President Joe Biden will address surging inflation and tout the U.S. response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine during Tuesday evening’s State of the Union address.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki hinted Sunday that Biden’s SOTU address had partially pivoted due to the Russian invasion. Still, she told ABC News’ “This Week” at the time, the American president plans to also focus on matters closer to home, The Hill reported.

According to excerpts of Biden’s SOTU speech provided to the Daily Caller, Biden will argue that there’s “a better plan to fight inflation” than driving “down wages and” making “Americans poorer.”

“Lower your costs, not your wages,” Biden will say, focusing on his push to rely less on other countries for products. “Make more cars and semiconductors in America. More infrastructure and innovation in America. More goods moving faster and cheaper in America. More jobs where you can earn a good living in America. Odd ‘Joke’: Jill Biden Introduces Kamala Harris as ‘The President’

First lady Jill Biden mistakenly introduced Vice President Kamala Harris as the president of the United States during a Black History Month celebration at the White House on Monday, then claimed she was joking after correcting herself.

“As many of you know, our vice president’s historic path to the White House began before she could even walk, marching with her parents in the Civil Rights movement, or at least being pushed in a stroller,” Biden said during her introductory remarks.

“Since then, she has dedicated her life to pursuing justice and opportunity for all,” Jill Biden continued. “She is a partner to Joe, especially on issues like voting rights, and is proud to be the first, but not the last.”

Jill Biden then began to announce Harris as the president of the United States, but caught herself amid laughter from the audience and a shrug from President Biden.

Doctors Threatened With Punishment for Disagreeing With Official COVID Narrative

. . .Just the News reports that Democratic Assemblyman Evan Low’s AB 2098 would allow doctors’ statements, private or public, on COVID be analyzed and treated as “unprofessional conduct.”

Interestingly, though, the report documents that the bill “promotes long-outdated information about COVID deaths in unvaccinated vs. vaccinated, however, rather than updated Omicron variant figures.”

The punishment would be imposed, under the proposal, for disagreeing with “contemporary scientific consensus” on COVID-19.

The report explained the bill was joined by five other California Assembly and Senate members and opens doctors’ comments about COVID to review by the Medical Board of California and the Osteopathic Medical Board of California. . .

More Evidence of Fraud: 200,000 Ballots From 2020 Counted With ‘Mismatched’ Signatures

Maricopa County, Arizona, officials admitted after the 2020 presidential election that there were some 25,000 ballots counted with mismatched signatures that weren’t reviewed, or in the language of the election industry, “cured.”

Actually, the number was more than 200,000.

That’s according to a study of the county’s mail ballots that year that was commissioned by the Arizona State Senate, explains a new report from Just the News.

The study of signature verification processes is just one of the outcomes of the 2020 presidential election ballot count that now is mired in multiple scandals.

What is known is that several individual influences probably changed the outcome, including the collusion by the legacy and social media organizations to suppress accurate – and damaging – information about the Biden family’s overseas businesses profits. Congressman Becomes the 31st Democrat to Announce His Retirement Ahead of 2022 Midterms

Democratic Florida Rep. Ted Deutch announced Monday that he will not seek re-election, making him the 31st Democrat to announce they would be retiring ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.

Deutch is leaving Congress to take on a job in a senior leadership position with the American Jewish Committee, CBS Miami first reported. The American Jewish Committee “is the leading global Jewish advocacy organization. From city halls to Capitol Hill, at the UN and in world capitals, AJC works to impact policy and opinion on some of the most important issues facing the Jewish people,” its website states.

“After serving the public for more than 15 years, I have decided I will not seek re-election this November. Public service was instilled in me by my father who earned a Purple Heart in the Battle of the Bulge, and it has been a tremendous privilege to serve the people of Palm Beach and Broward Counties in Congress since 2010. I am incredibly grateful to my constituents for their support and friendship,” Deutch said in a statement. Hunter Biden’s Pal Sentenced to Prison for Role in Fraud Scheme

A former business partner of Hunter Biden was sentenced Monday to more than a year in prison for his role in a scheme to defraud a Native American tribe of some $60 million in bonds.

The defendant, Devon Archer, was sentenced to one year and one day in federal prison by Manhattan Judge Ronnie Abrams, who said the crime was “too serious” to let him just walk.

“There’s no dispute about the harm caused to real people,” Abrams said, noting that the defrauded tribe, the Oglala Sioux, is one of the poorest in the nation.

Archer will also have to pay more than $15 million in forfeiture by himself and more than $43 million in restitution with his co-defendants in the case.

Biden Says Americans Should Not Fear Nuclear War With Russia

President Biden said Monday that Americans should not fear Russia’s invasion of Ukraine developing into a global nuclear war despite Moscow putting its nuclear forces on high alert following harsh US sanctions.

“Should Americans be worried about nuclear war?” a reporter asked the president following a Black History Month event at the White House.

Biden’s Press Secretary Claims Lindsey Graham Is Gay

Editor’s note: this article was originally published by Restoring Liberty in February 2021 but, perhaps due to Lindsey Graham’s recent controversial statements about assassinating Russia’s President Putin, it was again one of our top stories this past week.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki tweeted a gay slur at Republican South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham late 2020, a tweet from August shows.

“Only in 2020 does #LadyG get to push a bunch of debunked conspiracy theories while questioning @SallyQYates (aka an American hero),” Psaki tweeted in August 2020, before she assumed her role in the White House.

Psaki’s reference to “Lady G” refers to rumors that have circulated on social media about Graham’s sexuality. She did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The Biden administration has repeatedly said that it will prioritize expanding the rights of LGBTQ persons. Biden released an executive order January 21 on preventing and combating discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation. U.S. Embassy Tells Americans in Russia to Leave IMMEDIATELY; Biden Approval Drops to 37%

By Breitbart. The United States Embassy has told Americans in Russia to leave the country immediately while outbound flights remain available.

In a security alert on its website Sunday, the U.S. Embassy in Russia warned Americans to flee the country due to the continued cancelation of commercial flights.

“An increasing number of airlines are canceling flights into and out of Russia, and numerous countries have closed their airspace to Russian airlines,” the alert said. “U.S. citizens should consider departing Russia immediately via commercial options still available.”

The U.S. Embassy further reminded Americans in the country that the Department of State’s Travel Advisory has set Russia at “Level 4: Do Not Travel.”

“Do not travel to Russia due to ongoing tension along the border with Ukraine, the potential for harassment against U.S. citizens, the embassy’s limited ability to assist U.S. citizens in Russia, COVID-19 and related entry restrictions, terrorism, harassment by Russian government security officials, and the arbitrary enforcement of local law,” the travel advisory states. Biden Approval Drops to 37%

By Breitbart. The majority of adults in the United States disapprove of President Joe Biden and the Democrats in Congress as the president is seeing his weakest job approval from the Washington Post/ABC News poll and Republicans leading on the generic congressional ballot.

The poll, which was released only days before Biden is giving the State of the Union, showed only 37 percent of adults in the U.S. approve of the way the president is handling his job — a new low from a Washington Post/ABC News poll — while a majority (55 percent) say they disapprove.

Overall, of those who disapprove, 44 percent said they “strongly disapprove.” Broken down by party, Biden appears to have lost independents. There were 86 percent of Republicans who disapproved and 61 percent of independents, while 77 percent of Democrats gave him positive marks.

Biden has received bad poll numbers throughout his year as president, consequences of poor decision-making on his part, such as an ongoing supply chain crisis, record-high inflation, and the botched Afghanistan withdrawal. Poll: Strong Majority Now Think Joe Biden Is Mentally Unfit to Serve

A strong majority of adults in the United States believe President Joe Biden is mentally unfit to serve as commander in chief, according to a recent Washington Post/ABC News poll.

The poll, which was released only days before the president is slated to give the State of the Union address, showed a majority believe Biden is unfit to serve as president while also revealing the lowest job approval rating (37 percent) from the Washington Post/ABC News poll since becoming president just over a year ago.

The recent poll revealed that the “underlying weakness” is to the degree that most adults “have doubts about his personal capacities.” When the respondents were asked if he was a strong leader, 59 percent said no, while 36 percent said yes.
