Erika Kirk Urges an End to Conspiracy Theories Surrounding Charlie’s Killing

Erika Kirk, CEO of Turning Point USA and widow of slain conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, used a Wednesday appearance on Fox News’ Outnumbered to directly address — and firmly reject — the conspiracy theories circulating online about her husband’s death.

Speaking publicly about the issue for the first time, Kirk said the speculation has become a harmful distraction as she and her team continue cooperating with investigators.

Kirk compared the online noise to a biblical story from the Book of Nehemiah, saying she feels called to stay focused on “building” rather than responding to people “calling down” from the sidelines. “My silence does not mean complacency,” she said. “Every time we hear a lead, anything at all, we send it to the authorities. No stone will be left unturned. I want justice for my husband more than anyone.”

While she said she can tolerate criticism directed at her personally, she drew a firm line at attacks on her staff and colleagues. According to Kirk, members of the Turning Point team — some of whom witnessed Charlie Kirk’s killing — have been overwhelmed with threats and harassment sparked by widely shared online theories accusing staff of involvement.

“When you go after my Turning Point USA family… claiming they’re somehow part of this, that’s where it ends,” she said, noting that some content creators are profiting from pushing those accusations. “This is a mind virus,” she added, describing the emotional toll the conspiracies have taken on the team. “My team is exhausted. They have death threats, kidnapping threats — you name it.”

Fox News host Harris Faulkner observed that Kirk appeared more forceful than usual. Kirk replied that what viewers were seeing was “righteous anger,” fueled by the pain her team relives each time new conspiracies spread. “Why should they have to retraumatize themselves every day?” she asked.

Kirk ended the segment with a direct message to those spreading the theories: “If people thought I was going to shrink into a corner, they were wrong. I will honor my husband’s legacy and never back down. My message is simple: stop.”

Australia Enforces Nationwide Ban on Social Media Accounts for Under-16s

Australia has rolled out a sweeping new policy that blocks anyone under the age of 16 from holding social media accounts, marking one of the most aggressive child-protection measures implemented by any Western nation.

The nationwide restriction, which officially took effect this week, forces major platforms to verify a user’s age before granting access. Companies that fail to comply may face large financial penalties and additional regulatory action.

Under the new rules, children under 16 are barred from creating or maintaining accounts on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, X, and any service that allows user-generated content and algorithm-driven feeds. Parents cannot override the ban, even with permission.

The government has approved specific age-verification mechanisms that platforms must use, shifting the burden of compliance onto the tech industry rather than parents or schools.

Officials say the move stems from mounting evidence connecting early social media use to rising mental health concerns among adolescents. Studies citing increased rates of anxiety, depression, sleep disruption, and exposure to adult or harmful content helped fuel political momentum for the ban.

Leaders behind the policy argue that platforms have failed to adequately safeguard minors.

“We’ve let tech companies dictate the online environment for kids for far too long,” government officials said in recent remarks. “This change gives young people space to grow without constant digital pressure.”

Social media firms have pushed back, warning that mandatory age verification raises privacy challenges, may be difficult to enforce, and could drive minors to circumvent rules through VPNs or borrowed accounts.

Privacy advocates also worry about the amount of personal data required to verify age, though the government insists approved methods protect user information.

ICE Locks Up Pedophiles, Other Violent Illegal Aliens as DHS Launches ‘Worst of the Worst’ Searchable Site

Immigration and Customs Enforcement is locking up more pedophiles and violent criminals as the Department of Homeland Security launches a new “worst of the worst” searchable website.

A press release obtained exclusively by Blaze News highlighted the Monday arrests of five criminal illegal aliens.

“Americans may be busy with Christmas parties and shopping, but the mission to arrest and deport criminal illegal aliens never stops — and neither does ICE law enforcement,” DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin stated.

“Every day, our law enforcement are removing the worst of the worst from across our nation,” McLaughlin continued. “Just yesterday, ICE arrested pedophiles, armed robbers, and drug traffickers. Thanks to our new website, Americans can see for themselves the criminal illegal aliens that we are arresting and removing from their communities.”

ICE nabbed Juan Aucenjio-Natalio, a Mexican national who was previously convicted in Fort Bend County, Texas, for indecency with a child by exposure. (Read more from “ICE Locks Up Pedophiles, Other Violent Illegal Aliens as DHS Launches ‘Worst of the Worst’ Searchable Site” HERE)

US Deploys Fighter Jets to Venezuelan Coast in Closest Approach Yet

The U.S. deployed two fighter jets over the Gulf of Venezuela Tuesday, marking what appeared to be the closest known approach of military aircraft to Venezuelan airspace to date, according to reports.

The F/A-18 jets were observed on Flightradar24 flying for roughly 30 minutes over the waters north of Venezuela, the Associated Press reported.

A U.S. defense official, speaking on condition of anonymity, described the short mission as a “routine training flight” designed to demonstrate the aircraft’s operational reach.

The official also did not disclose whether the jets were armed but did emphasize that the operation remained entirely within international airspace.

Tuesday’s dual flight follows months of heightened U.S. military activity in the region. (Read more from “US Deploys Fighter Jets to Venezuelan Coast in Closest Approach Yet” HERE)

High School Hosted Adult Livestream With Foot-Licking, Drag Queens And A Mock Crucifixion

A top San Diego high school rented out its gymnasium to a production company that filmed a 24-hour livestream presented by an adult content site called Fansly.

Fansly, described as a subscription-based platform where creators share exclusive content with fans, is a competitor to OnlyFans and allows creators to post content that is described as being “from mild to spicy.” The 24-hour video, uploaded on Friday to Twitch by internet personality Paymoney Wubby, was labeled “24 HOUR TAG PRESENTED BY Fansly,” showing four men playing a tag-style game while participating in game show activities, eating segments and other small tasks.

Reports about the video first broke Sunday evening from Restore San Diego Chairwoman Amy Reichert, who confirmed the filming location was Canyon Crest Academy’s (CCA) gym.

CCA, ranked as the number one high school in San Diego, confirmed to the Daily Caller News Foundation that the CCA Foundation (CCAF) approved a production company’s use of its gym Friday for filming. In a statement provided to the DCNF, the San Dieguito Union High School District (SDUHSD) said it learned about the incident on Sunday and understands that the production company filmed “a game show with highly inappropriate content.”

“We understand that the production company filmed a game show with highly inappropriate content that appears to have violated the terms of the agreement between CCAF and the production company, as well as the District’s community standards and policies,” the SDUHSD stated. Trump Accuses Ilhan Omar Of Marrying Her Brother

President Donald Trump accused Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota of marrying her brother during an interview with Politico’s Dasha Burns released Tuesday.

Questions about whether Omar committed immigration fraud have dogged the Somali-born Minnesota congresswoman since she was elected to Congress in 2018, with the Minneapolis Star-Tribune uncovering inconsistencies regarding her marital history in a 2019 report. Trump took aim at Omar, who has attacked operations by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) into the Minneapolis area to target illegal immigrants from Somalia after revelations into at least $1 billion in welfare fraud, some of which allegedly went to the radical Islamic terrorist group Al-Shabaab, during his appearance on “The Conversation.”

“I want to see people that contribute. I don’t want to see Somalia,” Trump told Burns. “I don’t want to see a woman that, you know, marries her brother to get in and then becomes a congressman, does nothing but complain.”

Omar claimed during a Sunday appearance on “Face the Nation” that Somalis in Minnesota were also victims of the welfare fraud scheme.

“All she does is complain, complain, complain and yet her country is a mess. You know, it’s one of the worst in the world,” Trump said. “Let her go back, fix up her own country. So no, Somalia, and I was right about it.” (Read more from “Trump Accuses Ilhan Omar Of Marrying Her Brother” HERE)

Surgeon Allegedly Shoved Crushed Abortion Pills Into Pregnant Girlfriend’s Mouth While She Slept

An Ohio surgeon is accused of stuffing crushed abortion pills into his girlfriend’s mouth while she slept after he learned she was pregnant — killing her [baby].

Hassan-James Abbas, a 32-year-old surgical resident at the University of Toledo, was able to easily obtain the abortion-inducing pills under his estranged wife’s name from from a telemedicine doctor, according to officials.

He then forced the medication into his girlfriend’s mouth last year, according to officials.

“He got on top of me and put his fingers in my mouth,” his girlfriend told WTOL 11.

“I laid there and I went back and forth in my head [wondering] if he was gonna kill me,” she added.

“That was my biggest thought, that he was going to kill me.” (Read more from “Surgeon Allegedly Shoved Crushed Abortion Pills Into Pregnant Girlfriend’s Mouth While She Slept” HERE)

Zelensky Doubles Down on Refusal to Cede Land in Donbas to Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has reaffirmed his strong refusal to cede any territory, resisting U.S. pressure for painful concessions to Russia as he moved ahead Tuesday to rally more European support for his country.

“Undoubtedly, Russia insists for us to give up territories. We, clearly, don’t want to give up anything. That’s what we are fighting for,” Zelenskyy told reporters in a WhatsApp chat late Monday.

“Do we consider ceding any territories? According to the law we don’t have such right,” he said. “According to Ukraine´s law, our constitution, international law, and to be frank, we don’t have a moral right either.”

In an interview with Politico released Tuesday, U.S. President Donald Trump again pressed Zelenskyy to accept the U.S. proposal that Ukraine cede territory to Russia, arguing that Moscow retains the “upper hand” in its nearly 4-year-old invasion, and that Zelenskyy’s government must “play ball.” (Read more from “Zelensky Doubles Down on Refusal to Cede Land in Donbas to Russia” HERE)

Nancy Mace Turned ‘Minor Miscommunication’ Into Profanity-Laced ‘Spectacle’ at SC Airport: Police Report

Rep. Nancy Mace let a “minor miscommunication” blow up into a profane “spectacle” when she repeatedly cussed at cops for being late to escort her through a South Carolina airport, an internal investigation has found.

Mace (R-SC), 47, had expected Charleston Airport Police to walk with her to her gate promptly after being dropped off on the morning of Oct. 30 — but flew into a rage when a supervisor who misidentified her car delayed the congresswoman’s meetup with law enforcement, according to the 10-page report.

The South Carolina gubernatorial hopeful arrived at an unexpected location in a “grey/silver BMW” rather than a “white” one, as the supervisor — who the report said “read the email quickly and pass[ed] on incorrect information unintentionally” — had stated.

Use of the encrypted app Signal — which “[n]o other protectee” uses for communicating with officers — and complications due to the “high personnel turnover” rate in Mace’s office also “exacerbated” the situation, added the Nov. 12 report by Charleston Airport Police Chief James A. Woods.

“While it is clear that we hold a certain level of responsibility in miscommunicating the color of Congresswoman Mace’s vehicle, it’s also equally clear that her continued failure to follow established procedures at the checkpoint is what turned a minor miscommunication over the color of a vehicle into the spectacle that this issue has become for our employees and airport workers,” it concluded. Afghan and Syrian Migrants Up to Ten Times More Likely to Be Suspected of Crimes in Germany

Afghan and Syrian nationals are significantly overrepresented among suspects of violent crimes in Germany, according to official statistics.

This week, the Bild newspaper revealed some of the data from Germany’s Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) report “Crime in the Context of Immigration” demonstrating that some foreign groups were much more likely to be suspected of serious crimes than German nationals.

When looking at violent crimes, there was a rate of 163 suspects per 100,000 Germans in 2024. In contrast, the rate for Afghan nationals stood at 1,722 suspects per 100,000 inhabitants. Meanwhile, the rate for Syrian nationals was 1,740 suspects per 100,000 inhabitants, or more than ten times the rate of German citizens.

According to the paper, a similar trend was born out in other categories of crime, including sexual offences or drug crimes, both of which are also led by Syrians and Afghans.

Separate figures revealed last month that foreigners now account for over 40 per cent of all suspected criminals in Germany last year. This jumped to over 43 per cent when only looking at violent crimes, recorded in the Police Crime Statistics 2024 (PKS 2024).
