ISIS Camp a Few Miles From Texas, Mexican Authorities Confirm [+video]

ISISIS is operating a camp just a few miles from El Paso, Texas, according to Judicial Watch sources that include a Mexican Army field grade officer and a Mexican Federal Police Inspector.

The exact location where the terrorist group has established its base is around eight miles from the U.S. border in an area known as “Anapra” situated just west of Ciudad Juárez in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. Another ISIS cell to the west of Ciudad Juárez, in Puerto Palomas, targets the New Mexico towns of Columbus and Deming for easy access to the United States, the same knowledgeable sources confirm.

During the course of a joint operation last week, Mexican Army and federal law enforcement officials discovered documents in Arabic and Urdu, as well as “plans” of Fort Bliss – the sprawling military installation that houses the US Army’s 1st Armored Division. Muslim prayer rugs were recovered with the documents during the operation.

Law enforcement and intelligence sources report the area around Anapra is dominated by the Vicente Carrillo Fuentes Cartel (“Juárez Cartel”), La Línea (the enforcement arm of the cartel) and the Barrio Azteca (a gang originally formed in the jails of El Paso). Cartel control of the Anapra area make it an extremely dangerous and hostile operating environment for Mexican Army and Federal Police operations. Feds Releasing Hundreds of Illegal Immigrant Rapists, Murderers [+video]

e59860cbf6064d0a700f6a706700dbc6_c0-58-4903-2915_s561x327The administration is deporting fewer criminal aliens than it did last year, according to new statistics released Tuesday that undercut President Obama’s justification for his new amnesty, which he said was intended to free agents to focus on the most dangerous of criminals by focusing on “felons not families.”

Instead, both arrests and deportations of criminal aliens are down about 30 percent through the first six months of fiscal year 2015, signaling that agents, who have been told to stop focusing on rank-and-file illegal immigrants, have not been able to refocus on criminal illegal immigrants instead.

The data, released by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Robert W. Goodlatte at the beginning of a hearing with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Sarah Saldana, also showed that the 30,558 criminal aliens ICE knowingly released back into the community in 2014 had amassed nearly 80,000 convictions, including 250 homicides, 186 kidnappings and 373 sexual assaults.

“The nonsensical actions of this administration demonstrate its lack of desire to enforce the law even against unlawful aliens convicted of serious crimes,” Mr. Goodlatte said.

Ms. Saldana said she’s required under the laws passed by Congress to grant due process to everyone, and said both court decisions and federal law require her to make judgments about whom to hold. (Read more from “Feds Releasing Hundreds of Illegal Immigrant Rapists, Murderers” HERE)

Iraqi Prime Minister Meeting With President Obama to Request Weapons

haider-al-abadi-428x285-ts300Iraq’s Prime Minister, Haider al-Abadi, will arrive to the United States in a visit where he is expected to request for additional weapons from President Barack Obama to fight the Islamic State.

The Islamic State has seized nearly one-third of Iraq. Last week, al-Abadi launched a campaign to drive IS out of Anbar, Iraq’s biggest province — a move to which the IS responded by launching attacks on Ramadi, the provincial capital.

Al-Abadi will meet with Obama on Tuesday. Iraq is facing divisions between sects Shiite, Sunnis and Kurds — deepened during former Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki’s rule.

Al-Abadi is seen as a potential leader to form reconciliation between divided sects. In August, he reached an agreement with Kurds about sharing oil revenue and has previously provided weapons to Sunni tribes in Anbar who are fighting the IS. Russia and Iran Just Showed How ‘They Can Do Whatever They Like’ Right Now [+videos]

missilesIran and a US-led group of countries consisting of the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council and Germany (called the P5+1) still have a ways to go before they reach a final nuclear deal.

But one P5+1 member is already acting as if the nuclear issue has been settled.

On Monday, the Kremlin retracted its hold on the transfer of S-300 missiles to Iran, The Wall Street Journal reported. Iran and Russia had finalized a contract to deliver the weapons in 2007, but the deal was shelved under international pressure and the embargo on arms transfers to Iran that the UN Security Council passed in 2010.

Russia is now announcing its intention to send one of the world’s most advanced anti-aircraft systems to Iran, notwithstanding that embargo — and against mounting evidence that the nuclear issue is actually far from resolved.

The Pentagon has already slammed the move, while Israel is already framing it as an unsavory result of apparent diplomatic progress on the nuclear front. US Secretary of State John Kerry has also raised a complaint with Moscow. (Read more from “Russia and Iran Just Showed How ‘They Can Do Whatever They Like’ Right Now” HERE)

Investigation: Male TSA Screeners at DIA Manipulated System to Grope Other MEN

TSA (1)A CBS4 investigation has learned that two Transportation Security Administration screeners at Denver International Airport have been fired after they were discovered manipulating passenger screening systems to allow a male TSA employee to fondle the genital areas of attractive male passengers.

It happened roughly a dozen times, according to information gathered by CBS4.

According to law enforcement reports obtained during the CBS4 investigation, a male TSA screener told a female colleague in 2014 that he “gropes” male passengers who come through the screening area at DIA.

“He related that when a male he finds attractive comes to be screened by the scanning machine he will alert another TSA screener to indicate to the scanning computer that the party being screened is a female. When the screener does this, the scanning machine will indicate an anomaly in the genital area and this allows (the male TSA screener) to conduct a pat-down search of that area.”

Although the TSA learned of the accusation on Nov. 18, 2014 via an anonymous tip from one of the agency’s own employees, reports show that it would be nearly three months before anything was done. Meet the Man Who Will Be the First to Undergo Head-To-Body Transplant [+video]

manDoctors seem to be a step closer to performing a breakthrough surgery: transplanting a human head onto another body. A Russian man with a rare genetic muscle-wasting disorder has volunteered to be the first to try the procedure.

“I’m very interested in technology, and anything progressive that might change people’s lives for the better,” Valery Spiridonov from the Russian city of Vladimir, told RT.

Spiridonov, a 30-year-old qualified computer scientist, works for an IT firm.

He said that his disease is getting worse every year, and usually people with Werdnig-Hoffman disorder – a disease that wastes muscles – don’t live longer than 20 years, so it would be a chance to prolong his life and help scientific research in the process.

“Doing this isn’t only an excellent opportunity for me, but will also create a scientific basis for future generations, no matter what the actual outcome of the surgery is,” he said. (Read more from “Meet the Man Who Will Be the First to Undergo Head-To-Body Transplant [+video]” HERE)

Watch: Rubio on American Exceptionalism

Marco Rubio_APSenator Rubio’s message of American exceptionalism is refreshing. Especially in the age of Obama, who actively undermines this foundational tenant of our country. These elements should be present in all who seek the highest office in the land, both Republican and Democrat.

Cult Starved Two Year Old to Death to ‘Rid Him of Demon’

Police say the pastors at a Balch Springs church starved a 2-year-old boy they said was possessed by a demon, and later held a ceremony to resurrect the boy.

Several people told police the boy was given water four to five times a day, but no food for 25 days before he died on March 22. A church member tried to feed the boy, but the pastors scolded her and forbade her from doing so, according to court records.

Aracely Meza, 49, was arrested Monday and charged with injury to a child causing serious bodily injury by omission. Lt. Mark Maret, a spokesman for Balch Springs police, said police expect to make more arrests as the investigation continues.

The church, named Iglesia Internacional Jesus es el Rey, is operated out of a house in the 12300 block of Duke Drive . . .

Court records say Meza, her husband and several others lived in the house. Meza acted as the church’s vice president and claimed to be a prophet who could communicate directly with God, according to court records. (Read more from “Pastors Starved Two Year Old to Death to ‘Rid Him of Demon'” HERE)

Europe to Pull Trigger on Google Antitrust Charges

Europe’s antitrust regulator plans to file formal charges against Google Inc. for violating antitrust laws, a person familiar with the matter said Tuesday, stepping up a five-year investigation likely to become the biggest competition battle here since the European Union’s pursuit of Microsoft Corp. a decade ago.

EU antitrust chief Margrethe Vestager made the decision Tuesday in agreement with European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, this person said. She is expected to inform her fellow EU commissioners at a meeting Wednesday, said three EU officials.

The European charges will focus on complaints that Google uses its dominant Internet search engine to favor its own services over those of rivals, people familiar with the situation said. Rivals say Google search results in areas like travel, shopping and maps increasingly favor Google’s own offerings, rather than links to similaronline services run by rivals.

Google told employees Tuesday it has a “very strong case” against the expected charges. In the past, Google has denied breaking antitrust laws and argues that providing more direct answers to online queries, including from its own services, benefits consumers.

The charges would be “very bad news” for Google, said Ioannis Lianos, a professor of global competition law at University College London. (Read more from “Europe to Pull Trigger on Google Antitrust Charges” HERE)

Tension Between BLM and Mining Operation, Oath Keepers Set up Camp [+video]

mountainA land dispute is creating tension between miners in Josephine County and the Bureau of Land Management. The owners of the mines say they are afraid their rights to due process will not be respected and have now called in reinforcements.

The Oath Keepers of Josephine County are gathering at a piece of property near Merlin. They’re in the process of setting up a staging area, in order to step in if they are needed by the Sugar Pine miners.

“Because we are constitutional group,” said Mary Emerick with Oath Keepers. “We defend the Constitution… And we are here just to make sure that they receive their Fifth Amendment rights which is due process.”

The owners called them in to help protect the property that they have mined for more than 100 years. The miners say documents they have grandfathered-in their surface rights to the property.

But the BLM says the documents are outdated, and at some point, the property has changed hands which cancels out the grandfather process. Now, the BLM says the miners have to tone down their mining operation to stay in line with the regulations. (Read more from “Tension Between BLM and Mining Operation, Oath Keepers Set up Camp” HERE)
