Court Stunner! Girl Must Use Girls Locker Room

Rejecting eight years of “gender identity” politics under President Obama, a Missouri appeals court ruled a biological girl must use a locker room for girls.

The Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, this week affirmed the dismissal of a complaint by a female identified by the court only as R.M.A.

She had sued the Blue Springs R-IV School District and its board of education because, after adopting a male name and changing the gender reference on her birth certificate, she still was being required by the school district to use facilities designated for females . . .

The girl alleged her exclusion from the boys’ restrooms and locker rooms subjected her “to different requirements for accessing the services of the school” due to gender.

However, the school argued that the Missouri Human Rights Act, under which the claim was filed, “does not extend its protection to claims based on gender identity.” (Read more from “Court Stunner! Girl Must Use Girls Locker Room” HERE)

Bad News for LGBTQ: Plan to Take Back Rainbow

Many thousands of years before the “gay” movement claimed the rainbow as its emblem, God fashioned the brilliantly colored banner of light and painted it across the sky as a beautiful symbol of his enduring covenant with mankind.

Six millennia later, bare-skinned “gay” men would strut their stuff on parade floats wearing nothing but rainbow Speedos, tutu skirts and body paint, celebrating their homosexual “pride” by proudly displaying the spectrum through America’s public streets.

Now, after decades of witnessing the colors splashed across “gay” parades, flags, bumper stickers and even the White House in 2015, one prominent Christian has announced his plan to “take back the rainbow.”

Ken Ham is president of Answers in Genesis, which created the Ark Encounter, a massive reproduction in Kentucky of the biblical Noah’s Ark. Described as the largest timber frame structure in the world, the project re-created Noah’s Ark at 510 feet long, 85 feet wide and 51 feet high . . .

Ham announced on Twitter that the ark will be lit with a massive rainbow every evening. (Read more from “Bad News for LGBTQ: Plan to Take Back Rainbow” HERE)

Actress Pleads for Ban on Mutilation of Girls

When the news broke in April that federal investigators in Detroit had arrested two doctors in the nation’s first case of female genital mutilation, it was widely reported in the local and national media that the cases were part of a “tiny sect” of Islam . . .

While American feminists have been largely silent about the atrocity of female genital mutilation, stressing the need for “cultural sensitivity,” the cause of banning the procedure in all 50 states has gained a new high-profile ally in Kelly Carlson, a Hollywood actress with family ties to Maine.

Carlson, who is best known for her role as Kimber Henry on the FX drama series “Nip/Tuck,” pulls no punches in championing the cause against FGM, calling out the American Civil Liberties Union for its support of the practice.

Carlson pointedly takes on the ACLU, which has made various excuses for legislators’ inaction in Minnesota and Maine.

One such excuse is that there is no need for a state-level prohibition of FGM, given that it is already a crime under federal statute. In fact, in testimony earlier this year on behalf of the Maine Prosecutors Association, Kennebec and Somerset Counties District Attorney Maeghan Maloney argued strongly that she and her colleagues need lawmakers in Augusta to adopt a state law criminalizing female genital mutilation. Global Warming Extremists Urge Gov’t to Teach Kids to Have Fewer Babies

Governments and schools should be teaching kids to have fewer children in order to reduce climate change.

That’s according to a study published in Environmental Research Letters, in which University of British Columbia grad student Seth Wynes and Sweden’s Lund University professor Kimberley Nicholas calculate how individual actions cut greenhouse gas emissions.

They claim having one fewer child is a “high impact action” far eclipsing any other in effectiveness.

The study has received widespread attention, reported uncritically in the mainstream media, such as the left-leaning U.K. Guardian, and generating controversy across the conservative blogosphere and Twitter.

But Steven Mosher, president of the Virginia-based Population Research Institute, blasted the suggestion as “ridiculous” and “dangerous,” and the study as “climate extremism masquerading as science.” (Read more from “Global Warming Extremists Urge Gov’t to Teach Kids to Have Fewer Babies” HERE)

Women’s March Praises Cop-Killing Terrorist as ‘Sign of Resistance’

The Women’s March praised a cop-killing terrorist as a “sign of resistance” on Sunday.

Assata Shakur, whose real name is Joanne Chesimard, has been on the FBI’s Most Wanted list for decades after escaping from a New Jersey prison in 1979, where she was serving out a life sentence for murdering a police officer execution style. Shakur, a wanted terrorist, has become a hero to many on the anti-police left.

Women’s March wished Shakur a happy birthday on Sunday, calling her a “revolutionary” and a “sign of resistance.”

Women’s March wasn’t alone in glorifying Shakur on Sunday.

Black Lives Matter’s New York City chapter held a dance party Sunday night celebrating Shakur, whom the activist group claims “inspired a movement.”

Church Employee Fired After Alleged Discovery of Child Porn

Citrus County Sheriff Mike Prendergast says 36-year-old Chad Robison is one thing: “I want to emphasize this is a textbook case of an online sexual predator.”

Robison spent six years as music director of Seven River Presbyterian in Lecanto but in May, a coworker, planning to play on joke on Robison’s computer, allegedly discovered a mountain of child porn.

“On his personal laptop we have more than 3,000 videos and 350,000 photographs that our detectives have combed thru,” said the sheriff.

Investigators say many of those videos were recorded online webcam chats between Robison and underage girls, as young as 14, through the website Omegle.com. It’s a cam-to-cam chat site with users all over the globe.

“We have videos of Robison having virtual sex with an underage female who is not local as well as trying to coerce young girls to show him their breasts,” he said. “The defendant was secretly video and recording females in his restroom at his home over the course of the time he gathered pictures and videos.” (Read more from “Church Employee Fired After Alleged Discovery of Child Porn” HERE)

Good News for Baby Charlie

Officials at Great Ormond Street Hospital in the United Kingdom, who have recommended that life support for 11-month-old Charlie Gard be withdrawn so that he dies, now have tried to exclude his parents from a meeting that could very well decide his future . . .

WND reported on Thursday that during the early part of a court hearing, Charlie Gard’s parents, Chris Gard and Connie Yates, stormed out because the judge claimed they had said they wanted to maintain their son’s condition as it was, something they denied saying.

But they returned a short time later and the judge eventually asked an American doctor, testifying via long-distance, whether he would be available and willing to come to the U.K. to begin treatments on Charlie . . .

It is Dr. Michio Hirano of Columbia University Medical Center in New York, an expert in the child’s condition, who has agreed to travel to the U.K. for an evaluation.

He then will meet with U.K. officials to discuss his prognosis. (Read more from “Good News for Baby Charlie” HERE)

Is This the Dream Team to Beat Back ‘Gay’-Wedding Bullies?

A Washington state florist is petitioning the U.S. Supreme Court for permission to join the case of Lakewood, Colorado, baker Jack Phillips, who was ordered by a state commission to undergo indoctrination, along with his staff, because he would not use his artistry to promote “gay weddings.”

The request comes from florist Barronelle Stutzman, who was ordered by the Washington state Supreme Court to promote same-sex “weddings” with her floral artistry in violation of her faith.

As punishment for refusing, the state court judges intoned, a court can order her to forfeit her business, savings, retirement funds and home.

Phillips was publicly berated and punished by the Colorado Civil Rights Commission – one supposedly neutral commissioner lashed out at him and compared him to a Nazi – when Phillips said he could not use his artistry to promote a same-sex “wedding.”

The Colorado state Supreme Court then refused, without explanation, to intervene, setting up Phillips’ request to the nation’s highest court. (Read more from “Is This the Dream Team to Beat Back ‘Gay’-Wedding Bullies?” HERE)

State to Force Pro-Life Pregnancy Centers to Advertise Free Abortions

. . .Mirroring a 2015 California law, Hawaii’s edict forces locally funded pregnancy centers to post and distribute to each client a notification that the state offers free abortions, as well as a website link on where and how to schedule a taxpayer-funded abortion.

The mandated signage and disclaimer form must include the following verbiage:

This clinic does not provide abortion services or abortion referrals. Only ultrasounds performed by qualified healthcare professionals and read by licensed clinicians should be considered medically accurate.

Hawaii has public programs that provide immediate free or low-cost access to comprehensive family planning services including all FDA-approved methods of contraception, prenatal care, and abortion for eligible women.

To apply for medical insurance coverage that will cover the full range of family planning and prenatal care services, apply on-line at mybenefits.hawaii.gov.

Nude Images, Videos of Congresswoman and Husband Shared by Former Staffer

Two former Capitol Hill staffers were indicted this week in connection with the alleged sharing of “private, nude images and videos” swiped from a congresswoman’s cellphone.

The congresswoman is Virgin Islands Del. Stacey Plaskett, her office confirmed Thursday evening. The footage depicts Plaskett, identified in court documents as “Delegate S.P.,” and her husband.

In March 2016, Plaskett entrusted her iPhone and its password to staffer Juan McCullum, who, the indictment alleges, copied the nude images and videos after offering to take the phone to an Apple store for repairs.

McCullum allegedly also created a Facebook account, uploaded the visual content, and then friended people in Plaskett’s district.

McCullum was indicted Tuesday by a grand jury on two counts of cyberstalking, the U.S. attorney’s office in the nation’s capital announced Thursday afternoon. (Read more from “Nude Images, Videos of Congresswoman and Husband Shared by Former Staffer” HERE)
