Tom Homan Reveals Plans Set to Flood NYC with More ICE Agents ‘Than You’ve Ever Seen’

President Trump’s border czar Tom Homan said Monday that plans have been laid out to flood the Big Apple with more ICE agents “than you’ve ever seen” after he repeatedly warned Gov. Kathy Hochul of an impending surge.

The top Trump administration official doubled down on his threats to flood New York City with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents after Hochul and Albany Democrats passed sweeping sanctuary state laws last month curbing local cooperation with federal authorities.

“I made her a promise, you’re going to see more ICE agents than you’ve ever seen in New York City, and it’s coming,” Homan said during an interview with “Fox and Friends.”

“I just reviewed an operational plan. I’m not going to tell you exactly when it’s going to happen, but it’s coming,” he said on Fox News.

“I’m keeping my promise, we’re going to send more ICE agents to New York because you took away the efficiencies of safer arrests at county jails.” (Read more from “Tom Homan Reveals Plans Set to Flood NYC with More ICE Agents ‘Than You’ve Ever Seen’” HERE)

US Launches ‘Proportional’ Attacks Against Iran in Payback for ‘Unjustified’ Downing of Army Helicopter

US military on Tuesday unleashed strikes against Iran in retaliation for its “unjustified” downing of an American military helicopter and its two pilots, US Central Command said Tuesday.

President Trump ordered the “proportional” strikes after determining Iran on Monday shot down a US Apache attack helicopter in the Strait of Hormuz, leaving a two-month-old cease-fire hanging by a thread.

Trump, however, signaled he wasn’t seeking a return to full-scale war and downplayed the helicopter attack – telling the Wall Street Journal that it “wasn’t a big deal” and “the pilot is fine.”

The military response also was billed as measured, with CENTCOM describing the Tuesday evening mission as “self-defense strikes.”

“CENTCOM forces began launching self-defense strikes against Iran at 5 p.m. ET today at the Commander in Chief’s direction, in response to yesterday’s downing of a US Army Apache helicopter,” the combatant command said Tuesday. Thirty-eight percent of Independents said yes while only 10 percent of Republicans gave the same answer:

The survey targeted U.S. adults with a sample size of 1,000 and a +/-3.95 % margin of error via an online, web-based survey.

Congressman Massie Wants A New Investigation Into Israel Over USS Liberty Attack 59 Years Ago

In his speech on the House floor Monday marking the 59th anniversary of the USS Liberty incident, Republican Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massie called for a new investigation into what happened during the attack, as well as a resolution honoring the men onboard.

Massie’s speech referred to a June 8, 1967 incident involving the Liberty, a U.S. Navy ship sent to collect intelligence off the coast of the Sinai peninsula where it was bombed and strafed by two Israeli fighter jets and struck by three torpedoes. The Israeli government claimed it was a case of mistaken identity, and a subsequent U.S. Navy Court of Inquiry confirmed Israel’s statement.

Massie, the survivors of the tragedy, and others continue to contest this narrative, claiming that the Court of Inquiry was invalid. Notably, a number of sailors aboard the Liberty insist the attack was deliberate.

“This was an effort to kill everybody on board. There was no intention of taking prisoners,” Massie claimed.

Speaking on the House floor, Massie relayed a conversation he had just prior to entering the chamber with some of the survivors of the Liberty and how their recollection of the event was very different from the court findings. While the Israelis claimed they did not know they were bombing a U.S. ship, the survivors recalled that the American colors were flying high on a day with unlimited visibility. Obama-Appointed Judge Strikes Down Trump’s $100,000 Fee for Foreign H-1B Workers

A federal judge appointed by former President Barack Obama has struck down President Donald Trump’s one-time $100,000 fee for importing foreign H-1B visa workers to take American white-collar jobs.

On Monday, Judge Leo Sorokin of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts vacated the Trump administration’s plans to impose a $100,000 fee on foreign H-1B hires, arguing that doing so is essentially a tax that Congress did not authorize.

“… the Court finds that the Policy imposes a tax on H-1B petitions without the requisite delegation by Congress,” Sorokin wrote:

Accordingly, the Court VACATES the Policy materials implementing the Proclamation’s $100,000 payment requirement. In addition to vacatur, Plaintiffs seek a “judicial declaration that the Policy is unlawful in violation of the APA and the Constitution.” Defendants’ only objection to this requested relief is that “declaratory judgment alone would not redress Plaintiffs’ alleged injuries because . . . that judgment would not affect the Proclamation nor would it enjoin any future action.” But this concern is not applicable here, where the Court has also ordered vacatur of the challenged agency action. Therefore, the Court issues declaratory judgment.

The H-1B visa program allows American companies to import hundreds of thousands of foreign workers, primarily from India, to take white-collar American jobs every year. Research has repeatedly found that the program is often used as a huge labor savings scheme for Fortune 500 corporations. Pima County Sheriff Issues Alert for Kidnapping Suspect 7 Miles from Nancy Guthrie’s Home

The sheriff’s department investigating the suspected abduction of Nancy Guthrie has issued an alert for another kidnapping suspect wanted just a few miles away from the 84-year-old’s Arizona home.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department put out a notice against Coral Michelle Smith, a 40-year-old career criminal wanted in a separate kidnapping case about seven miles from Guthrie’s home in the Catalina Foothills.

Smith, who has an extensive criminal history, was allegedly involved in a kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon case that occurred on May 29 at the intersection of River Road and La Cholla Boulevard, in Tucson.

Pima County officials called on the community to “be on the lookout” for the woman, but declined to release additional details about the incident.

Authorities did not indicate any connections between Smith and “Today” show host Savannah Guthrie’s mom, who vanished from her home in the early hours of Feb. 1. (Read more from “Pima County Sheriff Issues Alert for Kidnapping Suspect 7 Miles from Nancy Guthrie’s Home” HERE)

Trump Scolds Netanyahu in Testy Phone Call: ‘You could be left alone against Iran very soon’

President Trump warned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that restarting a full-fledged war with Tehran could risk losing US support.

“I told Bibi, ‘you better be very careful what you do, because you could be left alone against Iran very soon,’” Trump told Israel’s Channel 12 on Monday.

Trump’s harsh words came over a phone call with Netanyahu after a volley of missiles between Iran and Israel that marked the 100th day of the war.

Trump said Iran offered a cease-fire with Israel, provided the president could stop Netanyahu from continuing attacks.

He then dialed the prime minister, emphasizing he was close to a deal with Iran and that he wouldn’t let Israel ruin it by returning to war.

An administration official told The Post on Monday the White House did not believe Iran was intending to return to war with the strikes on Israel. (Read more from “Trump Scolds Netanyahu in Testy Phone Call: ‘You could be left alone against Iran very soon’” HERE)

Trump-Appointed Federal Judge Criminally Charged after Confrontation over Parking Saw Him ‘Stomp’ on Man’s Glasses

A Trump-appointed federal judge in Idaho is facing criminal charges after a heated confrontation over parking which saw him snatch a man’s glasses from his face and stomp on them, according to reports.

Judge Ryan D. Nelson, who sits on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, is facing one misdemeanor count of battery and one of malicious injury to property for allegedly knocking another man’s glasses off his head and throwing them across the parking lot during the incident, The Idaho State Journal reported.

The confrontation occurred in early April when a driver pulled into a parking space and allegedly verbally criticized the judge’s parking twice, the unnamed man told the Idaho State Journal.

“That’s when [Nelson] went crazy,” the man told the newspaper. After the verbal spat, Nelson allegedly took the man’s glasses, threw them across the parking lot and stomped on them.

Disgraced Cryto Founder Asks Trump For Pardon

Incarcerated cryptocurrency founder Sam Bankman-Fried is formally seeking a pardon from President Donald J. Trump, according to the U.S. Justice Department (DOJ) website.

Bankman-Fried’s request for “Pardon after Completion of sentence” was submitted in 2026 and is currently pending, the DOJ Office of the Pardon Attorney website reads. He’s currently serving a 25-year sentence on seven charges of fraud, conspiracy and money laundering related to his now-bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange platform FTX, according to the DOJ. Trump said in January this year that he would not pardon the former crypto CEO.

Bankman-Fried was convicted of orchestrating a colossal fraud scheme via his company FTX as well as his trading firm Alameda Research rooted in the misuse of what amounted to billions of dollars, officials said.

The former cypto CEO made it clear that he wanted a pardon Monday when speaking to Fox Business. “Absolutely,” he said when asked. “It would be obviously, you know, ultimately up to the president, not up to me.”

Since President Trump took office in January 2025 for his second term, he has issued over 1,400 pardons, CNBC reported. Trump told The New York Times in an expansive January interview that he will not pardon Bankman-Fried along with several other figures, including deposed Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro.
