Government Schools Intentionally Making Kids Dumber?

It’s no surprise to hear that America’s education system is in disarray, with Common Core dumbing down young students, faith absent from education and underpaid teachers increasingly unfit to serve as effective educators.

But all of that is by design, contends Alex Newman, an international journalist and co-author of “Crimes of the Educators: How Utopians are Using Government Schools to Destroy America’s Children.” . . .

Newman believes the government education system is not built to educate but to create obedient, unlearned drones who are subservient to authority.

“It’s really the education system that is at the foundation of what eventually emerges as culture, politics, government and all the rest of it,” Newman began. “Education is where we went wrong, so if we’re going to fix this, education is the place to be involved.” . . .

According to Newman, government schools work to produce illiteracy, dumb down students and spread an atheistic worldview. Government education, he said, leads to “a hatred toward truth, objective reality and moral principles.” (Read more from “Government Schools Intentionally Making Kids Dumber?” HERE)

Defender of Franklin Scandal Child Sex Abuse Victims, Is Dead at 76

John DeCamp, a former Nebraska state senator, veteran, and attorney, has died. He served in the US military in Vietnam, and in 1975, he initiated Operation Baby Lift, which evacuated more than 2,800 orphaned Vietnamese children to safety.

DeCamp wrote a book, The Franklin Cover-up: Child Abuse, Satanism, and Murder in Nebraska, based on the infamous teen prostitution ring originating out of Boys Town in Lincoln, Nebraska, that was linked to the White House, in the late 1980s. He represented the young victims in the case and spurred a grand jury investigation into the disturbing and brutal pedophilia scandal that ruined many lives.

Here is a video documentary, Conspiracy of Silence, that chronicles DeCamp’s investigation of the Franklin case that was scheduled to air on the Discovery channel in 1994, but was cancelled. Copies of the video were supposed to be destroyed, but this one surfaced on YouTube:

DeCamp claimed that he was the first person to bring a child sexual abuse case against the Catholic church in the US, which he said he won, but the judge revoked the award because it was too unbelievable.

DeCamp also represented Mark Taylor, the first student victim who was shot in the Columbine school massacre, and sued the Solvay Pharmaceutical company, the manufacturer of an anti-depressant that Eric Harris had been prescribed. The case reportedly ended with Solvay paying $10,000 to a third-party charity, without the drug company admitting guilt.

DeCamp suffered from Parkinson’s disease and other illnesses; he was 76 at the time of death. He was a colorful character who helped many people.

“Deviant Sex Is Unhealthy”: Doctor Who Served on Harvard Medical School Faculty Now Banned From Four Hospitals for Correlating Sickness With Homosexuality

The horrific treatment of Dr. Paul Church has become a nightmare – affecting him, of course, but ultimately all of us as well. Because he told the medical truth and refused to bow to political correctness on this critical public health issue, he has now been banned from four prominent Boston area hospitals and a urology clinic . . .

Dr. Church is a urologist who was on the staff of several major Boston area hospitals and clinics for nearly 30 years. He was on the faculty of Harvard Medical School. He has done research on diagnosing prostate and bladder cancer, and has spoken to educational and civic groups on the subject of high-risk sexual behaviors.

In 2015, as we reported, Dr. Church was expelled from the staff of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) where he had worked for 28 years. The reason? His comments to colleagues that homosexuality is medically unhealthy and that a hospital should not be promoting and celebrating that behavior in “gay pride” events and other hospital-sponsored activities.

Subsequently, he was expelled from two more Boston area hospitals, Brigham & Women’s Faulkner, where also had worked for 28 years, and Beth Israel Deaconess-Needham, where had worked for over six years. Both hospitals admitted that they did not expel Dr. Church because of anything he said or did at those hospitals. He had a perfect performance record. They expelled him because of his original comments made at BIDMC.

After being expelled by the three hospitals, Dr. Church needed a hospital for patient referrals. A fourth hospital, St. Elizabeth’s in Boston, made an offer in 2016 to bring Dr. Church onto their staff, but then abruptly cancelled it. He had been approved by hospital officials all the way up the ladder to join St. Elizabeth’s. Contracts had been signed and even business cards had been printed up. But as he was about to start work, he was informed that they had disapproved his credentialing. The administrators cited “other disputes” and his hiring was cancelled. Dr. Church later found out that hospital officials feared repercussions by the LGBT community for his views expressed at BIDMC.

He has also been dismissed from an independent urology clinic. In addition to the four hospitals, Dr. Church was asked to leave the staff of Men’s Health Boston, a urology clinic where he had been in practice for more than 10 years. He was told that the reason was his dispute at BIDMC. They told him, “We don’t agree with what you’re doing,” and that the BIDMC issue would be “bad for business.” . . .

Currently, Dr. Church continues to see some patients at a private office in suburban Boston. But without hospital staff privileges, he can no longer do hospital work or perform needed surgeries himself. His livelihood has been significantly impacted as a result.

All the major Boston hospitals now participate in the annual “Gay Pride Week” – a public display of sexual and emotional dysfunction. They also heavily promote LGBT events and issues internally. ‘Easy Meat’: Muslim Mass-Rape of White Girls

Seventeen men and one woman were found guilty of a host of sexual crimes against young women – many of them children – after a massive “grooming gang” was uncovered in Newcastle, England.

The gang, made up of mostly Muslim Middle Easterners and South Asians (commonly referred to as just “Asian” in the U.K.) preyed upon white British girls, plying them with alcohol, marijuana, mephedrone and other drugs.

The victims of sexual abuse were between the ages of 13 and 25. They were drugged unconscious and then raped or pressured into sex through physical or emotional abuse.

According to the London Guardian, one of the gang members, Badrul Hussian, allegedly yelled at a female ticket inspector on public transit: “All white women are only good for one thing. For men like me to f— and use like trash. That’s all women like you are worth.”

Peter McLaughlin, author of “Easy Meat: Inside Britain’s Grooming Gang Scandal,” noted Muslims make up 5 percent of the population of the U.K. but account for 90 percent of “grooming gang” convictions. (Read more from “‘Easy Meat’: Muslim Mass-Rape of White Girls” HERE)

Starbucks Facing Major Backlash Over Absurd Reason They Banned This Man for Life

Coffee fanatics hold their morning (or afternoon) cup o’ Joe in high esteem. Whenever they need a quick pick-me-up at the aesthetically pleasing and mainstream coffee franchise known as Starbucks, they’re hoping to be in and out in minutes.

Many on-the-go patrons opt for the drive-thru, but others seem to have time to run inside and then dash back to their parked vehicles. Unfortunately, some patrons at a Starbucks in Florida have been illegally parking in handicap spots to grab their favorite beverage in record time.

This really irked one loyal patron. Rob Rowen decided to take matters into his own hands.

Rowen’s son-in-law has muscular dystrophy and uses a power wheelchair to get around. Rowen was tired of seeing able-bodied patrons take up handicap spots for the sheer sake of convenience.

He began telling illegally parked patrons to move. “I threatened to embarrass him by telling everybody he was parked illegally,” said Rowen, referring to one particular gentleman he had confronted.

Patrons did not respond positively to being scolded. One woman threatened to call the police and say Rowen was harassing her.

But after calling the police, the woman was the one who was served justice. She received a ticket for her illegal parking job.

Other patrons complained about Rowen’s tactics, prompting Starbucks to take action against him. He was kicked out of the South Dale Mabry, Tampa, location by the manager.

A few days later he received a letter in the mail, which he hoped was an apology. Instead, it was a letter banning him from Starbucks for life.

Starbucks said they made this decision in order to protect other patrons and employees. In a statement, they claimed Rowen had been “confrontational” and that they expect all patrons to act respectfully toward one another and Starbucks employees.

Rowen was disappointed by Starbucks’ actions, as he had been a faithful customer. However, perhaps Rowen’s commitment to his cause will serve as a reminder to all that a quick coffee fix is not worth inconveniencing those who are disabled.

Florida law took Rowen’s side, enforcing the appropriate fines for those who violated the handicapped parking accessibility. After the story was posted online, Starbucks lifted Rowen’s ban — but not before Rowan was able to bring more awareness to this issue that is so close to his heart. Transgender Graduates Get $20,000 Each After Restroom Dispute

A Pennsylvania school agreed to pay three transgender students $20,000 each in a settlement allowing the students to use the restroom corresponding to their gender identity.

The details of the costly settlement—totaling $60,000 awarded to the students and $75,000 to their attorney—were released Tuesday after the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette requested the information from the Pine-Richland School District under the state’s sunshine law, according to U.S. News & World Report.

U.S. District Court Judge Mark Hornak issued a 48-page ruling in February 2016 explaining why the Pine-Richland policy discriminated against transgender students and violated the 14th Amendment’s equal protection clause, the Post-Gazette reported. ‘Teacher of Year’ Who Had Gay, Teen Sex Parties Sent to Jail

A former public high-school teacher in Converse, Texas, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after he threw sex parties for teenage boys and pressured them to perform sex acts on one another.

Two teenage victims told police that Jared Anderson, 29, who was an English teacher at Judson High School for more than a year at the time of his arrest in March 2016, had the boys play sexual games at the sex parties he hosted. At the parties, Anderson would reportedly walk around nude and sexually aroused.

Two months after police arrested Anderson, school officials recalled student yearbooks to discard a page honoring Anderson as Teacher of the Year, the San Antonio Express-News reported.

When Anderson learned he was Teacher of the Year, according to the yearbook page, he was “shocked that he had won.” (Read more from “‘Teacher of Year’ Who Had Gay, Teen Sex Parties Sent to Jail” HERE)

Disney Cartoon Features Lesbian ‘Moms,’ Promotes Gay ‘Marriage’ to Preschoolers

An August 5 episode of the Disney Junior show Doc McStuffins, which is aimed at preschoolers, featured two lesbian “moms” as the heads of a family.

The show is about an aspiring doctor who “fixes” toys with help from friends.

In the August 5 episode “The Emergency Plan,” a lesbian couple and their children (they’re a family of dolls) have to flee their house because of an “earthquake.” The purpose of the episode is apparently teaching children the importance of having an emergency plan.

“With this episode, they see a family that looks like our family,” said Wanda Sykes, a lesbian actress who plays one of the same-sex partners. “We’re two moms… it’s going to be very exciting for [my kids] to see our family represented.” (Read more from “Disney Cartoon Features Lesbian ‘Moms,’ Promotes Gay ‘Marriage’ to Preschoolers” HERE)

Hillary Clinton Has a New Career Path

Hillary Clinton is considering becoming a Methodist minister or lay preacher, according to her pastor.

Bill Shillady, Clinton’s spiritual advisor and the author of a forthcoming book of the failed presidential candidate’s daily devotionals, told this to The Atlantic.

The Atlantic’s August 6 article, “Hillary Wants to Preach,” by Emma Green, explores Clinton’s apparent dream of being an ordained Methodist minister. The article speculates that Clinton has held back from discussing her faith too much in public recently, and this could be one of the reasons why she lost in 2016. It also notes that Clinton has been mocked or had her sincerity questioned when she speaks about religion.

“Last fall, the former Newsweek editor Kenneth Woodward revealed that Clinton told him in 1994 that she thought ‘all the time’ about becoming an ordained Methodist minister,” Green wrote. Woodward said Clinton asked him not to write about that for fear of looking too “pious.” (Read more from “Hillary Clinton Has a New Career Path” HERE)

‘Stress Reduction Policies’ Let Students Choose Their Own Grades

A professor at the University of Georgia created a “Stress Reduction Policy” that allows students who feel “unduly stressed” to choose their own grades, according to a Monday report.

Richard Watson incorporated the policy into two business courses, Campus Reform reported. The syllabi have since been updated to remove the policy, but an archived version of one is available.

“If you feel unduly stressed by a grade for any assessable [sic] material or the overall course, you can email the instructor indicating what grade you think is appropriate, and it will be so changed,” Watson said in a syllabus revised Friday for MIST 4610: Data Management. “No explanation is required, but it is requested that you consider waiting 24 hours before emailing the instructor.”

The “Stress Reduction Policy” also states that students may leave group work whenever they desire and choose to have their grade not reflect that segment of the course. All exams will be open-book. (Read more from “‘Stress Reduction Policies’ Let Students Choose Their Own Grades” HERE)
