Report: Apple Compromises Privacy and Security to Cater to Communist China’s Wishes

Apple willingly compromises certain privacy and security business practices to build a partnership with the Chinese government, a new report from the New York Times explains.

Not only does the Big Tech company store personal data of Chinese users on servers that are managed and serviced by a firm owned by the communist regime, but Apple’s CEO Tim Cook has spent years “making frequent, statesmanlike visits and meeting with top leaders” in the Asian country and caving to its wishes.

Apple often boasts that it believes “privacy is a fundamental human right,” but the company’s relationship with China seems to discard that “core value” in exchange for doing China’s bidding such as removing certain encryption technology and digital key that the communist regime disagreed with.

India’s COVID Cases Drop After Government Promotes ‘Trump Drugs’

India has become the center of the novel coronavirus pandemic, but a drop in cases has coincided with the national health ministry’s promotion of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine treatments.

The India Ministry of Health and Family Welfare updated its guidelines on April 28 for treating the asymptomatic and those with mild symptoms of COVID-19

Since then, the data show cases have plunged in some areas, reported a leading promoter in the United States of ivermectin as a treatment for COVID-19, Dr. Pierre Kory, the COVID blog reported.

On Monday, Indian officials announced the country’s daily COVID-19 cases fell below 300,000 for the first time in 25 days.

Kory, the chief medical officer of the Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance, is known for his congressional testimony about the effectiveness of ivermectin. In a live Zoom conference May 13, he showed the promising data from various states in India in the two weeks since ivermectin has been promoted. Chinese Communists Clamp Down On Christian Social Media

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has added further restrictions on Christian content on the social media platform WeChat, the Barnabas Fund reported Monday.

WeChat has blocked Christian search words such as “Christ,” “Bible,” and “Gospel,” the Barnabas Fund noted, and searches for these terms offer no results on the platform.

The Christian persecution watchdog also reported that WeChat removed a number of Christian accounts in late April and efforts to access these pages generate a notification that the accounts have been removed from service, stemming from complaints that the account violates the “Internet User Public Account Information Services Management Provisions.”

Christian sites such as “Gospel Times,” “Gospel TV,” “Gospel League,” “WeDevote Bible,” and “Old Gospel” were permanently shut down on WeChat, probably because their names contain sensitive Christian keywords.

Other users have complained that they have been blocked from uploading Christian videos to WeChat, while some Christian playlists have been removed from other music streaming services, all of which are monitored by the CCP. By New York Post. Israel said it shared “smoking gun” evidence with Biden administration officials that Hamas militants were operating out of a building in the Gaza Strip that housed media outlets that was reduced to rubble by Israeli rockets, according to a report on Sunday.

President Biden spoke to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday, a discussion that included the bombing of the building, and Israel showed Biden and other American officials the intelligence behind their decision, the Jerusalem Post reported on Sunday.

“We showed them the smoking gun proving Hamas worked out of that building,” the newspaper reported, citing a source close to Foreign Minister Gabi Ashkenazi. “I understand they found the explanation satisfactory.”

In a readout of the call from the White House, Biden reaffirmed “Israel’s right to defend itself against rocket attacks from Hamas and other terrorist groups in Gaza. . .

Report: Israel Showed U.S. Intelligence ‘Smoking Gun’ on Hamas Using Media Building

By Breitbart. Israel reportedly showed U.S. officials “smoking gun” intelligence Sunday indicating that the Palestinian Hamas terrorist organization was using the Jala Tower in Gaza, which also housed the Associated Press, Al Jazeera, and other international news outlets.

On Saturday, Israel destroyed the tower, after warning the occupants to allow them to leave. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) tweeted that the building contained “Hamas military intelligence assets” and that the media had been used as “human shields.”

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also highlighted the destruction of the building on his Instagram account.

The Associated Press denied any knowledge that the building had been used by terrorists, and international press freedom groups accused Israel of trying to censor coverage of events in Gaza. U.S. Ready To Help Israel, Palestinians if They Seek a Ceasefire

By The Epoch Times. The United States told the United Nations Security Council on Sunday it has made clear to Israel, the Palestinians and others that it is ready to offer support “should the parties seek a ceasefire” to end the worsening violence between Israel and Palestinian terrorist groups in Gaza.

“The United States has been working tirelessly through diplomatic channels to try to bring an end to this conflict,” U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Linda Thomas-Greenfield told the 15-member council. “Because we believe Israelis and Palestinians equally have a right to live in safety and security.”

As the U.N. Security Council convened to discuss the worst Israeli-Palestinian violence in years, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel’s campaign in Gaza was continuing at “full force.”

Netanyahu also defended an Israeli air strike on Saturday that destroyed a 12-story building where the Associated Press and the Al Jazeera TV network had offices. He said the structure also housed a terrorist group’s intelligence office and was thus a legitimate target.

Report: Prince Andrew Loses Nearly 50 Patronages After Epstein Scandal

Dozens of charitable causes have cut ties with Prince Andrew in the wake of the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, according to a report.

Nearly 50 “patronages,” or causes supported by different members of the royal family, told The Telegraph they had ended their relationship with the embattled Andrew, who stepped back from public life more than a year ago in the wake of the Epstein affair.

Most of the 150 groups reached by the outlet declined comment, while some explained they felt it “no longer appropriate” to stick with Andrew, according to The Sun.

U.S. Evacuates 120 Military Personnel From Israel As Violence Continues: Report

By Fox News. The Pentagon’s chief spokesman said Thursday that the U.S. evacuated 120 Defense Department personnel from Israel who were in the country for a routine planning conference to discuss future military exercises between U.S. and Israeli troops, a report said.

“This particular planning conference was already scheduled to wrap up this week, but we did accelerate the departures of these individuals in full coordination with our Israeli counterparts,” John Kirby, the spokesman, said, according to Stars and Stripes.

Biden: Israel Didn’t Overreact In Its Gaza Response

By Breitbart. President Joe Biden said Thursday that he does not think Israel has overreacted in its response to massive rocket fire from Gaza.

“One of the things I’ve seen thus far is that there has not been a significant overreaction [by Israel],” he said during a press conference.

“The question is how they get to a point where there is a significant reduction in the attacks, particularly the rocket attacks that are indiscriminately fired into population centers, but I expect that I’ll be having some more discussions,” Biden added.

‘Horrifying’ Reports From Netherlands: Thousands Euthanized in 2020

A record high number of people were euthanized in the Netherlands in 2020, according to horrifying new reports from media outlets in the region. Nearly 7,000 people were killed legally by their doctors, and over 200 of them were mentally disabled.

Dutch News, an English-language media outlet covering the Netherlands, said the RTE Regional Euthanasia Review Committees have finished their annual reviews, analyzing every death by euthanasia. They reported that 6,938 people were killed in 2020, which represents a 9% increase over 2019, fulfilling predictions that euthanasia deaths in the Netherlands would soon be skyrocketing.

Additionally, 3% of the deaths were those of people with dementia or psychiatric disorders, meaning that roughly 208 people were killed due to a mental disability.

Jeroen Recourt, chairman of the RTE, said the numbers are to be expected, and are seemingly not troubling at all. “The figures are part of a larger development,” he told Trouw. “More and more generations see euthanasia as a solution to unbearable suffering. Biden State Department Sympathizes With Palestine After Hamas Attack; Trump: Palestinian Rocket Attacks on Israel Provoked by Joe Biden’s ‘Weakness’

State Department spokesman Ned Price told reporters on Tuesday he witnessed photos of Palestinian children killed amid a barrage of rocket fire from Hamas, and a response from the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), and “hard not to look at those pictures and feel a sense of the suffering.”

Price, speaking at his regular press briefing, called for “restraint and de-escalation in an effort to preserve life,” according to the Times of Israel.

“Reports of civilian deaths are something that we regret and would like to come to a stop. We don’t want to see provocations,” Price said. “The provocations we have seen have resulted in a deeply lamentable loss of life.”

“We call for restraint and for calm. Donald Trump: Palestinian Rocket Attacks on Israel Provoked by Joe Biden’s ‘Weakness’
