OnlyFans Model Pleads Guilty After Death Of Man During Fetish Session

OnlyFans model Michaela Rylaarsdam pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter after a man died during a fetish session.

Rylaarsdam, a 32-year-old mother of three, entered her plea under a stipulated four-year sentence in custody, People reported, citing a San Diego County District Attorney’s Office spokesperson. She was originally charged with murder following the death of 56-year-old Michael Dale. Prosecutors said law enforcement discovered him deceased after he met up with Rylaarsdam for a session. Dale allegedly paid Rylaarsdam over $11,000 for fetish play in April 2023 and requested that she wrap him in Saran wrap “like a mummy.”

Prosecutors also claimed he asked for women’s boots to be glued to his feet and for adhesive to be put into his eyes to seal them closed, according to People. Police found Dale unresponsive when they arrived at the scene with a plastic bag atop his head, plastic wrap covering his body and duct tape wrapped around his mouth, face and head, officials said.

He was later declared brain dead at the hospital and removed from life support a few days after, prosecutors said.

The medical examiner determined Dale died from asphyxiation and ruled the manner of death a homicide. The examiner also determined that the bag had allegedly been secured around his head for no less than eight minutes.

CDC: Risk of Cruise Ship Hantavirus Spreading to U.S. Public Is ‘Low’

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has classified the hantavirus outbreak on a Dutch cruise ship as “Level 3” – the lowest level of emergency activation in the agency’s hierarchy of responses.

That, according to ABC sources, signifies the risk to the general public “remains low,” though the outbreak is currently being actively monitored by the public health agency, which has also “activated” its Emergency Operations Centers in response to the threat.

Spanish authorities on Friday were preparing to receive more than 140 passengers and crew members on board a hantavirus-stricken cruise ship headed for the Canary Islands, an outbreak which has generated headlines in both the United States and Europe.

There are an estimated 17 Americans aboard the ship, CNN reported.

ABC7 reported that the agency will be dispatching personnel to the Canary Islands for the ship’s arrival on Sunday. Any Americans onboard will be taken to a National Quarantine Unit in Nebraska. (Read more from “CDC: Risk of Cruise Ship Hantavirus Spreading to U.S. Public Is ‘Low’” HERE)

Marjorie Taylor Greene says UFO Files is ‘Shiny Objects Propaganda,’ and it’s to Divert Attention from all These Burning Issues

Former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) called the Pentagon’s release of documents related to unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs) and UFOs “shiny object propaganda” as the Trump administration wages “foreign wars,” The Hill reported. The Pentagon released 162 files earlier Friday morning amid President Trump’s push for greater transparency on the issue. The Defense Department shared a new webpage, war.gov/UFO, for the public to visit and access documents as they are released.

Greene, a former Trump ally, said she “really” does not “care about the UFO files.” She took to X to voice her frustration, making it clear that she thinks there are much bigger fish to fry. “I’m so sick of the ‘look at the shiny object’ propaganda while they wage foreign wars, let rapist and pedophiles run free, and ruin the value of our dollar. Unless they roll out live aliens and test demo UFOs or actually admit what we know this really is then I have way better things to do on this Friday.”

The Georgia Republican also blasted the administration in a separate X post less than an hour later, which she ended with “Happy Friday everyone!” In that post, she didn’t pull any punches regarding the timing of the release. “The most transparent administration in history still hasn’t released all the Epstein files or arrested anyone, but rolled out some UFO files today so you would get so excited that you forgot you are paying over $4.50/gallon because they are fighting another foreign war they said they would no longer fight,” Greene wrote.

Greene was among the few House Republicans who backed a vote to compel the Department of Justice (DOJ) to release its documents on the disgraced financier. The DOJ conducted a slow rollout of the files, starting on the date that all of the documents were expected to drop as required under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Files were released over the next month with many heavily redacted. Her second post also referred to the U.S.-Israeli conflict in Iran, which has caused gas prices to skyrocket over the last two months since the conflict began.

Despite the criticism, the administration is moving forward with its transparency initiative. Trump previously ordered the Defense Department and other government agencies and departments to review their information on UAPs and extraterrestrial life before releasing the information to the public. Given the scope of reviewing “tens of millions” of records, the Pentagon stated it would release new materials “on a rolling basis as they are discovered and declassified, with tranches posted every few weeks.” (Read more from “Marjorie Taylor Greene says UFO Files is ‘Shiny Objects Propaganda,’ and it’s to Divert Attention from all These Burning Issues” HERE)

Leaked CIA Memo Reveals that Trump Is Lying About Iran

By Alternet. President Donald Trump claims that Iran told him that the country was collapsing, but a new CIA analysis made it clear that the claim is not rooted in reality.

TIME Magazine reported the frequent messages coming out of the Trump administration claiming victory over Iran, but a leak from a CIA analysis suggests the opposite is the case.

What has collapsed is the talks between Iran and the U.S. after Trump cut a late-April meeting with Steve Witkoff and son-in-law Jared Kushner. He claimed the flight to Pakistan would take too long.

“Too much time wasted on traveling, too much work!” Trump said. “Besides which, there is tremendous infighting and confusion within their ‘leadership.’ Nobody knows who is in charge, including them.”

JD Vance was also going to meet with Iranian leaders, but Trump canceled that at the last minute, too.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio claimed that Iran’s leaders are “very good negotiators.” But Trump said on Sunday that the problems were “infighting” among Iran’s various political factions. (Read more from “Leaked CIA Memo Reveals that Trump Is Lying About Iran” HERE)

Satellite Images Reveal Iran Has Destroyed Far More Than Trump Admits

By MSN News. Satellite imagery has revealed that Iranian airstrikes have done much more damage to U.S. military bases, fuel depots, barracks, and other outposts than the Trump administration is letting on—even as the president and his Cabinet claim to be winning the war.

The Washington Postreported on Wednesday that at least 228 structures at U.S. military sites in the Middle East have been either partially damaged or totally destroyed by Iran since the beginning of the joint U.S.-Israeli war on Iran and Lebanon. The Post reached this number by independently verifying satellite images released by Iranian state media.

The numbers are much higher than the Trump administration has publicly admitted, and the U.S. military has been forced to reduce staffing at many of the attacked sites.

“The Iranians have deliberately targeted accommodation buildings across multiple sites with the intent to inflict mass casualties,” image analyst William Goodhind told the Post. “ It is not just equipment, fuel storage and air base infrastructure under fire, but also soft targets, such as gyms, food halls and accommodation.”

Judge hits Suspected Charlie Kirk Assassin with Key Decisions in Death Penalty Case

Judge Tony Graf Jr. pushed accused Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson’s preliminary hearing into July and rejected a bid to ban cameras from the courtroom, marking significant pretrial developments in the high-profile case.

Graf moved the preliminary hearing to July 6 through July 10, and denied Robinson’s motion to ban cameras and electronic media from the courtroom, allowing continued media coverage as the case moves forward.

The delay comes as both sides continue to receive and process a large and growing volume of evidence. Prosecutors told the court discovery is ongoing, including materials from federal agencies, while the defense said it recently received another batch of roughly 1,600 files.

Graf said the continuance was necessary to ensure Robinson’s attorneys have adequate time to review the evidence, calling it important to protect the defendant’s constitutional right to effective counsel.

At the same time, the judge acknowledged the competing interests of the victim’s family and the public in seeing the case move forward without unnecessary delay. (Read more from “Judge hits Suspected Charlie Kirk Assassin with Key Decisions in Death Penalty Case” HERE)

‘Population Autopsy’ finds Americans are Dying Younger than other Wealthy Countries — the Deadliest 2 Culprits Revealed

. . .For decades, life expectancy in the States has lagged behind wealthy nations like Japan, Switzerland and Australia, with Americans consistently dying younger than their peers abroad.

Now, a landmark “population autopsy” analyzing more than 63 million deaths has identified two key factors fueling shorter lifespans nationwide, as experts warn the trend is only getting worse.

In the study, researchers compared the US to 17 peer nations and found that between 1999 and 2022, nearly 12.7 million American deaths could have been avoided if death rates matched those countries.

And the problem isn’t easing up. Annual “excess deaths” in the US more than tripled over the 23-year period, rising from about 346,000 in 1999 to 905,159 in 2022.

The top two factors: rising rates of cardiovascular and metabolic disease, along with a growing number of “deaths of despair,” or those linked to drugs, alcohol and suicide. DOJ Moves To Denaturalize Alleged Terrorists And War Criminals

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is moving to denaturalize 12 individuals for offenses and allegations including providing material support to terrorism, war crimes and sexual abuse of a minor, the Daily Caller has learned.

The DOJ is expected to announce on Friday that it is filing denaturalizing actions against 12 individuals, originally from Iraq, Colombia, Morocco, Somalia, Gambia, Bolivia, Uzbekistan, Kenya, India, China and Nigeria.

Ali Yousif Ahmed, a native of Iraq, is one of the individuals the DOJ says they are taking action against. Ahmed came to the U.S. in 2009, claiming his family was attacked by Al-Qaeda terrorists in Iraq. Ten years later, Iraq asked the U.S. to extradite Ahmed to Iraq, claiming he was facing criminal charges for the premeditated murder of two Iraqi police officers in 2006.

“Upon further investigation, United States learned that, in 2015, Ahmed illegally procured his naturalization, which warrants his denaturalization, because he lied under oath about his criminal and family history when he sought admission to the United States and naturalized as a U.S. citizen,” a document on the denaturalization process and shared with the Caller read.

Khalid Ouazzani, a native of Morocco, applied for U.S. citizenship in 2005 and then again a year later, according to the DOJ. Ouazzani was allegedly “planning—with two men later convicted of trying to bomb the New York Stock exchange—ways to support AlQaida” in 2003. Then after being naturalized, Ouazzani pleaded guilty to sending al-Qaida tens of thousands of dollars with money he had fraudulently obtained Ouazzani also took a pledge of pledge of allegiance in 2008 to al-Qaida. Trump Announces New Ceasefire In Russia-Ukraine War

President Donald Trump announced that there will be a three-day ceasefire and prisoner swap in the war between Russia and Ukraine.

Trump announced the ceasefire and prisoner swap on Friday in a Truth Social post, declaring it on May 9, 10 and 11 in recognition of Victory Day, a Russian state holiday. The holiday is also celebrated by Ukraine on May 8 and is known as “Day of Remembrance and Victory over Nazism in World War II.”

This Ceasefire will include a suspension of all kinetic activity, and also a prison swap of 1,000 prisoners from each Country.”

Authorities Reportedly Arrest Disney Cruise Workers In Child Porn Sting

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents reportedly apprehended Disney cruise staffers amid an operation targeting alleged child sexual exploitation material (CSEM).

A CBP spokeperson said Disney staffers aboard a cruise ship docked in San Diego were among 28 people taken into custody by authorities, The California Post reported Wednesday, citing law enforcement officials. Authorities boarded eight cruise ships between April 23 and April 27 and spoke with 26 suspected crew members from the Philippines as well as one from Portugal and another from Indonesia, a CBP spokesperson told the Daily Caller.

“[O]fficers confirmed that 27 of the 28 subjects were involved in either the receipt, possession, transportation, distribution, or viewing of CSEM or child pornography,” the spokesperson told the Caller.

“CBP cancelled their visas and these criminals have been returned to their country of citizenship.”

A spokesperson for Disney Cruise Line issued a statement, according to Variety. “We have a zero-tolerance policy for this type of behavior and fully cooperated with law enforcement,” the company said. (Read more from “Authorities Reportedly Arrest Disney Cruise Workers In Child Porn Sting” HERE)

Trump: Iranian Attackers ‘Destroyed’ After Firing on U.S. Destroyers — Ports Struck; Ceasefire Holding

President Donald Trump said Thursday that Iranian attacking forces were “completely destroyed” after Tehran fired missiles, drones, and fast attack boats at three U.S. Navy destroyers transiting the Strait of Hormuz, prompting U.S. Central Command to carry out retaliatory “self-defense strikes” on Iranian military targets and port areas as the fragile ceasefire between Washington and Tehran again came under strain.

U.S. Central Command said its forces intercepted what it described as “unprovoked Iranian attacks” as the USS Truxtun, USS Rafael Peralta, and USS Mason transited the Strait of Hormuz toward the Gulf of Oman.

“Iranian forces launched multiple missiles, drones and small boats” at the destroyers, CENTCOM said, adding that no U.S. assets were struck.

CENTCOM said U.S. forces then “eliminated inbound threats” before striking Iranian military sites it said were responsible for the attack, including missile and drone launch positions, command-and-control facilities, and intelligence and surveillance nodes.

“CENTCOM does not seek escalation but remains positioned and ready to protect American forces,” the statement added.
