Female inmates in California prisons are seeking relief after a new California law allows biological men to be housed at women’s detention centers in the state based on their “gender identity.”

The letter from inside a prison said in part:

So we want to know if you can possible send a copy of the policy and procedures for the screening process of these men coming here. They are getting caught having sex already yesterday a girl was s*ucking a mans d**k on the main yard. WTF? … This is not safe for us.

The law, SB132, is designed to allow prisoners being admitted to prison according to the sex they want to live as rather than their biological sex — resulting in men living with men and even some women living with men:

The bill would require the [Corrections] department, for a person who is transgender, nonbinary, or intersex to only conduct a search of that person according to the search policy for their gender identity or according to the gender designation of the facility where they are housed, based on the individual’s search preference. The bill would additionally require the department to house the person in a correctional facility designated for men or women based on the individual’s preference, except as specified.

‘Her Life Was a Walking Miracle’: Former Planned Parenthood Staffer Turned Pro-life Advocate Has Died

A Planned Parenthood facility director who later filed a lawsuit against her former employer and testified against the abortion giant in a congressional hearing, Sue Thayer, died on Tuesday following a short battle with kidney cancer. She was 62.

Her daughter, Kim Thayer, announced her passing in a Facebook post. “Mom lost her earthly battle with a rare, aggressive form of cancer but won the final war when she woke up in the arms of our Heavenly Father,” wrote Kim.

To family and friends, Thayer was known as a joyful woman of deep Christian faith. Most recently, she had served as director of outreach at 40 Days for Life, an ecumenical group based in central Texas and active in 63 countries that mobilizes prayer vigils outside abortion centers.

The ministry’s president, Shawn Carney, called Thayer “irreplaceable” and “an important part of the pro-life movement around the world” in a tribute video.

Women’s health advocate and author Abby Johnson, known for also exiting Planned Parenthood, said Thayer will be “greatly missed by many.” Johnson stated online: “Sue has been a force in the prolife movement. Transgender ‘Man’ Who Gave Birth Slams Nurses Who Called Her ‘Mom’

. . .In Oct. 2020, Los Angeles resident Bennett Kaspar-Williams, 37, gave birth via caesarean to a healthy baby boy with [her] husband, Malik.

But in the process of having little Hudson, Kaspar-Williams was troubled by the constant misgendering of [her] by hospital staff who insisted on calling [her] a “mom,” the Daily Mail reported.

“No one can ever really know whether having children is possible until you try — being born with a uterus doesn’t make conceiving or carrying a certainty,” the father — who began transitioning in 2014 — said of his parenthood journey. “That’s why it’s so important that we stop defining ‘womanhood’ in terms of ‘motherhood,’ because it’s a false equivalency that all women can become mothers, that all mothers carry their children, or that all people who carry children are mothers.” . . .

Biden Extends Student Loan Freeze to May

President Biden on Wednesday extended the pandemic moratorium on federal student loan payments and interest accrual through May 1 amid surging cases of COVID-19.

The president announced the extension in a Wednesday statement that touted the strength of the economy during his first year in office but acknowledged the new threat posed by the omicron variant.

“Now, while our jobs recovery is one of the strongest ever, we know that millions of student loan borrowers are still coping with the impacts of the pandemic and need some more time before resuming payments,” he said.

“Given these considerations, today my administration is extending the pause on federal student loan repayments for an additional 90 days — through May 1, 2022 — as we manage the ongoing pandemic and further strengthen our economic recovery.”

Those who owe student loans to the federal government have not been required to make payments on their debt since former President Trump initially issued the moratorium in March 2020. Trump’s order also froze the accrual of interest on federal student loans, effectively freezing $1.6 trillion in debt owed by more than 40 million Americans. Airline CEO Says ‘Idiot’ Anti-Vaxxers Should Not Be Allowed to Fly, Shop for Groceries

The CEO of Ryanair, one of the largest airlines in Europe, said last week that those who have chosen not to get vaccinated against COVID-19 should be banned from various aspects of everyday life.

Michael O’Leary told The Telegraph that authorities should be making life harder for “idiot” anti-vaxxers or those who’ve denied the jab without good cause.

“If you’re not vaccinated, you shouldn’t be allowed in the hospital, you shouldn’t be allowed to fly, you shouldn’t be allowed on the London Underground, and you shouldn’t be allowed in the local supermarket or your pharmacy either,” O’Leary told the paper. Investigation: Woman Says She Was Virtually ‘Groped’ in Facebook’s VR Metaverse

A woman claims she was virtually “groped” in a virtual reality world, and an investigation has been launched. A female believes she was the victim of sexual harassment while testing out a virtual world from Meta – the company formerly known as Facebook.

The alleged victim was a beta tester on the VR platform “Horizon Worlds” – a “social experience where you can explore, play and create.” The virtual world allows users to “design worlds of your own or get to know other members of the community and be inspired by their creations.” The virtual reality metaverse offers “interactive puzzles” and “action-packed games.”

The woman claims she was virtually “groped” during the testing period on Nov. 26. . .

Following the woman’s allegation that she was virtually “groped,” Meta launched an investigation into the incident. The company – formerly known as Facebook – determined that the tester did not activate a safety feature designed to prevent harassment on the platform.

Pfizer Moving to 3-Dose Trial for Kids After 2-Shot Vaccine Fails

Pfizer-BioNTech announced Friday its two-shot vaccine didn’t perform adequately in children ages 2 to 5 years old, and it will test a three-dose series for official authorization.

The pharmaceutical companies said they will expand ongoing clinical trials of their COVID-19 vaccine in children to include a third dose for participants as young as 6 months old, NPR reported. . .

The decision, the companies said, was made “following a routine review by the external independent Data Monitoring Committee,” which acts as a watchdog over the clinical trials.

They insisted, however, that no “safety concerns” were identified, and the 3 microgram doses “demonstrated a favorable safety profile in children 6 months to under 5 years of age.”

The FDA has authorized the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine only for emergency use in children aged 5 and older. Adults get 30 micrograms of the Pfizer shot per dose, and children ages 5 to 11 get 10 micrograms. In November, the FDA authorized a third booster dose for all U.S. adults. Taylor Swift Party a COVID Super Spreader Event After 100 Test Positive

More than 100 people who attended a Taylor Swift-themed party last Friday have since tested positive for COVID-19.

The celebration of Swift’s “Red” album is now being considered a super spreader event, and even those attendees who have not yet tested positive for the coronavirus are being asked to isolate.

Swift, 32, wasn’t actually at the party — it was a gathering of fans in celebration of the re-release of her 2012 album. But the virus apparently spread quickly to the 600 people who joined.

“Anyone who attended the ‘On Repeat: Taylor Swift Red Party’” at Sydney’s Metro Theatre on “10 December is a close contact and must immediately get tested and isolate for 7 days,” a public health alert by New South Wales Health warns. At least 97 cases of COVID-19 have been connected with the party so far. “It is likely some of these cases have the Omicron variant of concern,” the alert notes.

Mom Says 5-Year-Old Child Accessed Porn Website, ‘Inappropriate Content’ With School Ipad

Students at a Wisconsin school district were able to access pornography on their school’s iPads for months due to a lack of “working” filters, according to the mom of a student who accessed the material and spoke during the public comment portion of the district’s school board meeting Tuesday.

Kindergarteners at Burleigh Elementary School at Elmbrook Schools in Brookfield, Wisconsin were exposed to pornography and “other inappropriate content” on a school-issued iPad, because it had “no working filter” outside of the school environment between September 2021 and Nov. 22, 2021, mother Elizabeth Theis said during the public comment portion of the school board meeting.

The school district told the Daily Caller News Foundation that it “checked those devices and did not find any access to inappropriate content.” . . .

“So all 5k [kindergarteners] and first graders in the Elmbrook school district who brought home iPads this fall had unfiltered access to the internet,” she said.

“On one occasion this fall while at home, my five year old child on the school issued iPad, typed in searches like E, F, F, G, G, [on Google] and accessed multiple pages on a pornography website, videos on YouTube of people smoking, a Russian password hacking website and a YouTube like website with absurd, inappropriate videos from all over the world,” she added. FDA Lifts In-Person Restrictions on Abortion Pill

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) eased restrictions Thursday on at-home drug-induced abortions by allowing women and girls to end their pregnancies via mail-order pills without having to see an abortion provider in person.

Earlier this year, the FDA had already eased restrictions on the requirement of in-person assessment for drug-induced abortion due to the coronavirus pandemic. The abortion industry and its allies quickly readied tele-abortion services to be utilized on a permanent basis.

In April 2020, Planned Parenthood CEO Alexis McGill Johnson referred to telemedicine abortion as the “silver lining” of the coronavirus pandemic.
