Julian Assange Agrees to Biden Admin Plea Deal

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange struck a deal Monday with the Biden administration, pleading guilty to a felony charge related to his alleged role in releasing classified U.S. material, according to multiple reports.

The 52-year-old reported agreed to the single criminal count of violating the U.S. espionage law by “conspiring to obtain and disclose classified U.S. national defense documents,” according to filed court documents from the U.S. District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands, Reuters reported. Assange was seen leaving the Belmarsh maximum security prison in the United Kingdom where he has spent nearly 5 years being held up while waiting to be extradited to the U.S.

“Julian Assange is free,” Wikileaks posted to Twitter. “He left Belmarsh maximum security prison on the morning of 24 June, after having spent 1901 days there. He was granted bail by the High Court in London and was released at Stansted airport during the afternoon, where he boarded a plane and departed the UK.”

“This is the result of a global campaign that spanned grass-roots organisers, press freedom campaigners, legislators and leaders from across the political spectrum, all the way to the United Nations,” the post continues. “This created the space for a long period of negotiations with the US Department of Justice, leading to a deal that has not yet been formally finalised. We will provide more information as soon as possible.”

Video footage posted online captured the Wikileaks founder boarding a jet in England where he will return to his native country, Australia.

Spider-Man Comic Featuring ‘Queer’ Trans-Anarchist Villains Promoted to Children for Pride Month

A free comic book promoted by Marvel for Pride Month featured multiple messages about gender and sexuality while being targeted at children 13 years old and up.

As part of an initiative for inclusivity, Marvel sent out free issues of its “Marvel Voices” comic to distributors for Free Comic Book Day.

The gender and sexuality-driven issue was targeted at teens and also had dedicated pages regarding black and “indigenous” stories and creators.

After a Bollywood-themed Spider-Man and a female hero named Spider-Gwen, a glowing Spider-Man took on a rather interesting foe.

The comic showed a group of thugs ransacking the Stark pharmaceutical company, as the leader of the gang is shown to be a “trans woman” named Peach. (Read more from “Spider-Man Comic Featuring ‘Queer’ Trans-Anarchist Villains Promoted to Children for Pride Month” HERE)

Judge Undermines Parental Rights, Blocking Access to Kids’ Medical Records

In a contentious legal battle, a Washington state judge has partially blocked key elements of the newly enacted “A Parents’ Bill of Rights” law. This Republican-backed initiative, spearheaded by state Rep. Jim Walsh, aims to reinforce the role of parents in their children’s education and well-being. Despite the legal setback, most of the law’s provisions remain intact, marking a crucial step in the fight for parental rights.

Initiative 2081, also known as “A Parents’ Bill of Rights,” was approved earlier this year by the Washington state legislature in decisive votes. The initiative declares 15 rights for parents and guardians of public school children, ensuring transparency and parental involvement in various aspects of their children’s lives, including educational materials, school records, and health services.

Rep. Walsh emphasized the importance of this initiative, stating, “Custodial parents and guardians cannot be kept in the dark about what their minor children are going through in their lives. Parents have to be told — whether it’s things happening at school or things happening in the healthcare or mental healthcare space connected with school, or really anything affecting a minor child.”

Despite the broad support for the initiative, its implementation faced immediate legal challenges from radical LGBT organizations, represented by activist firms QLaw, Legal Voice, and the ACLU of Washington. These groups argued that the law infringes on students’ rights to privacy and an inclusive educational environment, asserting that it could cause “irreparable harm” to queer and trans students.

Last week, King County Superior Court Judge Michael Scott, appointed by Democratic Governor Jay Inslee, granted a temporary block on parts of the law. Specifically, the judge halted the provisions requiring schools to grant parents access to all their children’s medical and mental health counseling records and the requirement for schools to promptly turn over these records.

While the judge’s ruling is a setback, the bulk of the Parents’ Bill of Rights remains in effect. Rep. Walsh expressed encouragement that the judge left most of the law intact, highlighting the ongoing struggle for parental rights in the face of opposition from progressive groups and certain state officials.

Democratic State Superintendent Chris Reykdal has also weighed in, instructing school districts not to implement parts of the law until further legal clarity is achieved.

Brian Heywood, a key supporter of Initiative 2081, criticized Reykdal’s approach, accusing him of undermining democracy. “WA state Superintendent of Schools believes he is above the law and that the state knows better than parents what is best for your children,” Heywood stated. He called for Reykdal’s removal from office.

Controversial White House Official Tyler Cherry Hates Israel

Tyler Cherry, the newly-appointed White House Associate Communications Director whose radical, anti-white tweets have become a lightning rod for controversy, also has a long history of anti-Israel rants on social media.

As Breitbart News reported Sunday: “Tyler Cherry found himself in the center of a social media firestorm over the last week when past posts resurfaced that featured him espousing extremist rhetoric.” Many of the posts were harshly critical of law enforcement, and disparaged white people.

Jewish Insider reports that Cherry had anti-Israel posts as well:

Cherry’s posts on Israel date back to 2014 and 2015, when he was an undergraduate at the University of California Los Angeles. His criticism of American support for Israel stands in contrast to the Biden administration’s stated support for the Jewish state since the Oct. 7 Hamas attacks and the resulting Israel-Hamas war in Gaza.

Former Fundraiser for Obama Leaves Democrat Party, Supports Trump

A former fundraiser who helped raise millions of dollars for former President Barack Obama spoke about her “divorce” from the Democrat Party and how she is supporting former President Donald Trump.

During an interview on Fox News’s Jesse Watters Primetime, Allison Huynh explained that several issues had occurred leading up to her leaving the party.

Huynh created Willow Garage, a robotics company in 2006 with her ex-husband, Scott Hassan, who worked as a programmer for Google. Huynh and Hassan hosted dinners that cost roughly $50,000 to $100,000 a plate per person, according to the New York Post.

“Like any divorce, there’s not just one thing, there’s a series of things that led up to it,” Huynh explained during her interview with Fox News host Jesse Watters. . .

“The Democrats were policing the wrong things,” Huynh added. “The things that we need to police are violent criminals that are scattered throughout the streets of San Francisco, people defecating, shooting up heroin in front of me and my kids, and allowing criminals to go in and steal from our grocery stores, shutting down grocery stores.” (Read more from “Former Fundraiser for Obama Leaves Democrat Party, Supports Trump” HERE)

Biden’s Radical Judicial Nominee Just Busted Lying Under Oath—Sen. Kennedy Brought Damning Receipts (VIDEO)

Sometimes, you witness a takedown so epic that it leaves everyone watching in utter amazement. That’s exactly what happened to Joe Biden’s radical left-wing judicial nominee, Karla Campbell. She’s a harebrained left-wing attorney from Nashville and Biden’s Marxist pick for the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and her judicial dreams might have just imploded. After being caught lying under oath, her hopes of becoming the left’s next activist judge may be over.

The controversy swirls around a radical left-wing extremist hate group known as “Workers’ Dignity,” which is known for advocating the abolition of all military and police forces. It turns out that Ms. Campbell had been a legal advisor for this unhinged group. When Senator Chuck Grassley questioned her, she flat-out lied, denying any involvement. Not the wisest move, because up next was Senator John Kennedy, armed with irrefutable evidence proving her very close and cozy ties to the group. The look on her face was absolutely priceless.

Senator Hawley also came after Biden’s nominee for lying under oath and also highlighted yet another serious blunder—a hefty donation she made to a hateful, violent far-left candidate. Ms. Campbell admitted to donating $1,500 to a neighbor who has labeled all 52 Senate Republicans, including Tim Scott, as “Jim Crow Senators” and accused them of colluding with the devil. When pressed on why she supported such a luntaic, Ms. Campbell’s only excuse was that she was just trying to be “neighborly.”

JNS:

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) pressed Karla Campbell, U.S. President Joe Biden’s nominee for the U.S. Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit, on Thursday about her role of an advisory board at Workers’ Dignity.

“Workers’ Dignity has condemned Israel’s ethnic cleansing of Palestine. They have said that Israel is engaged in ethnic cleansing,” the senator said. “Do you agree with that?”

“No senator,” Campbell said.

“How can I believe you?” Hawley said. “You just lied under oath a
moment ago.”

“You’ve lied to us up and down on this committee,” he added. “This is a serious problem Ms. Campbell. I have to say, I’ve never seen a witness—never in five years in this committee—sit here and lie to us and change the story person to person.”

American Factory Supplying Ammo to U.S., Ukraine is Apparently Reliant on Foreign Tech

A new domestically-based plant supplying arms to the U.S. and Ukraine is filled almost entirely with foreign technologies, The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday

A new factory built by defense contractor General Dynamics in Texas is playing a key role in producing the needed armaments, but it is nearly totally reliant on foreign-provided technology and machinery, underscoring the U.S.’ increasing reliance on the international community to revamp domestic weapons production, according to the WSJ. The Biden administration is spending billions of dollars to quickly boost arms production amid the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war and a commitment to supply weapons to Kyiv — and to restock the U.S.’ own military stockpiles.

“Without the support from Turkey, this facility would be empty,” U.S. Army Secretary Christine Wormuth said during a recent tour of the factory, according to the WSJ.

General Dynamics tapped Repkon, a Turkish-based defense contractor, to supply hydraulic presses critical in the production of artillery shells, according to the WSJ. The Biden administration is seeking to ramp up shell production from roughly 30,000 to 100,000 by the end of 2025, and the General Dynamics Texas plant would account for roughly half that total.

The Turkish company provided the presses because no U.S.-based supplier would have been ready in time to get the plant operational within the next two years, according to the WSJ. Robotic and automated machines in the factory are supplied from Germany by the manufacturer Kuka, which was bought out in 2016 by Chinese-based company Midea, according to the WSJ. Over 15 Killed in Suspected Terror Attacks on Russian Synagogues, Church, Police Post

More than 15 cops and several civilians, including a priest, were killed when gunmen attacked two synagogues, an Orthodox church and a police post in a suspected coordinated terror attack in Russia.

Russian officials said the assaults against the church and one of the synagogues occurred in the coastal city of Derbent, with both catching fire, according to state media. Another synagogue and the traffic police post were hit in Makhachkala, the largest city in the same Dagestan region, according to Russian authorities.

Russia’s National Anti-Terrorist Committee said five gunmen were “eliminated” while the head of Dagestan Republic, Sergei Melikov, announced six “bandits” were “liquidated.”

“All the circumstances of the incident and the persons involved in the terrorist attacks are being established, and their actions will be given a legal assessment,” the federation said in a statement.

Melikov vowed the probe wouldn’t stop until “all sleeping cells” of the militants were found as he urged residents to stay calm. (Read more from “Over 15 Killed in Suspected Terror Attacks on Russian Synagogues, Church, Police Post” HERE)

Biden Admin Weighed Using ‘School Children’ to Help Register Dem-Leaning Voters, Emails Show

The Biden administration sought taxpayer funding for a program that would use school children to provide voter registration materials to Native Americans, according to emails obtained by Protect the Public’s Trust and shared with the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Department of the Interior (DOI) officials in 2022 developed a plan that would have given Native American children attending Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) schools voter registration materials to bring home to their parents, internal emails show. Native Americans strongly preferred Democratic House candidates that year, with 56% saying they would cast their ballot for a Democrat compared to the 40% who said they’d vote Republican, according to a poll conducted by the African American Research Collaborative shortly before the midterm elections.

“Department leadership is proposing having BEI send home voter registration cards with students to give to their parents,” BIE team lead Jennifer Wiginton wrote in a February 2022 email.

BIE’s proposed native voter registration plan, according to DOI attorney-advisor Joshua Berg, was formulated to comply with Executive Order 14019, which President Joe Biden issued in March 2021. The order compelled the heads of federal agencies to “evaluate ways in which the agency can, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, promote voter registration and voter participation.”

Berg went into greater detail regarding the proposed voter registration operation, writing in March 2022 that he and his colleagues had “developed a plan to distribute voter registration applications at BIE schools so that school children [could] bring home voter registration applications to their parents and/or guardians.” Under Berg’s plan, the federal government would also have provided “return envelopes with pre-paid postage so that parents and/or guardians [could] mail in their completed voter registration applications directly to the corresponding elections office in their state.” (Read more from “Biden Admin Weighed Using ‘School Children’ to Help Register Dem-Leaning Voters, Emails Show” HERE)
