Bill Clinton: I’m Open to Discussing Preemptive Pardon for Hillary Before Trump Takes Office

Former President Bill Clinton said Wednesday on ABC’s “The View” that he was open to discussing a potential preemptive pardon for his wife Hillary Clinton with President Joe Biden.

Co-host Sunny Hostin said, “Do you think it would be wise of President Biden to preemptively pardon any potential targets? What about your wife, Hillary Clinton? She apparently is on Kash Patel’s list.”

Clinton said, “They’ve got a problem with her because first, she didn’t do anything wrong. Second, she followed the rules exactly as they were written. Third, Trump’s State Department — Trump’s State Department — found — remember how the emails were such a big issue in 2016? Trump’s State Department found that Hillary sent and received exactly zero classified emails on her personal device. It was a made-up phony story.” (Read more from “Bill Clinton: I’m Open to Discussing Preemptive Pardon for Hillary Before Trump Takes Office” HERE)

Jill Biden Catches Herself After Urging WH Audience to ‘Feel Joy Now’ Amid Holidays and Harris Loss: ‘You’re All Reading Into That’

Jill Biden caught herself during a Wednesday event at the White House after having made an ill-considered reference to the “joy” Americans are now feeling entering the holiday season after the 2024 election, claiming attendees were “reading into” her remarks.

The first lady went on a tangent about the “joy” of the holidays — a buzzword that had defined Vice President Kamala Harris’ short-lived campaign — while speaking at a conference on advancing women’s health research.

Jill, 73, urged attendees to take note of the White House décor and “feel, I don’t know, a little, a sense of joy. Because I think we all need like this, you know, we all need to feel joy now.”

“You’re all reading into that!” she blurted out, making the audience laugh.

The first lady and the vice president have had a frosty public relationship after Harris, 60, succeeded her husband as the Democratic presidential nominee — but ultimately lost to Trump. California County Votes to Stop Turning Violent Illegal Immigrant Criminals Over to Feds

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors approved a resolution Tuesday to protect violent illegal immigrants in order to maintain “public safety.”

The board voted 3-1 to become a “Super Sanctuary” county, which means under the resolution illegal immigrants accused of things like rape would be protected by the county from federal immigration authorities, said the sole supervisor who voted against the resolution.

“San Diego County has a vested interest in maintaining public safety and effective law enforcement while also managing its resources efficiently,” the resolution states. “By avoiding active cooperation with ICE, including through a specific notification to ICE of the release dates of immigrants, the County avoids treating a group of individuals differently solely on the basis of their immigration status.”

The resolution states the county will not provide:

“…assistance or cooperation to ICE in its civil immigration enforcement efforts including by giving ICE agents access to individuals or allowing them to use County facilities for investigate interviews or other purposes, expending County time or resources responding to ICE inquiries or communicating with ICE regarding individuals’ incarceration status or release dates, or otherwise participating in any civil immigration enforcement activities.”

Read Why Luigi Mangione Allegedly Killed Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson

By Townhall. Luigi Mangione had a brief court appearance today in Altoona, Pennsylvania, where he remains detained without bail due to his threat to the general public. The proceedings dealt with his extradition back to New York, where he’s been charged with the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, who was allegedly shot and killed by Mangione around 6:45 AM on December 4 outside of the New York Hilton Midtown hotel—Thompson was in the city for an investor’s meeting.

Mangione escaped the city but was arrested this week in Altoona, Pennsylvania, at a McDonald’s after customers recognized him from the new images released by authorities where he was unmasked. Police found the firearm used in the crime, four fake IDs, including the one Mangione reportedly used to check into a hostel before committing the murder, and allegedly $8,000 in cash on his person—the latter detail he claims was planted by police. We also got bits and pieces of the reported manifesto, which was around two to three pages long and in his possession. It was a screed against the healthcare industry, which justifies the killing of the executives within the industry (via Ken Klippenstein):

Suspect in the killing of UnitedHealthcare’s CEO struggles, shouts while entering courthouse

By Associated Press. The man accused of killing UnitedHealthcare’s CEO struggled with deputies and shouted while being led into court Tuesday as new details emerged about his possible motivation behind the ambush.

In his first public words since a five-day search ended with his arrest at a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania, Luigi Nicholas Mangione emerged from a patrol car shouting about an “insult to the intelligence of the American people” while deputies pushed him inside a courthouse.

The 26-year-old Ivy League graduate from a prominent Maryland real estate family is fighting attempts to extradite him to New York so that he can face a murder charge in the Manhattan killing of Brian Thompson, who led the United States’ largest medical insurance company.

A law enforcement bulletin obtained by The Associated Press said that at the time of his arrest, Mangione was carrying a handwritten document expressing anger with what he called “parasitic” health insurance companies and a disdain for corporate greed and power. Majority of New Yorkers Support Trump’s Mass Deportation Plan, New Poll Shows

A majority of New Yorkers support President-elect Donald Trump’s plan to deport millions of undocumented immigrants — including nearly half of Latinos, an eye-opening new poll revealed Tuesday.

Some 54% of respondents statewide said New York should support Trump’s deportation efforts, while just 35% said the Empire State should oppose it, according to a Siena College poll.

Of the total 38% of Democrats, 87% of Republicans and 54% of independents support the mass deportation plan, which Trump made a central pillar of his campaign.

Men were more likely to back it than women, with 61% of male respondents and 49% of female respondents on board — while 31% and 38% opposed it, respectively.

And 56% of white people, 51% of black people and 47% of Latinos support the measure, which also had majority support from residents who live in the city, the suburbs and upstate, the poll indicated. Perverted Democrat Sex Offender Appears to Be Launching Political Comeback

Disgraced former Democratic New York Rep. Anthony Weiner may be gearing up for an attempted political comeback, according to New York City campaign records.

Weiner, formerly married to top Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin, saw his political career and marriage implode in the wake of lurid sexting scandals, including one in which he sent explicit photographs to an underage woman that resulted in a jail sentence. Now, the registered sex offender appears to be laying the groundwork for a career resurgence, as the New York City Campaign Finance Board (NYCCFB) indicates that Weiner will run to represent New York City’s second district on the city council next year.

Numerous media outlets have recently reported that Weiner has been considering a return to politics in New York City, and the NYCCFB data page for what appears to be his city council campaign seem to indicate that he will be following through. Currently, the data page for the Weiner campaign states that the campaign has yet to raise or spend any money.

Weiner served as the U.S. congressman from New York’s ninth district for more than a decade before he resigned in June 2011 amid the first of several sexting scandals.

In 2011, Weiner accidentally posted a link containing a risqué photograph of himself to his public Twitter profile, setting off a chain of events that concluded with his resignation from Congress. In 2013, more publicized sexting incidents derailed his New York City mayoral campaign, and he was eventually arrested by federal agents for sexting with a 15-year-old girl before being sentenced to jail in 2017. BLM Leader Calls For ‘Black Vigilantes’ To Descend On Cities Following Daniel Penny Acquittal

Black Lives Matter (BLM) leader Hawk Newsome called for “black vigilantes” to descend into major cities Monday to retaliate against 26-year-old former Marine Daniel Penny’s acquittal over the death of Jordan Neely.

A Manhattan jury found Penny not guilty of criminally negligent homicide after he held 30-year-old homeless man Jordan Neely in a chokehold to protect surrounding passengers on a New York City subway train in May 2023. Newsome called on “black vigilantes” to avenge Neely’s death and fight against white people who allegedly want to “choke” and “kill” black people for “being loud.”

“Like everybody else has vigilantes, we need some black vigilantes,” Newsome said. “People want to jump up and choke us and kill us for being loud, how about we do the same when they attempt to oppress us? I’m tired. I know you’re looking for us to be like ‘oh, go and march. Go and march.’ No, this weekend, I want you to hold a community event, everywhere from the Bronx, to Houston, to Seattle, to Florida. Black people hold community events and talk about what you need.”

Chinese National Who Allegedly Voted In Michigan Is Still On The Voter Rolls

A Chinese student in Michigan, facing charges for ineligible voting, is still on the state voter rolls, The Federalist has learned.

Haoxiang Gao, 19, is a legal resident, but he is a Chinese citizen and thus not eligible to vote. He was studying at the University of Michigan when he allegedly voted on Oct. 27, according to a press release from the secretary of state’s office. Gao faces two felony charges: false swearing to register to vote and an unqualified elector attempting to vote. But officials still counted his ballot.

The Federalist has learned Gao is still on the state voter rolls, according to Qualified Voter File data provided by Check My Vote. Phani Mantravadi, the group’s co-founder, said it gets the data through Freedom of Information Act requests from the state bureau of elections.

“The fact that this noncitizen is still on the voter rolls shows ineptitude on the part of the SOS [secretary of state] towards maintaining accuracy in our voter rolls. Certainly doesn’t inspire confidence in our election systems,” said Mantravadi. “Makes one wonder where the tax dollars allocated to voter roll maintenance are going.”

Gao reportedly registered and voted on Oct. 27, listing an address on Observatory St. in Ann Arbor, according to the data from Check My Vote. He was still on the November voter rolls when Mantravadi’s group obtained them early this month. (Read more from “Chinese National Who Allegedly Voted In Michigan Is Still On The Voter Rolls” HERE)

Biden Gave Iran $10 Billion in Sanctions Relief Days After Trump Won Election

The outgoing Biden-Harris administration gave Iran $10 billion in sanctions relief just days after Donald Trump won the 2024 presidential election, despite Iran’s ongoing attacks against Israel and support for terrorist organizations.

The Washington Free Beacon reported:

Secretary of State Antony Blinken determined on November 8 that “it is in the national security interest of the United States” to waive mandatory economic sanctions that bar Iraq from transferring upward of $10 billion to Iran in electricity import payments.

Though the first Trump administration did green-light the same waiver—causing tension with some congressional Republicans—it narrowly tailored the waiver to restrict Iranian access to the cash. The Biden State Department tweaked the waiver last year to allow Tehran to convert the funds from Iraqi dinars to euros, then hold those euros in bank accounts based in Oman. Access to a widely traded currency like the euro enables Iran to more easily spend the cash in international markets. Under the first Trump administration, Iran had to keep the cash in an escrow account in Baghdad, making it more difficult to access.

The Biden State Department maintains that Iran is only permitted to use the funds for humanitarian needs, including medicines and other supplies. Republican critics argue that money is fungible, meaning that Tehran will have an easier time diverting its dwindling cash reserves to its regional terror proxies, such as Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthi rebels in Yemen, should it have access to the sanctioned cash for other purposes.

The sanctions waiver also came just days after the United Nations determined that Iran was able to give the Houthi rebels in Yemen “unprecedented” support after the Biden administration waived $6 billion in sanctions on Iran.
