Biden Opens U.S. Borders to 44,000 Ukrainians

President Joe Biden has opened the United States’ borders to about 44,000 Ukrainians in over two months — a foreign population exceeding Burlington, Vermont’s resident population.

Since late March, Biden has welcomed about 22,000 Ukrainians at the U.S.-Mexico border, the latest Department of Homeland Security (DHS) data reveals. As Breitbart News exclusively reported, the administration has been releasing hundreds of Ukrainians into American communities via the San Ysidro Port of Entry in San Diego, California.

As part of that process, Ukrainians fly to Tijuana, Mexico, and then line up every day at the Port of Entry, where they are briefly detained and released into the U.S. interior. One source told Breitbart News that the process works like a “DMV for Ukrainians.” (Read more from “Biden Opens U.S. Borders to 44,000 Ukrainians” HERE)

Court Refuses to Dismiss Parents’ Case Over School’s Trans Indoctrination

A state court judge in Wisconsin has refused to dismiss a lawsuit brought by two sets of parents against a school district over its transgender procedures.

Those, in the Kettle Moraine School District, provide that minor students can change their names, their gender pronouns, and more at school without their parents consenting.

The case was brought by the Alliance Defending Freedom and the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty.

ADF lawyer Roger Brooks commented after the decision by the Waukesha County Circuit Court to deny the district’s motion to dismiss.

“Parents’ rights to direct the upbringing, education, and mental health treatment of their children is one of the most basic constitutional rights every parent holds dear, yet we are seeing more and more school districts across the country not only ignoring parents’ concerns but actively working against them,” he said. SEE IT: While Saluting LGBTQ Service Members at the Beginning of Pride Month, U.S. Marine Corps Posts Graphic Featuring a Bullet Rainbow

The U.S. Marine Corps issued a tweet on Wednesday saluting LGBT service members — the post included a graphic featuring bullets with brightly-colored tips, in an apparent nod to the LGBT rainbow symbol.

Many businesses and government entities publicly celebrate the LGBT movement each June during so-called “Pride Month.”

“Throughout June, the USMC takes #Pride in recognizing and honoring the contributions of our LGBTQ service members. We remain committed to fostering an environment free from discrimination, and defend the values of treating all equally, with dignity and respect. #PrideMonth #USMC,” the Marine Corps tweeted.

In response to the post, MRCTV managing editor Brittany Hughes tweeted, “Armed and fabulous. Should come in handy in the next war.” (Read more from “See It: While Saluting LGBTQ Service Members at the Beginning of Pride Month, U.S. Marine Corps Posts Graphic Featuring a Bullet Rainbow” HERE)

Poll: One-Third of Americans Making $250K ‘Live Paycheck-To-Paycheck’

More than 33 percent of Americans who earn $250,000 a year report living paycheck to paycheck, “underscoring how inflation is taking a bigger bite out of Americans’ budgets at all ends of the pay spectrum,” Bloomberg reported on Wednesday.

Industry publication Pymnts.com and LendingClub Corp. conducted a survey from April 6-13 with about 4,000 US consumers, finding that roughly 36 percent of households bringing in $250,000-plus annually spend most of their income on household expenses.

“It’s particularly true among millennials, who are now in their mid-20s to early 40s: More than half of top earners in that generation report having little left at the end of the month,” according to the report.

The survey revealed that 55.4 percent of Millennials who earn $250,000-plus a year reported living paycheck to paycheck compared to 21.8 percent of Boomer generation respondents in the same earnings category. White House Promises to Check Whether Biden Lied About His Annapolis Appointment

Even the White House said it wasn’t sure whether President Biden lied last week when he told graduates at the U.S. Naval Academy that he turned down an appointment to Annapolis in 1965.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said on Tuesday that she “did not hear that part” of Mr. Biden‘s commencement speech. She promised a reporter that she would check on the accuracy of the president’s claim.

On Friday, Mr. Biden told graduates in Annapolis, “I was appointed to the Academy in 1965 by a senator who I was running against in 1972.”

But Mr. Biden graduated from the University of Delaware in 1965, so an academy appointment at that stage of his life would have been very unlikely.

He told the Naval Academy graduates, “I didn’t come to the Academy because I wanted to be a football star. And you had a guy named Staubach and Bellino here. So I went to Delaware.” (Read more from “White House Promises to Check Whether Biden Lied About His Annapolis Appointment” HERE)

BBC Changes Victim’s Statement to Avoid ‘Misgendering’ Her Rapist

The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) reportedly changed a victim’s statement in order to avoid the backlash that could have been sparked if they had allowed her to publicly misgender her rapist.

According to a report from the Times of London, the BBC published a story about a woman who claimed that she had been raped — but her alleged attacker was a transgender woman.

“The BBC changed the testimony of a rape victim after a debate over the pronouns of her transgender attacker,” The Times reported. “The woman referred to her alleged rapist as ‘him’ but insiders said that her words were changed to avoid ‘misgendering’ the abuser in an article on the corporation’s website.”

The report went on to say that throughout the statement, every incidence where the pronouns “he” or “him” had been used, the BBC altered the language to read “they” or “them” instead.

“A source said the quote was the subject of heated debate prior to publication. Some journalists argued that the quote should remain intact, while others said it should reflect the trans woman’s preferred she/her pronouns,” The Times’ report added. Juror Who Acquitted Sussmann: ‘There Are Bigger Things’ Than Lying to FBI

A juror in the trial of former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann told the media after he was unanimously acquitted Tuesday that she did not think the case should have been prosecuted because lying to the FBI was not a big deal.

“I don’t think it should have been prosecuted,” she reportedly said, according to Jeff Mordock, White House reporter for the Washington Times. “There are bigger things that affect the nation than a possible lie to the FBI.”

The case was the most high-profile prosecution undertaken by Special Counsel John H. Durham, who is investigating the origins of the “Russia collusion” conspiracy theory. The trial saw testimony that tied Hillary Clinton directly to the hoax.

Sussmann was widely considered by legal observers to have been proven guilty, given the testimony of FBI agents and a text message that suggested he claimed to be acting as a concerned citizen rather than a Clinton campaign lawyer when he tipped off the agency about supposed collusion between then-candidate Donald Trump and the Russian government via Alfa Bank — a claim that was later debunked. Here Are the Most Shocking Things I Saw in My Night at the Border

It was dark and the desert heat had finally subsided when we pulled up to an abandoned KFC near the U.S.-Mexico border. But this was no ordinary KFC; the restaurant was once the endpoint of a drug smuggling tunnel that was discovered in 2019, according to Yuma County Supervisor Jonathan Lines.

“It came up immediately behind us, Jennie, 400 yards inside of the Mexican border,” Lines told me as we drove further down the border.

We arrived at a gate where dozens of migrants huddled together came into view on the other side. They were the first group I had seen with migrants from Central America, usually the most common region of origin for migrants crossing the border, since I got into town just days before. . .

When Border Patrol eventually showed up, the migrants would rush to line up, some of them yelling at each other because of line cutting. The three border agents loading them onto the bus were completely outnumbered.

Border Patrol is so busy with processing that they leave water for the migrants, who are waiting to be taken into custody. Multiple times we saw agents refilling the water stations and leave the migrants to wait for the next empty bus. A Family Affair: Parents, Grandmother of Uvalde School Shooter All Have Criminal Records

Both parents and the grandma of the Texas school shooter Salvador Ramos had criminal records, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and trying to pass off a fake check, The Post has learned.

Ramos, 18, slaughtered 19 elementary school students and two teachers when he burst into Robb Elementary School in Uvalde on May 24 in America’s deadliest school shooting since 2012.

His parents, Adriana Martinez and Salvador Ramos Sr., had their own brushes with the law more than a decade ago, according to Uvalde County Court records obtained by The Post.

His grandma Celia “Sally” Martinez Gonzales — who he shot in the face before carrying out the school shooting — was slapped with a misdemeanor in 1993, county records say.

Martinez was charged with writing a bad check for $22.62 to a general store in Uvalde on June 30, 2003, just around the time Ramos was born. (Read more from “A Family Affair: Parents, Grandmother of Uvalde School Shooter All Have Criminal Records” HERE)

White House: Biden Doesn’t Believe In Hardening Schools

Speaking to reporters from one of the most heavily guarded buildings in the world Tuesday afternoon, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre strongly rejected calls to fortify schools in order to protect against school shootings. Specifically, Jean-Pierre said President Joe Biden does not support current proposals to harden security.

The statement comes in the aftermath of the Robb Elementary School massacre in Uvalde, Texas when a killer entered an unlocked door before carrying out his rampage. There was not a school resource officer on scene when he entered the building. Once inside, Uvalde police allowed the shooter to continue his horrific actions for nearly an hour.
