was a total hoax and complete waste of time,” Johnson said on X. “Be assured of this: House Republicans WILL continue our investigation into this corrupt committee and it will be FULLY FUNDED so it can continue next Congress.”

As noted earlier, Loudermilk and his staff uncovered transcribed interviews Cheney’s committee had suppressed because they were at odds with the narrative she was creating. For instance, Cheney suppressed evidence that President Donald Trump pushed for 10,000 National Guard troops to protect the nation’s capital, falsely claiming she had “no evidence” to support Trump officials’ claims the White House had communicated its desire for 10,000 National Guard troops. Shocking New Twist in Biden Family Crime Drama Reveals Likely Reason Joe Pardoned Everybody

Joe Biden’s handlers didn’t pardon him—maybe by design. Perhaps, in the end, Joe, the man riddled with dementia, will be the fall guy for his entire criminal enterprise. And wouldn’t that be sweet justice?

The buzz about this possibility is gaining traction, thanks to a bombshell twist in the Biden crime family drama. A newly discovered bank account reveals over $240,000 in foreign money wired directly to Joe Biden, with no explanation. . .

So, did the handler’s know this new bank account was about to be exposed? That’s the question on everyone’s mind.

Will Biden ever face justice? After all, it’s obvious we’re dealing with the most corrupt president ever installed in the White House. (Read more from “Shocking New Twist in Biden Family Crime Drama Reveals Likely Reason Joe Pardoned Everybody” HERE)

Married Healthcare Exec Accused of Preying on Nearly a Dozen Teen Girls to Produce Child Porn

A married Nassau County health care executive allegedly preyed on nearly a dozen teen girls to produce child porn over a four-year period — including two minors he ordered to call him “daddy” and paid in exchange for the sickening content.

Jacob Walden, 38, was arraigned Wednesday morning in Central Islip Federal Court on a six-count indictment charging him with the sexual exploitation of two teens — ages 16 and 17 — he pressured to create sexually explicit videos and photos, according to the US Attorney’s Office of the Eastern District of New York.

Feds recovered the disturbing images from Walden’s cellphone last April and identified at least 11 girls, as young as 14 years old, whom he contacted, coerced to send inappropriate content and paid, according to court documents.

The 16- and 17-year-old victims were located and interviewed during an investigation feds launched in September 2023.

“As alleged, the defendant enticed minors to produce sexually explicit photographs and videos of themselves and send them to him via the internet in exchange for payment,” United States Attorney John J. Durham said in a statement. (Read more from “Married Healthcare Exec Accused of Preying on Nearly a Dozen Teen Girls to Produce Child Porn” HERE)

Trump Gives First Interview Since Returning to the White House

President Trump made the case Wednesday that the nation’s problems are “all solvable,” touting the “very unified” Republican caucus in Congress.

“They’re all solvable problems … with time, effort, money — unfortunately — but they’re all solvable,” Trump asserted during an interview on Fox News.

“We can get our country back,” he argued. “But if we didn’t win this race, I really believe our country would have been lost forever.”

Trump’s sitdown with Sean Hannity, taped Wednesday morning at the White House, is his first television interview as the 47th president. . .

Later in the interview, Trump praised House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) as a “terrific” leader of the lower chamber, arguing that he’s effectively “unified” Republicans on Capitol Hill. (Read more from “Trump Gives First Interview Since Returning to the White House” HERE)

Trump Admin Deals Fatal Blow to Massive Refugee Flights

The Trump administration has cancelled all flights on refugees who were slated to enter the United States in the coming days, according to an internal memo obtained by CNN.

Refugees already approved to travel into the U.S. before a White House-imposed deadline suspending resettlement had their flight plans canceled anyway, according to a State Department memo given to resettlement partners and obtained by CNN. The flight cancellations are among the many actions the Trump administration has implemented to tighten immigration and shore up border security.

In his executive order announcement, Trump highlighted the plight of small towns like Springfield, Ohio, and Charleroi, Pennsylvania, that have dealt with incredible logistical and infrastructure challenges due to the large influx of refugees. The president also noted that other major jurisdictions, like New York City and Massachusetts, have declared emergencies due to the weight of their migrant populations. ‘Bulls**t Game’: Joe Rogan Rips Into People Pretending ‘Everyone’s Hitler’

Podcast host Joe Rogan ripped into people who pretend that “everyone’s Hitler” on Wednesday, saying they’re “just broken.”

Following President Donald Trump’s inauguration on Monday, Department of Government Efficiency leader Elon Musk was criticized by corporate media for a one-arm gesture he made on stage, which some people said resembled a Nazi salute. On “The Joe Rogan Experience,” Rogan called out how people use former Nazi leader Adolf Hitler “as an excuse,” and said their ideology lets them say the “most awful things” about people with differing perspectives.

“You do anything you can to stop Hitler, right? This is why they want to conflate and they always want to pretend that everyone’s Hitler. The problem with that is, it just after a while, it’s crying wolf and people are like, ‘Oh, this is a bullshit game you’re playing, and you’re just using it as an excuse.’ Elon has talked about this a lot. He’s absolutely correct,” Rogan said.

“[It] is that people use woke ideology as an excuse to be an asshole, and it’s really just people that are assholes that are attaching themselves to things that make them feel righteous,” Rogan added. “So they wrap themselves in this idea to give them virtue and to allow them to say the most awful things about other people that have different perspectives. Then just by nature if you’re doing that you’re doing the wrong thing. You’re a bad person.”

Corporate media and Democrats circulated a clipped portion of Musk. A full clip, though, shows Musk raising his hand to the crowd while saying, “My heart goes out to you.” Rogan went on to call out those justifying their actions and comparing Musk to Hitler, adding that their stance will become “less and less effective.”

How the NBC News Hit Piece Against Pete Hegseth Just Got Worse, But for a Different Reason

You cannot make this up: one of the NBC News reporters who wrote the shoddy hit piece against President Trump’s nominee for secretary of defense is accused in an internal complaint of making false claims of sexism and misogyny.

You read that right. And she then had the balls to run with this cockamamie story of Mr. Hegseth reportedly being threatening toward his second wife, who later refuted the allegations, characterizing them as inaccurate information. NBC News ran with it anyway. To boot, the allegations weren’t even brought forward by Mr. Hegseth’s ex-wife but by the ex-spouse of his brother. Are you kidding me?
