Photo Credit: YouTube An apparent gun control supporter threatened to “go home and get a gun and come back and kill” a group of Second Amendment activists seeking signatures on a recall petition against Colorado Sen. Evie Hudak.

After September’s recall of Colorado Sen. Angela Giron and Senate President John Morse over their anti-gun stance, a group called Recall Hudak Too is trying to extend its success by tossing Hudak out of office, according to Capitol City Project.

While collecting signatures in front of the public library in Arvada, Colo., a man riding by on a bicycle can be heard to say, “I’m going to go home and get a gun and come back and kill you m****r f****rs. Would you like that?”

Illinois Bishop To Hold Exorcism For ‘Sin of Same-Sex Marriage’

Photo Credit: cnsnews.comAs Gov. Pat Quinn signs a bill in Chicago on Wednesday making Illinois the 16th state to legalize same-sex marriage, Bishop Thomas Paprocki, the Roman Catholic prelate of Springfield, will be performing an exorcism ceremony “in reparation for the sin of same-sex marriage”

“We must pray for deliverance from this evil which has penetrated our state and our church,” the bishop, who testified against the measure before the state legislature in January, declared in a statement.

Quinn, a Catholic, has announced he will sign the bill. “Marriage equality is coming to Illinois. I look forward to signing this landmark legislation on November 20 and celebrating a big step forward with the people of Illinois,” the governor said.

Earlier this month, Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan, also a Catholic, cited Pope Francis’ recent “Whom am I to judge?” comment regarding gay members of the clergy to justify his support of the same-sex marriage bill, which passed on November 5th.

Without naming Quinn or Madigan, Paprocki accused Catholic politicians of “twisting the words of the pope to rationalize their actions.”

Texas Law Professor Tells Symposium: Time ‘To Repeal and Replace Second Amendment’

Penrose said this after expressing her frustration with the fact that President Obama has failed to pass more gun control in the eleven months since the heinous crime at Sandy Hook Elementary.

Obamacare ‘Fix’ Affirms Obama as Absolute Dictator with Power to Change Laws as he Pleases

Photo Credit: naturalnews.comIn a desperate bid to save the rapidly collapsing Obamacare socialized medicine program, President Obama announced a “fix” yesterday that would “allow” health insurance companies to avoid cancelling whatever plans haven’t already been cancelled due to Obamacare itself.

In doing so, Obama effectively declares himself absolute dictator over all laws across the country, assuming the power to enforce, ignore or alter laws at he pleases.

The problem with this is that such powers do not exist in the Office of the President. Like everything else surrounding Obamacare, Obama himself is simply inventing new powers as he goes along and hoping no one will question his assumed (illegal) authority.

“The unexpected compromise was announced amid growing revolt within Mr. Obama’s own party over his broken promise that Americans who liked their insurance could keep it. But it sparked another backlash as some legal scholars questioned whether the president had the authority to create the loophole,” reports the Washington Times.

It also, by the way, thrust the insurance industry into a state of chaos where insurance companies now have no idea what’s going to be “law” tomorrow, next month or next year. Apparently Obama can simply change his mind at any time and decide that insurance companies are suddenly engaged in mass criminal activities which can then be prosecuted under the law as it is written.

Teacher Fired After Kicking Planned Parenthood Out of His Class

As Planned Parenthood loses the control they’re accustomed to have over government funding and legislation, they may be getting a bit desperate. As they’re known to do, the organization takes to bullying when it gets uncomfortable. The Susan G. Komen saga is one example among many: If you try to stand up to us, they say, we’ll make your life hell. Their latest victim is a computer science teacher. At a high school.

That’s right: Planned Parenthood is after the career and livelihood of a distinguished, highly-qualified, good high school teacher, Bill Diss, who had the audacity to tell Planned Parenthood that they were not allowed in his classroom.

Apparently, Planned Parenthood will rally tooth-and-nail to make sure that ‘hostile forces’ stay out of pro-choice women’s uteri (unless, of course, we’re talking about government funding of contraception), but informing Planned Parenthood that it is not welcome in a classroom is against the rules of the (lopsided) game.

Diss has a history with Planned Parenthood dating to 2007 when he led community opposition to a new Planned Parenthood abortion facility being built in a minority neighborhood in Portland. He raised Planned Parenthood’s ire again when a “health education team” came into his computer science classroom uninvited and attempted to enroll his students in the Health and Human Services’ Teen Outreach Program (TOP).

One of TOP’s goals is to prevent teen pregnancy, and the team who came to enroll Diss’ students (using monetary incentives) was hired by—you guessed it—Planned Parenthood. When Diss – unaware of whether the ‘team’ had been background-checked or had received sex/child abuse certifications – asked Planned Parenthood to leave his classroom.

Operation Rescue has obtained a copy of an inspection report issued by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services detailing 14 pages of violations at the Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in St. Louis discovered during an inspection of the facility in January, 2013.

The documents also reveal evidence that Planned Parenthood is working with city officials to prevent the public from obtaining information about 911 calls that has traditionally been within the public domain.

Deficiencies cited during an inspection earlier this year included:

• Violations of infection prevention protocols.
• Rusty surgical tables, suction abortion machines, IV stands, and other equipment.
• “Copious amounts of dust” in surgical rooms and on equipment.
• Hiring individuals without performing a mandated search of the Employee Disqualification List.
• Retained left-over drugs that were supposed to be destroyed after a single use.
• Lack of appropriate drug-handling policies.
• Expired drugs.
• Expired postpartum balloons used to reduce hemorrhage after abortion.

The inspection was prompted by complaints filed by Operation Rescue and other local activists after they had documented numerous medical emergencies at the St. Louis Planned Parenthood facility, raising concerns about the clinic’s safety.

Everyday People Suddenly Taking Steps to Prepare for Turbulent Times

C.I.A. Collects Global Data on Transfers of Money

Photo Credit: Shannon Stapleton/ReutersThe Central Intelligence Agency is secretly collecting bulk records of international money transfers handled by companies like Western Union — including transactions into and out of the United States — under the same law that the National Security Agency uses for its huge database of Americans’ phone records, according to current and former government officials.

The C.I.A. financial records program, which the officials said was authorized by provisions in the Patriot Act and overseen by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, offers evidence that the extent of government data collection programs is not fully known and that the national debate over privacy and security may be incomplete.

Some details of the C.I.A. program were not clear. But it was confirmed by several current and former officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the matter is classified.

The data does not include purely domestic transfers or bank-to-bank transactions, several officials said. Another, while not acknowledging the program, suggested that the surveillance court had imposed rules withholding the identities of any Americans from the data the C.I.A. sees, requiring a tie to a terrorist organization before a search may be run, and mandating that the data be discarded after a certain number of years. The court has imposed several similar rules on the N.S.A. call logs program.

Several officials also said more than one other bulk collection program has yet to come to light.

Cops Use GPS Cannon to Track Your Car (+video)

Photo Credit: WND Police cars across the country are being equipped with a system for tagging and tracking vehicles using Global Positioning System, or GPS, technology.

The StarChase system installs into the grille of a police car a compressed-air cannon, which can fire 4.5-inch GPS projectiles that stick to a parked or fleeing vehicle, using a high-grade adhesive. The GPS tags then enable the patrol car to back off, while computers at police headquarters track the suspect car’s movements.

The system was designed to eliminate the need for high-speed car chases, which are blamed for 360 deaths every year, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Trevor Fischbach, president of the Virginia Beach-Va.-based StarChase, told Industry Leaders magazine the system enables police to keep tabs on a fleeing suspect and plan how to apprehend him strategically, rather than race wildly after him.

“The agencies using StarChase report back that officer behavior across the entire on-duty patrol is totally different,” Fischbach commented. “Normally, when officers hear ‘pursuit in progress’ over their radios, they fly to the scene. StarChase reduces that adrenaline. Now, when they hear ‘StarChase’ over the radio, they stay put and wait for further instructions from dispatch.”

Mom Told By Judge To Stop Breastfeeding (+video)

Jessica Moser, who has been in a custody battle with her daughter Jasmine’s father, was ordered by a family court judge two weeks ago to stop breastfeeding Jasmine so the child can spend two days overnight with her dad, WFMZ-TV reported.

Pumping breast milk is not an option because Moser says she can’t pump enough for two days, and Jasmine will not drink from a bottle.

“I’m feeling frustrated, hurt,” Moser told WFMZ-TV. “I’m trying to keep myself from crying, it’s very emotional.”

Moser says she has been the only one taking care of Jasmine since she was born last December.

China Loosens Its One-Child Policy (+video)

The new regulations will allow couples in which at least one parent is an only child to have two offspring. Xinhua, China’s official news agency, said the reform was designed to “steadily adjust and improve family planning policies.”

The reform is part of what the Chinese government earlier this week referred to as “fine-tuning” of its restrictive family-planning policy, which was unveiled in 1979. (Generally speaking, the scheme limited urban families to one child but allowed rural couples to have more than one child in certain cases.) The curtailing of reproductive freedom, its supporters contend, meant that 400 million fewer Chinese were born, allowing for an unprecedented economic boom over the past 30-plus years.

But critics have assailed the policy for both the human-rights abuses it gave rise to—forced abortions and sterilizations, to name just two—as well as its social costs, which are now multiplying. China today faces a dramatic increase in its elderly population, along with too few young people to take care of all these retirees. The nation must also contend with an alarming gender imbalance because some parents have terminated pregnancies of female fetuses in order to ensure a favored boy as their sole child. By some estimates, China will have an extra 25 million young males by 2020.
