Biden-Appointed Judge Rules Religious Parents Can’t Opt Kids Out of Pro-LGBT School Lessons

As a new school year kicks into gear, a Biden-appointed federal judge is using the legal equivalent of grade inflation to prop up the misguided efforts of a local school board to indoctrinate students with gender ideology. On Aug. 24, the U.S. District Court judge denied a requested injunction from a group of Muslim, Catholic, and Orthodox parents to opt their children out of LGBT storybook lessons, exposing the judge’s grave misunderstanding of the Supreme Court’s religious freedom jurisprudence.

A stone’s throw from Washington, D.C., Montgomery County Public Schools is one of the largest public school systems in the country, with roughly 70,000 students attending elementary school. Last fall, the Montgomery County Board of Education announced it was adopting a collection of more than 20 “LGBTQ+ inclusive” books for use in pre-K through eighth-grade classrooms.

The collection calls for pre-K students ages 3-5 to read Pride Puppy!, the story of two women who take their children to a “Pride Day” parade. A word list using the letters of the alphabet to show what a child might see includes the words “leather,” “underwear,” and “[drag] queen.”

Fifth graders — typically 10- and 11-year-old children — will read Born Ready: The True Story of a Boy Named Penelope, about an elementary school-aged girl who tells her mother, “I don’t feel like a boy. I AM a boy.” Her mother agrees to tell their family “that we know … You are a boy.” But when Penelope’s brother protests, “You can’t become a boy. You have to be born one,” he’s told that “not everything needs to make sense. White House Said Biden Would Mask Indoors When Near Other People — But Then the President Awarded the Medal of Honor While Maskless

First lady Jill Biden tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday, but White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said on Tuesday that President Joe Biden had tested negative for COVID-19 on Monday night and again on Tuesday. She also said that the president is not feeling any symptoms and will wear a face mask while indoors near other people, but will take the mask off when adequately distanced from other individuals.

“This evening, the First Lady tested positive for COVID-19,” Jill Biden’s communications director, Elizabeth Alexander, noted in a statement on Monday. “She is currently experiencing only mild symptoms. She will remain at their home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.”

The first lady previously had a bout with COVID-19 last year. In August 2022, Alexander had issued a statement noting that the “double-vaccinated, twice boosted” first lady had tested positive.

Jill Biden later tested negative before testing positive again. “This represents a ‘rebound’ positivity,” the first lady’s deputy communications director, Kelsey Donohue, said in an August 2022 statement. “The First Lady has experienced no reemergence of symptoms,” Donohue noted. Man Who Claims to Have Had Sex, Smoked Crack With Obama Stars in Latest Tucker Interview (VIDEO)

A man who claims to have had sex and smoked crack with former President Barack Obama is the star of Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson’s latest episode of “Tucker on Twitter.”

Larry Sinclair, the man making these claims, told Carlson he met then-37-year-old Obama in a bar in 1999 and paid him $250 to buy cocaine. He alleged he lined the cocaine on a CD tray inside a limousine and engaged in sexual conduct after rubbing his hand along Obama’s thigh.

Sinclair alleged he had sex and smoked crack with Obama twice before he had known who he was.

“I start putting a line on a CD tray to snort and next thing I know, he’s got a little pipe and he’s smoking,” Sinclair alleged to Carlson. “I started rubbing my hand along his thigh to see where it was going and it went the direction I had intended it to go.”

After Slaying, County Wonders Who Freed Illegal Alien Murder Suspect

Carlos E. Corrales-Ramirez was wanted in connection with a stabbing in Laurel, Maryland, in February and was arrested a month later by the Border Patrol near the border with Canada.

Authorities in New York are wondering why the 20-year-old Honduran illegal immigrant was free in their community on Saturday when, they say, he stabbed and killed another man.

The Border Patrol says it caught Mr. Corrales-Ramirez near Champlain in March and turned him over to the New York State Police. State police said they sent him to the Clinton County Jail to be extradited to Maryland, but court records show Maryland still has an active warrant, indicating he never made it that far.

The case has reignited questions about the porous border, sanctuary cities and their role in crime.

“We want some answers here,” Rensselaer County Executive Steven F. FBI Lies About ‘Highly Credible’ Source Claims Were Leaked to NYT and Spoonfed to Weiss

Emails obtained by the Heritage Foundation following a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, and shared exclusively with The Federalist, reveal that lies leaked to The New York Times about the origins of damning evidence implicating Hunter and Joe Biden in a bribery scandal were fed to Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss.

As I previously detailed, The New York Times reported those lies in its Dec. 11, 2020, article, “Material from Giuliani Spurred a Separate Justice Depart. Pursuit of Hunter Biden” — just a week after Americans first learned of the investigation of the now-president’s son. The Times’ reporting was “replete with falsehoods and deceptive narratives,” but “Americans just didn’t know it at the time.” . . .

Now the FOIA-produced emails reveal even more: The FBI lies, laundered through The New York Times, were fed directly to Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss. . .

The never-before-seen emails provided late last week by the Department of Justice to the Heritage Foundation and its Oversight Project director, Mike Howell, in response to a court order, included an email thread revealing how the Times story landed in Weiss’s lap.

“Ladies, here you have attached the NYT’s story ‘Material from Giuliani Spurred a Separate Justice Depart. Pursuit of Hunter Biden’ which posted a bit ago. Link here,” a Dec. 11, 2020, 6:44 p.m. email from the FBI Office of Public Affairs’ National Press Office read. Chinese Nationals Posing as Tourists Breached US Military Bases and Other Sites, Raising Espionage Concerns: Report

Chinese nationals, sometimes posing as tourists, accessed United States military bases and other sensitive locations up to 100 times in recent years, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The outlet reported that the incidents have raised espionage concerns among U.S. officials. These trespassers, referred to as gate-crashers, have accessed sensitive sites, either accidentally or intentionally, without proper authorization. . .

Some of these incidents included Chinese nationals breaching a missile range in New Mexico and scuba divers exploring a new rocket launch site in Florida. Other trespassing cases involved people following Google Maps directions to the nearest fast-food restaurant, which happened to be on a military base.

Officials also told the WSJ about a group of Chinese nationals who claimed to be tourists and insisted they had reservations at a hotel located on the Fort Wainwright military base in Alaska. The group attempted to push past security guards to access the site. . .

Chinese nationals have also accessed sensitive areas of the White House, taking photographs of the property, positions of Secret Services, and communications gear. Biden Uses Labor Day Address to Bash Trump: ’The Great Real Estate Builder Didn’t Build a Damn Thing’ (VIDEO)

President Joe Biden used his Labor Day address to attack his predecessor, Donald Trump, by claiming that the famed real estate mogul “didn’t build a damn thing.”

Speaking in the swing state of Pennsylvania — a heavy working-class state — during a Labor Day rally, President Biden said that infrastructure became a “punchline” under Trump.

“Guess what? The great real estate builder, the last guy here, he didn’t build a damn thing,” said Biden. “Under my predecessor, ‘Infrastructure Week’ became a punchline. On my watch, infrastructure means a decade, and it’s a headline.”

Biden even went as far as to say that Trump exported jobs to China, even though the former president took a firm stance against exporting jobs to foreign countries during his presidency, especially during the 2016 campaign against Hillary Clinton. The former president also imposed tariffs on Chinese goods.

“When the last guy was here, you were shipping jobs to China. Now we’re bringing jobs home from China,” Biden claimed. “When the last guy was here, your pensions were at risk. Revealed: Leaked Email Exposes Former CIA Agent’s Role in Hunter Biden Laptop Cover-Up Scandal

It has come to light that a former CIA counter-terrorism agent, Nada Bakos, concealed her employment at Twitter during the height of the Hunter Biden laptop controversy. . .

The controversy surrounding Hunter’s laptop caught fire when the New York Post published an exposé revealing the faces of CIA operatives responsible for playing down the information on Hunter’s laptop.

These operatives co-signed a public letter undermining reporting on the contents of the junior Biden’s laptop and telegraphing that it was merely a smear campaign to keep his father out of the White House. . .

Bakos, who was one of the co-signees and had her picture on the front page, was working at Twitter at the time. However, her job at the social media monolith remained obscure until now.

Investigative journalist Texas Lindsay probed the matter and discovered an email sent by Bakos, which indicated a scramble to secure her social media profiles after appearing on the cover of the New York Post alongside other former intelligence officials. Musk Threatens to Sue ADL After Blaming It for X Ad Sales Slump

Elon Musk threatened to sue the Anti-Defamation League on Monday after blaming the nonprofit for an advertising revenue slump on X since he led a takeover of the platform formerly known as Twitter.

Driving the news: Musk accused the ADL in a post on X of “trying to kill this platform by falsely accusing it & me of being anti-Semitic” after the nonprofit reported a spike in hate speech on the platform following the reinstatement of banned accounts there.

The billionaire said that U.S. advertising revenue “is still down 60%, primarily due to pressure on advertisers by @ADL (that’s what advertisers tell us), so they almost succeeded in killing X/Twitter!”

Joe Rogan, Bill Maher Blast Progressive Politics, Question BLM, Slam Childhood Mutilation, Say Woke Activists Are Like KKK

Two self-described “liberals” – Joe Rogan and Bill Maher – tore progressive policies to shreds during a recent podcast. The liberal commentators lampooned “woke” politics, questioned the authenticity of the black lives matter movement, sounded the alarm about so-called “gender-affirming care,” and talked about the dangers of equity versus equality.

Rogan said of Maher, “I think they look at you like a guy who they’re worried about because you don’t toe the line. You’re like a 90s liberal. You’re like liberals back when they were more reasonable, before they became leftists. And now every liberal, kind of has to be a leftist. If you want to be on the team, you got to subscribe to the most fringe ideas that the team is promoting.”

Maher added, “I’m always trying to make the case that liberal is a different animal than woke. Because it is. And you can be woke with all the nonsense that that now implies, but don’t say that somehow it’s an extension of liberalism. Because it’s most often actually an undoing of liberalism. So you can have your points of view and your positions on these things, but don’t try to piggyback on what I’ve always believed.”

“I have always believed, as liberals do, for example, in a colorblind society, that the goal is to not see race at all, anywhere, for any reason,” Maher said on the most recent episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience.” “That’s what liberals always believed, all the way through Obama going back to Kennedy, everybody, Martin Luther King.”

“That’s not what the woke believe,” Maher said. “They believe race is first and foremost the thing you should always see everywhere. Which I find interesting because that used to be the position of the Ku Klux Klan. That we see race first and foremost everywhere.”
